I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. 4. Fair pricing - Derek proved to me that he is an experienced problem solver with a deep set of knowledge from years of professional repair and maintenance. There wasn't anything I had for him that he couldn't do and do well. The bang for your buck with him his the best I've experienced in 15 years of using handymen in the Phoenix area. My prior handyman recently retired and Derek was happy to match his rates and pick up where he left off.

The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks. The experience was professional and quick overall. Thank you, Joe!!

My “handyman” was courteous, friendly, prompt and finished the job on time. The kitchen and the restrooms were remodeled and look exactly the way I planned and look amazing.
