We ended up replacing everything in the path of the leak - cabinet, drains, countertops and even the kitchen sink! It turned out beautiful. We had a great experience with Robert and Andrew at Phoenix Water Damage. When our kitchen island and wood floors sustained water damage, Robert arrived within the hour and immediately tracked down the source of the leak. Fans and drying equipment were set up quickly. Their professionalism, promptness, and honesty help guide us through this experience. We highly recommend them.

Everette did a great job at drying everything out. Got roof and patio covered well too. Only problem was when he cut ceiling open and all the insulation fell out he could of sealed the area off before hand due to insulation getting everywhere. I had to wash down all counters and surfaces in the kitchen and living room when he was done. Plus rewash all my dishes that was in the strainer drying. Just don't realize how it travels through the air. He was very polite and when i needed him to come back he made arrangements quickly.

Angel was the person Venturi sent out to help with my leak issue and he was amazing and awesome! He had a gentleman with him and he also was great! I recommend companies based on their employees and I would recommend Angel and his co-worker to everyone!

We had a water leak in the kitchen and our plumber referred us to Dan at Restore Masters. After looking at what needed to be done we opted to reconfigure the kitchen and get new cabinets, counters, etc. Dan was very responsive and helped with all our decisions. His sub contractors are very skilled and professional and we love the way our kitchen turned out. Dan was very helpful in working with our insurance company as well. Additionally, during the remediation phase they hooked up a temporary sink so we could use our kitchen while waiting on cabinets, insurance approval etc. I was a little scattered in the beginning about what I wanted to do but Dan rolled with my thoughts and ideas and the final project looks amazing.

The Servicemaster team was very professional and polite they called me every morning to let me know how far they were out and when they would be there they answered all questions and asked me if I had any questions why it fell out but you make me happy I would use in the future thank you

In particular Mario Garcia who did most of the inside work, and his assistant Simon. The renovations were skillfully crafted, and it all came out beautifully. The whole crew at Restoration 1 of Phoenix was wonderful and extremely professional. Our hot water heater busted and flooded our garage a week before the scheduled delivery of our second child. Jose and the crew were quick to assess the water damage, immediately worked to remove the damaged drywall and began the drying process right away. I highly recommend this company for water damage and/or mold mitigation. Awesome service!

This company was nice at first. They were there right away. Helped us get into a hotel. And started our house right away. Come to find out they sub contracted the work out and are trying to charge us 80,000 just for demolition and clean out in our house! Also they kept saying they would send this or that or call us back the following day we had to call them back after a day and couldn't always get a hold of them.
