I had fear of a termite issue and Bill’s got someone over to estimate next business day. They confirmed termite presence and sent a crew to do a complete treatment the next business day. I wouldn’t assume they always operate so quickly, but I’m thankful they did for me since termites come with whole lot of anxiety. They get my highest recommendation!

The gentleman that does the home inspection has been to our house many times, and is extremely professional and always on time.I have some difficulty when it comes to calling the office to set appointments. It took two weeks for them to get back with me only for them to tell me I needed to renew my plan and then I would have to have a home inspection before I could get treatment. All is well and good but now the treatment cannot be scheduled till mid December 6 weeks out and it’s basically eight weeks then from the time I called I think that, it’s not really acceptable. She said it’s due to it being a high season time for termites in my answer was wow stores usually hire other people when they need seasonal help I just felt very brushed off because they did not schedule me for two weeks after I had been calling and then I get pushed out for six more weeks for treatment.

Two days ago (8/21/2012) I paid Paul's Pest to renew my annual termite protection and made an appointment for them to inspect and treat my home. They didn't show up, didn't call, and do not answer their office phone.

Does anyone know if Paul's Pest is still in business?

We've used them for several years now. Always dependable/ reliable. Always call ahead. Always on-time for their time window. Good strong spray. A little pricey but worth it.

Never showed up for our scheduled appointment, nor did he give us the courtesy of a phone call.

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
