Marco returned afterward to button things up, found a couple things to finalize, and did the work himself, preventing any need for scheduling another visit. Very satisfied with the attitude and quality of the work, and the warranty seems solid, so if any issues come up once the monsoon gets going, I'm sure they'll jump to address that too. The team seems to care that their work is seen as the best around.

He also took the time to repair other loose tiles along with checking the rest of the roof for anything that looked abnormal! Price was very affordable and I’m left as a very happy customer! I initially dismissed Capstone judgment based on other company's incorrect assessment. I'm disappointed that the highly rated other contractor was wrong. He said that my leak was due to a small error and that he fixed it. But that was not the case as evidenced by current moisture and leaking. I'm glad that capstone roofing was honest and didn't try to give minimal/no treatment, possibly in pursuit of ranking and social media placement.

Lazy workers that only do what they have to do. First sign of rain i am scared for our electronics because the roofs always leak water as if there are multiple holes in roof

Made broken promises

We reached out to In-Ex after our friends recommended their roofing services. There have been many roof replacements in our neighborhood completed by In-Ex and it's obvious to us how they've been able to build such a great word-of-mouth program. Their customer service is top-notch, they communicate often and effectively and their roof technicians were quick, kept the jobsite clean and did a great job with the overall installation and repairs.
