We had water damage as a result of improper solar installation. The crew at 1-800 Water Damage was amazing. They explained the process in detail, removing any worry we had about the mold they discovered, set up containment for remediation, and were even willing to come out over a weekend. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who has had a water leak. Even though it may not look like it, if you have any water issue, you probably have a mold issue too. Definitely call an expert.

One side of our patio door was shattered by a rock while landscaping was being done. There was a large hole and glass everywhere. Our insurance company gave us the phone number for Jenkins Restoration. Our call was answered immediately and a young man, Adam, arrived at our home within a couple of hours. He cleaned up the glass and securely boarded up the door. We were pleased with the job he did for us.

Belfor kept excellent communication with us during the stressful repairs. Special props to Juan Grado as the project manager and his team. They completed the repairs on our schedule and Juan came out several times to make sure we were happy with the work and his crew. If we pointed anything out to touch up Juan had someone out immediately to make it right. The Belfor team were very pleasant to work with and the work that was done looks great. When it was time to sign papers and handle insurance Juan took charge and we had no stress or hesitation to sign we were pleased with the job that was done. Jason & Mariah sent out Alozono, Robert with their team members to my home. They did a great job with tarping my roof, removing drywall & mold removal. Very professional & friendly too!
