The only reason they get two stars is because the tech they sent out was super on time, courteous, and helpful. Howe we after my visit I received a call to ask about the service where I gave great reviews. They asked me to verify the exact amount I was charged and for picture of the locks. I verified the price and advised that the office was closed for the week and that I couldn't get pictures. The following Monday I received a call I quoting about the pictures. I advised that due to having been in contact with COVID we were still closed. The rep asked that I drove to the office and get pictures because the tech forgot to get them. I stated that they would need to re-send the tech out for pictures if they needed them because I wasn't headed back to the office anytime soon. The rep pressed the issue making it my responsibility to provide the pictures when I stopped him and advised that I did my pet when I paid. He then hung up on me. Very unprofessional and discourteous to a loyal customer. I will not use them again.

Called them and specifically asked if they could re-key a mobility scooter, they said yes and took my information, I waited a few hours and called them again to see when they would be heading my way and they checked the ticket order and read it to me that it was for a mobility scooter and said someone will call. I didn't get a call, and I waited for 6 hours! I called again and said I was still waiting for someone to call and then he checked the ticket again and said oh sorry we don't work on mobility scooters. I waited around all day for nothing.
