My parents were unlucky enough to have a severe infestation of bed bugs. Once I found out I contacted Arizona Heat Pest Services and they were accommodating and very responsive to get to the house to asses the situation. Chris was not only knowledgeable but patient, thoughtful, thorough and incredibly responsive when we had to have a couple of quick spot treatments due to the level of infestation. I have to say I have never been more pleased with any company or person as it relates to customer service and personal accountability. I would not hesitate in the least to recommend them and I am very thankful for all Chris did to listen to my elderly parents and educate them on this bad situation.
