From the beginning they were very cautious to give me an analysis of what it would be, that made me recognize that they care about the human being and are going to solve. Jeff and Javion did an excellent job on the demolition portion of the water damage cleanup and repair. Very professional and left everything cleaned up.would recommend.

Everett made sure the work was done in a timely manner, his team were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I felt confident in the work they did and how they executed it. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate this company. We had a flood back in May and went with a horrible company, the quality of work wasn’t professional and neither was the project manager. We had a second flood and went with our home owners insurance preferred vendor and that was Venturi. I was so scared to go through this process again but they put us at ease. Raul was our project manager and was wonderful with communication and making sure this rebuild was done in a timely manner. He came out and assessed the project, came again to deliver materials and did a walk through and will be back to do our final walk through. Our project has one more day scheduled to finish but I just had to share our positive experience. Thank you to Raul and your incredible crew for making this a home again. It looks beautiful.

I had a pipe burst in my home, and the resulting water damage was extensive. I was referred to this restoration company by a friend, and I'm so glad I called them! Their team was incredibly responsive, and they arrived on-site within the hour. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the water dry out the affected areas, and restore my home to its pre-damage condition. If you need water damage restoration, this is the company to call!

This restoration service was fantastic. They were always on time, did what they promised all while being very professional and very neat and clean. There was never a mess in our house, and they paid attention to all the details many contractors or trade professionals let slip. I would hire them again in an instant if I ever needed this type of service.

Great company!

I had used another ServPro company and was completely disappointed with them. I was hesitant about using another....but what a world of difference between the two. This Owner was The Best...Set up appointment immediately, showed up on time EVERY TIME!! Had my best interest at heart. Properly dried out the home, removed wet carpet, tested for moisture everyday until meter responded it was dry or normal. I installed a Keysafe so he could get in at anytime necessary. He called me daily with updates. They were marvelous! Something that you need when you are in the middle of a disaster. I totally recommend for you to call them. My property was in Glendale and they happen to be very close to me....So if you are in the Glendale area or surrounding areas, you need to give them a call for Super Service.

They work efficiently with insurance agencies to come up with solutions in a timely manner. The front office at Belfor is also extremely helpful and proficient in communication. I called Go To on Friday morning 2/22. Their tech, Jason called me within 10 minutes & made arrangements to see me on Saturday so he could assess what happened where my ceiling had fallen. He was there on time - in fact he was there before I arrived. He cleaned up the mess & told me he'd be back Sunday morning. He showed up 15 minutes early (which I greatly appreciated). He brought Gary with him and there was another example of the great people that Go To Services hires. Gary was warm & personable - he shook my hand & got to work. I was very impressed with him & Jason.
Jason took the bull by the horns & was so willing to help me through figuring out how to handle my insurance & he stayed with me through that call too.
