thanks to Servpro i can finally say i am stress free .Both melissa and gloria provided me with updates and stayed very professional throughout the time they had their workers at my home . Crystal, Cecilia and nina kept a steady pace and were very professional and gentle with all of my belongings they even showed some love to my house cat Thomas. Both Nicole and tony were amazing the way they directed their workers as well as the amazing demolition work that was completed by Ricardo, dylan and chris. I will be using Servpro for any future damage to my home.

The guys who came the first day were great, very nice and professional. The last guy came who came and grabbed the equipment was efficient and professional.

I'm a property manager and we had a leaking water heater which when getting fixed we realized there was a lot of mold surrounding the heater. I called 1-800 Water Damage and they came right out and evaluated the issue. We gave them the business and throughout the process they kept us informed of what they were doing and where they were at in the remediation process. After the job was complete pictures were sent to myself and the owner (I also went and checked it out myself). I would definitely use them again.

The customer service was great. They were on time and very knowledgeable. Hopefully I don't need services again but if I do I would not hesitate to call them again.

Everette did a great job at drying everything out. Got roof and patio covered well too. Only problem was when he cut ceiling open and all the insulation fell out he could of sealed the area off before hand due to insulation getting everywhere. I had to wash down all counters and surfaces in the kitchen and living room when he was done. Plus rewash all my dishes that was in the strainer drying. Just don't realize how it travels through the air. He was very polite and when i needed him to come back he made arrangements quickly.

Michael and Juan were outstanding. They were on time, communicated every step of the way and cleaned everything up before they left. Combine that with being very polite and professional I round highly recommend them.

ServiceMaster's restoration team was fast and very efficient in handling the water damage in our kitchen cabinets which included removing the cabinets. They checked back in with us frequently and took care of the problem in a very short time. I would highly recommend them for your restoration service needs.

We absolutely loved the help Brandy and Jorge gave us! Both were knowledgeable and simplified everything for us! During the stress of a sudden repair they calmed us and helped us get through it quick and painlessly! The upstairs condo flooded out my master bath. I called DRS and they arrived immediately. They provided the clean up, brought in huge dryers and tapped off the room with an added zipper for me to get to my clothes. They then sent in a mold inspector. They have been wonderful, efficient, professional, prompt and patient. I appreciate all their help and would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

I had used another ServPro company and was completely disappointed with them. I was hesitant about using another....but what a world of difference between the two. This Owner was The Best...Set up appointment immediately, showed up on time EVERY TIME!! Had my best interest at heart. Properly dried out the home, removed wet carpet, tested for moisture everyday until meter responded it was dry or normal. I installed a Keysafe so he could get in at anytime necessary. He called me daily with updates. They were marvelous! Something that you need when you are in the middle of a disaster. I totally recommend for you to call them. My property was in Glendale and they happen to be very close to me....So if you are in the Glendale area or surrounding areas, you need to give them a call for Super Service.
