Had water damage from heavy rains Thanksgiving night. Called Doan at 9:30am and Michael showed up before noon. Addressed my concerns and took care of the damage in a hurry. Great experience so far!

I needed some paperwork from 2018 after my water damage happened. The great part was taking to an employee and getting what I needed when I needed it. The Desert Dry Restoration team is great. Had a wonderful experience last year with them. Since I am selling my home it made it easy to call them and get the paperwork I needed for my home sale. Thank you to the team!

What an amazing company! I had a water heater break in the garage. I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

Working with the Jenkins team was a very positive experience. We had a water leak and after the clean up they got us in contact with the right people to get the different parts of the project done. Be patient as projects take time, but the end result was amazing. Would definitely recommend Matt as a project manager.

Frank and Greg did a wonderful job putting back my kitchen as if it never happened in the first place . When our home had an unfortunate accident involving a flooding of sewage water Restoration 1 of Phoenix are the ones we called, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Every single person that we dealt with ensured that we understood what was going on and took the extra time to ensure that everything was done in a way that was best for us without regard to opportunities where they could have made some extra money. Brandy in the office checked in on us throughout the process and was an amazing help. The foreman John really took the time to make sure the job was done right and put the effort in to make sure we were happy with the work and he did an amazing job working around our schedule. Rick, one of the workers we saw the most, really did a consistently amazing job. Everything was done quickly, on our schedule, cleanly, and with our best interest in mind. It was unfortunate that we had a reason to call Restoration 1 of Phoenix, but I could not imagine that any other company could do a better job. This was such a pleasant experiance to a bad situation that I will not hesitate to recommend them to any and everyone I know. Thanks Restoration 1!!

They have asked me to leave a review with the work they done, since my friend does not have an Google account. A friend of mine with the service this company did for him. Fantastic work from Ciryus he was on time and very professional during this loss. His boss Rowell was very on top of things and kept updating my friend loss at the house. Would highly recommend them for anything!
