Issac and his team were friendly awesome, professionals. I manage a Kennel Facility and when our draining system wasn’t draining properly and backing up, they came out less than 24 hours from our first call. They resolved the issue as soon as they could and even ran tests to make sure that they 100% resolved the issue and made sure to set up routine checks with us. We won’t be going anywhere else now!

I have used Quality plumbing at least three times in the last year for various reasons. They have always done excellent work and gone over and above in customer service. They were able to install a new water heater while I was gone for the evening. Because I trusted them, I left them there to do the work while I was away. By the time I got home we had hot water to shower. I didn't expect it to be done so quickly. I highly recommend them in no uncertain terms. They also offer the best prices I have found.

Chris does a fantastic job. He is very thorough, professional, and very informative. He is also very reasonably priced. He is our go to guy when we need any type of drain work.

From scheduling service to completion, everyone was professional and efficient. The service technician, Zach and Jesus assessed the issue and it was quickly resolved. We are very happy with Arizona's Dukes of Air and they will now be our one and only resource for AC and Furnace repairs. Update: Our heater (2031-2022 season) stopped and Jesus came out to assess. Jesus was thorough in his evaluation and spent time showing me what issues he found from previously improperly installed flues and a plenum, freon wasn't charged properly when our system was replaced (by another company) 8 years ago and backflow issue we've been having with the drain pipe. Jesus and Chad spent hours fixing our HVAC units, and most importantly they did an excellent job, even cleaning everything up. Dukes of Air will continue to be our one and only professionals for our HVAC units.

I had two projects, replce a water heater and replace the glavanized lines with new pipe to all house. I had an exceptionally good experience with everyone at Arrow. Stacie is a gem, calm, organized and accessible. The pluming staff - Chris, Clark and Steve were polite, quiet, exceptionally respectful about keeping things clean, clever with some challenging work arounds, and not grumpy even after they slithered under the house for a whole day. I got three bids and this was squarely in the middle. They did not make arrangements to reground the house after replacing the piping or put in electric box so be sure to add in separate electric work when you're considering the bid.

Dustin was very friendly and professional and made sure everything was done right and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Having an entire heating and cooling system installed is a lot of work and he did a great job.

Bottom line: My experience with Mr. Rooter is that it is an HONEST, highly skilled company, and they treat their customers with respect. I highly recommend for sewer line problems.Here's what happened:My sewer line backed up into my downstairs bathroom (yuck!!!!). I had a well-known national company come out to snake the line and run a camera. They told me that my sewer line was really bad and needed to have a liner put in, from the house out to the street, because it was failing at the seams and there was a belly out in the street, close to where it connects with the city pipe. Their estimate of $15,000 to just replace ten feet of pipe near the street seemed really high, so I researched some local companies to get a second opinion and a second estimate. Mr. Rooter came highly recommended both by my plumber as well as by several homeowners in the area so I asked them to come out for an estimate. Upon observing the video that was taken by the first company, they were not convinced there was a belly nor did they see signs that the pipe had major issues at all. Mr. Rooter wrote out a very detailed 2-part proposal. The first phase would be to install a 2-way cleanout and power scrub the line to see what's really going on by the street. The 2nd phase of the proposal would be replace the whole line, if it came to that. When Mr. Rooter came out to do phase 1, they said my clay sewer line probably had some bad roots that caused the back up, but was in overall good shape and would likely last the rest of my life, if not longer. In the words of the lead technician that was out there doing the work, If this was my house, I wouldn't replace the line. It's perfectly fine!. So in the end, Mr. Rooter saved me over $15,000 by showing my the video after they power-scrubbed the line and explaining the scare tactics that was used by the first company. So, three cheers for Mr. Rooter for being honest, on time, and respectful. They installed the two-way cleanout with very little damage to the lawn and the price includes three annual inspections to look for future roots. Shame on the other national company whose slogan should be: Call R--- R---, that's the name, and away goes your money, down the drain! Go with Mr. Rooter, a locally owned company, A+ accredited with the BBB. They know what they're doing and they do it well!

We moved to a new home and had a couple issues with plumbing. In the spring we had to have the main sewer line fixed and it was a stressful time. We had 2 other companies come out and one was super pushy with sales, the other was unorganized and not knowledgeable. We called Major Drain as a recommendation from a friend who is a commercial plumber. Major Drain was fantastic. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, prompt and honest. Working with their office staff is fantastic too. We just had them out again for something minor and they didn't overcharge and the plumber was great, patient and even provided tips for care of our plumbing.The office was responsive and emailed me the invoice early the next day. We will always use Major Drain and suggest you do too.

I had a water heater looked at and installed. I appreciated that Zakar answered my questions and responded to a new problem the same day. The installation has worked fine since replacement and I definitely recommend this company.
