The Civilized Plumber

I have been using this company for a couple years now and I have been extremely satisfied with their service. Dale explains the services prior to performing them, gives an accurate quote and always provides the best options for getting the job done. If you want a plumber that is reliable and knows what he's doing, then this is definitely a good company to call.

The is truly a first-rate company. The rates are fair, the work is of high quality, and the service is excellent. Dale Johnson, the owner, is clearly a man of integrity. In addition, his main plumber, Carlton Short, is highly skilled and quite personable. Nina, Mr. Johnson's office manager, provides excellent service and follow through. I highly recommend this company.

Doug came out and was extremely professional. He took his time to explain what he was going to do (and then did it). I called the day before a holiday weekend and they came out that afternoon. His service was excellent and they are my go to for all of my plumbing needs.

Dale and his team are not only civilized, but they educated you. When they leave, you feel like you have learned something, and the services is top notch!

SCAM. The company tried to charge me $45 just to get an estimate on some work. The service rep who made the visit was professional but I was never notified there would be a charge. When I called later to ask why I was being charged just to get a work estimate they said they notified me over the phone (which they never did). The person over the phone also said they notified me via email but when I asked them to resend that information she declined. Finally, the company never even gave me a written quote.

Have been completely happy with their service for many years.
