I had a weekend emergency and I had a plumber out to fix the problem quickly. Justin was professional and took great care to make sure my property was protected and fixed the problem much faster than I expected. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Came home to a clogged kitchen sink. I tried to snake the drain, but wasn't able to clear it. Because it was the kitchen sink it meant the dishwasher would also be out of commission. We have a 7 month old who bottle feeds so a working dish washer is a must. On the recommendation of a friend I called QP and they had somebody over within a couple hours to look at the problem. The plumber they sent was professional, patient, and was a clear stickler for doing things the right way. He was able to clear the clog, and then went a step further and sent a camera down the pipe to make sure there were no other potential issues further down since he was already in there. Highly recommend QP, they were quick to respond and offered quality work at quality prices. We'll definitely be using them for any of our future plumbing needs.

Apparently the water pressure was too low and causing the pipes to make a moaning sound. Josh was able to identify the issue and it took less than 10 minutes to fix.

Dillon was able to come out within a couple hours of my call about a leak. He was efficient in revealing what turned out to be several issues - a toilet wax ring replacement was needed as well as repairing multiple faulty joints in the drain system. Josh did a great job. He ran pipe wrap around water pipes in the crawl space. He also removed a section of abandoned pipe. He got right to work and finished the job in good time. He also seemed to take good care to make sure the problem didn’t reoccur.

Today we just had a faucet replaced in our kitchen and also had a leaky pipe coming off of our HVAC looked at…Brian was fast, clean and efficient…taking care of both jobs in under an hour. I have used other companies, but Quality Plumbing always does the job right.

It was Saturday and my outside faucet broke and poured water into my laundry room; my only option was to shut off the main. First plumber called only worked weekdays 8-5; second plumber had answering service which I called twice and never received a call back. Called Quality-- plumber responded in 5 minutes, was on the way and arrived in 20 minutes. He assessed the problem, installed the new faucet, moved the washer/dryer back in place and was gone in an hour. I paid time and a half due to the Saturday work, but it was well worth it. Plumber was polite, professional and spoke highly of his employers. I have recommended this company to all my friends. I have also arranged for a service call to address another issue. Great to work with!!!!

Drain overflowed while washing clothes Thursday morning. Tried to clear it ourselves, no luck. Friday morning called Quality. We were told they were all booked up, but could come out Friday evening on overtime. Got a call back around 6 Friday that a big emergency came up and we’d have to move to Saturday morning. As the day progressed they continued to call and let us know what time they would be here. Very very pleased with the great communication. JP was our plumber and we were so happy with his courteous, professional and friendly manner. He initially thought we might have a broken cast iron drain pipe, as the snake brought up some mud. After a thorough snaking it brought back tree roots as the culprit. Drain was flushed out and is running clear now. Quality Plumbing is going to be our plumber from now on. I had a good experience with this company. My hot water heater began to leak, so I asked for them to check it out. Dillon, the plumber, gave a no nonsense review of my choices, and stayed after hours to finish the job. This company was a class act, from start to finish & has earned my business in the future. This is the second time I have used Quality Pluming, both times they were the least expensive bid I received & where able to send someone out that day! About a year ago I had an issue & Pete was sent out. Pete was very professional, arrived a few minutes early & was able to knock out my issue with in an hour. Most recently I had a new issue, JP was sent out ((the same day as the call)), he arrived on time, was very professional & kept working on my issue until it was resolved. Technician came at time stated. Used a nifty looking power snake to open up clogged pipe in basement and replaced old faucet heads to basement sink. He was friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up his work area. If I need a plumber again I now know who to call!

Absolutely terrible, they do not work with you at all in regards to any small complications of the visit. First time they came out they were over 2 hours late so we had to reschedule. Second time they shows up on time to the apartment complex but stopped at the front door. They couldn’t handle the simple directions as to how to contact the front desk using the keypad to the left. They did call but I was at work and wasn’t able to answer til later. I will be using someone else and will not come back.

On a late Saturday afternoon I struggled to find a plumber willing and able to fit me in for an emergency (main home water line had to be shut off to avoid flooding in house). I was referred to Quality Plumbing by another plumber who I've used before! Dillon came out first thing on Sunday morning and fixed our issue within a short amount of time. He also helped with some advice on related plumbing stuff. Very timely, extremely friendly and helpful with good communication throughout. I had a leak from my main water shut off valve. Called around to several plumbers to get quotes. When I called Quality Plumbing he listened and immediately said he thought he knew the issue and could help me fix it myself. He was very reassuring and walked me through the simple fix. N more leak. Home was built in the early 60s.up stairs bath tub and sink has been draining slow.Thought our main pipe was bad and needed replaced.John came out looked at the drains and asked all of our questions.Talked to the Wife/Boss and explained everything to her better than I could ever have.Drains are good and main sewer pipe also good.Here 30 mins.Thank you and very happy.

So I ran into a little bind on Sunday, 12/23. One of my toilets clogged up and I couldn’t get it to break free. So I’m not a plumber, nor do I know any plumbers I could call last minute, and especially it being around Christmas time. But I googled a 24 hour plumber in my area (I live in Smithville) and Quality Plumbing popped up. I read the reviews and I thought I would give them a shot. So I called Sunday afternoon, and about 24 hours later I received a text from Dan, asking me the situation was. I just told him I had a minor toilet clog that I couldn’t unclog myself, and asked him for assistance. He put me on the schedule for his tech to come out and at 1400 on Monday, 12/24 (Xmas eve) a tech came out helped me out of my jam. The tech was quick and friendly, and it only took him 5 minutes, in and out, and my toilet was good to go. I expected to pay a pretty penny, considering the holiday, and the 24 hour turn around time, but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be, and my toilet was flushing like it always does! Dan was extremely helpful when I spoke to him on the phone, and he’s one of the reasons, aside from the good work the tech did, why I would do business with them again!

Saturday morning panic and Pat to the rescue. Arrived within one hour of calling on the coldest day in KC. He assessed the problem quickly and calmly, found the solution, and alleviated our fears. He went above and beyond and inspected the rest of our house for issues. I would never use another plumber. Thanks Pat!

I have a rental house that had a backed up main line. I was quoted for the first hour and service charge and told how much it would be for every 1/2 hour after that. The plumber called me to say he was on the way and that he would call me if he was having problems and it went beyond the first hour. He was also suppose to call me to get my credit card information to pay for the service when he was done. Three hours later and no call. I figured he just forgot to call for the payment, so I called him. To my shock, he was still at the house and said he was still working on getting the line cleared. My husband asked why and they plumber said it was sludge and he did not find any obstructions from items in the line. He told my husband that he was going to go back to the shop to get a higher powered tool (not sure what it is called) to clear the line because the current snake was not getting it done. A little less than 3 hours later he cleared the line, but never went back to the shop to get the higher powered tool. Look, I am not a plumber, but why didn't he get the higher powered tool after the first hour or two. Why charge a customer by the hour with a tool that is clearly not working efficiently, when you have a better tool at the shop. Seems like common sense. Then the issue with not calling to inform me there was a problem. The whole thing seem fishy. Will not use them again after paying almost $700 to snake a line.

We recently hired Quality Plumbing to cap a gas line and fix a toilet. We had a great experience. Dylan provided excellent customer service and used outside the box thinking to identify and repair the problem. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs and would recommend asking for Dylan!

Had a sewer smell coming out of one of our extra bedrooms. Contacted Pete Gray and they had a guy out within the hour. The plumber that came over was very professional and knowledgeable and found out that it was nothing more then water that had become stagnant in the trap in our shower from not being used in months. We were given some suggestions and told simple steps we could do to correct the issue. Anyone thinking of using this company should feel 100% confident that they are going to be getting the best, honest, professional service and that they will not have someone trying to sell them on services that are not needed. 350$ and what seemed like 30 mins later. My problem wasn't fixed and still had to pay another company to fix problem. The technician never asked to replace the unit. The technician was inexperienced. He never explained why thd unit was not working cause he himself didn't know why. So now I find myself replacing the unit when tye 350$ I spent could have been used towards a new unit. AMaybe if you weren't so quick to contact clients over bad reviews and actually focus on training your techs on what to look for he would know that the reason the pilot light wouldn't stay lit was due to no air going through the unit as a fail safe. Cause the valve melted instead, all your tech was interested in was selling me a high priced tankless unit. After I mentioned the tankless unit he had no interest in fixing my water heater. If the tech would have said I needed anew unit.Then I'd have a new unit in and he would have been paid to do so. Instead of me having to pay another company to do it. And on top of that he misquoted the unit price and admitted he wasn't that knowledgeable. Yet as soon as I spoke to an experienced company they immediately identified the problem. So now instead of gaining a customer you've lost my buisness plus the buisness of friends and family. I asked why the unit wouldn't stay lit as your tech fumbled for 20 mins clicking the pilot light. Maybe if you trained your techs better they wouldn't recommend changing parts that don't need to be changed if the whole unit is bad.You have a better week sir I know I will knowing I'll never give your company anore of my $$$

Danny did an excellent job correcting something a previous plumber had messed up. And he eased my worry as I thought it would be an big expensive fix but ended up being something semi simple. This is why you hire a professional to do the job right the first time, Saves money in the long run.

Danny Napier always does a great job! He has fixed our gas line to our gas log fireplace at home and performed excellent commercial work at our office including toilet repair, faucet repair, hot water heater installations and drinking fountain installation.

These guys are great! Bathroom sink would not drain and they came same day to fix the problem in no time at all. Very friendly and very knowledgable!

I've used Quality Plumbing before and been very happy with their services. Today they went above and beyond. We're in a pinch to close on our house. The repair we needed was scheduled with another plumber last week who didn't work out. Quality Plumbing fit us in the schedule and then, when the job turned out to be much more complicated than originally thought they worked super hard for long hours to make sure it was done correctly and on time. JP and Josemaria did the work and were professional and friendly the whole time! Couldn't be happier!

TERRIFIC! We did not have running water over the Labor Day holiday D/T a cracked housing unit on our water filtration system and had out of town guests D/T arrive by 3 PM that day. The first plumber I called on 9/6/2016 was Quality Plumbing. I spoke with Dan and within in 20 minutes of talking to him, he had arranged a plumber to be at our home. One hour later, Andy Patton was greeting us with a smile, ready to evaluate our problem. Quality Plumbing had the parts we needed and Andy had the work done within 20 minutes!!!! Andy was very courteous, professional and made sure we understood how the new unit worked before his departure.My Grandfather and Father have run their family plumbing business since 1925 in Maysville, Missouri. That being said, I know the value of quality workmanship and customer service. I will always support locally-owned companies and since Dad is too far away, Quality Plumbing, is now top on my list. Danny was awesome. I actually had another plumber come out before him who told me my only option for fixing this would be to remove the counter top & sinks in order to get to the plumbing. He then tried to charge me $79 for doing absolutely nothing. We called the company and they lowered the service fee to $59, of which i was still not happy to do. I explained all of this to Danny on the phone and he told me he really wanted to give this job a shot, and if he was not successful I would not be charged. He came in and not only fixed the issue, but he also fixed my sink faucets and handles, and told me exactly what to do to try and prevent this from happening again. Danny was very knowledgeable and super helpful. I will use Quality Plumbing in the future (hopefully i don't need them though!)

He and Quality Plumbing worked around our schedule and did a great job of installing our water heater. Also, in December 2019 Josh installed a new water line into our garage to water our winter plants and did a very good job in great time and very concerned about the expense to customer. Would not recommend this company. The serviceman ruined the brand new shower faucet and replaced it with a cheap faucet that doesn't match the set I bought. So now I have to go spend more money on a new faucet. We were charged $650 for 2 hours of work. Not happy!!!

Called Monday morning for a a problem I had with a leaky spigot outside that made it unusable. They came out and fixed it in about ten minutes Monday afternoon and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to do it. They will be my plumber from now on!

Great experience with this company. Started off rocky, as a backed up sewer line was not effectively dealt with and I felt the service man, while doing his best, was in over his head in this instance. I then was considering other plumbers. However after visiting with the owner, we came to an agreement where I trusted them to do the right thing. They sent Andy out for a new perspective and right away I recognized he was efficient and knowledgeable. The issue was resolved and I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly and charged what was very fair. I would no doubt hire them again and would make a stated preference for Andy!!

Main line was backed up (roots). Jacob came at the end of a long day and worked till everything was done. After he ran the main line pulling out tons of roots and a plastic jello cup (!) we found the kitchen sink still had a problem so he ran the line for that. Highly recommend Michael and Tait, had a leak on our water service called and within an hour Michael and Tait responded. They found leak, fixed it and cleaned up to pre leak condition!! Work was phenomenal and willcall again for all future issues!!

Toilet was leaking, I gave these guys a call. They asked me to send them some pics of what was going on so they could give me an estimate. I did that and they mentioned it may be be an easy fix (wax seal replacement), so I fixed it myself. Their tip saved me $140. I'll be using them in the future.

I called to get a bid to replace the 3-story cast-iron sewer stack in apt bldg and went through the trouble opening the walls along the stack for visability and making sure tenants avail to let the person in each apartment. It was nice they could fit in the bid at short notice. But... The person only quickly looked in the basment, refused to look at any other parts of the line in the building and wouldnt even look at a couple photos of the stack in the apartments. The bid had no details, was crazy high and I got the feeling they werent interested in the work. Too bad they couldnt just say that. Was hoping to use a NKC company. I wont be calling them again ever. Ended up going with Bob Hamilton whose bid was very reasonable and the work was completed quickly.

Just had Quality Plumbing leave my residence and I can't say enough about how good of a job Danny and Jim did with our gas line installation to our new gas fireplace. Danny was able explain each available option, three different ones, and which would be the easiest/most cost effective for all parties involved. Needless to say they were done ahead of schedule and were also able to replace a leaky anti-freeze sillcock that has been out of commission for far too long due to the difficulty of accessing it in the crawl space.I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill that it was substantially cheaper than another respected plumber in the Northland. Will only hire Quality Plumbing for any of my household needs going forward!

Requested a quote on installing floor drains for new business. They gave me a 2hr window that the guy would be there. Took time off from day job to meet them. Guy is a no show. Call dispatch, they tell me he's running late and it can be up to an hour. An hour later I get a call that a different guy is heading my way and he's 20 minutes away. 30 min latter the guy shows up and apologized explaining that he had to fill in for first guy who never responded. Second guy was polite and professional, took rough measurements and had me email him an exact list of why I need and said he would have the office email me the bid. A week goes by and I hear nothing. After 10 days I call and the office and leave a voicemail stating I have not heard anything. I then get a voicemail from them that tells me that they can't give me a bid because they are already booked up until the end of the year! Complete waste of my time and lost wages!

I called Quality Plumbing this a.m. and had a technician at my home before 1:30 p.m. We had a jackhammer sound every time we flushed stools in our home or used the washing machine. Plumber, Jose Rodriguez diagnosed the problem immediately and worked quickly to eliminate the noise and get our water pressurized in our home correctly. He was fast, proficient, professional and the bill was not too bad either.

New years eve, Discovered bad leak in our basement coming from the toilet. We also had family from out of town staying with us. Called quality plumbing new years day in a panic. The rep on the phone was very kind, sympathetic and efficient. She explained cost and time frame when we could expect someone to arrive. Nick, our service man was amazing. He explained what was wrong then proceeded to get it fixed. I will definitely keep this company on speed dial and highly recommend them.

I had a plumbing issue late in the evening: a problem with a bath tub dumped water through a light fixture below. I made an appointment for a plumber online for the next day, and got a call around 7:30 the next morning confirming service. Luke came out shortly after that and did a great job diagnosing the problem, fixing it, assessing the damage, and talking me through the process; very professional throughout. The price was right in line with what I expect for a plumber, and thankfully our problem was an easy fix. I was very happy with the service and the turnaround time, and I won't hesitate to use Quality Plumbing again in the future.

Derek and JP came in to fix a plumbing issue that has been plaguing our office for months. Whenever a toilet was flushed, the pipes would howl like a dying animal. Our supervisor was out, so we had nothing better to do than watch them work. They were very friendly, polite, and patient, taking the time to answer all of our ridiculous questions. They were efficient in protecting our office space while they worked. I am pleased to report the only dying animal sound we have now is a co-worker who likes to imitate the sound! We can now use the restroom without alerting everyone in the building.

Wow! Quality Plumbing is terrific! Got a new toilet yesterday, plus an outside faucet fixed! George did a great job! He left a clean work area, made an extra trip to the supply house to make sure the faucet was fixed correctly, hooked up my hose plus hose attachment for watering and we shared stories about our love for our puppy dogs. Great people. Recommended from a friend. Call them and same day were at the house. I had a issue and rescheduled for the next day, no problem, right there next day. I was told by 2 other plumbers that my sewer line needed replacement due to a break in the line. Andy and his coworker came, inspected, cleaned the roots on my sewer line, re-inspected with camera and video recording, and there was NO break on the pipe. Others want to take money from you, but quality plumbing was honest from the beginning, great service and fair price. Would recommend them anytime.

Saturday was going to be a busy day, and to find that my sewer had backed up was not something I planned for (I know, never is). I have had Quality Plumbing out before, so I called once again seeking help. Their technician promptly returned my call and was able to come by my place shortly to help. He quickly saw what my problem was and went to work. I probably asked a ton of questions as he worked, and he was great at answering them. I never once felt that my calling him for help on a Saturday morning was an inconvenience to him. I appreciated that. Everything was cleaned up before he left. Highest price of anyone I called. Probably just didn't want to bother doing the job and this was their way to handle. Should just be honest and tell me. They had done well in the past as far as quality work. If they were too busy they could have given a price for later on.

James was very professional and skilled at detecting the source of the issue. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. There was an issue with scheduling where the staff person did not finalize my appointment resulting in them dropping my scheduled appointment. I spoke with management and they were able to rearrange appointments to prioritize my repair.

These guys are awesome. I called this morning and they were very helpful and courteous. They listened patiently to my problem, they explained the possible causes and gave me suggestions. Explained their charges, which are very reasonable, for the various fixes that might be needed. No hard sell. I'm glad I called these guys first today, and I always will from now on.

I had a leak coming into our basement near our water main shutoff valve. Unfortunately, the main water supply line was damaged and needed to be replaced. Brett came out and inspected the issue, and it was repaired shortly thereafter with a small crew. They were prompt, fairly priced, honest and repaired this issue with minimal intrusion. I would use them again for any issues in the future.

Wonderful technician. Did everything that we needed. Put in two gas lines, fixed vent on water heater, capped off unused bar sink, added water pressure valve and clean up all the trash.

I had a really great tech named Jacob. He was super friendly and great with my pets. He was very responsive and got the job done correctly!

I had a hot water heater go out on a Saturday. Danny came to repair but the fix would have been too high for a 10 yr. old unit. It was getting late in the day but he stayed to install a new water heater, and saved me several hundred dollars by advising me to purchase the water heater from Lowe's. The fact he stayed late to do the installation saved me from having to deal with the problem during a busy work week, as well as getting hot water back in one day. This is the second time I have used them for plumbing work. They do great work at fair prices and look out for their customers best interests.

The first plumber I called did not answer...thank goodness! When I tried Quality Plumbing, the phone was immediately picked up by a very nice gentleman who listened to my needs and scheduled me for the very next day! I was lucky enough to get Josh, who showed up promptly and was polite, efficient, friendly and extremely professional. He finished the job in no time and was a delight to deal with. I just recently bought a house and I have a few small issues with a drain and a leaking valve. I contacted quality today and asked if they did free estimates. I've had these guys come out two different times now. I will continue to use them because they are honest and fair. The first was to unplug my main drain which they did at a reasonable cost the same day I called in. They also explained to me why the drain was plugged and gave advice on how to avoid the issue in the future which I appreciated.The second time was to replace an aging water heater that hadn't failed but was showing signs that the end was near. They went out of their way to work around my schedule and came out the next day to do the replacement. Cost was more than fair, and the workmanship was great. Definitely much better than the previous install, and everything is working fine now.

I was so impressed and when plumber Clayton arrived, even more impressed. Zach from Quality Plumbing came by my house today. He was very professional and fixed the job better than I would have expected. A well-known local competitor was going to charge $600 upfront with no commitment that it would fix the problem. Quality Plumbing's total bill was $175. It is a great feeling when your problem gets solved and you feel as though you were treated fairly.

Had Danny Napier come out to cable our drains, since flushing slowly, and he gave a lot of great advice and was very courteous. Within a few weeks, the lines were backing up into the tub (maybe related, maybe not). Danny came back out within hours of us calling to report this, and re-cabled everything and made sure we were running again. And they didn't charge anything!Definitely using these guys again.

I have used Quality plumbing at least three times in the last year for various reasons. They have always done excellent work and gone over and above in customer service. They were able to install a new water heater while I was gone for the evening. Because I trusted them, I left them there to do the work while I was away. By the time I got home we had hot water to shower. I didn't expect it to be done so quickly. I highly recommend them in no uncertain terms. They also offer the best prices I have found.

Plumber installed a new faucet and the handle was not put on tight. It also started to leak and he came back to fix it and $500 later it was fixed. One the first service call he said we needed new shut off valves and too forever to come back while Home Depot was minutes away. Not happy with the service and total cost of a leaking faucet replacement cost me $850. Will not recommend and will put my experience in our neighborhood news letter. Disappointed.

Josh was on time, professional and provided a good repair. I had an uncommon fix that needed to be done and they did everything to fix it including ordering parts from different places and were prompt with their services. I had had 2 plumbers come before that weren't able to fix the issue.

They did a great job fixing the problem that someone else had done a horrible job fixing. Afterwards, I had an issue with some solder on the wall. I got an immediate response and the same day they met me and took care of all my concerns. So it's fixed and everything looks great!

Broken toilet!! Most important because was my son’s and he has autism. Would not understand to use a different one. Aaron came out after regular hours. Long story short, he made a trip back to the warehouse to get a new toilet and installed it that night. Start to finish, about 3 hours. Made that special effort to accommodate my special son. I have used Quality Plumbing several times and been happy, but this extra effort made me a customer for life.

Wonderful experience

My pipes froze overnight on one of the coldest days of the year. John was able to come to help insulate my pipes under my crawl space. I was told to wait a few hours, However, within minutes my pipes had thawed and my water returned.

For an after hours service they made it over pretty quick. The price seemed a little steep but to be honest for after hours service I can’t complain. I would definitely call them again with a plumbing concern.

Quality came out to fix a couple toilets and did a great job. They were easy to work with and were flexible with my schedule. They even came back to make sure it was working after I called with questions.

We have used Quality Plumbing a few times now. They are always very friendly and professional. When our sewer line recently backed up they seemed to go out of their way to get here as quickly as possible. QP is the only plumbers I will use at this point. I tried a few others before I found Quality, and they always seem to try and get you to buy extra services, or have hidden fees. Wanted full payment upfront without doing any work. When i called the office I was told payment was due once service was complete. I preceded to ask why then did the two technicians one being Chad, requested payment upfront in cash or by paying with credit card to the office. She transferred me to a voicemail. I called back and spoke to adam and he claimed that the policy was that the techs get to decide who they request money upfront from. I then requested to speak to management. Waited over 30 minutes, adam said i couldn't keep tying up his line and that pete would call me back the same day and of course nothing. This is one of the few times ive ever been discriminated against. I would suggest not using their services they are so unprofessional.

I have a home warranty service which I have had 3 appointments with, paid $360 to, and still did not have answers or clear pipes.. I contacted Quality Plumbing explained I had a sewer back up and clogged pipes. I asked them to come out and clear the blockage and then scope my entire plumbing system. I knew I was having issues, I just didn’t know where or what. I called on Tuesday morning due to Monday being a holiday and they had a plumber at my house on Wednesday morning by the name of JP.. One of the coolest things is they sent a picture of JP so I knew who would be knocking on my door.JP arrived on time, answered my questions ( there were a lot of them) and not only explained things so I could understand them, he showed me so I knew exactly the problem and what was going on and what needed to happen to correct it. He gave me his recommendation of what should be done as well as options to be mindful of the cost involved ( that too was a new experience ). JP spent 3 days at my house working on three areas. Day 2 he had an apprentice with him, Clayton and day 3 he had Tait with him. Each day I received a text who would be showing up at my front door, I super appreciated that. I also appreciated JP was the constant contact, he started the job and he finished the job. That has not always been the case with other companies I have worked with. JP, Clayton and Tait were kind, professional, respectful and communicated well; and not only listened to me, but heard what I was saying, that’s huge, especially when you’re talking to men, :0)I cannot thank these three men enough. Y’all are pretty alright in my book and I will definitely be a return customer as well as spread the word about the comprehensive and thorough work you do.

We had a leaking drain pipe running from the sink over our radon reduction system. Called Dan and he sent out Brett the following morning to get it fixed. They replaced the leaking section of the pipe and explained how to avoid any issues in the future. Very prompt, affordable and easy to communicate with prior to and following the job.

I had a backed up sewer line, and had two other companies try to clear the line. One spent 6 hours attempting to clear the line. Both of those companies decided it would be time to dig up the line. Then quality plumbing came out and had the line draining in 30 minutes. These guys are very professional and have great customer service. We called Quality Plumbing with a non-emergency that we wanted to get done quickly, and they got us scheduled earlier than I would’ve expected. The gentleman they sent to our house was very knowledgeable and did a great job of setting expectations with the quote. He actually proactively found some obstructions in a sink completely unrelated to what we had called for and took care of it for us right away even though it was after normal working hours. I’d confidently refer them to anybody looking for a plumber.

Josh did an excellent job laying a natural gas pipeline for our fireplace. He was punctual, well mannered, did quality work, answered my questions, and was very innovative. He had to improvise on the spot on a couple of occasions, to minimize any possible structural follow-up work and to minimize time on the job. When the job was over, he reduced the estimated cost, since he did not work as many hours as had been included in the estimate. The entire Quality team was impressive on this job, including the dispatching and scheduling done by Michael and Andrew. I will continue to use Quality Plumbing for our plumbing needs, and have now decided to switch our HVAC work to Quality Mechanical.Another factor I liked was that the price for this job was about 33% less than another plumbing company we had been using had estimated. I also like the fact that Quality’s plumbing charge is based on a rate per hour times the number of hours worked (plus of course materials). Quality does not use standard pricing that just about all competing plumbing companies use.

Jacob was extremely professional and quick. Due to the weather in our area I woke up to no water. I called 3 times during the day because they were swamped and I didn’t know what to expect. Everyone was kind. When Jacob showed up, it didn’t take him long to find I had a frozen, busted pipe in the garage. He fixed it in less then 10 minutes. Showed me the shut off valve as well. I’m so grateful he was able to still show up so late in the evening and quickly get the issue taken care of. I would definitely recommend this company.

I reached this company completely by accident and was extremely dissatisfiedwith the service. The plumber was to replace the garage disposal and unclog the upstairs vanity. The garage disposal was not replaced simply cleaned because as he stated was gunked up. The upstairs vanity still has water standing in it 24 hours later. Before I called it was draining slowly. Now I have to pay somebody else to come out and do the job the right way

We had two problems: a bad fill valve and shut off valve in a toilet and a leaking pipe in the basement. Quality Plumbing's courteous and helpful scheduler got us an appointment quickly. Kenneth called to tell us when he would arrive; he was on time, professional, skilled, personable, courteous, and fast. While the toilet fixes were quick, the pipe was in a very awkward, difficult to access place on the ceiling. Kenneth did a great job fixing the leak quickly and securely and cleaning up. He surprisingly, but politely, refused a tip, saying the company takes good care of him. The cost was very fair. I will absolutely contact Quality Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs.Because of our great first experience, we called Quality Plumbing again on 23 Apr 20 to replace a leaking kitchen faucet and two leaking outside freeze-proof faucets. On 24 Apr, while enroute, Josh called to confirm what was needed and when he would arrive. We texted a pic of our current kitchen faucet to him; he selected a perfect replacement and texted a pic to us for our approval. He was prompt, courteous, fast, efficient, professional, and very patient with our questions. The charge for labor was very reasonable and, as a contractor, he saved us a lot of money on the parts (e.g., $125 vs $189 for the kitchen faucet). He did not complain about having to move furniture blocking access to pipes that I should have moved before he arrived. On 26 Apr, I hooked up hoses to the outside faucets. One faucet leaked in 2 places. I sent an email to Quality thru their website on Sunday night. Early Monday I got a reply, saying that Josh would be returning that day. The problem was that two nuts had not been tightened at the factory, but the problem did not show up when Josh tested the faucet, since the hoses were not attached. Josh tightened the two nuts, showing me how to do it in the future, since the problem will probably reoccur as the faucets age. As long as we live in KC, we will always call Quality Plumbing for any plumbing service.

We had frozen Pipes due to extremely low temperatures overnight, Brett came out within an hour and got them fixed super fast! I will definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future! I also love that they text and send a picture of your Tech when they are headed to your house so you know who to be looking for! Thank you so much Quality Plumbing!

I called QP this morning because our garbage disposal wouldn’t turn on. A technician, Jacob, arrived just an hour later and fixed the issue fairly quickly. Jacob was also kind enough to fix a faucet that had been improperly installed even though I forgot to mention that issue when scheduling service. Jacob was very polite, efficient, and thoroughly communicated with me about the issues at hand. I always call quality plumbing with any plumbing issues and have never been disappointed!!

Joseph was friendly and professional.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He got my water heater lit and working without replacement. I had a new faucet that had not been installed and he utilized the 1 hour service call to install faucet for me.

Josh came out on Friday to unclog a drain, he was knowledgeable and efficient. We thought the problem was solved. On Monday, we found out that wasn't the case. Josh came back out in a short period of time and remedied the situation only charging for his labor. I appreciated the quick response and good job.

Jacob Brown was my technician. He was very pleasant and did an excellent job for me.

Curtis was on time, professional, and very attentive to the smallest detail. The work was completed faster than I thought it would be. When he was done everything was cleaned up and he made sure I was satisfied with everything. You don’t find people committed to customer service the way Curtis and Quality Plumbing are. Also, the price was fair and they came in under the quoted price.

We have used Quality Plumbing a couple times and when we had water issues today, they were our first call. Brett White was extremely friendly and taught me a few things about my water lines, water meter, and things to look for in the event of future water issues. Quality plumbing recently replaced my water heater which was in a difficult spot. The employee did an excellent job. He was professional, did a thorough job and cleaned up before leaving. All at an affordable price.

We have had Quality plumbing out twice and I can't say enough about how great this company is! The first time we had water all over it was a mess.. that was a year ago. I don't remember his name but he was amazing and even stayed after to look at our upstairs sink. The second time yesterday Josh came out to check out a sewer gas smell but since we had totally demoed our bathroom he said it would be hard to tell where it was coming from and he wouldn't charge us for coming out. He did put sealer on a drain pipe he saw. Great service!! We will continue to us them for all of our plumbing needs.

These guys are great. I trust them completely with all of my plumbing needs. I've had issues with my main water line leaking into my basement, as well as my garden line freezing over. I called QP after a friend recently used them and was happy with their service. Our kitchen sink was backed up on both sides and after 2 days of attempting to fix on our own, it wasn’t working. I asked for the fees during my call and was told the hourly rate plus the amount for every half hour after that. They got to my house earlier than planned which was perfect. The plumber was friendly and able to get the clog taken care of and cleaned up in 45 minutes. I wrote out the check for an hour of service to find out I would be charged an additional $98 because there was a travel fee (never mentioned to me on the phone) and then we were charged a chemical fee for using drano (also not mentioned but I can deal with that). Not happy that they weren’t honest and up front about the fee’s when I specifically asked. Not the plumbers fault at all, but that is why I gave 3 stars.Update: the person handling calls and not being up front with the fees “made it right” and had the plumber call me to waive not only the travel fee, but the chemical fee as well. I feel bad that the plumber is handling issues he had nothing to do with but happy I don’t owe so much!

We called Quality based on reviews from our neighborhood, The Coves. We needed a plumber asap and wanted to support a Northland business. We called and they sent Andy Patton out to repair our toilet and a leak under our kitchen sink - his work, his attention to detail and customer service were excellent! Over and above anything we expected! He explained everything to us and was professional and efficient. We will definitely use Quality again and will request Andy to do our work!

The gentleman who came out not only installed my new sink but educated my fiance and I on the plumbing of the new sink, faucet and garbage disposal we had just purchased.
