He has been prompt, professional, and spent the time to explain each part of the process. My drain and I have a complex relationship. Shortly after the first time we met, when I have freed it from the clutches of a homeowner who had shown it no respect, it rebelled against me and refused to accept my gifts. The gurgling noises would strike fear into the hearts of any humans or animals within earshot.

The drain's continued resistance to perform it's one task led to unforeseen anxiety. Crippling, troublesome fear that my own home may not be safe for me, let alone the members of my family.

I have multiple rental properties in Fairway and Prairie Village with main lines completely riddled with tree roots. Chris always does an incredible job and provides fair pricing and well as expert tips on how to prevent future problems. The honest feedback he has given me has actually resulting in me needing his services far less often since I have way less problems. Of all my contractors who do all kinds of things, He is my FAV.

I had home warranty technicians come out three separate times to work on a stoppage in main sewer line. They concluded that we needed to dig in front yard to solve problem and quoted me $3800. I called Chris for a second opinion. He came out on a Saturday morning and fixed the stoppage in the main sewer line for $140, said he was able to clear the stoppage in the main sewer line. Chris was honest, efficient and did not try to upsell me on services that I did not need unlike many corporate companies.

I've called AAace for several plumbing issues and Chris has addressed each one efficiently and expertly, offering explanations as he goes. Not being knowledgeable in plumbing myself, I am comfortable in trusting Chris to take care of the problem, and not cut corners or overcharge. He's personable and professional - highly recommend!

Our sewage drain backed up. Two associates showed up and helped us unclog the drain and identify why there was a problem. The prices were fair , reasonable, and seemed less expensive than other places charge. His assessment was reliable and helpful! If you want an honest and fair repair team, I would go with this business!

Called Chris to fix a basement drain that was backing up. He came within a couple of hours even though it was a Saturday morning! He snaked the drain and while he was here replaced a hot water shutoff valve. He is very knowledgeable and professional and his prices seem reasonable. We will definitely call him again when we have plumbing needs.

They were great communicators, friendly, quick to respond, and solved the problem right away. There were small roots in my pipes and I'd imagine less honest companies could have used the roots to tell me I needed to pay a bunch of money but they not only quickly took care of the problem (and easily diagnosed it), they also explained the simple routine maintenance to keep the pipes from clogging or cracking (I have old clay pipes going out to the main line) in the future. Highly recommend, trustworthy!
