Installed an entirely new heating and air system. At least six guys were here and did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves. Had a service guy come out the next day to check airflow and answer some of our questions after having the unit for 24 hrs. Excellent and always arriving within a few hours of your phone call.

We have had a great relationship with Dukes of Air for our Heating and Air Conditioner service for over 3 years. We find them trustworthy and cost effective and wouldn't think of using anyone else.Kalem came out for our last air conditioning checkup and I found him friendly and easy to talk to. As an electronic engineer I was appreciative that he took the time to detail symptoms I should watch for as the conditioning unit ages in order to head off potential issues before they fail.We greatly appreciate that they provide service all the way out here in San Tan Valley. We have been so happy with our service from Duke's of Air. In addition to doing an outstanding job installing our new air conditioner, they have always promptly responded to any service requests. Last night we had the unfortunate experience of having a rat fall into our outdoor air-condition unit. I called Dukes of Air this morning and they immediately made an appointment for us today. Kyle from Dukes of Air called when he was on his way and upon arrival cleaned out our AC and checked over everything to make sure it all worked perfectly. He didn't even charge for the call as he went ahead and did a full service tune up since we were due for one anyway. Thank you Kyle and Duke's of Air.

Needed my dinosaur ac unit changed so i googled ac people in my area. A place with this many reviews being 5 stars, i figured it was worth a shot. Very thorough explanation of whats needed and quoted me different models with links to prices. In case i wanted to do my homework and check the quote. Didnt take me very long to choose Dukes. From the setup to the installation, everything was top notch and professional. My unit is in just in time for summer, and its a beauty. The rooms that were warmer are now not warm anymore. Air flow is amazing. Highly recommended, and i now see why they are 5 stars.

Our tech Randy was very professional and arrived early to our appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and worked quickly to track down the short in our system and corrected the issue. Very Happy and will use again for future needs.

I was previously a loyal customer and had a great experience about a year ago. However, when one of my units was having trouble recently my opinion has dramatically changed. Feeling like I had no option, I went ahead and paid almost $8000 for a repair, because I was told the inverter and control board was bad and cost $5000. Second guessing myself, I contacted another company after the repair was done (unfortunately). I have since found out that the part cost about $400. The difference between $7K and $400 is simply ridiculous. Not sure if it was the tech, or the company, but regardless I just got taken to the cleaners by a crook. AVOID this company!!!UPDATE: I asked for an invoice showing labor cost and parts cost and they refused. The invoice only has the total. That is a great way to hide your dishonesty I guess. Now all my contact is ignored. What a poor way to run a business. Nothing but a bunch of crooks.

Arizona Dukes of Air is absolutely a great and affordable AC repair business to use. Specifically Kyle who was our repair technician was great. He had such great customer service and and was very efficient on finding out the problem with my mothers AC unit that was not working and the house was over 90 degrees! He quickly found the issue and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Also gave us tips to prevent in the future and was really trying to help us for the future. Again a very great company who is responsive and efficient. Wow! We will probably never use another company ever again! Our cold air stopped flowing overnight Friday-Saturday. We called Saturday morning and got a same day appointment! The tech Todd even showed up early because he was ahead of schedule and was very nice. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of showing up! He replaced the part and fixed the issue within 15 minutes of showing up! Dukes of air is the best! Thank you dukes of air!

Great! In time. Friendly, great service and great value! We had Calem come out this morning and did a spectacular job! Our ac wasn’t cooling down where it should be, and he was able to spot a leak and fix it, then refill refrigerant in our unit. Now we are back to cooling perfectly! He was honest about what we needed and didn’t try to nickel and dime or sell us over priced filters. Whew! Will ABSOLUTELY be using them again. Thank you!!

We found Dukes of air a few years ago and have been using them for our rental as well as our own home. They are always friendly, professional, and communicative. They have saved us a lot of money the last couple years fixing things others said we had to replace the unit.

One of our 2 AC units just went out. Dukes of Air were the 1st company I thought of for replacement. Robert came out, gave me several options. The unit I picked is so much more efficient compared to our last one. Josh and his crew had the job completed in record time. The installation looks clean and professional. I'll be using them as well when the next unit goes out.

I wanted to have a new ac unit installed in spring of 2021 (April). I researched ac units and local companies that installed ac units. I was quoted outrageous amounts for off brand units and even higher prices for brand units from companies we had done business with in the past.I decided to have Arizona Duke’s of Air come by and provide us with some ac unit quotes (they only install Trane units). I was impressed with no pressure sales tactics, was given three ac unit installation quotes. I chose to go with a 18 seer Trane multi stage unit.It was the best decision I ever made for our home. Arizona Dukes of Air installed the unit in six hours, hauled off the old unit, and did an awesome job of completing all of the specifics lined out in the installation agreement.Today, I had my fall maintenance tuneup and the tech was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough.I don’t think I will ever use another ac/heating company as long a Arizona Dukes of Air is around to service our home. My SRP bill was 30% to 40% than previous years.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARIZONA OF DUKES OF AIR TO INSTALL A NEW UNIT AND SERVICE IT GOING FORWARD!!! Go Trane! Justin provided excellent service to my heat pump (rinsed the condensor coil and checked that all the components were in good working order). He gave clear information on what he did. In addition, he cleaned the drain where the condensate line from the heat pump empties into and cleared the debris from my roof. Job well done.-Doug G.

They are always clean and make sure they leave nothing behind. And they really love the customers and take care of your air conditioning and heating needs. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Arizona's Dukes of Air. Anyone living in the valley understands the sheer PANIC that arises when your air conditioner doesn’t hum “ON” in the summer. We all start pointing fingers and coming up with random on/off switch combos to trick it into working again. After that embarrassing phase, we googled up the best AC repair place, read thru the reviews and messaged their online forum. It was after 8pm, but they still replied quickly with their basic answers about service call rates and hours of operation. Bright and early the next morn, I got an email to call the office and Laura was up to speed on my issues per my panicked emails that night. The AC tech Tom came out earlier than scheduled (he called 1st to get the OK), and he was so patient with my many questions. He took pictures of the parts he said needed to be replaced (per the owner of the house request), & explained why; reassuring us that this company doesn’t try to cheat the customer for a sale.It was a relief to feel respected, heard and secure with our AC repair (with all the horror stories out there). Thanks AZ Dukes! I will recommend to everyone.

I had a subtle issue with my AC that occurred inconsistently. After paying for the first couple visits and not seeing a consistent fix, Dukes of Air returned twice more free of charge, and the issue has been fixed for good. Anthony investigated the issue carefully and I was impressed with his work, grateful for his persistence and my working AC.

So we used to use this other group which I thought was pretty fair until a chance call from Dukes of Air pushing a service special that allowed me to take a chance let them come out. It has been the best decision that I have made in a long time! Dukes not only takes time to repair issues if necessary, but are very proactive and conduct fixes on potential items before they become issues later. In addition, once the job is complete, the technician sits with you for 15 minutes or so after each visit to thoroughly explain what he has done, looks at the historical records to ensure any issues discovered during the last visit did not reoccur. Reviews he’s a recommendation on what he’d like to do during the next visit, And ensures that we are fully satisfied with the service before he leaves. That is Pretty damn great customer service! We are very happy that we switched to Dukes of Air and highly recommend that you do as well!

Our fresh air intake was on the outs so we reached out for a few bids from different professionals around the valley. Dukes of Air was one of those companies and not only did they have the best price for the repair they were fast, friendly, and delivered a higher quality product than was originally quoted at no additional cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone and they are definitely at the top of our list for any future service and maintenance calls.

I had a very positive experience with Duke's of Air, technician Tom B. In layman's terms he explained step-by-step everything he was doing and why. He was very thorough and he quickly noticed a jury-rigged fix with regard to the capacitor that our previous service provider had installed. He changed it out with quality parts and I'm certain he saved me hundreds of dollars in future repairs by doing things the right way. You can't go wrong with these guys. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service by Justin and Marcos. They did the work quickly and efficiently and gave a detailed explanation of the process. We signed up for the maintenance plan as well. Very grateful for their work in this heat. We have definitely recommend this company.

Great company. I'm now a lifelong customer. They had an opening today, which is a lot to say being that you need to wait weeks to get an appt. with some ac companies. They also diagnosed the issue which only cost me $600 rather than a new 12k ac which another company recommended on my 6yr old unit. Ray called me a to let me know what time to expect him and that he was on his way. He arrived at my house at the time he said he would be there. Ray went over my system with me for my water heater and told me what the replacement would entail. He also discussed a reverse osmosis unit for my house and the benefits it would provide. Ray was very thorough and professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly and I look forward to using them for their service.

I am torn on the star rating. I was very pleased with Arizona Duke's in the past and I have even recommended them to my real estate clients. However, I am recently extremely disappointed at the lack of responsiveness and communication. We had our AC serviced at the end of April to avoid any down time this summer. Our AC went out June 6. Arizona Duke's was unable to come out for a couple days due to high volume (very understandable, not upset). We got another AC person to come same day and within minutes noticed the problem was outside and the foam protecting the line from unit to home was saturated. Upon cutting it back it was full of refrigerant. The technician then found a micro leak in the line and we were educated that this has been going on for quite sometime. This in turn, caused our compressor to fail. Now, I am out the money for a new compressor and we were low 10 lbs of refrigerant. Thats a significant amount to not be noticed upon the service we had received, especially since it was a micro leak. I am very disappointed that I had emailed to resolve this and never received a response and also called the office to discuss and was told I would get a call back from a manager and never did.

We had 3 new A/C units installed. Dukes of Air were very efficient and professional when they came over. We are very happy with our new quiet and energy-efficient units. I highly recommend them!

Our AC was installed incorrectly and he fixed it and got our air from 106 to 80. He made sure everything was taken care of before leaving. He was on time, professional and really nice. It's refreshing when someone is knowledgeable in their profession and kind.

Like a lot of folks these days, I picked Dukes based strictly on their 5 star reviews on Yelp... and crossed my fingers. Even 5 star reviewed places have the occasional hiccup and I was hoping I wasn’t going to experience one of them, and I didn’t!Todd, my service provider, was professional and polite and very patient while I asked him a bunch of questions, even repeating myself sometimes, to make sure I was clear on the answer. Ray is a excellent plumber with great people skills. He anwered all our questions, gave us a quote before doing the work and made sure we approved of his plumbing repairs. Employees like this are a real plus for a business and hard to find!

We made an appt, then canceled because we thought we got our air working. But when it broke down again, she still had someone come out that night with short notice. I have subscribed to a service contract fir our two AC units for a couple years now. Office staff is terrific. Field techs are always on time, very thorough, and walk me through everything.

I had AZ Dukes install my new Trane HVAC system around 2 years ago and have now had them service my units a few times. Their customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. My technician today, Justin, was friendly, courteous, prompt, prepared, and knowledgeable. He even changed my air filters for me! I will continue to use AZ Dukes for my HVAC needs and feel very confident in their reliability, knowledge, and service. It’s truly been nothing but smooth sailing since I first met with them for my initial sales consultation and I can’t speak highly enough about the company and their reps. I can’t recommend these guys enough! You won’t be disappointed.

The HVAC technician took the time to explain what needed to be serviced and why the service was necessary, and made reasonable suggestions about what services and repairs would be recommended in the next few years considering the age of our air conditioning system. The technician was friendly and professional and cleaned the area around his workspace when the repair was completed. I would recommend Arizona Dukes of Air to my friends and family based on this experience alone.

Ryan was my Technician today. He checked out my HVAC and installed a new air cleaner. He was suppose to install new air filters but the office did not inform him so he asked someone from the office to bring out a pair. They gave him 20X20X2 instead of 3” thick. He had to go to 4 different stores to find them. Ryan went out of his way to get those filters. He will be late to his next appointment and I apologize to that customer. However they will be getting a great technician even though he may be a little late.. Thanks Rhonda and Dukes for hiring a great committed employee. - Tim

I had another company come out to service my 14 year old unit and was told they could not service it because it needed replacing. I had Dukes of Air come out for a 2nd opinion, and the techs inspected and cleaned my unit. They told me it is working fine, and has quite a few years left in it. Justin and Scott were very thorough, friendly, and I appreciate their honesty.

They completed the work as needed in a timely and professional manner. Using video I was shown what was wrong and the corrective action to take. The A/. Unit run effective and saving us money. Their are many companies who are less than honest and our out to screw the homeowner. Preventative maintenance is the key. Don't wait til it hits 115 degrees to call for service. In closing, if you aren't doing business with Dukes you are probably getting shafted. Five stars all the way. Sidenote, not getting paid to place this review.

Tough review to leave. First off if you need ac work call these guys they really are great! We use them all the time. So this review is really about this particular service call today not the company overall. The very nice, knowledgeable tech fell out of my attic, TWICE. The 2nd time I literally caught him and probably prevented a serious injury. Didn’t really notice the damage to the closet door or attic Access trim until he left. Big picture not a big deal, a few nails, some caulk and I may have to sand and repaint a door but I was a little irked he didn’t point those things out or look for damage before he left. I think he was just embarrassed but still.

Arizona’s Dukes of Air has some of the best service techs in the business. After a shaky install, the management and service techs came through and rebuilt all the confidence I lost during that time. Most recently, I had them out to do some routine maintenance as I signed up for their Gold Maintenance plan. I was very pleased with the service I received. Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very respectful of our property and made sure everything was cleaner than when he arrived. If you want company (and technician) that care about their customers, go with Dukes of Air (and Justin)! You’ll be glad you did.

I'm probably a little biased - I've used these guys before (both service and a new AC), plus I've recommended these guys to friends and family.Service is OUTSTANDING; responsiveness and quality of work are excellent. I ended up needing a new AC (my 25 year old Trane finally went kaput) and Monty was out the day after my call to walk me through all the options; no hard sell and very honest. 4 days later I'm enjoying my new Trane, 2 stage, 16 seer 3 ton unit thanks to a fantastic I stall by Danny and team.The folks at Arizona Dukes of Air are honest, polite, professional and will do what the need to do to earn and keep your business. Could hear a gurgling noise in materbath sink. I thought it was air in pipes. Service tec said he felt it was coming from air conditioning drain. Apparently builder had air conditioner drain into sink which we didn't know. Since Dukes of Air installed new air conditioning several month ago they waved service call charge. Had another service tec come same day and confirmed noise was coming from drain. Original drain was ok but there wasn't a trap in drain causing air conditioner to suck air when running. Dukes of Air waved service charge on that call also. (Don't know how long there was a issue because we went on vacation for 10 wks. after install. Our bag) Long store short very professional tecs. Would recommend Dukes to anyone. Again appreciate them not charging me what could have been 2 service charges.

Have had techs out every six months, since we have a maintenance plan with them THEY call us to set the appointment up. Nice that we don’t have to keep track of when it’s due to be checked. Our unit is old so tech didn’t tell us anything that we didn’t know already except a couple of things we were wondering about. Nice to know they’re not making up work that’s not needed. Since it has never been replace, but heading that way, we asked to get a estimate for new ac. Saw Jerry today. Very good experience! Went over everything plus left a detailed written copy. We are very pleased with the Dukes Of Air. Wish I could remember techs name to acknowledge him.

Jerry from Arizona's Dukes of Air was very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing who to go with as we replaced our HVAC system. He answered all our questions and concerns. We had a very old AC system when we moved in, and the electric bills were high during the summer. Jerry sent us a quote on some great replacement options. The price was right, and the professionalism of the whole Dukes team impressed my wife and I. On installation day, the crew was prompt, friendly, and FAST. We just started with this company and can’t say anything bad about them. I would suggest having your technicians wear shoe booties when servicing a home. Ours is carpeted for the most part and it’s kinda bothering. I hope you will make this changes in the future. Thank you!

I’ve been using Dukes of Air for the last 3 years for my regular HVAC maintenance because I find them to be honest about the services and maintenance I need without trying to up-sell me stuff I don’t. Todd and Justin are my preferred technicians. They both do a very thorough and professional job, and they take the time to explain in detail what they checked, what they found, and what maintenance they performed. They pay close attention to detail and, in multiple occasions, have gone the extra mile to tend to details that would normally be outside their scope of service.In the past, I‘ve had to switch HVAC companies every year because I found the work to be mediocre or the technicians to be dishonest and try to sell me things I didn’t need. I’m very happy I no longer feel the need to search for a new business every year since I found Dukes of Air - I highly recommend this company.

Having to get both my units replaced due to age of units. 1of them got to a point of the compressor fan not kicking on. I had decided to go with Duke's, and set up install date. When I told them during scheduling about the one unit fan, they sent out a tech next morning to get it running decent until the new installs. Great guy came out, replaced capacitor, and up and running. Very responsive and professional both on phone and in person.

Had our AC go out on us late in the day yesterday and Dukes of Air were able to get to us by this morning. Our technician Isaac was extremely professional, direct, and helpful as he diagnosed and repaired the issue. The price of the service seems to be just on par with what other places are charging online as well.Definitely recommend.

My experience started with a phone call to Laura, who was exceptional in helping us schedule a slightly complicated service call to our vacation condo. She was so friendly and helpful and a great introduction to this company! I was facing what every Phoenician dreads, a diagnosis of a needed multi thousand dollar repair going into the summer. The company that I routinely scheduled yearly maintenance with, services and even original sold me the system gave me an evaluation that my system was in need of $4300 of replacement parts and labor.I decided that I needed to get a second opinion on this and called Dukes to come out and perform a system checkup. I contacted them on a Saturday and left a message. My call was returned in a few minutes by Laura, who listened to my situation and agreed to schedule a yearly maintenance so I could compare what I had been told with the Dukes' opinion.I am so glad I did. Mark came to my home and after a brief confirmation of the details around my situation, Mark went to work. He was professional and courteous and even updated me at the 1/2 way point after checking the air handler in my attic. A bit later, he gave me the post mortem on what he found... and what he found was what I expected. There was nothing wrong with the system, I wasn't low on refrigerant, and the system was in perfectly acceptable shape, even considering it's age (10 years).I can't thank Dukes' enough for giving me a straight, honest answer. I can say with all confidence, when next year's maintenance comes around, Arizona's Dukes of Air will be the company I call going forward. Had rental unit short cyclying.Another company told me my unit had lost it's freon had a leak. Lucky for me they did not have time. I called Dukes of Air and they had someone out in hours. Not only was it not out of freon the tech was able to get just the right part and come in at half his original quote . All working perfect the next day. That's service and integrity.

We just turned on our AC earlier this week for the first time this year. It stopped working last night. I called Dukes of Air around 8:30 this morning and they said they had a full schedule but could get here between 5-7pm. Totally reasonable in my opinion, given that many other folks are probably experiencing the same thing. Imagine my pleasant surprise when Justin called around 1pm and said he was 40 minutes away! He promptly diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate which we agreed to. The work was done quickly and our home is comfortable again! Justin took all of the appropriate safety precautions when entering our home (gloves, mask, shoe covers). He was very polite. I think we’ve found our new AC service company! Would definitely recommend and will use again. We’ll probably sign up for their maintenance plan.

Excellent Service all around!! After a costly repair with another company, Arizona Dukes of Air was able to come in and rebalance our AC system the right way. I originally called Dukes to get a second opinion after another firm came to my home over 2 years ago. The first firm spent 15 minutes and gave me a bid for $3500 for new coils and told me I had a coolant leak. The Technicians from Dukes the last 2 years have done a full evaluation of our system, replaced a couple parts that have worn out (11 year old system) capacitor, added a small amount of refrigerant the first service, and it’s been fine ever since. I feel very good about Dukes of Air technician’s level of expertise and willingness to explain what was being done. So thankful I asked for this second opinion years ago.

Rick arrived this afternoon for my regular maintenance visit. He is thorough, personable and professional. He was COVID-19 ready in all aspects. Rick is not a clock watcher, that is, he takes whatever amount of time is necessary to do his job. This includes completely answering my questions in a way that is understandable. I had one problem. He was a very positive experience for there was a lot of pre-appointment communication and even day of communication. I knew who is going to show up and win. My technician showed up in a timely and professional manner. We have worked together before so I was like greeting family. After a brief introductory conversation he went right to work like clockwork. He knew exactly where to go what to do and accomplished it in a very effective and efficient professional manner. He then concluded his work giving me some professional advice on the condition of my investment and equipment. I advise he might be selling the house in about a year and that I will keep the warranty on the equipment so the new owner has a great high-performing heat pump and air conditioner serviced by a great professional and technicians. We concluded wishing each other holiday greetings and said we would catch up again in March or April of this next coming year for air-conditioning start up. Also he advised that I change the filter and advise the type that I can get at Home Depot for a lot less money than what I used to buy. Arizona’s Duke of Air technician came out the same day (Saturday) I called and was able to repair the ac unit within 30 minutes. Technician was very professional and explained the issue.

From the moment I called to the moment a tech arrived at my home was about 2 hours. Great response time in my opinion. Unfortunately after checking out our leak, it was determined we have a cracked drain pan but because none of our existing parts were numbered or have any information on them, ultimately the tech was unable to replace the drain pan. He did recommend a company that is more specialized in working with manufactured homes and did not charge us for the visit. All in all, I would recommend this company and am only disappointed that they weren’t able to remedy the issue. That’s not their fault though. Would use them again!

Rick came to our new build home to complete a retinue maintenance request. While here, he identified multiple issues with on HVAC system. He documented said issues and took photographs so that I can send a request to the builder on the warranty for repairs. He was very careful about not doing anything that would void our warranty from the builder. Rick was clean and respected our home. We look forward to having him back in the autumn. We've been using AZ Duke's of Air since we bought our home. They've previously done HVAC repairs, system tune ups, and as of today, a full HVAC system replacement after our 20 year old compressor gave up the ghost in last weekend's thunderstorm.They are a premium (read: not the cheapest) contractor, but the system options we were quoted were the best overall values out of the 4 contractors we had quote the project (including the Costco option!). The price itself was objectively fair, and the financing options were better than their competitors as well. From final quote to install took only 3 days which obviously is important in August. Christian and the rest of the install crew were prompt, more professional than the bar by which I typically judge, and they had the system swapped and cooling the house down within 5 hours.They also did a water heater replacement for us earlier this year via their plumbing division , and I'm happy with that work as well. Shout out to Ray who worked with me on that project to find the flexible solution I needed that the other plumbers wouldn't even entertain.Duke's has firmly solidified themselves as our go-to HVAC/plumbing contractor, and all my neighbors that have reached out this afternoon have been told the same thing.Thanks, AZ Duke's.

Arizona's Dukes of Air came to my house today because my dryer vent REALLY needed to be cleaned out. The first guy was here right on time and was super friendly and so sweet to my puppy (even though he was being a lunatic haha) but he gave me a really good price/estimate and they were able to come back a few hours later to get it all cleared out. It was clogged up because I'd been neglecting it but they got it fixed up and didn't make me feel self conscious about it. Now I know how often I need it done and I'll always go through them!

I have been using AZ Dukes for many years for the routine maintenance of my HVAC system. They were always on-time, courteous, and professional. When that 15-year old unit finally died in the middle of a 110º heat wave on a Sunday night, AZ Dukes dispatched a tech the next day to diagnose the unit. Ended up buying a new unit from them that was installed on Thursday of that same week. They arrived on-time and did a great job getting the new system running. Pricing on the new unit was fair and given that I was in a vulnerable spot and could have been gouged, it’s a testament to the integrity of the business that they did not!I highly recommend these folks!

Wellington came out late last night to rescue our half dead 4 year old Goodman Air conditioner. He spent a lot of time resuscitating it but unfortunately it only lasted the night. He will be back to revive it with a new coil, capacitor and hard start kit. I have faith we will be up and running soon. Prior to any work Freddie communicated all the work that would be done and all the spots that would be covered by protective plastic. Carpet protectors were placed all throughout the house. The entire team was extremely friendly, hard working and completed the work thoroughly and quickly. They left the house cleaner than it was prior to their arrival. They showed me how to operate the upgraded thermostat and showed me all the work that was completed. Phenomenal customer service. Been using Duke's for a number of years for AC maintenance. Came time to replace my units and they did a great job. Called ahead and showed up right on time at 6am. Two teams, they pretty much swarmed in and got everything done simultaneously. Still took 8-9 hours (AC replacements aren't easy). Everything started up and was running really well. Cleaned up after themselves (better than any contractor ever has I might add). No surprises on the invoice - the quoted price is exactly what was on it. They even take care of dealing with the SRP rebates so I didn't have to pay the money and then wait for it.I'd have been happy to recommend them before, and even more so now. 10/10, would recommend!

Installation is very good, given the tight space constraints in the attic. The guy who installed the external unit (condenser / compressor) & instructed me on connecting my phone to the thermostat (don't remember his name) did a great job, was very courteous. The rest of the team were courteous, polite and professional. As mentioned earlier, attic installation is the best it can be, given the constraints. House was left clean. It has been weeks since the installation and the unit is working well.From the time he showed up to give me a quote, through the installation and post-installation, Jerry Eaves has been a true professional - very pleasant to deal with. When I was given the quote, I had asked that a gas line that had been cut off in the attic be reconnected. On the day of installation, it was not done (not sure exactly why, perhaps they did not have the tools, perhaps it was getting way too hot in the attic, which I can understand). When the installation was in progress, Jerry called me to say that he would take care of it later & I was fine with it. Since I was out of town, Jerry coordinated with my wife & got the gas line connected. He had to make multiple trips to hardware stores. He stuck to it & finished it. Apparently, Jerry has discussed it with your owner John. He & John are due to stop by in a few days to improve upon it. My wife and I truly appreciate your professionalism. Horrible after-sale service. I gave them a service contract to upkeep my 3 commercial air conditioners. Everything went well until something broke. My AC stopping pushing cold air. They sent a tech and the tech called me to give me a quote that was almost 1000$. I expected the repair to cost $300, so I negotiated to save some money on an unexpected cost. The following day I get an email from the GM to tell me that I shouldn't be negotiating prices with the tech. At the same time, I reach out back to the company to let them know the repair didn't work, the AC was broken. A new tech came to fix the problem. I thought with their warranty I wouldn't have to pay for anything. WRONG, they charged me a new service call and charge me for another item that had to get repaired. I expected there not to be a service charge since it wasn't properly fixed the first time. The tech left and I felt no improvement. I called them back to say whatever they charged didn't work. They said they would come back, but if there is no problem they would charge me again. I expected paying a service contract and so many repairs they would stand behind their work. The GM shows up with the tech and says everything is fine and I have to deal with the performance that wasn't acceptable and the reason why I called them. I reached out to them a day or so later to say there is no improvement and it felt worse.. The GM emails me to tell me that they are dropping me as a customer because I should trust them. They don't understand as the customer if I'm paying them for an issue and they just want to bill me without fixing the problem, how could anyone trust them. I called another AC company and they told me the panels dropped off the AC. Clearly this company doesn't do a good job on closing up and owning their work.. Be careful with this company!

Very successful experience!! Emailed them Sunday evening and received a response back within 10 minutes, which is outstanding! One of the air conditioning units had shutdown so house was uncomfortable but we could manage. Scheduled them to come out on Monday and Tom arrived right on time. After describing what The symptoms were he tuned right in to the problem area and had it fully diagnosed within 15 minutes. Off Tom went to get the parts and we were operating agin within 90 minutes. Super experience, cost effective and quick repair. We will have the Dukes and Tom back again if there are other problems! Thanks Tonya and your Team.

Dustin came out to do cooling maintenance. He noticed that the condenser was running hot. He recommended an ECM condenser reconditioning package. He quoted a very fair price and worked for 2 hours installing the package. I would recommend Dustin and Arizona Dukes of Air to everyone. They really care!

I needed a new unit. I had 2 that were 16 years old! I decided to replace both. Yesterday, in 8 hours, I had 2 new QUIET units up and working. They rebuilt the attic access trapdoor BETTER than it had been before. They cleaned up so well that you'd never know they'd been here. The Dukes of A/C were very efficient and timely. We came home from vacation Sunday evening and our a/c was not working. We have used AZ Dukes of Air multiple times for AC repair and now this time for heater repair. Super quick to call back and schedule an appt right away. I reached out to them and within 2.5 hours the tech (Tony) had arrived, diagnosed, went to get parts and fixed the issue. Each time we have used them, we have been given many options on how to tackle the problem and how much each option would cost along with pros/cons - I trust that they are not here to get as much money as possible out of me and really care to take budget into account. I imagine we have some equipment change that has to happen in the next couple years and I know who I will call when that time comes.

We called Dukes of Air when out air conditioner broke down during a 109 degree day on a Sunday afternoon and chose them based on their stellar online reviews, and they absolutely lived up to them and surpassed them. The office staff was extremely responsive and said a tech would be out within a little over an hour. The star of the show was Justin our tech. Justin was absolutely phenomenal, gave us updates prior to arriving so we knew when he was coming from the prior job, arrived promptly, listened to our ac observations, and quickly got to work. He went above and beyond in ever capacity from his overall customer service, communication, explaining the multiple problems, why it happened, and was was needed to fix it. He explained pricing for the repairs prior to installing them which was appreciated. Justin did a complete inspection of the unit which found the hidden 2nd problem which could have been a major issue if not immediately addressed. Justin completed the repairs quickly and ran multiple tests to ensure it was working properly. Again phenomenal and best in class service, we are very grateful for his thoroughness as the hidden issue he found would have led to a new ac unit replacement immediately. This shout-out has been a long time coming but I think it's only fair to give credit where credit is due. I had Dukes install a new AC shortly after my husband passed away a few years ago. Unfortunately circumstances brought forth a problem almost from the beginning (with the unit), which brought Dukes back to try and fix the problem time and time again. My shout-out is because they DID come back, quite a few times, and did what it took to fix the issue. It took time, but I think we can all agree, customer service is vitally important especially these days. Thank you Dukes, for your patience and making sure my problem got fixed once and for all.

I have had a 5 ton Trane A/C installed outside on May 5, 2022. I have had nothing but trouble since that time with this unit. I'm not blaming Dukes of air. They have been out at least 6 times to try to fix the problem. They have put 3 new parts in the unit. I guess it was just one of those things that happens sometimes with a new unit. Marcos and Patrick have tried there best so far. Tonight the cool air went off and it jumped from 75 degrees to 85. They can't come out until morning. Well at 9:00 pm the air went back on. I don't know if there was a glitch in Mesa or what but I am happy it is on. Dukes of Air have been great when you call them. I would recommend them highly.

We had some condensation lines that were clogged up, and needed them cleared ASAP to prevent flooding. Adam came out and cleared the lines, but also added a PVC union near both air handlers to be sure that servicing them in the future was much easier. I do a lot of my own work, so I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty working on my own AC from time to time. I checked his work, and everything was top notch. Fair price, quality work, and great professionalism from the tech. Highly recommend and will use them in the future.

Our AC unit needed some service (loud rattling noise etc.). Thankfully Dukes of Air was able to send someone out the same day we called. Randy was our service technician, and he is excellent at what he does. He was able to diagnose what the problem was, explain it to me and get the unit back into working order by early afternoon.He was able to advise me on things I need to maintain or look for going forward to keep it running right.For my first impression of Dukes of Air, I give both Randy and Dukes two thumbs up. We had too much air flow to one of the areas of the house compared to the rest. Called on AZ Dukes of Air once again. Justin was the technician who came out. He needed to locate all 3 actuator dampers in our home but couldn't find them. He came up with the idea of contacting Renew Air, who perform duct cleaning services to arrange for a duct camera inspection. Their technician Raymond was able to find the missing damper down in one of the ducts - which then Justin was able to take over & replace since that was the root issue. Now, I've got cool air running throughout the house. Thanks again!

These people broke my AC, and then expect me to pay for it to be fixed. I waited two days for a manager to call me back, after three different employees kept taking my call back information. Absolutely the worst company to deal with, they’re a money thieving company. Not to mention, their employees have no respect. The entire six hours they were outside of my house making their installation, I cannot fathom the loudness and ignorance that came out of all men’s mouths while on the job at 7am in the morning. I’m baffled.

Large crew came in and they were very professional and courteous. The install took way less time than I thought it would.

Ace came out over the summer to do routine maintenance and told me that the units were close to needing to be replaced, which we knew was coming soon anyway because they were original to the 18 year old house and a few houses on our street had replaced their HVAC systems in the preceding weeks. He was extremely thorough and professional and represented his company so well that we had Dukes replace our 3 units about a month later. They started at 8AM and were done around 3PM and made sure to clean up the attic and the backyard. When you're spending this much money on a major project you want to make sure your money is being well spent and that's the case with Dukes. Definitely keeping them as our go-to as long as this is the service level we can expect.

I had quite a scare with my a/c unit this week after it was struggling to keep up in our really hot temps in AZ. I called someone else (I’ll call him Technician #1) who came out on the weekend and suggested a $730 repair, or a $7000 new unit. Given the numbers, I told him I would need to get some comparisons.I set up 3 appointments this week. The first appointment was pretty good. That technician (Technician #2) took photos and explained what was going on (which didn’t match up with what Technician #1 told me). He then made some suggested repairs that would total $2000. As a result of the cost of the repairs, he said he recommended I contact a comfort specialist about purchasing a new unit. Justin from Dukes of Air came out next. His diagnosis of the problem matched up with the diagnosis of Technician #2. He also took photos and explained what was going on. However, unlike Technician #2, though, Justin was really upfront about what the a/c unit needed, not pushing all possible options like a Technician #2 had. On top of it all, he quoted the necessary repairs at a fraction of the estimate that Technician #2 had. Justin from Dukes of Air definitely earned my trust today.

Overall a great experience. What made it great was when my HVAC went down, I called to schedule a new install appointment and since install was a few weeks out, the rep scheduled a technician same day for a temporary fix and it was greatly appreciated. Helped us get by the brutal heat.The new install team was solid. They were on time and ran an efficient install operation. Job was completed in about 6 hours. Only feedback I have is it would have been a better outcome if they spent time in checking/adjusting the air flow at each vent to ensure optimal performance. It was put on me to follow up and schedule an appointment with someone else.Marcos was assigned to fix the air flow issues. He was great.Again, overall very satisfied customer. Ray and Brandon worked on my shower as it wasn't allowing both hot and cold water. Ran into a few issues along the way but worked together and figured it out and stayed as long as needed. They got it fixed, put everything back together and tested. Everything is working great and have hot and cold water now. Excellent job and teamwork

Today I had my second encounter with Arizona’s Dukes of Air. The first time, I found them to be extremely fast, friendly, and competent - and also concerned that they were delivering the right service for me. They fixed my system without pushing me to replace it.This time, after a quick call, the service was scheduled. The technician, Tom, called me to let me know he was on his way with a 15-minute ETA. He arrived exactly on time.We had a pretty good idea, going in, what the issue was. It took Tom about 10 minutes to set up and confirm the trouble with diagnostic tools.Tom presented my options, complete with the pros and cons and pricing. Within 40 minutes and minimal out of pocket expense, my house was cooling down. Again, they provided the service that was best for me.I have had dealings with other air-conditioning service providers, but none of them compare to Arizona’s Dukes of Air. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Whether it’s A/C, pool maintenance, internet/cable, etc. I think it’s important that a service member shares with you what they’re doing and ways to improve, prevent, maintain, etc. without having to call them every time. I met Randy with AZ Duke’s Air today and he wasn’t just professional and helpful, but very educational. He walked me through my system, the options around how to improve air flow in a couple rooms upstairs, and how to clean/improve the A/C longevity and performance. Randy did a fantastic job and, in doing so, I have chosen to go with a 5-year maintenance plan. I look forward to working with Arizona Duke’s of Air and would highly recommend their service and expertise!

Todd was the tech who initially serviced our home several years ago and we were very impressed with his expertise. He did an excellent job of evaluating our issues then and every since. $677.60 to replace 3 capacitors despite having the Complete Customer Care Maintenance Program...Pretty disappointed, as the Complete Customer Care Maintenance Program is pre-paid and apparently doesn't cover labor to replace common parts that wear out, like capacitors.The technician, Kalem that came out, said we had a bad capacitor on the blower motor in the attic and 2 bad capacitors on the 2 compressor units outside as identified as part of the pre-paid inspection plan. All capacitors on the invoice say replace warranty capacitorThat means $677.60 was all labor. So, to disconnect the capacitor wires from the terminals, 15-20 minutes of work - $677.60. Seems highly unethical and a predatory practice. If we took $550 for 15 minutes of replacement work, that would equate to $2,200 an hour in labor to replace capacitors.Additionally, he didn't even wash off the condenser unit coils like most other HVAC companies do.From Invoice:CAP-M100-0060Replace Warranty Capacitor - Any Size: Qty 1.00$242.00CAP-M100-0060Replace Warranty Capacitor - Any Size: Qty 2.00$435.60 - Supposedly this is with a 10% discount as well...6/19/2023 $677.60 - Total for 3 capacitors under warranty.

Our furnace is not kicking on. Called Saturday p.m. and didn’t expect an appointment until sometime the following week. I was pleased to get an appointment for Monday afternoon, the first business day of the week. Justin was very friendly and helpful and explained everything he was doing. He needed to get a part and was able to find one and got it installed. It works just fine now.

This is the first time I have had a technician hose down my inner and outer coils on my air conditioner. He also said my unit is in great shape which is a relief to hear since my unit is ten years old. Previous companies have told me I needed one to three unnecessary repairs on my unit, which is why I am not using them any more. I called late in the afternoon when one of our units had stopped. They came out very quickly and spent a good couple hours trying to fix the unit, but, couldn't. I decided to replace both units since they were 14 years old and got 4 different quotes from various companies. Dukes of Air's quote was one of the lowest and combined with the very professional sales experience with Jerry, made it an easy choice. They were also able to do the install the next day. The installation process and crew were top notch as well. I wished I could thank them all by name as they did an outstanding job. The Trane units are operating great and we are cool once again. It's also nice to know that we have a 10 year warranty as well.

We had the pleasure of our compressor failing on one of our air conditioner units. The cost to repair due to R-22 Freon drove our decision to replace the unit.We received several quotes for the replacement including one from a friend in the AC business. They could have tried to sell me a new system, but instead suggested having a tech take a look at my 15 year old system. $299 to fix the problem compared to $8k for a new one. Scheduled appointment a week and a half in advance. Could only have crew come on weekends due to my schedule. They told me 10 - 1 on Saturday. It's 12:45pm with no call or text. I call their office and they tell me that a tech called out and the other tech is not available. I'm wondering when if ever they were going to let me know they weren't coming out today? I've used this company before with no issues. Not a big deal as I rescheduled to Monday after work just poor communication on their part.

I called Dukes of Air and they were very responsive, answered the phone immediately and got me booked for a appointment in 1 day even though it was 110 out. The dispatcher was very knowledgeable and gave me clear instructions about prepping for the service. And best of all when Randy showed up he was one of the most thorough, knowledgeable and honest technicians I have ever worked with. Gave me advice at every step for my system. Also, little footnote, I owned a large plumbing and hvac company for 10 years so I am not easily impressed but Randy and Dukes of Air have earned my respect!

12/7/2020I had a very nice young fellow, Rick come out to do my winter A/C maintenance. He was right on time and had his mask on. I was confused on my thermostat so he helped me understand how to use it. After his maintenance work he put a new air filter in for me and gave me another way to insert the filter easier since I always have trouble doing that. I highly recommend Dukes of Air. They are fabulous and the girls in the office as super!Excellent experience with everyone from Dukes of Air. A pleasure to work with. Made the whole experience very easy and understandable. Nice they are a local business and cater to us in the East Valley.The install guys showed up on time, first thing in the morning after calling to let me know they were on their way. A+, superb and stellar service! Our A/C went out around 1 AM last night. In a panic, I began researching companies to use and saw the excellent reviews for AZ Dukes of Air, which was also recommended by our local realtor. I sent a text at 7:30 AM to check on a service time. We received a super fast and friendly reply and we were set-up with a SAME DAY apt between 3-5. I couldn't believe our luck, same day service! Oh, no, my friend, not only same-day service, our technician Tom, called and was able to arrive early. Like, really early!Tom was so nice and easy to work with, we felt comfortable right away. He jumped up in our attic and quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired and replaced the necessary parts, which were available on his truck, and had us back up and running in less than an hour! We purchased a TRANE 19 Seer 5-ton XV19 Low Profile variable capacity split heat pump system. Robert was the salesman that came to our home and gave us a bid on what we wanted done. He walked the house and elevated our needs. He was able to e-mail us a bid that we thought was a fair price. We agreed and he came back to our house with a technician and they measured and laid out a plan that would serve our needs. They were very precise and let us know where everything would go. We wanted the whole old system removed and a whole new system and duct work replaced. We feel that our needs were met and that we indeed have a NEW and UPDATED system throughout our home. There have been a couple of times we had to have them come back to check on a problem here or there. Other than a couple of communication problems the problems were taken care of and resolved right away. So far we love the system. It heats the house up great and is so quiet you don't even know it is on. It hasn't been hot enough for us to really test the cooling. Dukes of Air have been wonderful to work with. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Had some trouble with the furnace, called the Dukes and they were out the next day. Gave me a time window and on both the diagnostic trip and return trip were here right on time at the beginning of the window. Quickly diagnosed and clearly explained the issue. Brought back the part and repaired two days later. Tech was very helpful. I would definitely call them again.

One of our AC units stopped working last evening. I called Duke's of Air at 7AM the next morning and they were able to schedule a tech to visit by that afternoon. By 10 am I received a call that a tech was in the neighborhood and could stop by if I was available. I agreed to the earlier time. The tech, Anthony arrived, diagnosed the problem and had our AC unit up and running within 15 minutes. Anthony was very knowledgeable and professional. Anthony also fixed some minor issues with the thermostat wiring which if it were not corrected could have led to more major problems down the road. The repair cost was very reasonable.I have used Duke's in the past for repairs and the replacement of 2 complete systems at a previous residence. They did excellent work at reasonable prices. Arizona Duke's of Air seems to value and treat their employees well. Everyone from Duke's that I have met thus far have been very knowledgeable, professional and had very positive things to say about their employer.

I was referred to Dukes through a coworker and I’m very glad I was. Their professionalism was obvious from the start compared to others. From the ladies answering phones to Rob who came out to the house for the bid - they were very accommodating - after we accepted the offer, they came out and added freon while we waited for our install. Unfortunately, we had a bad leak and the ac unit was done for. They were nice enough to bring a portable unit. Also, I asked for an earlier appt because they were 3 weeks out. They told me they would check and call me back. They called the next morning and told us they can squeeze us in 8 days earlier. We were so happy because we were with no ac in triple digit heat. The fact that they called us back and squeezed us in meant a lot to me. Prices were reasonable and I feel the quality of work is excellent. Highly recommended!

As we were conversing about a replacement system, he asked to have a look and gave me ideas and suggestions - even tho the replacement is not planned for another couple years. He was very professional and respectful (careful) even when working around my vintage car collection. A true professional and hope he will be back to do all of my future jobs.

I hired them when they were still Sterling Services. Turns out despite being their client for 5 years, they no longer service my area. All good except they would not help take care if an issue they partially caused. They helped install a minisplit unit in my house and never offered to pass pipes through attic. I am in need of replacing the roof and they wont help, not only that, I found out the drilled my roof to install, so buyer beware.

AZ Dukes of Air really cares about their customers and prioritize fitting you in their schedule. No one wants to wait through the weekend with no AC during an Arizona summer. They moved things around on the schedule to fit me in as soon as possible. Todd has fixed my air on 2 occasions quickly and explains the issue so that I can understand. The initial telephone contact, Pamela, was friendly, efficient and focused on my issue. Ben was the service technician. He arrived on time with advance notice provided. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and advised the cost. He had the replacement part in his truck. He was exceptionally proficient. The job was completed without delay and for the price quoted. Overall the entire process was completely satisfactory.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Dukes of Air. The call to set up the appointment was quick and easy, and they scheduled a technician to come within a couple of days and gave a 2-hour window. Justin (the technician) was actually available earlier than the window they gave, and he was quick and efficient with what he did once he arrived. He fixed the issue I had called about and other things that were interfering with the system's performance - not in a way where he was looking for something else to charge us for, but in a way where he just noticed another problem I hadn't even thought to mention that made the AC not cool like it should and fixed it right away. So I got the initial service I called about (clogged condensation line), had a part replaced (capacitor on the condenser), had the refrigerant refilled, all for a very reasonable price. I felt safe with Justin (both in the sense that he was really nice and not creepy, and that he used a mask and booties to protect us during Covid times). He never tried to convince me to purchase parts or services we didn't need, and he talked with us through the process as he fixed things in a helpful and non-condescending way. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

AZ Dukes of Air fully earned every single bit of the 5 star ratiing! We lost full operation of our AC in early July when the afternoon temps hit 116 degrees. Arizona Dukes of Air was amazing from the first phone call and all the way through the entire process. From our initial meeting with Comfort Consultant Robert Bowen who thoroughly went through the process and estimate, what the best options were for us and he got us scheduled very quickly for a brand new HVAC system in our home. They even brought a temporary condenser unit to the home until the day of install so that we could come back home and be comfortable. The entire install team, Manny, Luis, Cris and Nico were amazing to deal with. After the install we decided to go with the new air purifier system and another amazing job well done by Kalem! I loved my experience with Dukes of Air. Not only were they the best priced for a new Trane 4-ton 2 stage, but their process was so simple that I felt like there must be missing hidden stuff to come... but there was not. It was as they said it would be. They even did the utility company rebate up front off the price of what I paid and registered my thermostat and air unit, so all paperwork was taken care of for me. I am a high anxiety female when it comes to fears of being taken advantage of... and they just handled things and ALL the staff from the comfort specialist who did the estimate to the installers, were so kind and positive. If an issue came up and I had a worry, they were reassuring and did not act offended or insulted. This was so comforting. Each department owned their own piece, and it was just smooth. I don't know how they recruited their employees or if they have a customer focused training, or if they just love and appreciate their jobs, but you can feel they are good people. People make a company and to have this with the company I chose to install my new air conditioner... GREAT JOB DUKES OF AIR!

We initially set up an appointment with them to replace our AC and it was going to be about a month out. Unfortunately our old unit did not make it that long and Duke’s came and installed a temporary condenser to ensure that we had AC while we waited for our install date to arrive. Once that day came, they were prompt in their arrival between 6-7am just like they said and showed up with a 3 person crew. One immediately went to work replacing the condenser while the other two got to work replacing the air handler and furnace in the attic. The entire system was installed, tested, and cleaned up by 1:30 that afternoon. They took the time to explain everything to me and provided me with my warranty paperwork via email. They were very competitively priced, even handled the SRP rebate for me, and a professional experience from the time I set my initial appointment to completion of install. I highly recommend Duke’s for your HVAC needs.

Home warranty told us the unit didn't work because it was dirty and improperly maintained. Duke's of Air came out, did an actual check, and found the real problem. I would highly recommend Dukes of Air.

Dukes of Air came out again today to perform our pre-summer A/C check. As always We had the same tech and he on time, friendly, efficient, thorough, and answered all of our questions. We even got to see his dog pictures. We’ve been using Dukes now for six years and are so pleased we have remained signed up for their loyalty maintenance program. As part of that program, today’s cost was a whopping $0.

Our ac went out on Friday evening and I did a hillbilly fix to get us through the night. I called several companies and was told they can’t respond till mid next week. I called Dukes of air on Friday and they put me on a cancellation wait list or it would be Sunday for the check out. I understand that there are thousands of people in Az with cooling problems. I was called on Saturday and advised that someone canceled their appointment and I could be seen in a couple of hours. We were so happy to have someone come and look at the unit. I was advised that my dual stage unit was running in first stage and that he would jumper the unit to run in second stage ONLY! The tech that came out showed me his findings and being a mechanic for 30 plus years working on auto ac i understood what he was telling me. I can’t thank the Duke of Air for being honest and reliable in the industry. I hope my review helps other people know that this place is for real. Amazing experience! My heat went out so I immediately went on yelp to request a service. I had a response within 10 minutes and a tech out to my house within 3 hours. Kyle was the name of my tech, he showed up on time, explained the situation, and even took the time to show me the issue with the old part that he needed to replace.Super easy to pay via credit card with their iPad app and had the receipt emailed right away. I highly recommend Dukes and will absolutely be using them again.

We called our Home Warranty Co about an issue we were having with our air conditioning dripping water onto our ceiling. The warranty company sent out an AC company who suppose to have fixed the leak. After 2 weeks we experienced the same problem with the leak. I called AZ Dukes Of Air because I’ve experienced their work before. Duke's of Air has been my go-to for two years now. They set me up with a monthly plan that takes care of two visits per year, one in the spring and one in the fall. They call to remind me to schedule maintenance and keep my overall costs low. I'm not addressing emergency situations in the middle of summer like I used to because my maintenance is on-schedule and proactive. The staff have always been courteous and recommend things as needed and nothing over the top. i will continue to use this service!

The tech- Jake was very friendly. He inspected the coils and said they could be cleaned. He added the lemon scent which really only lasted the rest of the day. The smell is back the next day. So the service didn’t work but Jake was great and friendly.

I ended up getting two new units and the installation crew did a great job. Very nice, professional and careful in how they worked in the home. Explained everything along the way. My A/C recently went out in my home. I called Arizona’s Dukes of Air around dinner time and Kalem, a technician, came out the very next day to diagnose the problem. He knew what was wrong even before going into the attic. I was given options and a discount by purchasing a maintenance plan to prevent further problems. The part was ordered and as soon as it was coming in, the gals in the office contacted me to schedule the repair the following morning. Everyone I spoke with in the office, including Courtney, Pamela, and another gal (sorry I forgot your name) were very personable and made me feel like I was a high priority because I only have one A/C unit! Kalem repaired my unit and had it up and running in a few hours. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely respectful of my home and kept things neat and tidy. I highly recommend this company as they put the customer first and provide excellent service! Thank you!

I used Dukes of Air to install a house fan that I had purchased. The pricing was VERY expensive. I still have not told my husband how much it was. But the only other certified installers in my area sounded like they had no clue what they were doing when I got their quote.The work crew was on time and did a great job. They made sure to cover everything before going into the attic and they vacuumed up after themselves. They showed me how to operate my new fan and even took away all the packaging the huge fan came in. The crew was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and competent.

One of our AC outside units stopped working, I looked up for an AC service company and found them who had a perfect 5 stars review from over 1200 reviews which I have never seen! Called the office, was told someone will be available 5-7pm but, Justin called after 20min and said he can come at 4:45pm and he sure showed up at 4:45pm.He quickly got to work, found out it was the capacitor so he replaced that part with even bigger capacity capacitor.He noticed my other unit wasn’t working and offered to take a look, it was the refrigerant so he also quickly fixed that up for me and now I have both units working!!He was very informative and answered all of the questions, quoting was fast!So glad and happy I found Justin/ Arizona’s Dukes of Air, he will be our AC guy now!

Dukes of Air arrived promptly and after they checked with me, keeping our distancing, they went to work. I was amazed at how quick & efficient they were. They’d have been finished in about 7 hrs, but ran into a problem with the new thermostat not communicating with the a/c. The technician we had was very friendly and informative. We were advised we needed a pretty expensive repair or a full replacement during a routine maintenance. Of course, the expertise of the technician was not questioned and I appreciated their honesty! However, we went ahead to get a second opinion and it matched pretty closely with AZ Dukes of Air's assessment. The reason for the three star review was that there was a wire in our unit that was scorched or burnt that the second company replaced for us at no cost because they stated it was a large fire hazard. I was not even offered that from AZ Dukes of Air despite being told it was an issue. Overall, I appreciated their informative nature but the lack of care for my families safety left me a bit uneasy.

I originally had Dukes of Air out to install a new AC unit. They did a fairly reasonable job on the install, price was as bid and on point with other bids we received. I had some concerns with the install and they came out and addressed most of them. More recently I purchased a maintenance plan to keep up to date on the upkeep since this is Arizona and AC is not optional for the most part. The maintenance guy came out, I let him know since it was installed we were hearing a vibration in the walls when the unit is on. Even though it was a maintenance call, he still addressed it and found the air speed on the unit was turned up enough that the movement of turbulent air in the unit was causing the noise and fixed it. No more issues, and they’ve addressed all the concerns I’ve had, so I can say I’m satisfied with their service.

I am highly disappointed in all the issues I am having with 3 brand new units. We spent $46k and some change. They came out today to fix some things on the units and only did 2 out of the 3. Not sure how hard it is to look at all 3 when the call was for all 3 units. One unit stopped working completely and our room was 95 plus degrees come to find out the Tech’s that fixed it out to much Freon in. He didn’t bother checking the other two units while he was out there. The sales rep was great when selling the package but seems to have gone awol when there are issues with it.

Duke’s technician Justin responded out to our house after a capacitor went out on one of our A/C units. He was professional, informative, and honest. He fixed our problem quickly. We’ve used other A/C services in the past, such as Goettl, and didn’t feel comfortable having them return to service the units. Just like finding a great and honest mechanic for your vehicles, we will definitely be using Duke’s for our A/Cs in the future.

Justin did my heater maintenance as part of my care plan today and was exceptional in his work. He took care to review the equipment and talk with me about my overall experiences with it. He was even able to solve an issue I had where my wifi device settings had to be reprogrammed into my smart thermostat when the battery would die every year. He checked out the wiring and figure out that I had a common supply from the unit that wasn't even hooked up!Dukes of Air pays attention to even the little things and I really appreciate it.

Had these guys come out and fix a unit which they did not install. Another company installed it 13 months ago. We have had nothing but issues with it ever since. Dukes of Air came out once and figured out the issue and is in the process of repairing (waiting for a manufacturer part). I then needed a new unit for the other side of our house after a remodel. Called these guys back and so glad I did. They had to run new ducting and a new unit. They were clean, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

This is my second time using Dukes of Air, and this visit has confirmed that this is an exceptional company. The main reason for my five star rating is because of Tom, the technician who helped me out. He was very friendly and courteous, and I simply enjoyed talking with him. Tom was able to arrive at the beginning of the window that I was given, and it was apparent that he knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. He was patient with my questions and took the time to explain some things to me. Although the appointment was for general maintenance, I was afraid that there would still be something needed that would cost me more money. But he was honest in saying that the unit looked fine and nothing was needed at this time. AC is a survival necessity in Arizona, and because of this, it is very easy for companies to take advantage if they want to. But Dukes of Air has lived up to all of their excellent reviews.

My experience with Arizona's Dukes of Air has been great!! I have 2 HVAC units on my roof that needed replacement. The first unit was replaced about a year ago by Dukes of Air and has been cooling our house without any issues. Our second unit was over 10 years old and wasn't cooling the West side of our residence so we called Jerry to help us with replacing this unit. Courteous and listened to the past history and what I had believed the issue could be.Troubleshot our ac system (which was running too hard) down to air handler issue.Found leaks in air handler and refrigerant was too low.Unit is under warranty and quoted a fair labor cost.

Kalem arrived on time and quickly troubleshot our issue and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. A quick recharge later and our unit is back up and restoring sanity to our house. It's been quite some time but figured I should still write a review for these guys because they really are awesome.(You can tell by how much support they have on here!). Duke's replaced my AC unit a couple months back and I could not have asked for a better company to take care of the job. I had previously had two other HVAC companies out to look at my heat pump, both telling me that it’s normal for my system to only be able to heat my 1300 sq ft house to 67 degrees. I decided to call Dukes based on a neighbor referral. I am glad I did. They were so professional. From the scheduling call to the introductory email with the technician’s short bio and photo, to his being on time for our appointment, the experience was seamless. In the end, the technician explained why my unit was struggling to maintain a warmer household temp. He then wrote up an clear diagnostic report so I can share it with my home warranty company. I couldn’t be happier.

A+ experience. Responsive company, courteous technicians.We purchased a home and within the first few weeks needed to replace our A.C. (heat pump). While not too happy to have to have a service done so quickly after having a new unit installed, AZ Dukes of Air was able to get the faulty part replaced and have our heater repaired within 24 hours. He identified and repaired the problem quickly then checked the rest of the system for functionality. He Got my AC running in about an hour for what I consider a fair price. My wife and I had just arrived from our Christmas vacation to find that our heater wasn’t working later that night and with a five old month baby in the house we needed it repaired right away! Turned my AC on for the first time in the season and it was blowing hot air. Dukes of Air was able to squeeze me in the day I called and was able to quickly find and fix my problem (unplugged reversing valve). Also did a seasonal maintenance which ended up covering the cost of the issue. Kyle is fantastic and very friendly and knowledgeable. I also appreciate using gloves and shoe coverings on the call. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic service! Chris is awesome! Don’t waste your money on Choice Home Warranty. They said the compressor was bad, and there was nothing wrong with it. Chris got here within the hour and diagnosed both A/C’s in literally 60 seconds and had them both fixed 30-40 minutes later. HIGHLY recommend! Great quality! Great service! Chris went above and beyond and even told Choice Home Warranty that the people they sent were wrong in their diagnosis of the compressor needing to be replaced, explained the actual diagnosis, and spent 20 minutes speaking with them to get us reimbursed for the work he did. If we had needed to replace the condenser or the entire unit they give you loaner portable A/C’s so you’re not miserable while you’re waiting for them to get the work completed. The front office was friendly and helpful. The technician that showed up was early which we liked because our ac was broken. Adam was courteous, professional, and knew what he was doing. 15 minutes later our ac was working. Adam explained to us what was wrong and what the solution was. The price was comparable to other companies. I put their number in my phone. They will be our go to hvac company.

Been waiting two weeks for a warranty part. Keep being told they have no idea when the part will be in. Our house is miserable and we are going to have to find some place to stay if it gets any hotter. 2 weeks is a long time without ac in Arizona. Don’t know if this is post pandemic life or if we are just lucky.

Very friendly and professional! They look out for you and have your best interest when it comes to recommending service options. They are not money suckers and don’t rely on commissions. I wanted a day to sit on my options before picking but the guy didn’t feel comfortable leaving our broken AC the way it was before he left. So he did a little of work to ensure things wouldn’t get worse while we waited without charging for it. He explained everything going on with our unit down to the detail so we know exactly the problem and what repairs need to take place. Even welcomed me to take a look at it when he finished so he could explain to detail everything he did to not just fix it but to also prevent the same issue from occurring in the future. They were not given accurate information from a previous technician who didn't take care of our problem. Instead of allowing that to negatively impact our service, they performed the job that was requested. I am pretty sure the original job was underbid (something they wouldn't confirm) but they maintained their integrity and fixed our A/C for the original quote. It was time for AC and heating maintenance and I had heard great things about Dukes of Air so I called them. They did not disappoint. From their customer service to Scott the technician who maintenanced both units nothing but top notch service. I highly recommend them.

He informed me of his arrival time, arrived on time, was polite, did not damage or make a mess in my house, told me about the age and condition of my AC system, and charged a great price. From the quote to the install, everything was smooth and there were no surprises. We got a great price (we checked with a couple other companies) and it included the install as well as fixing everything they had to move to do the install like the entrance to the attic. I can't say enough about this company. They put a new furnace in my old place and the owner came out, personally, to talk me through it. I moved and when my system shut down I thought I had to have the installers out. They replaced a part and it failed again in less than a year. Our AC went out over night. We called one of the big name companies and they couldn't get anyone here for 5 days, which is ridiculous in Phoenix during the summer! They sent a rep out who did a thorough walk thru of my existing systems, answered all my questions and came back with a competitive quote. Installation day came and the crew was on time, very professional and did a great job of removing and installing my new systems in under a day. Updated on 1/4/21Todd came out today for a scheduled maintenance check on the heaters. Told me upfront what he would be doing for the checks, as well as time estimates for what he would be doing. Found an issue on our older unit and made the suggestion, which was replacing a part. When he was done, he showed me the old part, as well as the reading which alerted him to the problem. Once again, very satisfied with the professionalism and the work that they do.Updated review from 9/9/20We have used Arizona's Dukes of Air for a couple issues with our AC units, which are definitely showing their age. The have done a good job and fixing the issues but did let us know that they are probably on their last legs. They fixed an intermittent issue, or so we thought, as the issue popped up later that evening. We were having some guests coming to stay with us and we didn't want to take the chance the AC was going to continue to stop working intermittently. So we pulled the trigger on replacing one of our AC units. As usual, they explained the process, drew up a quote, which matched up with what they explained. They even put in a new fan motor as a temporary fix, since the install couldn't happen before our guests came to stay. The day of install, went as they explained it would. The crew was professional and went about doing their work. It took a little longer than expected but it wasn't a big deal. Unit is up and running and working like a charm. We will be calling them back once our second unit decides to quit on us.We recently moved to the area and purchased 2 smart thermostats. I installed one of them myself but the screen was dead. A handyman happened to be fixing something else, checked the voltage and the C wire didn't have much juice. I requested a quote from Dukes of Air, which I received back very quickly. They were clear in the process and pricing. Todd called when he was 20 minutes out, which we appreciated, as it gave us fair warning to put our hyper dogs out of the way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, found the problem at the air handler, fixed it. He -re-installed the unit I had tried to install, got it ready for set up. While I was trying to get it set it up, quickly installed the second thermostat for us and got that ready for set up. He waited until they were both set up and running before he left. Todd was great. He was professional, cleaned up after himself and as mentioned, was kind enough to stick around until the thermostats were on-line and running. Would definitely call them again for any issues.

I had two 21 yr units. It was time, and one unit's motor blower went out. Anthony came out to repair and gave me a fair quote (I had checked with a AC friend who was unavailable). I was prepared to proceed but asked the question about replacing the units (I knew the time had come and I was lucky to get 21 yrs). He assured me if I ended up replacing the units they would give me a temporary option to keep my house cool until the new units were installed (saving me the cost of a repair). He had a sales rep, Rob, come to the house a few hours later. Since I had not had time to research, he gave me 3 options with different cost/efficiency ratios. He explained how the installation would be processed and the reasons behind the process. (Originally I thought I didnt care about the process/reasons. I'm a girl, I dont know about these things and I just want to push a button and be cool). But his explanation really made me have confidence that no corners would be cut and I would get the best workmanship to have long lasting equipment that will be quiet and efficient. There was never any pressure from either of these employees, which I really appreciated. Rob left me with pictures, model numbers and everything I needed to make a decision. I wanted to go over options with my hubby. Truth be told I also had a competitor come by an hour later, which made me appreciate Rob's explanation and no pressure attitude all the more. We selected Dukes! Anthony returned to install temporary cooling. As far as the work and the units, I cant wait to get it installed. I have every confidence that it will go well.... if not, I'm sure I will update my review...

My ac was blowing warm air just when it started to reach the 100* mark outside. Best ratings on Yelp so it wasn't that hard of a choice. Gave them a call, had Justin show up who was super informative and all around friendly guy. Justin went on the roof and boom cold air again. He also talked to me about a service plan the dukes run. Such a good experience I signed up for the 5 year plan. Looking forward to working with this company for the next 5 years! I would suggest this company to anyone who has air and heat issues.

Have the Gold Membership. Called Dukes to address an issue and they came out next day. After all was said and done, my issue wasn't resolved. But was told my refrigerant was low and needed to top it off. He put 7 pounds in, which is half of what the system holds. Refrigerant doesn't evaporate because its a closed system. So this would mean there is a leak. They didnt search for any leak. I contacted Dukes 3 times over four days to have a service manager contact me to explain being charged $867 for refrigerant and no leak check. I was told three times a service manager would reach out to me. As of this posting, I have yet to receive a call.7/24/2023 Update: Received a call from Jake, the operations manager. First he apologized for not getting a call to me sooner, and agreed the leak check should have been offered. He offered to send a tech out to do a leak check, at no charge, and if more refrigerant is needed after a fix, he would not charge me for the added refrigerant. I appreciate Dukes putting in the extra effort to make things right.

I have used this company for 5 years. I have 2 units and for the past 5 years these units have needed repairs. When they first started needing repairs Dukes of Air let us know that they would need replaced soon. So when time came to replace them I knew they would be fair and honest and give me a fair price. With summer coming up in a couple of months I have one of my air-conditioning units going out. My home has four units and the others were just as old as they are 16 years old and with special needs children in our home going without air-conditioning is not an option. So we had the dukes of Air come replace all four units in our home. They gave us a great free consultation where they taught my wife and I about energy efficiency and value. They gave us multiple options on different quotes to give us some flexibility with our decisions. Gaining that education was instrumental in our decision. They promised great service and thoroughness and that my home would look exactly like it did when they got it. Well it's safe to say I Over achieved. The installation and sales throughout the entire staff were so professional and kind and courteous to my family. They treated my house with white gloves I did this for big project in a little over a day which is under the time they promised. My AC was serviced by another company and then it broke down 2 weeks later. After doing some research it was still under warranty so I called Arizon's Dukes of Air and they came out within 36 hours and found out it was just clogged.. Our AC stopped working on Saturday afternoon during Labor Day Weekend. We’ve been home for months, but this unit decided to shut down on a holiday weekend. So my wife calls Dukes of Air around 5pm Saturday evening expecting to get an answering machine. But no! A caring voice, like when your mom asks you if you want soup when you are sick, answered the phone. Dukes was able to send someone over the next morning. Justin replaced the run capacitor on our AC unit. He called 20 minutes before he arrived. He showed up on time and quickly resolved the issue and checked our other unit for good measure. And all this time I thought thoroughness was a lost art form. In and out within 25 minutes. Thank you for the quick and professional service.

Let me just start out by saying I'm glad I went with dukes of air! I saw the 5 star reviews which led me to get a quote from them for a new unit and now I see why they have so many positive reviews! My ac was 17 years old and has been giving me trouble the last 2 years. I had 3 quotes and dukes came in the middle as far as price point which wasn't bad. It wasn't the cheapest but wasnt the most expensive either. Robert Bowen, their consultant sold me! He was down to earth, honest, very thorough, and gave me honest prices for different options of ac units to choose. I already had my mind set on what seer unit size I was getting and he wasn't pushy at all. He explained in detail what would be done including a new return (which I needed) and a new supply duct to my kitchen. Since my ac was down they got it running to get me through until the new unit was installed. The day of install they came on time and got it done in the time frame quoted. Robbie, Jose, and Beto did the install and were all professional they cleaned up after and even removed an old swamp cooler on my house at no charge since they had the crane here. This is my go to company from now on and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Water heater replacement was performed by a conscientious and competent professional, that is a trained and true plumber. This means a lot as I am a licensed tradesperson myself and it was nice to see someone who values their work at the same level that I strive for myself.

I can’t say enough how amazing Arizona Dukes if air was. we noticed the AC not working late in the evening and they had someone out to the house the very next day. They fixed it, but due to our system being so old, the fix didn’t work long. The AC needed to be replaced. We needed to wait a few days for the AC to get installed they brought over a portable unit some could survive the 1st hottest week of the year. When our AC was installed they communicated very well how everything was doing and got it completed quickly. They even did a follow up. Very nice company to work with, will definitely be using them again.

My AC went out during the record-breaking 31 days over 110 degrees heat wave and they got someone to come out that evening and fix our system! LOVE THE DUKES!

I have had issues with my AC unit since my house was built 5 years ago. I have had countless technicians out to repair it and nobody could ever diagnose the problem. Randy came out and identified the issue within 15 minutes. He ordered the parts under manufacturer warranty, put a temporary fix in place, and scheduled the permanent repair for 2 days later. Very polite and competent staff. They were able to get me an appointment on the same day that I called. The technician who came out was on time, very friendly & courteous, and was even nice to my monster dogs who wouldn't leave him alone! He fixed the issue for about $200 total, gave everything else a once over to give me a heads-up on anything that might come up in the future (without trying to upsell me things I didn't need), and was in and out in about an hour. This was the second time I've used Dukes of Air and after trying someone else in between visits, I will definitely be sticking with them from now on!

We had our A/C gas split installed on the coldest day in February and the team did a great job. The exterior tubes are hidden and tidy. The air cleaner installed created a lot of static so we exchanged it for the LED one for another $200. I wish I knew ahead of time, but you live and learn. Warranty service on a small plastic part was needed this summer, but they were able to get out the same day. The Trane XR 17 is a great at both heating and cooling. The team is helpful, informative, and friendly w dogs.

Duke of Air came out the same day I called and had my control panel in my attic fixed in two hours despite having to go get a control panel and the ER from a cut on technicians finger. Duke sent a replacement technician and he was at my door 20 minutes later and had my A/C fixed in 30 minutes. We were working with a Warranty and the company they sent us kept saying they had to order panel and we had been without A/C for 11 days . We truly appreciate Duke of Air and there prompt professional and efficient service and they have earned a customer for life .

It was a great experience from start to finish! Our AC completely went out 5 days before our scheduled install. They sent someone out the next morning to fix it until our new install, free of charge! Arizona's Dukes of Air is a quality company who answers their phone when you call and keeps you informed of appointments. They installed the new units in this home before we purchased it so we decided they would be most familiar with the units and design of the systems, so we would use them for annual maintenance. They visited our home yesterday to service our AC units to get ready for another Phoenix summer. They were able to be here slightly earlier than planned, so called first to make sure they could come a few minutes early. Their technician Anthony, was very professional and courteous as he answered all of my questions.He vacuumed up the attic insulation which always seems to fall out of the attic access hatches when the board is slid over for access into the attic space. He carefully wiped the surface of the hatch cover and trim when he put it back in place after he was finished in the attic.We need some additional duct work and larger plenum installed to help cool a bedroom and we will have Arizona's Dukes of Air do that work for us. We will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs. They provide excellent, knowledgeable service at reasonable prices.

Duke's of Air installed a new Trane HVAC unit in our home. Having worked in industrial maintenance Supervision I know quality work when I see it. Nikko Peralta was the team leader on this install and he, along with the team, did an amazing job. Clean, neat, impressive and resolved other issues my old system had. Duct work was replaced and balanced. The new ducts sealed properly and the unit suspended from the roof joists properly. I could not be happier with the work or the completed project. Well worth going with Duke's of Air. The quality speaks for itself.

I was very impressed with Dukes of Air. I called them at 8:30am because my A/C unit had stopped working. They told me they’d send a tech to my home between 11:30-1:30pm that day, but to my surprise, tech Anthony G called ahead and arrived at 10:30. He identified the issue, repaired the problem and had the system running perfectly in less than two hours. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dukes of Air.

The technician Justin was extremely polite and professional. He tested two of my a/c units and found one had a slight leak at the high pressure switch. He tightened it up added a couple pounds of Freon and the unit ran great. The other unit he tested was performing well with no issues. I had another a/c company out the previous day that told me I needed a new condenser, quoted me 6,500, and that the other unit needed a new high pressure switch and Freon which was going to cost over 800 in repairs. I new to call Dukes of Air for a second opinion and my total repair was less than $200 Thank you Dukes of Air for being so professional and honest, you saved me lots of money. I highly recommend, and now have a new A/C service provider.

AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year. We called Duke’s of Air, and they said they would do everything they could to work us in for an emergency appointment. Purchased new heat pump thru Dukes. They provided several options ranging from low end to high end with no pressure to commit to any.Install appointment was a breeze. The team showed up on time, and was done early in the afternoon. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Russell showed up a little early and had the new water heater up and running. However, a few days later i discovered the unopened installation kit on an obscure box in my garage. He didn't replace the old hoses?? I called the office about it and was told a manager would look into it and contact me. Its been 5 days and ive heard nothing. $800 labor charge to do a partial job? I wouldn't be posting this publicly if they had resolved it in a timely manner. Minus 2 stars for incomplete job and no resolution.

I called to have an Annual preventive service done to my A/C unit. Scott came out. Came on time, checked out my unit it need a part that was worn out $299.95. Replaced it and did a great job. Will NOT call again if I need anything. The one thing I found out was that I was charged 4 times the amount of the part they replace. $299.95 for a $50.00 very very sad to think they would price gouge at this time to a senior. Wrote them about this No Answer that is why I revised my review. This is not the time to take advantage of people.

This was our first time using Dukes of Air, and definitely will not be the last. We just moved into our new house a couple of months ago, and have been having issues with our thermostat and air ever since. I called Dukes on Thursday and they got me on the schedule for Friday afternoon (yesterday). Our technician was Kalem, and he was fantastic. He showed up and asked me what was going on, and immediately went to the attic to check it out. Within 5 minutes he was back down with a picture showing me what the issue was, and after I told him we would move forward with the repairs, he was back up in the attic fixing it for us. Though it was a small and simple fix, he was still thorough and made sure to explain it all to me after the fact, and even provided recommendations and got us on a maintenance plan for the future. Now, I am a little biased because I used to work for another one of the competitor AC companies. However, these guys are great at what they do, and are made sure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of before he left. They also were not pushy, and didn’t try to get us to do work or sign up for things that weren’t necessary (like I know most other companies do). When I called to get a comparative quote, they were able to schedule quickly, provide clear information and were not high pressure at all. Communication was great. The team arrived on time at 6am to install our 2 new AC units. They were veer nice, professional, were done earlier than expected and cleaned up.

Chris spent a reasonable amount of time doing the annual maintenance on my heat pump. He explained thoroughly what he did and what is needed for the optimum performance of my unit. This business seems to be popular and so I had to wait over a week to get service, but it was well worth it and I'm glad I called them. I will request Chris the next time I need service.

Justin replaced a bad capacitor on our main AC unit which failed and recommended and replaced another that was on the brink of failure. He gave all the compressors a once over and cleaned the filters on our mini-split unit which they installed 5 years ago. I highly recommend Justin and Dukes of Air for all your HVAC needs. Randy did a great job evaluating and fixing the AC unit at my girlfriend's townhome. The AC was not cooling and he was able to bypass the control board to get the AC unit to cool. Todd M came out to check out my very old ac unit that is still kicking. Thorough and efficient, and was actually much earlier than expected (they called ahead to make sure that was okay). Showed me everything that could eventually cause problems, but also explained everything is running efficiently. Went over all the options but no sales pressure at all, good explanations of items that could be replaced but also that they aren't at a place where they will cause damage to the unit. Installers arrived early. They laid tarps on all traffic areas of carpet and tile to protect the flooring before installing. After installation, I noticed a wiring issue on the new AC unit along with a slight rattle noise. The installers quickly resolved the issue. After install was complete, they cleaned up everything and vacuumed. They also helped us program the thermostat to our cell phones. They reviewed and explained all of the work that they did. Will highly recommend this company to anyone ---Excellent customer service!

We hired them to install our 2 new AC units 5 years ago. They did an excellent job. We have a 10 year warranty on parts from Trane. We added a maintenance plan and the come in the spring and fall to service the units. AZ is having record breaking high temperatures at 118F this week, and our upstairs unit was not working when we returned from vacation on Saturday. I called Sunday morning expecting to get a message service, but they answered the phone and scheduled. our service for Monday mid morning. The technician was on time, professional and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. The part was covered under warranty and our labor was discounted under our maintenance plan which made the charge very affordable. I recommend Dukes of Air to everyone who needs their services.

Justin is awesome, very hard working and knowledgeable! He came by for a basic A/C tune up to get us ready for summer. He ended up finding a capacitor that was out of tolerance and I was very happy to replace that before it completely stopped working on us! Also, Justin did a little impromptu yard work around our A/C unit for us. Our backyard is a nightmare and he cleared out the weeds around our unit. Last summer when he came out and did some repair work for us, he also took the initiative to tighten up a thermostat on the wall that was very loose. He always goes above and beyond and finds little ways to make everything even better than it was before he showed up. It's a pleasure doing business with Dukes of Air, Justin is a great employee and makes everything so easy!

My heating system needed repair and after doing much research I decided to replace both my heating and air conditioning units. I had several name brand and unknown representatives give me quotes and write ups on what they would do. I decided to go with Duke based on friends personal experience, reviews, pricing and service contract. The Trane unit is excellent, quiet and much more efficient then I expected. The Duke installers were professional, polite and clean in their work area. My overall experience is a 10. I highly recommend using Duke for your HVAC needs.

I realize on Sunday afternoon that my AC was not working so I called to request service on my AC unit. The receptionist was very professional and courteous and gave me an appointment for Monday afternoon.Monday I received a call from the technician and he was able to come a little early which I greatly appreciated. Once Justin arrived we talked about what was going on with the AC and he got right to work. Within an hour all was repaired and my air was working again! I reached out to Dukes of Air to have them check my relatively new HVAC install. I was able to schedule the appointment online and via a text exchange. In spite of my scheduling the appointment in early July (when our high temps were above the 115 mark), I was able to get an appointment less than a week out. The technician called before he came out. He was actually a bit early, which was great. The technician was professional and very courteous. He inspected the system, pointed out a few non-critical issues with the current installation, and provided me with a recommendation to move forward. The suggested work is non-critical, so I will wait till Fall to get it done (when it is cooler and we can reasonably do without AC for a few hours). I feel like I received excellent value for the diagnostic fee that I paid. Dukes of Air had been recommended to me by a friend and i would definitely recommend them to a friend.

We have utilized the services of Dukes of Air for several years now. We have never had any problems. They are quick to answer our questions and provide honest and accurate quotes. Most recently, both A/C units went out in our home- on the same day. It was incredibly hot. While they had a tech available during after hours, we opted to wait a day. The tech came and serviced both units, within 2 hours. I can't thank them enough for meeting our needs. We'd definitely return for services-hopefully not too soon.

We called Dukes of Air to get a 2nd opinion after another company wanted to charge us $4550 to replace the compressor in one of our air conditioning units. Todd from Dukes explained that we had a short in the unit from a part that isn't even necessary in Arizona and repaired the issue for $107!!! I called AZ Dukes of Air because I noticed that my downstairs was extremely warm and then found out the thermostat was blank. A technician ended up coming out yesterday morning. He told my wife that he checked all the systems, checked power at the breaker panel and up at the air handler and said he found power at the breaker panel but not up by the air handler. I asked my wife to have him call me to explain things to me, when he called he was extremely short and I felt he was trying to hurry to get me off the phone. He said 3 things to me There is power at the breaker panel but not up at the switch for the air handler and I needed to call an electrician. I contacted an electrician and it cost me $530 dollars on top of the service call fee of 89.99 to AZ Dukes of Air. The electrician said it was just a bad breaker and that it most definitely should have been found if the HVAC tech was reading things out correctly. The only reason I am not making this a 1 star review is because I have used this company in the past and have had tremendous service but all the techs in the past no longer work for the company. If he would have troubleshot things better and found it to be a bad breaker I would have replaced that myself for $30.

3/8/2022 Scott arrived on time. He was courteous and professional and was on the roof quickly to perform A/C and Heat Pump scheduled maintenance. Scott then took photos to show me it may be time to do some condenser and condenser box cleaning. He showed me and without pressure, let me make the call. I like that.3/11/2021 Todd came out on time this morning and performed A/C Maintenance. He was courteous, professional, masked up and adhering to the CoVid-19 guidelines. He answered my questions in easily understood non-technical terms.We discussed replacing an important part that was worn enough that it may need replacing sometime in the summer. He let me make the call, replace now or wait until it fails, which could negatively impact the motor. I chose to replace now and not gamble on losing it or making it through the summer. Todd was outstanding. The Dukes of Air are tops on my list!2020 I have been satisfied with the work Justin did. He did everything as promised. Courteous, thorough and explained his work. Even put the blue booties on whenever he came into the house! Arizona’s Dukes of Air are the best HVAC company around. Thank you guys! It is truly a pleasure doing business with you.8/13/2020 My A/C failed to fully cool. I called Arizona’s Dukes of Air this morning and they had Chris out here by 1:30...it would have been sooner but I was on the golf course. These guys are the best! I bought a Trane from the Dukes of Air four years ago . This was the first time I have had to call for repairs. My A/C had been running round the clock, 24X7 for months this hottest summer on record—I’m not complaining!👍The Tech Rep, Chris, and Arizona’s Dukes of Air are the greatest👍😎

Justin was awesome! I had this company come to give a second opinion. The first company suggested that the TVX valve needed to be replaced and it would take 2 weeks for the part to arrive. I called these guys and were at my house within 2 hours. They diagnosed the problem as being the compressor and was able to get the part the next day. Very fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. I'm so happy to have a cool house again! Would definitely recommend.

We needed service just to check on the upstairs unit for a clog/leaking drain upstairs, in the line! Our tech was simply amazing! He is always so nice! He knows and remembers me personally by my email address! He is always kind to us and was very quiet due to the fact that my husband was getting ready to begin a meeting online. He also took the extra time to look at our other unit just to make sure everything else was working ok today and we were not looking at any other problems in the near future!

I would like to start by saying Tony our technician was great. He's a New Yorker so you get a straight forward ,to the point ,East Coast answer ,gotta love it. Friendly, got to work trouble shooting the problem, 15 min later ,here's the problem this is how to fix it, option A/B how would you like to proceed ( bing bang bomb). In AZ you need to be on top of your hvac system. Started with dukes of air in 2012 when I had three units replaced. Justin is the best!!!!!! Smart and educated me . Reliable and professional. Been with them for 7 years now and they installed all three units on my house. Signed up for their member services and when I have a problem they are out here in 24hrs. Chris was our service guy ,he did an excellent Job! We been struggling with half our house without much air flow . Currently the issue has been fixed our kids are happy and the rooms are much cooler. Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

UPDATE: A YEAR AFTER THE INSTALL DUKES OF AIR CONTINUE TO DELIVER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO SERVICING MY UNIT.After speaking with a few less reputable AC companies (sent by my home warranty company), I decided to get some information I could feel more confident in. I read reviews on line and opted on Dukes of Air based on what I learned. I am much more at ease with my experience with Dukes of Air. While I have not been led to believe an easy fix is in the future, I believe there is a manageable fix in the future and that Dukes of Air wants to be and can be of service to me. I'll keep you posted but as of now I'm thrilled.

We have loved Dukes since we called them for an emergency repair many years ago. I am happy to say we went with them to replace our a/c. They completed the work as scheduled, left my home cleaner than when they arrived and I have a new and efficient a/c. Robert did a great job of assessing what we needed and showing us our options. Scheduling was a breeze. Luis, Cris and Hector did a great job installing everything. Luis explained all of the pressure numbers and paper work at the end and Cris was really helpful with setting up the thermostat with the app and demoing it for us. I don't remember if it was Hector but one of them brought in a piece that didn't look like it was going to fit in my house at all and they manuvered it in with out dinging the walls at all. We will keep using Dukes for all of our future a/c and heating needs.

Purchased 5 ton & they installed at end of summer. Has run fantastic. Our electric bill dropped significantly. Turned to heat & worked as expected, then turned it on last night & wasn't heating. Called Duke's, service tech came earlier, looked & found it was an issue with the thermostat. He reset it & is working great. Our tech was friendly, professional, courteous, & took the time to explain what happened. Love doing business with this company. Highly recommend!

Called Dukes to have my a/c unit serviced the day before I had to leave back to Canada. They said that they could fit me in that day and a tech showed up a couple hours later and did service and maintenance so I could rest easy knowing my a/c unit is functioning properly while we're away. I have had a very good experience with AZ Dukes of Air. I've used them for service and repairs for almost 2 years. The servicemen always arrive as scheduled and do very good work. I have had a full explanation of any problem or recommended repair and I've never had to call a second time about a repair. I feel that I have received good value for money spent!

Furnace was making a noise . Called the company, they were here in under 2 hours. ID’d the problem, fixed it. As it was something they should have fixed during annual service call, was no charge.

I have used Dukes of Air for a while. Last year I let my homeowner protection plan take care of the annual PM. It was the worst mistake and ended up costing more than Dukes of Air.There is a reason why Dukes of Air continues to have 5 Star ratings. Needed a simple service for our AC unit. Anthony was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Took care of everything and made sure to review the service with me afterwards. He also spoke to me before doing any work to let me know what he found and what he is doing for the unit. The scheduling department when I called in was friendly and accommodating. I had a great experience with this company and recommend them highly!

Our air went out so we checked reviews on a/c companies, we saw that Arizona’s duke’s of air had great reviews. Now I see why! Our technician was awesome super nice guy felt really comfortable with him and the way he represented the company.Arizona’s duke’s of air will be my go to for all my a/c and heating problem.

Technician was Outstanding. Although I had already debugged issue telling him it was run capacitor, he quickly confirmed it with amp probe, he also checked everything else out and took the time to repair cracking wires by re-wrapping them. My only issue is paying $358 for a $16 dollar run capacitor. I understand labor cost of vans, parts etc. But its about $100 too high. Ill join yearly service to reduce my cost in the future. Still a great company.

Rob and team were fantastic. Super courteous. Exceptionally prompt and professional. The installation of a new unit went off flawlessly and they came back to confirm everything was running smoothly. The salesperson was great however he did not measure the area I had for an air conditioner outside so hey had to put it in an area bye the back window and said they would be back in the winter to move it to where I wanted it. Also have a noisy fan in the Attic rattled after they left but they said they would be back to repair that. If they had only measured where to put the outside unit I would be happy with them

Dukes cancelled my appointment on day of service 3 times. On the most recent cancellation, I called back and customer service told me they would have to reschedule because parts were on back order. I told them about the 3 cancellations and that I was upset, and guess what? The tech should up. I’ll be using another service from now on.

AZ Dukes of Air replaced my two AC units. They showed up with a huge team at 6:30 and were completely done by 1:00. After they left it was like they were never there except our house was much more comfortable. They have done a follow-up service to adjust the dampers and check the system as part of the install warranty. This company is the ultimate in professionalism and quality. Had 2 new ac units installed in my home today. The crew was prompt and courteous. They were careful to make sure the house was left exactly how they found it. I love working with this company. They are always professional and knowledgeable. I had a shower repair and the work was done really well with no unhappy surprises.The technician was helpful and friendly. He determined the thermostat was faulty and luckily still under warranty. This company is definitely 5 star. Starting with Robert Bowen...out of all the estimators that came out, he was the most knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He did a very great job, with attention to detail when preparing his quote. The others were here only about 20 mins, or wanted to do it over the phone.The installers, unfortunately, can't recall their names, did a great job. Today, had the winter check and Chris was wonderful. Very pleasant and professional. I'm so happy, that I chose Arizona's Dukes of Air for my new unit and will only use them for any service in the future.

As we headed into our 11th summer in this house we knew we were “on the clock” with our existing (now 17yr old) AC units. The past 5yrs or so have seen a handful of minor repairs to keep us from having to replace them. Last week we finally had a problem with the upstairs unit that the repair would’ve run us about half the cost of a new unit. Upgrade Time!Many thanks to Arizona’s Dukes of Air for being there for us for the past decade. We’ve never felt an “upsell” pressure and have always received timely, quality work. And when the time finally came for replacement: great customer service with the consultation and financing options, got scheduled a week out (would’ve been 4 days if OUR end could’ve worked!) and had a great crew get the job done under the projected time. Great service! We had a clogged condensate line dripping into one of our crawlspaces and Dukes of Air sent someone out the same day - on a weekend too! Michael knew right away what the problem was and had had everything fixed up in no time. We've had them come out before on more minor calls as well, and they've always been great to work with. Definitely recommend!

Very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness during the purchase/installation of our new Trane HAVAC system. The initial contact took place within hours of submitting my quote request. The Comfort Specialist (Jerry) was very knowledgeable and aided me in making the right choice for our home. Surprisingly to me, once I accepted the quote Duke's was able to schedule me the very next week. The day of installation an army of trucks and technicians (Chris, Dustin, Josh, Luis and Nikko) arrived at the scheduled time and completed the entire install within about 6 hours. The installation crew had the entire unit installed, work area cleaned up and provided the necessary training within 6 hours of arriving. Like I said Very Impressed!!

The air conditioner stopped working, so I called for repair, and they sent somebody out THAT DAY! Chad found the problem and put in a new part immediately. He was quick, professional, personable, trustworthy, and explained everything I needed to know.Thank you, Chad and Dukes of Air!

They have good techs, they have all been both knowledgeable and professional. Their repairs seem really high to me. A capacitor that costs $15-$30 and takes about 15 minutes to install is gonna run over $300. They were also gonna charge $230 for A pair of fuses that I bought for less than $20 and spent seconds installing. I get crazy inflation and all that, but this seems a little like taking advantage of the customer. Would like to see a breakdown to justify these prices.

Kalem found pin size leaks in lines. Oil leaking too. Repaired and Serviced the unit and now a cool house. He is so professional, courteous and explains everything that he is doing. We have always been impressed with the service provided by AZ Duke's of Air. We use them for our regular tune up service and most recently had them reduct our entire house. They sent a large crew who completed the job professionally. The worksite was also left clean. Their communication is always upfront and open. I love that they send an email ahead of your appointment introducing the technician who will be visiting your home and a little but about them personally. Great company we would highly recommend.

I found Dukes of Air two years ago to replace another AC company that had pressured us into buying a maintenance plan and was not honest in their assessments or quotes.I was impressed with Dukes reviews and wanted to see what they had to say about our units. Dustin was just what we were looking for! He didn't try to pressure us into anything! We had to wait for several months before we could afford new units and he let us take all the time we needed.In the end we bought 3 replacement AC units from Dukes and we are very happy with all of them.Chris was just here to do a routine maintenance on them and he was very helpful, listened to and answered all of my questions, and even gave coloring books to the kids. Excellent service and customer service. Honest and efficient. Been with them several years and will not change. They replaced the heating and air conditioner unit. Ray and Brandon came out today for home plumbing inspection with my warranty and the service and installation for shower head pieces which stop some type of leak and made them work great on both bathrooms and change my water filters for drinking water and more. They were efficient and the customer service is second to none. I am happy that my heating, air conditioning and all plumbing needs are handled by one company. Dukes of Air have always been fair and honest and the quality of their work is exceptional.

Monty is fabulous. Patrick is a good, honest guy that runs a good business. We didn’t end up purchasing this time and we weren’t pressured. We’ve had other things done in the past and the work was quality and solved our A/C issues. Our units are too small for our house but we need to hold off for now.

We started out with one ac unit that quit working. I truly thought with it being a holiday week we would not get a technician to see it until the end of the week. The scheduler was friendly, and got put on the schedule 2 days later. The 2nd unit stopped last night and I texted the scheduler and the technician came out earlier than we were expecting and fixed both our units. Thank you so much, we will be using your company from now on!

Personable, professional, and responsive. Called them on a Saturday after a home improvement thermostat upgrade fried a fuse on the air handler. Kalem showed up within 2 hours of my call. I apologized for needing him to fix my mistake (turned off condenser vs air handler breaker, causing the blown fuse). With no judgement and a super friendly demeanor, he not only had my air handler back up and running in 10 minutes, but finished my thermostat upgrade and checked my systems given we just moved in to the house yesterday. I was impressed at the knowledge and attention to detail he had- going so far as to offer to wear booties to protect our floors, and took the time to make sure all was working properly before he left. Really happy with the service and signed up for the service plan. Can’t beat them for knowledge and responsiveness. They clearly know their stuff.

We called Dukes of Air in the morning for someone to try to come out soon for our issue. We were thinking it might be the end of day because it was a last minute booking. They had someone at our house within two hours! I was shocked how fast they were when they arrived. The tech was so professional and fix our issue within a hour. This was my first time using Dukes of Air, lets just say that the 5 star ratings on Yelp and Facebook were not wrong. Amazing experience all around. The operator was nice, friendly and efficient. Living in Phoenix you'll run into issues with your AC, but I can honestly say I've never been given a 2 hour window (12 - 2), most AC companies give a 4 hour window. Tom showed up at 12:50, with a courtesy call ahead. Tom was very friendly and professional and had my AC fixed within an 45 mins, and cost for repair was very reasonable. I will be using this company for all my routine maintenance moving forward. Thank you Dukes (and Tom), you didn't disappoint!!

I reached out to the Dukes of Air by way of the Trane website having them listed as Trane certified. The dispatcher was able to get a man out (Ace Peterson) same day and he discovered that our T-stat was improperly wired. Now with that corrected, our AC seems to be working as it should. I will most certainly use these folks again.

My AC went out and they scheduled me from 4-6pm the same day (Sunday) and I need up coming out several hours earlier. The gentleman was professional and was very insightful on the repairs done that day and plans moving forward with the AC unit. My house is cool again and we are happy.

They were on time and respectful. Also were probably done with everything under 5 hours which was awesome as I didn't know what to expect. However the ceiling was a bit damaged in our closet where they had to patch it and there was debris out front and found some hardware on the side of the house from removing the old unit which I would normally expect except they include a we will leave it cleaner than we found it type thing in their estimate and we found that was not the case with our situation but that's just nit picking. They were great when I called a few days later because it sounds like knocking up in the crawl space where they installed a piece. While outside it sounds like something is knocking in the house. They had someone out the next day to check on it and he said that was a normal noise while running. He also adjusted the fan and a few other things while here which was nice and said everything checked out.

Dustin came out to trouble shoot air flow issues and issues with different rooms. He climbed up to the attic space and crawled around to find issues. He fixed a dampner and reviewed with me all of my options. He was very knowledgeable and provided insight that I have never heard from other companies. He did not try to sell me anything. Instead he was very helpful in laying out all of ways to improve the efficiencies of my system.

Justin was super pleasant. He listened to all my input and thoroughly explained everything he did and why. Very satisfied with the results. Will use them as my regular AC company from now on. FYI, the service call fee is waived when they do work on your system. Not all companies do this. Definitely recommend Dukes of Air.

Rachel took my service call and was very helpful and personable. I got an appointment for a repair very quickly. Service rep Kaylem is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was on time and got my AC working within 30 minutes! I was very satisfied with their excellent service! It's enough to make your day when it's 109 degrees out!!

everyone who has come out has been so respectful and professional! they get the job done quickly and for great cost! i have a warranty with them and they go above an beyond in making sure my system is working!**adding after another wonderful experience, the technicians routinely go above and beyond to make sure i understand everything going on with my unit and what the best options are for me!

It was a small leak ,but very old plumbing. And Ray knew just what needed to be done.The first time it did not work, and because the plumbing is so old , it sprung another leak at the same spot. Ray came back the very next day and did not charge more. He is a good worker, nice man , and did a great job. We will always call The Dukes of Air for our plumbing needs! On time both days! No messing around, did a great job.

Justin and Jeremy just did our annual A/C system maintenance and they did a beautiful, and thorough job. Justin is the technician we have requested to service our account over the past five years, and he is the reason we keep signing multi-year service contracts with Dukes. You know how there are landscapers and there are gardeners. The difference between them is why they do what they do. Gardeners generally care about the plants' health. Good gardeners know how to listen and diagnose and heal. Justin is a very good gardener of A/C's. And I'm so stoked to see another attentive and pleasant tech. in Jeremy.

After replacing fan motor , started to make a loud clicking noise. Randy M was able to identify problem, new motor bad bearings, replaced with a new one , all good thanks Randy, well done. Every technician that I had here for AC inspection, plumbing work, duct cleaning, all very friendly, very experienced,& knowledgeable & outstanding performance. Well done to all.

Had a new A/C and Furnace unit installed. The crew is punctual, professional and goes above and beyond to fix mistakes the original construction crew made to better cool our home. On top of that, Duke's goes the extra mile in getting rebates from SRP (crediting me up front). It's only been a day, but we can't wait to see our electric bill come down. Dukes of Air came out to fix my AC when another company with whom I had a service contract wouldn't. I was very pleased with them getting someone out very quickly and was very happy with the service performed. This is my new go-to company for heating and air conditioning work.Just a quick update after Dukes of Air came out for my 6 month routine maintenance. The technician arrived on time, did great work and took plenty of time to answer my questions. I'm still very happy with their service.

LIFE SAVER! AC went out on July 1 in Phoenix! We are an older couple and my spouse was fading fast. It reached 99degrees in our house. Tom came out within 4 hours of me calling. Assessment, repairs, installation, cool house by 8 pm. We have a very old unit and the repairs were reasonable. Use this company. They are honest and really care.

From my call to fixing two seperate units Dukes of Air efficiently, successfully and professionally completed under 4 hours! The tech was so very polite and listened to what I explained and walked through everything as he worked.....I was amazed at how knowledgeable and quickly he found the problems and he left to go to pick up the part! Unfortunately one of my units needed a new mother board and it was very costly but that is how some parts are. I had 2 other companies out since beginning of December and one of them I had been using for 2 years......they don't come close to Dukes of Air!! Though I am glad I finally found them and will use them from here on......I wish I would have found them before. It's so hard to trust HVAC companies but I trust Dukes of Air and will be using them from here on out! Thank you Dukes of Air!!!!

As a repeat customer, we decided to take advantage of their air conditioner tune-up and safety inspection. Scott was our technician and did a very thorough job of checking all the components in the attic and outside. The start assist was not working at full capacity, and he was very open with us and showed us the meter readings. We're glad we got the part replaced before it caused major wear and tear on the a/c motor. Scott was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of our many questions. I highly recommend Arizona's Dukes of Air!

This company made my day! I received an endorsement from a trusted friend to contact Dukes of Air. When he gave me just the company name, and not the name of a tech, I was a very Leary.......I wanted a person. He confidently said “Everyone is excellent”. I got Todd- he was extremely thorough and methodical. I was quoted $4800 by another company to replace my whole unit a day prior. Todd told me that just the hard start needed to be replaced at this time- $360. Whoa! I will call this company go forward and recommend them to everyone.

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called Dukes of Air who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! Mike Newpower with Dukes of Air is fantastic! I have been using him for 3 years now and he always shows up with a smile and goes above and beyond to serve our family and take care of our HVAC system. In our last home, he spent hours diagnosing an issue we couldn't figure out and patiently worked towards a permanent solution. I work in Real Estate and cross paths with myriad HVAC companies and this one is my go to. When you know you have the best, why go anywhere else?

Chris came to our home to perform a semi-annual check-up on our heating/cooling systems. He did a very thorough inspection and service. He also changed out the filters. Chris is prompt, polite, friendly and professional.Dukes of Air has a very good service plan that has them come out twice a year to service your equipment. We highly recommend them.Randy performed a 6 month service. Another great job by the Dukes.

We have been using Dukes of Air for approximately 2 years now. They have done well each time they have visited and have been cost effective in their rates and charges.It is good to have a consistent service that can be counted on to do what is needed each time they visit. Kalem has done a very good job and also the other technicians who have visited.If you need to count on a new person each time it is difficult to get consistent results. From the first moment I called their office I was impressed. Lady on the phone was friendly and professional with sense of humor. I requested someone to come check our AC. She gave me a reasonable time frame for them to arrive. Todd called before he came, gave me his arrival time and he showed up ON TIME. He was on time, thorough, clearly explained his inspection and what he did, identified a malfunctioning thermostat and replaced it and was pleasant and professional the whole time.
