He did it same day as the call, was the most friendly and interesting person I've met in some time (be sure to engage him in conversation) and left without a trace. I am hiring him to install my sink next. You should hire him too!

Andy completely replumbed my entire house from 1920. He was thorough professional, expert knowledge of code, had all the right tools and expert installation skills. He replaced the main drain, all the pipes using PEX-A tubing and fittings. The designed and installed all the drains and vent pipes for entire kitchen, two bathrooms, washer, and outdoor faucets. He also replaced an old water heater and installed a BOSCH tankless water heater. We also rerouted the gas lines to the new WOLF gas range. Additionally, Andy cleaned up his work area every single day after work. A thought professional. I give Andy my highest recommendation for plumbing work.

Their service was absolutely amazing. My 21 year had just bought her first in Nov 21. Within 2 weeks she encountered plumbing issues, devastated we contact the owner of the Drainman plumbing. He came the same day … looked over the problem. Promised to start the work in 2 or 3. To our surprise he started as promised. The service was amazing & prompt. He went above and beyond. The best part was his final bill was a bit lower than the original price quoted.

I give 2 stars based on that the plumber is licensed and knowledgable, but overpriced and did not complete job. I called Colantuno Plumbing because I had a gas pipe leaking behind my stove according to our utility company. Within an hour Nick showed up. He diagnosed it correctly as a slow gas leak. He shut the home’s gas off and re-tightened the pipe, which cost me $150. To return again the next day to reignite the hot water heater he charged another $150 for a total of $300. Took him all of 10 minuted for both jobs combined.

5 days the repair after I returned home from vacation to a strong gas odor, so I called up the utility company (National Grid) again to check if the repairs were fixed. They found that the pipe behind the stove was still leaking gas, as Nick had simply tightened the pipe more without adding any doping or putty to insulate the leak from further occurring. The technician from National Grid doped the pipe himself and fixed the leak and reignited our hot water heater again (free), because the home’s gas had to ne shut off to do the repair.

Upon reaching out to Nick I showed him physical pictures of the pipe still leaking (air bubbles emerging from the area of leakage) and videos of the utility technician re-doing correctly the job he just charged $300 for in 10 minutes. I requested him to meet me halfway on the charges, at $150. After a day of non-responsiveness he sends my wife a message on her phone saying that he could refund $50, claiming to have done the work correctly even though there is physical photo evidence of it not being done to standards. As I stated he is knowledgable and punctual, but overpriced and incomplete work quality.

We have had Mick take care of several plumbing problems, and his is always professional, friendly, punctual, thorough, and whistles a happy tune while he does an excellent job. We highly recommend him!

I had garbage disposal that was leaking, and I needed a plumber to come out ASAP. Jorge was the 6th plumbing company that I called, he picked up the phone (3 went to voicemail) and could come out that day. Great service, very informative and reasonable price He will be my FIRST call next time I have a plumbing issue!

I had Sergio from Happy Plumber come out to help me install some piping to fit a new garbage disposal. The pipes started to make a very loud noise when draining, and after a couple days it started to leak. A couple days after that my kitchen sink flooded. I called Sergio to see if he could come back out to fix it and he said he'd get back to me. He never did, and didn't answer any of my calls after that. He also never sent me an invoice for the installation.
