Juan and Juan’s helper and Caleb did a great job installing our new HVAC Heat Pump and Air Conditioner. I would highly recommend them to my friends, neighbors and family. They were on time and worked until the job was done.

Came out within 4 hours of calling. It was going to be 90 and my house was already heating up! They fixed the problem and found a faulty valve on the coolant line. They fixed that too. Everything was explained to me. I would call Anthony again.

Quinton and Zane were here to clean the HVAC vents, the dryer vent, and install an air scrubber. They divided up the work and seemed to take care of everything in one visit. Our only feed back was to clean as you go, rather than waiting until the end to clean up.

To begin with my meeting with Matt at our home was a great opportunity to talk about our situation and get some ideas on options and strategies for getting what we needed to cool the whole house and get it installed before extreme heat set in. He we really responsible for us deciding to renew our service contract. The installation was done professionally and without disruption- Our unit looks & performs great. I called for an appointment at mid-morning and a senior technician arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly identified the problem, answered my questions and quoted the price for repair and installation of a replacement water heater safety tank. He completed the work efficiently and removed the old piping and tank to his truck. I have no hesitation in using Anthony in the future.

So, the techs were very professional and resolved my drain issue. My only complaint is that I paid $450 for what I thought was total line clearing of roots, but when I asked to have the line cleared from the second drain mainline in home which connects to first, I was told I would have to pay for an additional service. To be clear, my original line had very little to clear(one spot with heavy roots, took them 10 min). The second section is maybe 10 feet of pipe but would have involved them carrying their pipe cleaner machine down into my basement to access the floor drain. I likely won’t call them again despite the fact that they do good work, because it seems their prices just continue to rise as you call them back for additional services. Ie first time they come $70, second time was quoted $70, then tech tried to add a few hundred(which I avoided by telling them that I had been quoted $70, which was true). This was the 3rd time they came to service our home. I think today they got their money for the first few services, but going forward, I’ll call someone who will quote me a fair price for the whats being done. Wasn’t worth $450 if my entire line wasn’t cleaned.

The Anthony Plumbing crews were so professional and very pleasant. They explained every repair they had to make and what needed to be done (which was fairly extensive-full repiping of the drainage system under the foundation!).

My AC unit went out on Saturday afternoon, and Anthony scheduled a service call for the next day (despite it being on a Sunday). My technician (Erik) was professional, personable, and efficient. He fixed the problem, gave me good insight on the rest of the unit's life expectancy, and adjusted dampers to ensure proper ventilation. I was quite impressed with Anthony, and cannot imagine using a different company for my cooling/heating/electrical needs in the future.

I’ve been using Anthony PHCE for many years now! Every technician to help me out has been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.August 2023: Drew, Donovan, Chris, and Cody came out to do some plumbing work for me today. They were very helpful with repairs and were able to answer all my questions.June 2020: Had my first summer tune up with Anthony yesterday. Angela was very professional, courteous, clean (boot covers), and safe (mask). The inspection was very thorough. She advised me on the best steps for my unit to lengthen its life. I'll definitely continue working with Anothony and look forward to having Angela back in the winter for the furnace tune up.

Had an emergent situation when another electrician couldn’t get our wiring job (relocate and add wall outlets) done in time to meet a construction project at our house. Called Anthony and they had an electrician (Edgar) out the same day to bid (half the price of a competitor) the job and got us on their schedule 2 days later. Edgar was professional, creative in coming up with a difficult wiring solution and did great work! Couldn’t be happier with Anthony and more precisely with their excellent electrician, Edgar. Highly recommended…

Shawn and Lea were charming and professional. They don't make the prices, which are too high and corner you into a service agreement, but they made me feel as good about it as they could. I would have them back anytime for future repairs!

Main stack, sewer pipe and washer stand pipe replacement w/cleanout plugs. Confirmed all drains connected and working; shared tub drain weakness and recommendation. This Anthony's PHCE crew was efficient, respectful, and worked well together.

We were having issues with power to part of our house. Josh the technician came and determined what the problem was and fixed it. He was so friendly and explained everything he needed to do. He did an excellent job and we would recommend him and Anthony's to anyone! And It didn't drain our bank account! Thank you so much!

Started with a breaker continually blowing. After changing that out it kept happening. So I called Anthony and they had an electrician out that day. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the issue was with my sump pump and not the breaker or the power source. DJ set the appointment for the plumber to come out the next day so I didn’t have to. Got a call from Chris at 7:15 the next morning. He was out by 7:45 am the next day. Swapped out the pipes and put a new sump pump in. Chris was also super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient. Would without doubt us Anthony again for plumbing and electrical just from my experience with Chris and DJ. Highly recommend. Also, in a time when cost is going up on everything, I don’t feel like their costs were unreasonable for the work they did at all.

Tim recognized our need to replace a water heater plus addl plumbing. He started the job about 8:30p on Sat and completed it about 2am Sun! Above and beyond. Price was high but within reason compared to others.

We had a challenging problem caused by installing our sliding glass door. The installers nicked a wire. Our Anthony’s technician D. J. Was able to diagnose the problem after a thorough assessment, and kept communicating with me along the way, in a manner which I could understand.He was competent and professional dealing with an unusual situation that caused 7 outlets to go out. He got us up and running for a reasonable price. Now I am working on reimbursement from the installation company !!

Never pressured me to do service i wasnt ready for and gave me all options and showed me a few otheer things I didn't know how to do. (I asked how to restart a pilot light on my water Heater) He also helped me with a small faucet issue while fixing a valve under my sink. I will use Anthony again for sure.

Edgar did a great job installing a new outlet for me in my bathroom. He took the time to do it right. It looks and works great. Michael did a great job installing my new toilet. He was very professional and took the time to answer any questions I had over plumbing throughout the house.

Our system replacement began with our annual furnace inspection as part of Anthony's service plan. Our technician Jeff was very thorough and observed issues with the furnace combustion. He performed a camera inspection of our heat exchanger, which showed signs of significant rust. He advised we replace our 12-13 year old furnace, so we proceeded to get estimates, including Anthony.Mike came to do the estimate. He was very professional and did a great job of going over different aspects of how they would approach the system replacement, including our air conditioning system. Anthony's estimate was very competitive, so we decided to have them perform the work. They scheduled us for the next day.The installation team arrived on time and went right to work. The team was very professional and explained everything they would do before starting on the work. They completed the installation (full furnace and air conditioner replacement) in just 5 hours. After finishing they went over everything that had been done. The installation looked great and the furnace is operating perfectly. We were extremely impressed and satisfied with our entire experience with Anthony on this project.

I personally requested for Chris Kubis to perform the follow-up AC system maintenance. He has been to our house for annual maintenance in the past, and we appreciate his service, professional demeanor, knowledge, straightforwardness, and just his overall “good guy” appearance & attitude. I would recommend him to anybody, and I wouldn’t mind him being assigned to all my Anthony service needs. Thank you Chris!

Erik Leyva-Hernandez is FABULOUS! He explains things in practical and understandable terms; he is responsive and professional. The front office, however, needs some work on follow through and communication. I had to call 3 times to get any information on my service call/parts replacement I was expecting today.

Anthony always goes above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate it. We had a plumbing issue that they were able to diagnose quickly, fix next day, AND the technicians accommodated our needs by hand digging around an existing structure rather than requesting we tear it down. They left our property completely cleaned up and were excellent, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. As members of their ASAP program, we have always felt like a top priority and truly trust their service for our home.

Whenever we have work with Anthony's we have felt that the employees are professional, understanding, and respectful. They ensure they use booties coming into the home, they methodically work through the issue, and give us options on dealing with issue at hand from a couple of different options. Nathaniel was the latest technician to work with our system on an issue that required some innovative troubleshooting, and we were pleased with the process and outcome.

From scheduling the initial appointment to the Install; these guys are top notch!! They may cost a little more, but you get what you pay for!! Jared did not try to sell me anything that I didn’t need, he did what I asked. The team that showed up for the installation, Paul, Daniel, and Anthony… they worked til the job was complete. I have no complaints. Everybody was on time and everything went as scheduled!!!

This is the second time John from Anthony Heating and Plumbing has come to our home to help with hvac (that was the first time, and he was awesome) and the second time was to fix a minisplit that had been installed by a competitor. Both times he was prompt yet patient, and he's been a godsend both times. My home has had 5 total visits from Anthony over the last two years for various repairs and maintenance my 60yr old home needs as we slowly bring it into the 21st century, and each time they have done wonders.

Ryan was very professional and extremely easy to talk with. He explained my options in a simple manner and ultimately did great work for us. We’ve used Anthony both for business and our personal home and will continue to do so in the future.

Hunter from Anthony PHCE was fantastic! We ran into some electrical issues while remodeling a bathroom, hunter came over and gave us a quote, and installed new lighting and fixed old wiring in just a couple of hours. Very professional, and his work looks great. Five stars, give him a raise!

3 poor experiences with this company. 1) had a leak under sink quoted for 2 techs and running new pipe to main sewer line and remove old. 1 tech showed up found better quicker way to fix. Called for refund on material and labor and did not receive. No plumber is worth 600.00 an hour. 2) came to do a service on ac. Told i needed new one mine needed 1,000 dollars in freon and the other work would be about cost of new system. Got second opion, not low on freon and in good shape. A year later same unit still running good. 3) last service tech told me i needed to change filter., this is supposed to be part of the service. Fair warning not to use this company.

I’ve had 6 other people come out to figure out why the nest thermostat won’t work with A/C. It’s fixed and has been working beautifully. I can’t express how happy I am.

Our technician, Bryan Wolfe was sent out to our house the same day we called! He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative of everything that was going on with our AC unit. Long story short, we needed a new AC unit and furnace shortly after buying a house over 100 years old. He walked us through every step and answered all of my many questions. He was very thorough and I never felt rushed. Lennox is the equipment brand they offer. It’s a tad bit more expensive, but great quality.

Kurt was very professional and polite. He explained everything about our A/C unit in detail and answered all of my questions. Service was prompt and thorough!

Tyler is an excellent technician both in personality and knowledge. One of his best attributes is that he stays with the project until he gets it right.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Regarding their good reviews, do NOT trust this company. They will upcharge these parts far more expensive than it is. Had a tech come out to look at our Thermostat because it wasn't getting power from the circuit board and I wanted to turn the AC on because it was hot indoor. Did his diagnosis and came back to say that the Transformer on the circuit board is bad. Transformer replaced and still thermostat still isn't working (apparently bad diagnosis from the tech here). Ran a 2nd diagnosis and now said that the contactor outside is bad (2nd bad diagnosis here). Tech replaced the contactor and guess what? Still a blank thermostat! Finally Tech figure out that it was the thermostat that was bad (Tech had to make some calls to make sure he was doing it right, and Tech being the Tech Supervisor???). Thermostat replaced and finally the screen is power again. But now the fan outdoor is not running, so AC still isn't working because it's not getting refrigerant from the outdoor unit. This Unit is 5 years old let alone the house is just 5 years old. Gave Anthony PHCE a call and they said that they will have a tech look at it again with all service charge apply again not including the faulty part that will be added once diagnosis from (unskilled Tech) is found. Again,regarding the works that they do, they have unskilled Technicians and astronomical prices. Customers be Aware!

Kyle did the primary job and then completed an additional requested job. Both were done exactly how we wanted in a timely manner. He cleaned up so well you wouldn’t have know he was. He has a very cheerful attitude and was a pleasure to meet. He’s an Outstanding young man.

Jesse did the repairs on our hot water tank and he provided us with excellent, efficient service. Jesse was very friendly and extremely welcoming to our little furry family member Coco, who absolutely loved teasing him and running off with his shoe coverings. We had a wonderful experience and would refer Jesse to our friends and family.

Jay came out to do a yearly backflow prevention survey and found other items that were bad/needing repair even though it wasn't required to search for such items. Without him I would not have known I had a pressure issue due to a regulator malfunction. High level of knowledge with his parts and made recommendations towards solutions without hesitation. Great job Jay I will be asking for you specifically next time.

Anthony techs always give you realistic expectations and never push anything on you. They educate you on what's going on so you can make your own decision based on your needs.

The routine maintenance services has always been completed perfectly, and this time was no exception. In addition he mentioned an air scrubber system, that I decided could likely help the health of my adult son. I was not aware of this system and appreciate him telling me about it. Having Anthony on my side is a good feeling.

Unclogged the sink drain and identified the problem, great! That's lovely! Then tried to quote me $600 for an hour of work to swap the dead garbage disposal. No. In what world is $600 an hour even a vaguely reasonable fee to charge? I'll swap the under-$200 part myself, thank you very much.I asked about the reasons for such an insane service fee. They said in case we break it, and also that's time we could be spending unclogging other people's drains. Are they expecting to break it three times on average in the install? And yes, that cost for you coming out here instead of doing another job is the *service fee*.Did a great job unclogging the drain and all, that was $72, but trying to quote me a total of $800 to swap a garbage disposal is frankly ridiculous.

Installed our new water heater and was very professional and on time. He did everything needed, correctly and felt comfortable being able to leave him at my home while I had to go pick the kids up. Highly recommend. Also customer service is above most all of others even outside of this field. You call. They answer. Unfortunately that’s hard to find now.

I don't know how this company gets so many good reviews. The experience I had so far has been very frustrating. I gave them 2 stars because my first interaction with them was good, responsive and on time, but after that I have been trying for 2 days to schedule someone to come back to replace the themostat, and every scheduling rep gives me a different answer. First rep on Thursday at 3pm says he cannot schdule me because I first need to talk to the Estimates team to accept the cost of the repair, and that they will call me right back. Friday at noon, still no call back. I called, and I talked to Jennifer who was able to give me the estimate (why the first guy didn't give it to me), and she say she can schedule my repair, but needs to call me right back. She calls back at 3:55pm I missed the call, got a voicemail with her direct line saying to call her anytime and leave a voicemail that she will call me right back. Left a message, but no call back. It was Friday ay 8:30pm and still need my AC fixed.I called again and a new person says not to worry that she will schedule me for Saturday, just wait for the call at 8am and then stay around that they will let you know 30-45minutes when the tech is arriving. Very frustrating because it is my mom's birthday and we had to cancell ALL plans to stay in the area waiting for that call. Today is Saturday, I called ay 9:49am, and guess what?? they said I am NOT in the schedule it all!! After I cancel ALL my mom's birthday plans (the AC issue is in her house). They said again, they will send a message to dispatch and put me on the schedule and call me right back... but still no call back... and to be honest... not sure if I want to keep playing this game. Something that kept conssistent and never failed among all reps, it is ALL of them (including the technician who made the initial visit) pushing to sell me the service plan, which I GOT and PAID for but now, I am just been ignored.... Most likley I will cancel that plan, this company is NOT serious or they reps are very bad trained!

Kyle is an excellent representative for Anthony! We had numerous electrical projects that required several hours’ work, and Kyle was professional and friendly and informative the entire time. We fully trusted him to do whatever was needed and to do it well!

I have two electrical masts: One that connects my house to the electrical pole on the street, and one that connects my house to my garage. Since the large storm that knocked out power a couple of weeks ago we've been experiencing issues with the one that connects the house to the garage leaking water into the breaker box. The one that connects the power to the street is bent at an odd angle (and has been since before we bought the house) but perfectly functional and not an issue so I wasn't calling about that. I called Anthony to get an estimate on fixing the weatherhead on the other mast since having water drip into your electrical box seems like kind of a bad thing. So even worst case scenario, the whole mast needs to be replaced and rewired, on the HIGH end a cursory google search is telling me that would be $1800. They come and tell me it isn't compliant with the current electrical code (which, by the way, anyone can look up - I did, and didn't see anything non-compliant about my masts) and that they'd be unable to work on it without replacing the whole other mast, moving it, and selling me an entirely new meter can for literally no reason, after their salesman made six phone calls and didn't even attempt to go on the roof to look. Estimate of $5000. Note this isn't even the mast that's leaking water so this wouldn't have even solved my issue. They didn't tell me how I was non-compliant, I guess they just assumed I would take their word for it, and also that I have no idea how to use the internet to search the average costs of these things. I had another non-grifting electrician come and replace the piece of the weatherhead that was cracked for $250. Literally 20 times less than anthony quoted. Please do your due diligence before allowing this company to come work on your house because you're going to pay well over what you should be paying and might be paying for work that doesn't need to be done at all.

I had a great experience with this company! My furnace was not blowing hot air and I called and they had someone out to look at it and diagnose the same day. Keith took his time explaining what was wrong and what all our options were. Due to the age of my furnace and ac, I chose to get brand new installed. Casey Piper & Cameron replaced my house to street sewer line today. They were on time, answered all of my questions, were friendly & courteous and worked diligently ALL day long. They encountered some difficulties but found solutions. They cleaned up the the yard from damage their equipment and the digging caused and reseeded the grass. No one likes to be faced with a job like this but they made it as painless as possible.

Great response from your organization. Called July 3rd around 10:30 pm and was able to speak with someone about my AC issue. He scheduled a service call for the next day and Nicholas showed up the next morning around 9 am. He diagnosed and repaired our AC within an hour or so. Appreciate the quick turnaround.

Brain arrived on time and did a very professional job, inspecting the plumbing system in our house. He reviewed his findings with me and handled a repair quickly and professionally.

He was also very respectful of our property. Noting that our yard and landscaping were well-maintained, he carefully disposed of dirt and leaves that came loose during cleaning of the outside unit while also returning our hose to the position in which he found it. We’ve always had good service from Anthony since our system was installed about 10 years ago, but Jeff’s service today was truly exemplary!

Very professional, and very informant on all the equipment. It only took around five hours to install everything, even with cleanup, very pleased with their performance. Will be calling to get my air ducts all cleaned.

We just had our system replaced by someone else.System was underperforming and Anthony came out to diagnose. They put our previous system in 10 years ago. They offered a full system leak check. Based on the conversation and price (almost $500) seemed like it was going to take a while and require a lot of testing with specialized equipment. Technician just used a simple leak detector you can get online and it took less than 10 minutes, so I’m already feeling ripped off. The A coil was bad. 5000 to replace according to them which seems crazy or like they are just trying to push you into a new system.They sent out a sales guy the same day and offered to put the cost of the leak test toward the system which was good. Even with our “discount” of being a customer for over a decade and an ASAP member the whole time, their price was 70% higher than 3 others we got within a couple days for the exact same equipment. Yes, 70% higher…I can’t recommend Anthony to anyone now because it feels like they tried to take advantage of a long time customer just because our system was not working.If they are giving you a quote at least get 2 others.

Mark was perfect. He replaced old galvanized piping and installed a new water heater expansion tank for us.

We had the expansion tank of our hot water heating system replaced. It went smoothly and we are now ready for next winter. Mike arrived timely and answered all our questions. The experience was very pleasant overall.

Please DO NOT use this company. We had work done with them that seemed expensive but didn’t get a second opinion. Then they came out for routine AC maintenance. The technician spoke only to my fiancé, who does not own the house, and didn’t acknowledge me. He then told us that our AC was leaking coolant. He quoted $700 to “fill it as a bandaid” OR $600 to search for a leak plus either $3,500 or $4,500 plus labor to fix the coil plus ~$1000 to add more coolant. We had a second opinion out who said “they’re trying to rob you. There’s nothing wrong with your AC”. AVOID THEM.

Came it fix an issue with a toilet, explained what they were doing as they went and inspected the rest of the house plumbing to make recommendations. Justin was our tech and was great.

Dakota and his colleague arrived on time, explained the procedure, and got at it. Kept me informed as to the progress, indicating what they were doing in the process. Cleaned up and returned the soil to a favorable condition. Anthony should be proud to have two such competent and loyal employees.

I purchased a high efficiency HVAC system from a local heating and cooling supplier several years ago. This year the supplier tested our furnace for static pressure and informed us our system needed attention. The repairs would require extensive modification to our internal ducting.I wanted a second opinion before agreeing to make these repairs. I explained my situation to Anthony and they sent John Howze, a field supervisor, to inspect our system the same day I contacted them. John performed a much more detailed test than the other company, and while confirming their result he recommended waiting with the ductwork repairs until the furnace needed replacing.I am extremely grateful for John's detailed analysis and honest opinion. In the future I will call Anthony for any HVAC maintenance or issues. You have gained a new customer.

Very nice and knowledgeable technician according to my adult children who were home at the time. He went to get the part needed and returned in an acceptable amount of time. We now have ice cold a/c and couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend their services. 🙂

I had a room that had lost complete power. Ryan tested and determined that it had dropped a neutral at some point. Since the entire house is finished, we were not able to trace the break down. Ryan ended up in the attic tying into a good plug, fishing the wire down the wall, and powering the dead circuit. Keep in mind that none of this was planned, I thought it would be a simple trip and he ended up here for almost 4 hours. Great guy, great customer service.

On May 26 as my husband was at a medical appointment with a dead phone and I was getting the family ready to leave for the holiday weekend we experienced a power outage to the EV charger, the laundry room and two freezers.I called Anthony and the person on the phone was sympathetic, professional, and helpful. In the meantime I was able to get in touch with the person who installed the EV charger and he was nearby and came over.About the time he arrived Anthony called to say an electrician was on the way. Had sanitary sewer bubbling up from our basement drain. Called at 2 am on a Saturday, that's when I found the problem, and they dispatched me someone not even 8 hours later. Josh Webb was the best!!! He upgraded our electrical box and he replaced a dimmer switch. He also replaced a light fixture in our son's room. He was very nice and patient. Crews that did the interior and exterior sewer line replacement were great, but the communication from the sales person we spoke with to the Crews regarding the work it was supposed to be done was very poor and lead to major issues that had to be corrected on site at the time.

The team today did an excellent job and were very respectful of my home. The guys finished the entire job even quicker than promised. Very friendly and I highly recommend.

I purchased a water heater and needed it installed by a professional plumber. I called Anthony on Monday and they came out that afternoon. I could not get them to give me an estimate without a service visit, which of course requires a payment for the visit (and then a free estimate, I suppose).I was quoted $1,123.50 to install a water heater I already had in my possession. I would have been charged the service fee of $99 ($89 with their maintenance plan, which I had signed up for) regardless, and I was in desperate need of hot water, so I agreed to pay this amount and in fact did pay it. However, since the whole process took less than two hours to complete, that comes out to a whopping $500 per hour for the service. I think Chris did a good job, but I do feel that they overcharged me significantly for the service. Since I bought my own water heater, it's not even as though I got warranty protection from them. They did haul away the old water heater, but that should have been between $50 and $100 from quotes I've gotten since. It doesn't justify the $1,123.50 bill.I just wanted to alert others that Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric charges about twice to three times what some of their competitors do. I wish I had done more research, but the high Google rating of their business fooled me. I won't make this mistake again.Thank you for reading.Edited to add: I was able to touch base with someone at Anthony's and to verify that I had indeed received these services from them. The very nice lady to whom I spoke on the phone, however, was really unable to provide any assistance to me on this issue and stated that they have flat-rate pricing and that no itemization would be available. She also could not answer whether a permit had been pulled (or was necessary) for the work, which is also something I need to know. I have not received any resolution of the situation other than a very nice We're sorry you feel this way. Just a warning for others.

I'm not giving 5 stars to Anthony I'm giving 5 stars the Levi. He was the tech that came out and resolved my toilet issue. Levi was very professional and super friendly. He Was able to complete his task and still hold a conversation. Some of it was explaining the problem at hand and some of it was just two guys jaw jacking. If I have another plumbing issue the only way I'm having Anthony come back out is if I can request Levi.

We needed repairs/ replacements to fix leaks in our internal gas pipes, one at the gas served fireplace and one at a pipe connection in the basement. Called the morning after gas was shut off and received same day service. This may be because we pay monthly for preferred service and pricing discount. The technician, Kelsey Mahoney, was matter of fact, thorough, professional , explained services clearly. and kept us informed as work progressed. She included extra conveniences for our future use of appliances connected to the gas feed to the house, primarily more accessible and easier to use on/off valves. After she completed the work, she stayed until the gas company came out to pressure test the system and to turn the gas back on. She remained through that work and relit our hot water heater. We give her a 5 for all aspects of her work and will ask for her again for gas line and plumbing issues. The only reason for the 4 stars was the cost. It was reasonable for the timely service and the amount and quality of work done. We simply believe that lower cost service providers are available in the market.

He walked me through all the HVAC maintenance issues, explained everything before he did anything, and asked if I had any questions throughout the service. My air conditioner unit would not come on and he fixed this problem as well. He offered to help me with anything else around the house when he was done with the HVAC. I’ve requested for him to be my guy for regular maintenance.

Had a very bad experience with them today.We got the estimate to convert our electrical range to gas range at $1465 which included the electrical work needed for the job. I asked specifically 3 times that if electrical work is included in this estimate and guy told me yes 3 times (when he came to check out the work) and said that that is why I am keeping the estimate high so we can include electrical in this.On the day of the job, only plumber came and did the work and said that electrical will be scheduled later.Later customer service called me and said that electrical work is not included in the invoice and we have to send an electrician for new estimate and person who gave us the estimate denies saying that electrical work is ever included in this estimate.This is not a level of professionalism you'll expect from company like this where people lies of what they promised during the estimate. They clearly lied to our face saying multiple times that electrical work is included in this estimate.We called the Anthony plumbing and still not received any help from them.

Beyond satisfied just doesn't seem to cover it. From the time I called the office to have someone come out and give me and estimate, to the time that Bryan came to do the estimate, to the time that Garrett left, (which was all within 2 days I might add) it was nothing but smooth sailing. Bryan was very informative and helpful and I truly felt like he listened to what I said and what I wanted, and I really felt like he wanted to win, not only, my business but also my trust (which I really appreciate that it was not only about the selling me on the equipment but also peace of mind). He helped take a very sticky situation (being without AC for nearly a week and making a pretty sizable repair to our house) and made me feel comfortable with not only my decision to choose Anthony, but with the quality of work and customer service that Anthony provides. The very next day, Garrett was at my house and ready to install my all new system. Garrett did amazing work, was super nice and answered all of my questions after he was done installing everything. He was even super patient with all of my questions and worked with me to get everything I needed for my home warranty company (which as we know can be a chore in and of itself). All in all, the customer service was top notch, the efficiency was superb and I am so beyond happy and confident in the work that was done. Such an amazing experience born out of a tricky situation. I was pleased with the work; however, the cost was astronomical. The work required to put in a replacement faucet in our kitchen took a little under 2 hours, and we supplied the materials. $719 just seemed a bit over kill for the amount of time and work involved.Our installer was nice, efficient and polite. I have no complaints about the work, just the amount charged. For that reason I will not be recommending or calling for future business.

They got out the next day after I called them. They were on time. They called and texted with the name of the technician. And they have a great money-saving program.

Classic price gauging company. The kind that walks back to the car and suddenly comes back with an estimate that’s $400 less than they just quoted you. And it’s still extremely high.

Our AC went out on an 80 degree day and we have a baby. Technician came and said our coil was frozen. He left it to defrost over night and next day said our blower motor was out. Said it would be over $1500 to fix it. I told him I would have to talk to my husband we weren’t prepared to pay that much. He said “Okay well while I was out there I went ahead and cleaned your AC unit outside. I won’t charge you the book price if $250 but it is $100 today.” I am a 22 yr old female alone in my home with this man so I signed and got him out of my house. Why would you do something to my unit that would cost me money without my knowledge or permission and it doesn’t even fix my issue? If he asked that would’ve been a hard no because my husband was going to do that anyway. I called customer care and told that how unacceptable that was. She couldn’t do anything to solve the issue so I have waited 4 days and still no call back from supervisor. Clearly their technicians have some sort of quota or commission they work off of. Total scam. Also, the technician messed up our drain pipe so after the coils defrosted it ruined our switch board which was another 700 out of pocket we paid (with a different company obviously because this place would’ve just done more to ruin our unit.)

They completely rip you off. Changes a thermal expansion tank and valve. Charged me $1064. I opted to not have them go through my house to turn in faucets. I had a pressure issue in my master bath. Since I opted to not have them go through the house I had to pay another service fee! That was NOT communicated when I declined! Stay far away from this company!

Hermen was very polite and explained what he was doing every step of the process in wiring for a new chandelier. His professionalism and competence was outstanding. He cleaned up and I couldn’t be happier with the service! I hope we can get Hermen every time we need electric work done!

The crew at Anthony did a great job with our burst exterior water line. Chris was knowledgeable with our estimate and what it would take to repair. He was on top of the scheduling and worked with the city when they said they needed to do repairs on their end and when they broke our sewer line. Corbin and the crew doing the work were on time, cleaned up, and went above and beyond in terms of helping us. We were pleased they could locate our new water meter near the curb, which was a much better location than the other vendor suggested. Our main challenges in all of it were with the city and Anthony felt like a trusted partner helping us get it repaired. We would use them again!

We have been trying to figure out our plumbing issue for weeks and were getting quoted “hopeful fixes” for over $6,000 from other companies but Anthony Plumbing came in being reasonably priced and professional and very informative! Drew came out today to perform a service that was a quarter of the cost that finally solved our problems!

Our Technician did a great job servicing our air conditioner. He was courteous and explained our options well.

Worked great for clearing a line, not sure I'd recommend going any further. Had a new water heater installed. That went alright despite some confusion on the type but we got that resolved pretty quick. So they told me about a warranty program (which was actually a maintenance agreement), and I signed up for it. If you have two HVACs, you pay double by the way. Three technicians Joel, Victor and Mark, all vouched for how great it was. You get priority service and discounts on all your services. Thought I was in good hands. Then the dreaded moment occurred that one of the HVACs stopped working. It was 10:30 on Saturday night, and they said they'd have a tech out in the morning. Except then I got a phone call at 11:30 Sunday morning that they were running behind. Went with a reschedule to Sunday afternoon. Got a text at 5:30pm that they may not be able to meet all their commitments that day. Asked if I wanted to reschedule. I called company that had installed a generator at my old house and they were able to book me for Monday afternoon, and charging $50 for the diagnostic rather than the discounted member rate of 90. Texted back to Anthony's that I was able to book for less with a non member company and asked if they'd match the $50 diagnostic fee. (Didn't get the priority I was signed up for, so figured why not ask.) No response. Called Monday morning to find out if I was on the schedule and they said no, there was a note that I'd booked with a competitor for $50. So I cancelled all the pending maintenance agreement stuff and stated that I wanted to cancel the maintenance agreement subscription. I was told someone will be in touch with me about that. Looks like most have better luck with them than I did, so hopefully you will. I guess I'll chalk it up to the heat wave, but that's kind of when you'd expect to be able to tout that priority service arrangement, right?

It was a pleasure to have Amos Copling as the tech for my annual AC tune up. He was prompt, super courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Luckily my system is in pretty good shape, so there weren’t any problems to fix. However, Amos did recommend a couple of suggestions to keep my AC system running smoothly. Amos is very efficient and a great representation of the quality and high standard that I’ve come to expect from Anthony’s.

Always do great work and have great people but they have gotten ridiculously expensive. They connected a water line to my new fridge with a new shut off valve. Took the guy about an hour. $717. Almost as much as the new fridge.

Nothing but the best when dealing with Anthony's. I feel very confident not only in their service, but their commitment to doing things right. No heavy sales pitch either! Above and beyond my expectations.

Had very expensive brand new ac unit installed 5 years ago last year leak in refrigerant detected $500 dollar bandaid fix refilling refrigerant when this shouldn't cost much more than $150 fast forward to yesterday offering another $500 bandaid or over $1000 for a refrigerant line leak repair..the technician was rude and insinuated it was my fault the leak happened because i didn't do the scheduled maintenance...asked to use our bathroom a few minutes after arriving which is completely unprofessional he could have stopped by a gas station before coming to his next job...i told him to just pack up and go we would be calling another company and then called to cancel their asap program charges on my card ...the call rep could tell i was upset..wanted to escalate the issue...its been over 24 hours since the tech left and i still haven't heard anything back...terrible customer service overpriced predatory practices

The good: same day service, our tech was very friendly and did a good job with the repair. He did a great job quickly diagnosing the issue, explaining the issue, and providing us us with the solutions he could offer.The bad: this is the second time I have had Anthony out where I have felt they were not working in my, their customers, best interest but were doing what would give them the most profit. Last time they recommended hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs. This time we had a “dual run assist” go out on our A/C they did not have the standard grade option on their truck, the tech told me they do not carry that on their truck and could not get one same day as the store was closed, but the option that was $250 more and a “specialty” “heavy duty” option they had a few of those on the truck and he could get it replaced immediately. It was 101 deg outside so waiting till tomorrow was not really an option for us. But my question is why do you have a specialty, heavy duty part carried as standard equipment but not regular grade…With this being the second instance we will be shopping for a new repair service.

Broken home AC, was fixed within 5 hours of calling, that’s amazing!!!! The very definition of above and beyond customer service, Dylan was efficient, polite, and answered all my questions! Best customer experience I’ve had in a looooong time!!!

Saturday night, 8/14/23, our HVAC system stopped working. I called that night and made an appointment for wthe next day. On Sunday afternoon, a very professional tech arrived and replaced a piece on our outside unit. About 30 minutes later our house filled with what smelled like an electrical fire. There was also a haze of smoke both upstairs and downstairs. We called back. The same tech came out within 1 hour. Something had happened to the pblower/electrical system. The tech even turned off power to the unit so that there was no risk of fire.This morning, I received a call stating that they would fix the 6 year old unit for $2100. I said that there is a problem with that. I don't believe that this is a coincidence. It's not like my dishwasher broke. The unit they worked on broke after being fixed. I stated that I wanted it fixed today. Also, that I needed someone to call me about the pricing. I spoke with 2 people multiple times that have been trying to contact Tim about the situation. He will not respond. It has been 87 degrees in my house. I have pets , 4 children and someone that is currently disabled. We just want our unit repaired. We are preferred members and have never encountered this. Tim has not reached out. It has been hours. It will be very expensive to rent hotel rooms and board my animals. Unfortunately, Tim is the gatekeeper to all of this and won't respond. I'm sure it will be another day without AC.

20 year old air conditioner went kaput and was able to get a bid and whole new system installed in 48 hours. Very satisfied with every employee I was in contact with.

I've always used Anthony PHC for yearly maintenance of my home's heating, cooling, and plumbing. I requested their electrical service to repair the recent storm damage to the outside meter to my home. A service technician was dispatched within 24 hours and fixed the problem to code. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I have an emergency sewer issue and I called everyone showing doing business on a Sunday about noon. I had just been told by one company that my main line had collapsed but he did not have a camera to confirm and no way to locate the spot where the collapse had occurred. I called Anthony Plmg and inquired about an urgent inspection. The person I talked to advised she had a tech in the field and would try to get dispatch to send them my way. I called other plumbers with the same instructions. A rep from Anthony Plmg called me at 2:00 pm Monday asking if I still needed the inspection. They did not call the number I gave them to call, my cell. They left a message on my home land line. Some confusion on their part mixed things up. They had made an appointment for me for Tuesday for the inspection. [BIG MIXUP].What compounds the issue is my home is in Clay County and when toilets don't work, the house is considered uninhabitable. In order to remain in my home, I had to have a toilet. The GM of one company called me early Monday to see how he could assist. I had three other plumbing companies contact me over 7 hours earlier than Anthony. I will not be contacting Anthony Plmg again.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS. I had a water line break that poured into my garage ceiling. I called Anthony due to emergency situation. They sent out a tech who invoiced over $7500 in repairs. Since this was an insurance claim the adjuster wanted a report of why the estimate was so high. When I requested it from Anthony, they refused. I ended up getting a local plumber who estimated the repairs at $1300 and wrote my insurance company an explanation When Anthony came in originally they sold me on the yearly maintenance which I am ok with. However the guy showed up today and didn't do anything at all besides write a report and then email me 30 minutes later with a $3,000 bill of work to be done. This company is a scam. They over estimate work to be done and then try to get you on a yearly plan of inspections. They will tell you that they don't do insurance reports nor deal w/ insurance companies. This is the first sign I should have realized this company was a scam. Their yearly inspection is nonsense and the biggest waste of money I've ever spent.Post review - They contacted me about the poor service and refunded my money due to this review.

A standard furnace maintenance turned into a broken damper, a furnace that wasn’t cleaned and/or plugged in. We went without heat for 1.5 days, had to take another day off work to wait for another service. The second service tech cleaned the furnace, showed me how all the wires were hanging & not attached appropriately. The first tech stripped out some screws, thus there was no way to appropriately connect valuable parts. The company is giving us the run-around. They refuse to replace the stripped out part unless we paid $1800. They are not responding to our demand to fix the damper (they said we would need to pay $300 for this repair). We eventually had to hire a different company for a second opinion. It made us sick to learn how badly Anthony was taking advantage of us! The reputable company would charge $1000 for the stripped out component and $120 to fix the damper. We are in a holding pattern, waiting for Anthony to respond and do the right thing!! This review is an attempt to protect future customers from inviting this terrible company into your home!! Don’t do it! They spend $$ on advertising & not training their techs.

We had our AC/Furnace replaced today. Aaron was very professional and discussed everything with us. The two guys who were with him were very nice and professional also. They answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything. When they left, there was no mess left behind! We have only experienced the plumbing service side at our home.-New Hot water-New PRV Valve setup-Main Kitchen Line-New Main stack/w clean out added.This work that has been completed is working flawlessly.Price is higher than most but you get a lot of management over head support along with it. This is good as we ran into issues with a few things and after reaching out to their management to explain they did everything to make it right. They took our advice and used it as a coaching moment for their technicians.4 star for the fact that their field personnel are not cross trained in all the plumbing services. Instead they have individuals who only do certain aspects of the job. This can be a benefit to some however as a home owner we expect a plumber to be trained to take care of any issue up to the certification they are allowed to legally. Instead we had multiple trips that could have been consolidated to only 2 or 3 not 8.For future serious plumbing problems I do recommend calling Anthony Plumbing. We plan to use them in future if any issues arise.. 🙏🏼👍🏽

Our AC unit needed replacement after only 5 years. The company sent a very knowledgeable person to assess our needs. A lot of things were done wrong by another company. The place cannot give better estimate for arrival time than today, and then it is 30 minute heads up that they are coming. The tech didn't have all needed part on his van, and worked hard to upsell more expensive part that he just happen to have. The monthly service charge - that i was told upon purchasing the AC unit is required to have warranty on the unit - provided miniscule discount to service call fee. It is not worth it

WARNING These people are CROOKS. Had an issue with my drain not flowing. Was told I needed to replace the pipe to my septic tank which they did. $6000.00 later, guess whatthat wasn't the problem. It was on the other side of the tank. The workers were great, but they called in and was told they weren't allowed to fix it. Called the guy that made to bid and he told me it was against the law to fix it. He told me they did what they bid to do but I was just out of luck Never planted grass seed so I am out $6000.00 for them to replace 15 ft of pipe in three hours time. I am 75 years old they must think my mind is gone. If there was any way to give minus Stars would gladly do it.Robert Adams Basehor KS. I have owned my home for nearly 15 years and have never paid a penny to anyone to work on it. My father-in-law is a wizard who can fix anything and we started to attempt to fix it ourselves. About a half hour into our attempt, he turns to me and goes, call someone.When someone who knows a lot about fixing things tells you to call someone, it's probably a good idea. I called Anthony because I see their trucks in my neighborhood quite a bit and figured they had lots of experience with my type of house. Meaning nearly 70 years old with pretty much everything original.I called them and I had a guy out that same day. His name was Shane Baker and he's incredible. He explained everything to me, slowly and in detail. He gave me plenty of options and feedback on what I could do. I felt zero pressure whatsoever to go with any of the proposals. After we made a decision, I called back to Anthony that night and we scheduled the fix in two days.He came back on time on the scheduled day, worked straight through until it was fixed. He again took the time to explain to me what he did and how he did it.The communication was great, the professionalism was outstanding and really Shane Baker was very friendly and I felt at ease the whole time.Great work and I will 100% recommend.

06.2023 UPDATE - Downgrading Anthony a few stars due to recent scheduling issues.First, they had reassigned the primary contact phone on our account without informing us, so appointment calls were not being received effectively (it went to a secondary number).With regards to scheduling -- I had been impressed with their notification system in the past, and always hitting service appointment windows. For my last few visits, however, I've had them show up several hours early without the promised email/text that a technician was on the way (we were busy/rushed when they arrived), and on (2) other instances, my scheduled inspections have been bumped due to heavy emergency call volume. I understand taking in some number of emergency calls, however as an ASAP customer (which is paid for), I do not appreciate that Anthony is skipping my appointment window (when I stayed home from work), so that they could take in additional business. I now have to plan to be home another day, to take advantage of a service that was already paid for.I find value in their services, however their customer service and scheduling has taken a heavy downturn in my opinion. I've been a customer for nearly a decade now but may be looking at other local options soon.----------------------------------------------------------Brook was super friendly and professional. She was respectful of the fact I was on Zoom calls during the visit, and was very efficient in her work.

The work done by the service man (plumber) was a good as could be expected given the circumstances of our old plumbing. He gets five stars.I used their online appointment system to book an appointment, for today, at 9am this morning. At 4:45pm I called to see if I could get an ETA, and to let them know that if they were going to be later than 5:30pm then I would need to reschedule. I was assured that I would receive a call by 5:30 to either tell me a plumber was on the way, or to reschedule my appointment.Fortunately, my plans changed, because I didn't receive a call from their dispatch/scheduling team until around 6:30pm.The service center/dispatch service gets one star.

He showed me better and best parts so I had a choice of how much I wanted to spend. He also told me about Anthony company maintenance agreement which saved me some money and gives ma a longer warranty period. Feels great knowing my plumbing problems have been repaired and I don't have to think about them anymore. If I have any other problems in the future I will call and request Aric as my technician.

I was skeptical at first using Anthony Plumbing because of the big company and so many positive comments. But, all the hype was real! The company was responsive, professional, clean, and efficient. Timothy Stuart was our lead plumber and he did an excellent job explaining every step of the process. Sure, you could probably save a penny using a local handy man, but the professionalism was worth every dollar. Timothy wore shoe covers and cleaned up his gear at the end. PVC pipe from upstairs was leaking down to my first floor; I have a 12 foot ceiling. It was not a simple job; but, Timothy from Anthony plumbing made it seam like an easy fix.

The membership has been SO worth it. We have had great experiences replacing AC units, furnaces and a toilet. They are always up front with your options and prices before starting any work

We called Anthony after the HVAC in our new house iced over on a hot day. The service tech claimed our system was basically empty and that we had a large leak and would likely need a full replacement. To their credit, they got someone from the sales team out the same day to do an assessment and make a recommendation for a replacement system. My wife was home during the initial service call, and I was home for the sales pitch later.After the assessment, the Anthony sales rep recommended a $14,000 complete system replacement. Given this was a large sum of money and the HVAC was only 5 years old, we opted to get a second opinion and contacted our home warranty provider. Their technician came out and pointed out that the system would be unable to freeze over if it was basically empty, - there has to be some freon in the system to freeze in the first place.After searching for a leak, the warranty tech was unable to find one and concluded the system had a slow leak somewhere. He suggested we could refill the system and see how long it lasted - that was well over a month ago, and our existing HVAC is working as expected despite the triple digit temperatures we are now experiencing. Our total out of pocket cost for the warranty call was $85 vs. the $14,000 quote we received from Anthony. Even if they have to refill the system annually, that's a long time before it becomes cost effective to get the replacement system.After discussing the entire experience with my wife, we concluded this was an easy cash grab attempt from new home owners and a woman who handled the initial service call alone.I'm very disappointed this entire contact with Anthony and will not be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking for HVAC service in the future.

Everyone I spoke to from Sunday night before the storm hit our area l had called and was able to setup an appointment for Monday for a technician to come and see why our central air wasn't cooling correctly. Shortly after that phone call we lost our electricity. Monday morning I had to call and cancel our appointment because we still didn't have our electricity back, they understood and said to call back when we had electricity. Even received texts with questions and suggestions on what to look for. Our electricity came back on Monday evening. I called back Tuesday morning to set up an appointment to see why our air wasn't working. They set up an appointment later today and Tucker came and explained what he found out and gave us options. Tucker also explained their plan called ASAP. After Tucker explained everything and answered our questions he got started and replaced the part. He got us cooling again it took awhile to get the house cooled down from 89 degrees to a very comfortable 76 degrees.We were very impressed with everyone we talked to and especially Tucker. In the passed when we tried to get someone to come out and look at something or fix it 90% of the time told us they didn't cover our area. We signed up for Anthony's Plumbing ASAP service plan and now can relax that we will be taken care of by a very polite, friendly group from on call technician taking the essential call to the staff following up to make sure we know a technician is on their way, and to a friendly, courteous and professional technician coming to your home. This is our first experience with Anthony's Plumbing and we will make sure to tell anyone that has plumbing issues, heating or cooling, electricity to call Anthony's Plumbing because they treat you like a family member. Shaun was friendly, respectful, and thoroughly explained the repair options and installation. He kept me updated and then explained how to use when finished. He picked up after himself and turned off lights when he finished!

Timber took the time to handle the repair and explain what would be the best. Added some optional work that needs to be considered. Very personable.. My wife was impressed. Listened to and responded to my questions.Seemed very knowledgeable about this and other issues we may have.

We have never been ones to welcome repairmen into our residence, but Andre changed that. We had a plumbing issue with some floor drains in our basement and needed them fixed before we left for vacation. Not only was Anthony Plumbing able to unclog them, but our serviceman was also not going to leave until he made sure they were ready to go. The serviceman's name was Andre, and he was a true pleasure to work with. He was courteous and professional throughout. $1600 bid to replace an AC fan motor and blade was laughable. Got it repaired same day by another company for $625 with 5 year warranty. They came out, diagnosed the problem, got to work and were on their way. Your technician was more like dealing with a used car salesman than a repair technician. He literally was laying the ground work for selling me a whole new system before he even looked at mine (mind you it was blowing ice cold and working just fine, blade had just been making some noise for a few weeks) I nearly turned him away at the door and honestly regret not following my instinct and having done so. Would have saved me a $99 service fee and two hours of my life I’ll never get back. Word of advice…when dealing with a customer that’s already having a “bad day” due to unforeseen repair expenses, the last thing they want to hear is a bunch of nonsensical technical jargon regarding every single little thing that could possibly go wrong in the next DECADE with their system and 5 different quotes to “preemptively” fix it all (your tech’s word not mine). I can tell you one thing, when the time comes for another repair or replacement Anthonys is the last place I would call

I needed to replace my old AC and furnace. I did their 2 for 1 deal, buy a furnace and get the a new AC, back in March of this year. After the installation, there was no follow up call to see if the new units were working, not even a thank you.This past weekend in Kansas City, were in the 90's. When I turned on the AC, it was only blowing hot air, no coolant!!Very poor customer service. When they want your money, they act like their your best friend, then after the sale, nothing!I'll keep trying to get the AC fixed.

Our A/C went out on one of the hottest nights we’ve had so far. Tucker Austin is the technician they sent out early the next morning and he was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and almost immediately knew what the problem was, which he explained to me in terms I could understand. After replacing the part, he made sure the A/C was working correctly, asked if I had any questions at all, and his kindness and patience were very appreciated and impressive!The company knows he is our Preferred Technician and will always send him to our home if at all possible should we need their services again.

Garrett was very professional & got the whole installation done in a timely manner. They did an excellent job of installing a new heating & cooling system.

We had a small small leak in the cold water valve and needed a drain installed because the old one was too corroded to remove ourselves. Our plumber was amazing, he was personable and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes… unfortunately we will never be using Anthony PHCE ever again due to $443 bill that was charged to us for the job, absolute highway robbery. Also, we had to sign up for their $16/month “subscription” or else the bill would have been $500+… the quick fix and great service was refreshing but not worth the price.

Our AC was having troubles and I figured it would be Is a couple of days before it got fixed. The technician arrived within an hour and a 1/2, and our AC was back on inside of 30 minutes. The house only warmed up about 2° and was back to normal within an hour after the visit. These guys are awesome!

Our AC went out on Wednesday night. Of course during an extreme heatwave and the temperature in our home got up to 89 degrees. Anthony PHCE got us scheduled and everything fixed by Thursday afternoon! Erik was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. He explained exactly what was wrong, how it would get fixed, and pricing. They made a miserable situation so much better and honestly turned our week around! We can’t thank them enough for their help and prompt response on this!

It cost $458 to replace my leaking tub drain. I assumed he would be putting a similar drain back in. After he left I noticed he put in a pop-up drain that allows all the hair to go down the drain. With myself and 2 big dogs, this will not work, so I still have to pay someone to replace what he put in and go back to the drain I had that strained the hair.

Mark did a fantastic job installing our water heater. I appreciated the excellent communication. We have an older home and certain tricky circumstances that had to be dealt with. He found some issues we were expecting might come up and explained our options. We were able to get on the schedule the next day for a free consultation with Matt Merget who did a fantastic job outlining what our replacement options were, what to expect, and answered all of our questions. His communication skills made the interaction top notch. The following day Jesus Martinez and his team came to replace the AC and was super professionally, clean, and quick. We appreciate this team of techs!

Had scheduled service for 1/4/23 for a clogged pump. 9pm came around and nobody had showed or bothered to call/text to let me know they weren’t able to come, so I had to call them and reschedule. The next available day was 1/6/23. I said I work at 2pm can we please get them out before noon? They put me down, supposedly, for first call. I guess first call is at 2pm because that’s when Seth showed up. Seth also arrived completely unprepared and spent about 5 seconds in the bathroom before he determined the pump was “installed wrong” and had to reschedule me again for 1/8/23. I couldn’t roll my eyes any harder. I had a second opinion come out and confirm what I thought, the pump was clogged (I’m a woman so what do I know, right Seth?). And thanks to Anthony’s not coming out when I first called them, it sat there and the motor burned out. So I have to replace the pump completely. This company is unreliable and greedy and their employees are lazy and ignorant. You can tell by the recent influx of negative reviews they’re trying to hide and push down in the feed.

I purchased a new HVAC system from comfort advisor Randy Crowell, who was professional, courteous, and informative. The very next day, I was given excellent installation service by Alex Barajas, Elijah C, and James M. They were professional in appearance and manners, performed the installation within 6 hours (appreciated on a hot summer day), and left my utility room and garage spotless after they finished. Elijah kept me informed throughout the entire process. After finishing the job, he explained the new units, both indoors and outdoors, and showed me how to use the new thermostat. I am used to getting quality service from Anthony PHC, but these men took it to a new level.

Francisco G and Austin V did excellent work for us. They had to remove our furnace so another company could reinforce our basement walls. They returned and reinstalled our furnace. They had to work around wall support beams and ceiling boards. They double/triple checked all the pipes leading into and out of the furnace. They made sure our reinstalled furnace was clean, working, and efficient. Even though the job took longer than was originally anticipated, our cost was the original cost.

Edgar was amazing! He sorted through some old messy wiring in our bedroom and got us back up & running quickly.

We've been an ASAP member for a year. We had a water leak and called Anthony out to investigate it. They ran a diagnostic and were unable to find the issue that caused the leak. We mentioned we'd seen some water around the bottom of the kitchen faucet but they said that wasn't the problem. Instead, they suggested they fix the pipes underneath the sink which cost over $900. Unfortunately, a week later when we came home from vacation, there was a big water leak that damaged our hardwood floors. We called Anthony the next business and they took 3 days to call us. back. They said it wasn't their problem. In the meantime, we had to fix the leaky faucet that caused the water damage ourselves. After several more phone calls asking them to help us resolve the issue, they said they would reimburse us the $900. Unfortunately, that reimbursement never came and after several more calls, they said they were only going to reimburse us half of the cost and it was up to us to fix the damage to our hardwoods. This was such a headache to deal with. I will never use them again. Terrible customer service.
