He was professional, fast, and courteous. He answered all my questions and did a solid job. Next time I need a plumber I'll turn to Brian and Plumbing Kings again.

Such wonderful service! We called them for a toilet issue after having 3 other plumbers come out who were unable to solve the problem. Plumbing Kings were able to come out the same day and fix the issue right away! They had wonderful customer service and we couldn’t be happier! Now we have a working toilet with no issues and we will be recommending them to anyone we know! Never again will we use another plumbing company.

Plumbing Kings recently did two different repairs at different times. The most recent was replace the Anode on a hot water heater; before that the garbage disposal was displaced. Tyler did both jobs. Professional and patient with all of my questions. Timely response and cleaned up afterwards. Very dependable group. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We initially used a different company to unclog and hydro jet a backed up sewer line. Two weeks later we had the same problem. We called out the same company who then told us that the problem was an offset sewer line that would cost us $15,000 to fix.
We got a second opinion from Plumbing Kings. They carried out a line inspection and found that a portion of the sewer line was partially clogged with debris and grease. We did not have an offset sewer line.
Plumbing Kings staff were very professional and honest and saved us from being ripped off. Glad we got a second opinion. Relieved to know we don't need to spend the $15k for a fault that does not exist. Thank you Plumbing Kings, Steven and Tyler.

We had Tyler from plumbing kings come out to fix a slab leak. He sat our house on fire, 911 was called, and the fire department responded to put out the fire. The owner Stephen refused to cooperate with my insurance company who had to go to court to recover their funds and my deductible. He refused to cooperate in any way after the fire occurred. He never even offered an apology. He then still sent a bill demanding payment. He would not even provide my insurance company with his insurance information. Stay far away from this company as the owner Steven is not trustworthy and will not stand behind his work whatsoever.

Could have had a better experience, but mama ain't raise a hater.

Quick and efficient service.

Had a pipe corrosion problem with the old-fashioned copper pipe/valve block system installed in the wall of my home when the house was built. I got estimates from several plumbing companies, most of which wanted to special order a new copper valve system at very high cost. The problem would only re-occur in time. That's when I was fortunate to discover Plumbing Kings. Steve understood my problem right away and explained the need to get rid of the copper valve system entirely and replace all of it with plastic water lines without the valves. The only requirement was to have on/off cutoffs at each faucet, toilet, washing machine, etc. which we already had. Not only did I get rid of the corroded copper pipes but it solved any future problems that it might re-occur. Tyler, who specializes in the very problem I had, came to my home and completed the work promptly and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable and the quality of work excellent. He was also very professional and polite. I highly recommend Plumbing Kings.

I am so grateful for Plumbing Kings! They came out last night and made a diagnosis that my master tub drain was the cause of the leak into my garage. I had a different company out here who failed to diagnosis it at all and never followed up after they sent a mitigation company out to cut holes in my ceiling. Thank goodness for Tyler! Water was heard running in the drain under my kitchen sink. After checking the water sources inside and outside of the home, there were no visible leaks or sound of water running except under the kitchen sink. Not knowing who to call, I searched out names of plumbers on the internet and read the reviews. Plumbing King, LLC was highly recommended. I called the number listed and Steven answered. I explained my problem and he said he could come over later in the afternoon. Steven arrived and in respect of my home, he removed his boots before entering. He looked professional wore special clothing identifying himself as Plumbing King, LLC. I explained to Steven that the water lines are under the foundation; that I could hear water running in the kitchen drain; and that there were no visible leaks inside or outside the home.
Steven checked all the water locations and suspected the leak was under the kitchen sink. Steven explained my options, the details of the work such as cutting several holes in the walls, running the new pipe through the attic and the cost for this work. I accepted his offer. Steven and Jordan arrived the next morning to start the work. Steven conducted a thorough check of all the water sources and found the problem was the water line under the kitchen sink. Steven cut out the drywall and found there were two leaking cold water lines. Steven, Jordan and Tyler completed the work timely and professionally and kept my home cleaned. A few days later and before the drywall was replaced, I asked Steven to replace the hot water line for which he did in a timely manner. A few days after that, I had a plugged drain. I called Steven and he came over and unplugged the drain at the end of his day. He also installed a new water softener. A state inspector commented on how nice the work looked.
Steven is professional, friendly, courteous, polite, prompt and respectful. I can say the same for Jordan and Tyler. If ever I need a Plumber, Plumbing King, LLC will be the one I call and the one I refer to others. Thank you Steven for completing all this work in a professional and timely manner.

I knew my toilets needed new innards like flappers, etc. so I called a plumber. That person didn't fix the problem. I called another plumber who put a new part in one toilet, it didn't work. So then, I called Plumbing Kings. What a difference! The toilets were fixed with the correct parts, the inside of the tanks were cleaned and all done very professionally by Steve and his crew. The scheduling was performed by a very efficient woman in the office. I was very satisfied with the work..

I chose this company based off of other people user reviews and they did not disappoint. They were here on time, gave me the estimate, got the parts, and then finished the job in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future.

We had a wonderful experience using Plumbing Kings. This company came recommended from a friend and they are very professional and understanding. We caught a little luck since the damage didn’t require third party contractors and the subfloor wasn’t soggy. They could use most of the existing parts keeping our total to a reasonable amount by just replacing the normal wear and tear items. We were able to fix this particular problem so we can continue our snail-pace at renovating ‘this old house’ (built in 2007- haha) It is always scary thinking there could be thousands of dollars in repairs after removing the toilet but having an honest plumber is a really nice feeling. These guys are great and they aren’t out to recommend unnecessary repairs.

So now I know why they are called “Plumbing Kings”! This was the best experience with plumbers I’ve had in Las Vegas since moving here 21 years ago. They tell you exactly what they can do and can’t do. They know what’s fair, and try to get it right. I know... rare these days right? Steven and Antonio reminded me of technicians decades ago; honest work and with the knowledge to back it up. What seemed to be a typical job replacing water fill lines turned out impossible for me, requiring contortionist and plumbing skills where something old and possibly fragile had to be replaced while looking at it upside down. They not only fixed it but explained what they were doing and why, and put up with my lingering and long explanations. I don’t do many reviews, but this one had to be written. Hats off for the “Plumbing Kings”.

Chad explained all he was doing and even helped on a few general question as a 1st time home owner. Price is comparable to other Plumbing companies. They repaired my kitchen faucet that was very loose and loosened a stuck handle on a bathroom faucet. They were very thorough and took the time to explain what they were doing and what I needed to consider for future repairs on these items. I highly recommend them and will call them in the future.

Tyler with Plumbing Kings CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE doing a slab leak repair. Tyler ignored my statements that my house smelled like smoke & me visibly seeing smoke come out of the wall in an adjoining room. Tyler then left an active flame to go outside to the street, the flames grew inside my wall so I called 911 because it was out of control; he NEVER put it out right away. $14,000 in damages according to my insurance company. The owner Steven, as you can see in his unprofessional response below, is in utter denial. Catching houses on fire is normal to Steven I guess. My insurance company felt differently along with everyone else who's seen these pictures. He continually sent harassing letters to my home & threatened to sue us & threatened to put a lien on our home for filing a claim with our insurance company. He denied ever setting our house on fire, never received a simple apology for their negligence, & refused to cooperate with our insurance so they had to sue him. Almost 1 year later court is done & Steven finally paid for the damages caused by their negligence. Steven is still threatening to sue us & making up lies about my husband. I make sure to tell everyone I know to use anyone but Plumbing Kings! Horrible owner horrible business!! Will use Pure Plumbing from here on out they have been wonderful unlike my experience with Plumbing Kings!

Customer service and skills are great! The consult and repair time was faster than other companies we consulted with. We had an old water heater and defective H20 softener that needed replacing.

I used plumbing king company for a service at my mother’s home. Nato was the gentleman that came to fix my paren’s back yard faucet that was leaking. Not only was Nato professional at his work but he was also very quick,polite, and patient with my elder parents who don’t speak English very well, and I was the translator on the phone between both parties🙂I would recommend this company for any one. Please make sure to ask for Nato. I had lots of plumbing issues in the past this company by far is the best! We found ourselves in need for a plumber for a toilet issue, so my husband called around to several places to start with a quote for assistance.
He ended up going with Plumbing Kings, as they were able to get to us within a few hours (on a Saturday) and the quote was a bit lower than other companies we had called. Steven arrived at the estimated time and primarily corresponded with my husband during the process of repair. My husband is not an easy man to appease, but he said that Steven was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue (which apparently was difficult to resolve, even for an experienced plumber, due to older, cheaper parts that were used during the initial construction when the house was built 20 years ago) and to explain the steps he was going to take to resolve it, and did so very thoroughly (and my husband loves to ask questions). My husband believes that the service was fairly priced, and the issue has been resolved; no issues since. Highly recommend the Plumbing Kings, we will certainly have their information on hand for any future issues.

This company offers 5 star service at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with the service and friendly attitude of the staff. Taylor was our tech and he was friendly and knowledgeable, ask for him if possible. The company was quick to respond people over the phone were very friendly, I will only recommend them for any plumbing issues.
