Five Guys Plumbing Dearborn

Had them out to replace our old decrepit main drain. The plumbers they sent out to us were very professional. Took care of the job no problem, quickly too. Cleaned everything up nicely too, I would definitely use them again.

Very expensive. Charged $750 to put in undersink water filter. They made it sound so complicated when installed was not that much work. I would not recommend this company.

I recommend this company over the other plumbers in the area. Nobody has as good prices, and the service from these guys is great too. They can always handle any plumbing problem, and their timeliness really sets them apart.

Cleared a blockage in the drain from our shower and bathtub. They were awesome. Super kind and understanding and did geat work.

The plumber they sent out for us was great. He was very nice and personable. He did great work on our drain too and in the end, the cost for everything was nice and low.

Hank did a wonderful job. He explained everything he was doing to solve the problem, and advised us on the best and most cost effective solutions. Did an absolutely wonderful job, I can't recommend him and Five Guys enough.

So I have to be honest, I didn't call Five Guys first! I called one of their competitors three miles from my home and was told there would be a fee of $90 just to come out and take a look at my issue. They assured me that the fee would be incorporated into the cost of the job if I chose to go with them. Well I thanked the young lady for her time and said I might call back if I couldn't find anyone else. So I called Five Guys and got a call back from Darren shortly after. I explained what I thought the problem was and, he asked me to text him some pictures of the pipe in question. He quoted me a price right there on the spot and I asked how soon he could start. He was over not too long after that and knocked the job out in no time. I won't get on here and tell anyone how to run their business but, I will give my $dollars$ and a positive review to a business that I think is doing thing correctly. I could gamble $90 dollars and hope the other company gave me a fair price or go with Five Guys and make an informed decision. The choice was easy. Thanks again Darren.

Lying scammers they made me pay 800 dollars and all they did was dirty my house

they couldn’t get the job done in one day because they started late I was charged $800 extra . Now the urinals are worse than before . Didn’t even last 2 months . Very unhappy , will never use again

Five Guys took care of a shower head that would not stop leaking for us. The problem turned out to be beyond just a faulty shower head, but they were able to fix it easily. The charge for coming out wasnt too bad either.

My toilet was dripping and I wanted it fixed. When I phoned this plumbing company, they arrived within an hour. They put a new water line in my basement, changed the toilet, and gave me a new light. These guys were great and we will be using them again. Highly recommend.

We had Five Guys come out to take a look at some of our drains. We were having drain problems from multiple places so we thought it might be an overall plumbing problem. Within two hours of calling, they had our problem diagnosed and were already getting started on fixing it. They are a certainly a great company, I would recommend them to anyone.

We used Five Guys to fix our hot water heater and they did a great job with everything. A previous plumber we called tried to sell us on a new one, but Five Guys did a few repairs for a great price and it has been working great ever since. They are honest and always ready to help, I would highly recommend them.

These guys were prompt and efficient in fixing a leak in my home's plumbing. He was well-equipped to complete the work quickly and affordably. If you need any sort of plumbing work done, he is the plumber I would suggest.

Using them was a breath of fresh air from other less responsive plumbers. I was sick of calling plumbers to never get a call back or making an appointment and just waiting around for a no show. Five Guys is different, they're real, available and they do a good job too. \

I called Five Guys to remove two bolts out of my toilet that were rusted to the point a normal tool couldn't remove them. They brought 3 men and a Sawzall to do this tiny job. Not only did they scrape my toilet up so bad that there are brown marks on it that can't be removed, they cranked the new plastic toilet fasteners so hard they broke one. Told my husband it would be $125 cash only on the phone, even though website says they take checks and credit. He ran to the ATM. Once they completed the job, they told him $189 and he can pay whatever way he wants. So it all seemed way over priced and shady to basically have my toilet look horrible and have a broken piece in my new toilet seat. My toilet was pristine white before they started. Their solution was,, You can't see it when the toilet seat is open. Picture attached for reference. My husband paid cash and there was no receipt given but by the time this whole incident occurred, he just wanted these people out of our house.

I experienced a toilet leak. After I called a nearby plumber, they were able to arrive within a short time. Additionally, which is usually a positive, they didn't try to upsell me on anything else along with the repair.

This Company is a scam. Pls do not go to them like literally. They will leave a mess and will charge u a ridiculous amount of money.

My sink's leak was expertly repaired by this plumber, and everything is functioning perfectly once again. These guys were great and we will be using them again. Highly recommend.

Had them clear our main line for us and they were perfect. Arrived right on time, same day as we called to clear the blockage. Plumbers were great and nice, would use again.
