Mick was super responsive to our questions. He got back to us quickly, got an inspection and the work set-up as quickly as possible, his quote was completely reasonable and the work was done as such. They were even early. Would highly recommend.

Will showed up about a week ago to assess our problem. It was worse than he thought but gave us a quote for the job. Mick and Will showed up less than a week later trying to fit us into their busy schedule. They were on time and very professional and super friendly. Our pipes to the broken outside faucet and kitchen sink were the wrong ones, but Mick and Will quickly figured it out and fixed the problem. They did the job very fast, well within the time frame they quoted us. We are very happy with their work and will definitely be using them as our go-to plumbers should we ever need their services again. Mick is our go-to plumber. He has re-plumbed practically our entire 1914 NE Portland house to replace the old iron pipes with new plastic, put in new fixtures, even plumbed a new water service out to the curb for us, and everything works great! Mick is a master at his art, and a very friendly and pleasant fellow to have around. We recommend him for any home plumbing job. Just make sure you have a proper cup of tea handy ;-)

Fearing this is a scammer. He charged $190 just to look in the crawl space and tell us he wouldn't do the job because the valve needed to be replaced and he wouldn't do it. He looked under the kitchen sink, which has been leaking a cup an hour. My husband turned off the water due to the leak. Plumber said I don't see it leaking. I'm not gonna mess with it.

What kind of plumber comes and says they don't see a problem, then says they see the problem, won't do the work. Then charges you $190 to tell you that?

Unprofessional! I asked for a quote on a repipe for a 1 bathroom house. Mick walked in my house took a look for 2 minutes and wrote some numbers on his hand with a pen and said $35,000. No itemized estimate. He barely gave me the time of the day. I’ve had multiple bids and all were professional, took the time to talk about my options and provided me with emailed quotes for the work so I could explore my financing options. I don’t understand why he would show up if he could have just decided my job was too small or not worth his time with a couple of questions via email or phone call.

Happy to find a trustworthy independent plumber. Fixed a tricky sink plumbing issue, and installed a garbage disposal. The latter required some follow-up sink attachment work but Mick came back out free of charge until the job was done at top-notch standards. I can rest easy now. PS likes his coffee black.

We had a nasty tangle of tub pipes in a tight space that needed to be replaced, and Mick did a fantastic job. He was prompt and honest about the potential issues, and very reasonably-priced. I'd immediately call him again for any plumbing issues--what a great guy!

Mick and his co-worker, Will, are terrific! Honest and practical. We were afraid we had a leak in our bathroom wall — a situation that a dishonest company could have taken advantage of to the tune of thousands of dollars. Mick told us he didn't need to go into the wall. He gave us a logical explanation for the sound we were hearing, and explained why it was in all likelihood not a leak. He checked for evidence from every angle he could without tearing apart the wall. He then reseated our toilet and gave us some ideas about dealing with our aging plumbing, all of which cost less than $300. What a relief. We won't hesitate to call him again and to recommend him to others. He's a gem — and entertaining, to boot.
