The diagnostic guy Name Matt and walked us through the whole project. He was really nice. He took time to explain was very professional. After confirming our appointment; Ryan came and did a great job. It was not an easy job but he was on time, professional and his work is so awesome. I'm so glad I found Option 1 Plumbing! I had them come for a quote; they are one of the FEW companies that will send a technician out to look at the problem and give a free quote with multiple options. I was so impressed with Ted's knowledge and professionalism, that I cancelled my other quote and had Option 1 replace my kitchen faucet and repair my shower faucet. Ted took the time to explain to me the issues, addressed low water pressure in my house, and gave me recommendations for a kitchen faucet that would work well and that I could purchase myself. Option 1 is now my go-to plumber! After using several local companies over the past 13 years, Option 1 is now my only option!

Charlotte Plumbing Masters replaced a main water line that had broken on my side of the city water meter. They were very professional during the entire repair. They really did more than I thought they would to replace the water line. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for plumber to do any job that you want a 100% professional job.

John responded to my initial request on Thumbtack almost immediately, which was really impressive. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything when he came out for the estimate, and the work was completed the following week. He showed me the quality of the replacement parts and did a really excellent job (and cleaned everything when he was finished!). MKB does excellent work. Ned was on time and very knowledgeable. I interviewed 3 different plumbers to install a laundry sink. MKB was the right choice. I plan to use MKB moving forward.

Jeff Malone came on time. He not only removed debris from the filters on 2 faucets and a shower head, but showed me how to keep it from happening again.
