The first time I use this company was because I had actually called on them in a previous job and remember them being so nice. I also could not get my normal plumbing company (at the time) to come out as quickly as I needed them. Connie is extremely knowledgeable and has given me great tips and tricks to prevent pipes freezing, what to do when pipes burst, and preventing it from happening again. I’ve use this company time and time again and will continue to do so based on her expertise alone. But the work they do is also fantastic-the prices are fair, the employees are also on time, they clean up after themselves, and they get the job done. Extremely professional. Highly, highly recommend.

I had called these guys out because my water bill was over $400 last month. I was panicking and didn’t know where to start. They had a Technician named Grant out here that same day! He diagnosed my problem and while it wasn’t the cheapest, I am very happy with the work that was done and how quickly they were able to get this done for me. They had to dig outside and fix my leaking pipe. Very pleased with how everything turned out and I will only call them in the future!

Our Technician came out due to a non-stop running Sump Pump.

He was in and out in an hour and even showed us how it operated in case we ever needed to test our battery backup system, etc.

Oh, they were also right on time when they said they'd be there (30mins window).

Our story will echo most of the other reviews here. Excellent people and service. We originally contacted a very advertised HVAC company when our furnace stopped blowing warm air. Their tech looked at the furnace for 15 minutes and told us it would cost nearly $5000 to repair - so we might as well buy a new one. Carpenter's techs Derek and Greg worked on it for 2 hours and it runs perfectly now. There was no need to buy a new one. If you want honest, hard-working people to help - then look no further than Carpenter.

Water Heaters Now was great!! From the time I called to get a quote over the phone, (the person, Jon I think, was very nice and asked the right questions to determine what I needed and gave me a quote over the phone, which was the final price I paid), to the time they came to my house with a new water heater was 1 hour. Bruce and Zach were awesome!! They were so friendly and professional. The removal of the old water heater and installation of the new one was quick (less than 2 hours)and we had hot water again!!! Would totally recommend using them to anyone who needs their water heater replaced. And, it was HALF the price of another quote I received!! Great service and company!!!

The water heater broke on Monday Night. Ryan fit us in for Tuesday! They did a great job. It was a pleasure having them in our house.

This company took months to fix our bath tub. They were not professional at all. We had to call them to come back out to fix our bath tub. Call them again to come out and even finish the work. Just never ending with them. Got the bill and seemed very unreasonable so called and spoke with the owner who is just rude. Stating that it is all listed in there. Wouldn’t explain what the charges were. I would not recommend this company. They will take months to fix the problem and over charge you without explaining the bill. Clearly they don’t care about customer service.

Building a new home and did an excellent job very professional and great work. Is one of the trades on the job I would recommend.
