The technician that came out to our house was Seth and he was great! He really knew what he was doing and came out to the house super late. We really appreciate him and his time. I would have gave Gunther 5 stars except the after hour reception was very rude.

I needed a utility sink installed in the basement near my workshop. Fortunately, there was roughed in plumbing for a bathroom. Mike, from Gunther Plumbing, was on time, professional, and had the sink installed in no time. The cost was quite reasonable. I will never use another plumber again.

GREAT company and GREAT customer service!!!! We called them on a Thursday afternoon when we were having water heater issues they came out the SAME day! Turns out our water heater had completely died and no saving it. They came back out on a Friday and removed the old one and installed the new one. I can’t say enough nice things about this company from office staff to the on site tech! The office lady was sweet and personable the tech worked efficiently and around other contractors installing a new roof, dogs, a toddler. They have definitely earned our business as repeat customers from now on!

Just recently had them replace our hot water heater. It went out in the evening and was leaking. They came out quickly to inspect things and they were able to replace it the next day. They were great with communication, professional and reasonably priced. This is not the first time we have used their services and they will always be my first call when we have a plumbing issue!

Fantastic customer service. Had a complex water shut off valve repair at my condo complex that required multiple trips out to get done. Mike Noel was fantastic and didn’t charge extra for the repeat trips. Once we got some logistical issues taken care of the repair was completed quickly and with very high quality. We've used Gunther several times, and will continue to call them with any plumbing needs. They have replaced a leaky toilet, repaired tub drains and spouts, replaced our water heater, and run a gas line to our kitchen. We've had Seth Liddle as our technician most of the time, and Mike Noel (Seth's supervisor) once, and both are always polite, efficient, quick, and clean. Seth responds really well to our children (2yo, 14yo) buzzing around and asking him questions, and isn't bothered by our little dog talking to him as well. When he's come during a school day, he's quiet and does his work thoroughly with no supervision and minimal interruption to our work. Kasey (sp?) on the phones is bright, friendly, and attentive. They are frequently able to schedule same day or next business day, even for non-urgent issues. We had a minor gas leak, and they were available within three hours. When we request Seth, she checks his availability first, and gets us his next available slot. Everyone at Gunther that we've spoken to or met has been polite, responsive, professional, and seems happy to be at work. They give 2-3 hour service windows, call/text ahead of arrival (with a picture of your tech, so no pretenders), and arrive on time every time. They work quickly, and clean up well, and the bill is always at or below the estimate, which is usually lower than, if not half of, the competition. We're really very pleased with our relationship with Gunther Plumbing.

We had no idea what the issue was with a rotten egg smell outside our house and eventually in the basement. Jared was able to come out next day and locate the issue and within a week it is fixed. The cost was reasonable as well!

Service was excellent. Plumber was friendly and fun to talk to. He was very easy going and got the job done in the mostly reasonable and respectable time possible. I took a lot of time deciding on which plumbing service I wanted to used. This one was the winner. Glad I chose them and will be contacting them again when I need plumbing services In the future. AND the best part, they took the old one. One less task I had to consider. ? What took him an hour would have taken me 2 days ?. I greatly appreciate their efficient service.

This was our first time using Gunther. My mom needed a new hot water shut off valve for the bathroom sink. We also had the supply line replaced (yes, we could have done this ourselves but since they were replacing the valve, might as well include the other work). I am grateful for my cousin's referral as she has used them several times. They were prompt, reasonable in price & finished the job in 15 minutes. Mike was courteous and even checked the other valves to see if they needed replaced. I will definitely be using them for my future services.

I had a clog kitchen drain and Gunther Plumbing did an amazing job at solving the issue. The entire process was the best customer experience I have encountered in a long time.

When I booked the appointment, the next available day was in 4 days. About an hour or so later, I had a call back letting me know a cancellation happened, and they can come over in an hour or so. This was the start to a great experience.

The technician was amazing. He had a slight issue with all of the elbows and 90s running from the sink to where the clog was at, but he did not give up. He was able to get to the clog and now the kitchen sink plumbing is not blocked. He cleaned everything up nicely.

Everything was taken care of for a fair price. Plus, I'd rather support local, small business than nationwide corporations. I hope the owner sees this review and keep up with hiring great talent!

We've used Gunther Plumbing multiple times since purchasing our first house several years ago. The service has always been excellent, and this most recent visit was nothing less than that. We had almost a foot of water in our crawl space from the combination of the storm the other day and the melting of the snow/ice. We weren't sure what the issue was, but they came out for an evaluation and discovered it was a sump pump issue. Mike had a new sump pump in the truck and replaced it on the spot. We hired Gunther Plumbing to help us finish our bathroom remodel. We had to move the tub drain and then install a free-standing tub and tub-feeder. Seth was fantastic to work with. He was extremely professional and helpful. He provided clear instructions on what we needed to do in between appointments as we continued to work on remodel. Our quote was also affordable and felt fair, especially compared to some of the quotes we received from other local companies. I am installing a floating vanity and had to have the our water and drain lines to keep them from being exposed after the install. Mike did a fantastic job, was extremely professional, ignored my tiny dog's multiple meltdowns while he went in and out the house, and when I had to ask him to move something slightly higher when he was initially finished he was super understanding and fixed the issue no questions asked. He made the whole experience feel like he was a part of my team with this remodel as opposed to just someone hired to do a job. Extremely satisfied with our service and will be using Gunther again if we have plumbing needs in the future.

We called Gunther with a small leak problem. Fortunately they had a cancelation and were able to service us the same day.

The plumber did a great job, identifying and resolving the issue. He even corrected some 'questionable' existing install work. He was friendly and neat.

300 bucks to replace a wax ring on a toilet. Job took 15 minutes.

I had used them in the past and they had fixed a leaking pipe for $102. Called a year later to have leaking toilet fixed. Was shocked when I got the invoice for $300.

Will be searching for new plumber.

Very happy with the work Jared did for us. He was on time and resolved all the issues we had in a timely manner. He fixed a broken shower drain, a leaky pipe in the basement, and a leak in a toilet. Gunther Plumbing charged a fraction of the amount another company had quoted us. We will definitely be calling them should we need a plumber again.

Seth the plumber was time as per the schedule time, I needed this water heater installed in basement. He was quick to understand the whole thing and proposed the solution as per my satisfaction. It took him a couple of hours to finish the job but he kept focusing on the job and completed it. He had to make a couple of round to get some required installation stuff after analyzing the job at my place.

I had Gunther come out to replace some plumbing at my house and was very happy with the service. Fair price, fit me into the schedule quickly, and Mike was very friendly. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My sump pump died during a heavy rain storm, I called and within 30 minutes they were here installing a new sump pump. Appreciate the quality and speed to keep the basement dry during a small flash flood! Mike did a fantastic job!

Jared did a great job. Installed a laundry sink I had purchased. Made sure it was flush against the wall (which required some extra effort). Would use Gunther again if I ever have a plumbing issue.

The tech wasn't able to perform the service due to the width of our pipes not being standard so unable to use his equipment to snake our drain but was quick to explain what he believed the issue to be and referred us to buisenes that could help. Very thankful for his effort, info and time.

The best people to work with. Mike Noel was really professional and nice when he came to look and give us a quote. He gave me the quote cut and straight. I could not believe the price he offered to do. Others were charging me nearly $1000 for changing the sink and faucet. These guys being professional and honest were able to do this for under $200. Their workmanship was very good. Mike did a quality installation, testing and cleanup. there was a leak in the install which we found next day. We called Gunther plumbing and they arrived on the same day and resolved this too. Definitely will be using then for further plumbing projects or issues. Would definitely recommend Gunther Plumbing

Mike came today to replace our disposal. He was professional and very efficient. I asked him to look at another leaky sink and he fixed that quickly as well. Very reasonable price. So happy with this experience, and we will definitely be calling Gunther Plumbing for any issues in the future.

Have used Gunther several times, and will continue to do so. I contacted the owner over this last weekend due to a leak I found, and was surprised to find out that he was on vacation but still took the time to respond to me! Fast forward to Monday morning, when I was able to get a technician scheduled for Wednesday morning. Technician showed up on time, and even gave me a heads up he was on the way. He diagnosed my issue (turned out to be an hvac issue), and even helped fix a toilet issue that I dumped on him last second (dumped-poor choice of word). The only issue I had, and it’s pretty minor, is that there is toilet water on the floor of my bathroom from where he had taken the pump out of the toilet. Other than that, everything was wonderful and the price acceptable.

So I just had hot water heater replaced by Gunther and could not recommend more. They found out I had an emergency service and decided to schedule their guys on a Saturday. Which is usually not their M.O.but we could not be happier with the service provided by Jared Rose and his partner(didn’t get a name). Honestly they have our business from this point on and wish we could have found them sooner. Just FYI. Home Depot same day service wanted $1000 install price not including hot water heater price. Gunther was less than half. Again highly recommended and professional. Great guys.

Very friendly with my kids and dog, and did a great job. I have used another other plumbing service before who although were good, always found more issues and added to the cost. Was very pleased that Gunther Plumbing fixed the issues we had (my child had thrown toys into the toilet) very quickly and are much more reasonably priced for the work.

Phenomenal service! We recently bought a flipped (poorly) house They repaired a gas line for our stove within minutes.
We then had to call them out for a pipe leaking under our sink and a spigot issue with our washer and they were able to schedule it for same day. On top of that, they came earlier than scheduled and repaired all our issues plus made sure our other spigots were tight. Absolutely fantastic customer service, each tech has been incredibly friendly and professional.

They repaired a small leak in a copper water line in the basement. Mike was very professional and arrived before the scheduled time. They sent a text and email confirming the appointment time, and sent a text to say they were on their way. I'm vary satisfied with the work performed, and Mike did a complete inspection of all the water lines in the basement. I will use them again.

Our toilet was clogged and running non-stop and actually ended up flooding our basement. This all happened on a Saturday (of course). I reached out to Gunther Plumbing and immediately had Mike come to the rescue. I own a local flooring company and use Gunther for any plumbing needs, mostly removing and replacing fixtures. Their text and appointment confirmation process is super easy and they are fast and fair. The reviews are accurate and they seem to be running a stand up operation.

I hired Gunther Plumbing to bring in a gas line to our kitchen. Scheduling my appointment was super easy. Travis is quick to respond to text messages! When Travis and Mike showed up to our house (RIGHT ON TIME!), they discovered that the job would be slightly more difficult than planned, but forged ahead nonetheless! I called and had a very quick response for a appointment. The tech arrived on time and identified himself with proof, used a mask to enter the house and put booties on his boots. The plumber, Mike, was very knowledgeable and honest. He identified that the pipe that is connected to the leaking faucet is behind the finished panel and fixing it will require removing the panels on my wall. I decided not to fix it. Excellent experience. They were professional and polite. The service tech showed up on time and completed the entire job (hot water heater replacement) in under 2 hours! I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Jared and assistant arrived in the designated appointment time period, texting a 1/2 hr before arriving. The guys were friendly and courteous. They assessed the problem and got to work. They cleared the line to the main drain. They were neat and left everything as it was when they arrived. They even gave us tips to keep a clog from happening again.

I called Gunther and they arrived shortly thereafter for a free diagnosis and estimate. They said my older water heater probably wasn't worth repairing and parts for it would be a problem (Whirlpool). The tech was friendly and was masked-up. I am considering all options, but their quote is inline with the others I have now.

Mike came out today and was super polite. He quickly located the likely source of the problem and advised me of the work that needs done before he can continue (panels need removed from the ceiling). I will for sure be using him to fix the leak once I get the ceiling out.

Mike installed a bathtub for me. He was super friendly and super fast and efficient. I really enjoyed working with him.

They installed a cast iron shower pan and replaced quite a bit of our 1950’s plumbing. Reasonably priced and excellent work.

I contacted Gunther Plumbing to install a bigger sink in my kitchen. They showed up when they said they would show up, they were super neat and tidy about about the work space. They wore shoe covers when entering my house, laid down a drop cloth in the kitchen as to not mess up the floor. When the job was finished, tested to ensure there were no leaks, then wiped down the sink, cabinet under the sink, and the counter around the sink. Over all I am very impressed.

They arrived a little before scheduled window and repaired a leaking pipe with no fuss. Left area clean. Mike texted 30 min before arrival. Charge of $141 was market consistent/reasonable in my opinion.

Really appreciated the honesty. Gunther showed up and identified the issue as being possibly rainwater related. Gave me some suggestions and said to reach out if anything changes. Installed replacement sump pump that failed during huge rainfall, water was all over our basement and rising. The repairman was here in less than an hour from the time I called and replaced the pump so quickly. The price was more than fair. I was amazed and grateful!
