They do a lot of high-end plumbing and shared some of those options with me so that I could include them in my less high-end house. Their insight and ability regarding sump pump repair, hot water recirculation so that the hot water upstairs is almost immediate, and always seeming to know the right thing to do are all greatly appreciated.

Ryan was professional and pleasant! He recommended a couple of garbage disposal model as our had started leaking from the bottom and needed to be replaced. He arrived on time and removed, disposed of our old garbage disposal and installed a our new model! The price was more than fair and reasonable. The water heater broke on Monday Night. Ryan fit us in for Tuesday! They did a great job. It was a pleasure having them in our house.

We had to have some major repair done on our plumbing system. We have a well and a water softener. They replaced our old plumbing system and made it more efficient! They were on time, made multiple return calls as needed because they were working around other contractors at the same time. Scott, in particular, always had a positive can-do attitude! He clearly knows what he's doing and gives a fair price!

Scott and I are from the same small-town area and both teach at the same college here in Columbus so I thought I could trust him to install new plumbing and a shower pan in a bathroom addition. Scott assured me when I asked that he would put the required cement under the shower pan when installing to stabilize it. He would schedule a date and time over and over, as he strung this work out for months, then not show and not call--again and again. I had to contact him each time after an hour or two went by with no show and he would respond hours later. Since he'd already started the work, I kept working with him. Once the shower pan was installed, he told me in no uncertain terms that he put in the required cement underlay, pointing out that he had to mix the cement even though he had a bad back and that he's been doing this for 30 years so he knows what he's doing. Later, I had to remove new shower tiles and the shower pan to find it had NO CEMENT under it, which is why it was creaking. During the plumbing install, I also awoke to a flooded bathroom the next morning and he had to come and repair his install. He asked me to pay him half part way through, and I did, even though it was taking months as he would be a no-show or come for an hour or two then leave. I checked for reviews online and could find no website and not a single review anywhere--until now, 1.5 years later. The only reviews I see now are from the past few weeks, so BUYER BEWARE. You cannot trust Scott. And I assume this review will get scrubbed like any past reviews about his astoundingly poor service and ability to lie and think nothing of it.

Rose is trustworthy and professional. I’ve worked with them on a few projects and they’re consistently transparent, honest and easy to work with. Rates have always been reasonable and they’re my go to plumber for renovations and repairs.
