Filled out the online form at 10pm and had a response from Tim in my inbox by 7am the next morning. Had an appointment to come out the following day. Appreciated the quick response. Pat, the installer, was very friendly and professional. Pricing was fair and would highly recommend to others.

Received EXCELLENT and TIMELY service from this company. We discovered our water heater was not working on a Friday night. (because the rule of all appliances is to break down on evenings and weekends, right?) Water Heaters Only is open 24 hours so I called right away to get on the schedule. Tim went out of his way to walk us through some troubleshooting through texts and photos and helped us narrow down the issue, which ended up being a faulty control valve. The was a slight delay in sourcing the part due to supply chain issues but once the correct part was available, a tech came over right away to complete the repair. I didn't catch the tech's name but he was very friendly and completed the repair in a very short time. Very satisfied with the level of customer care and the rates. I'm happy to give them our repeat business should the need arise.

No one wants to spend a lot of money on a new water heater but, given the urgent need, the team at Only Water Heaters made the whole experience simple and even enjoyable. After I made an inquiry via the website at 9:00 p.m., Tim texted me to get the process rolling. By the next morning, the job was already scheduled at a fair price. The tech arrived precisely on time and I want to highly commend him for his expertise, efficiency, and overall great customer service. I enjoyed watching him work and it was evident that he was a very highly skilled professional. I appreciate how he narrated the process and sought my input to be sure that the job met my needs. I also was glad to see the care that he took to cover all of the floors and the stairs to protect my home. Those details really matter. I was frankly amazed at how quickly he, by himself, completed the work.

I reached out to Only Water Heaters after I got an extremely expensive (to the point of absurdity) replacement quote from one of the larger plumbing companies in the Columbus area. Only Water Heaters was able to give a quote over the phone and they were able to get the replacement scheduled a couple of days later. The quoted price was much more in line with how much the water heater costs + parts/labor.

The person who came out to do the replacement showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. The entire install took less than 2 hours. They even re-did the exhaust vent so that it had the proper slope up to the chimney and the ran some new copper piping down to the water tank itself. Even with this extra work, the final price was exactly as quoted.

If I ever need to replace a hot water heater, I'll be calling this place!

I left an online inquiry the night my water heater went out. They responded first thing the next morning and were out the next day. Installation was quick and prices were slightly better than a competitor I shopped with. The guys who came out were friendly and kept the floor clean which is a plus for me. Will definitely be using them again (hopefully no time soon lol).

Called them 11/24 at 2pm based on reviews here and they arrived the following morning at 10am exactly as promised (really exactly at 10am the doorbell rang). Two guys wearing masks with the correct water heater, 40 gal short as requested, showed they were polite and friendly. Tim was the lead techs name. Replaced water heater, cleaned up mess from old one and were done in1 hour. Cost was reasonable and exactly what they quoted with no additional tax or charges added. Probably the greatest home repair experience of my life. Well, tied with the guy who fixed my furnace one Christmas morning :)

Easily the most knowledgable water heater company that I spoke with in doing my research. Their specialization in water heaters put them in their own class of expertise with this product. Our water heater decided to die 10 days before Christmas. I called the number listed, it was answered by the technician and I had a quote for a replacement 30 minutes later. They were here the next morning at 10 am promptly and had the new unit installed in about an hour. They even fixed a leaky pipe for me which was much appreciated! Thank you!

The team arrived on time, they laid drop cloths from the front door to the basement without being asked. They quickly assessed the situation and very professionally installed a new 50-gallon gas hot water heater in less than 90 minutes at the exact price quoted over the phone.

When our old water heater started leaking I contacted Only water heaters to replace it. They sent out a technician within a couple of hours. He was through about explaining what needed to be done and did a very professional job of installing the new water heater. The service was very good and I would highly recommend them to anyone .

Awoke to a flooded laundry room due to a ruptured water heater. Called the company and they arrived within a few short hours, and installed a new appliance. Service was quick, professional, and courteous. Great care was taken not to damage floors or carpet. And the quoted price was very reasonable. We are very pleased.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They gave me a fair price over the phone at 8am. Said they would be at my house at 2pm. At 2:01pm my doorbell rang. They encountered a challenge with my water heater location, but quickly came up with a solution that required a bit of extra work. They handled everything like champions. Drop clothes on carpet, tarped the old water heaters, had the new tank installed within 2.5 hours and didn't leave a speck of dirt behind. Despite the challenge and extra work, they handed me a bill for exactly what was quoted on the phone. Don't bother calling anyone else, these are your guys!

Had to replace water heater after a basement flood. My usual plumber couldn’t come out for 10 days. Called Only Water Heaters at 1:45 pm on a Friday and they said they could do it that day at 4! Tim showed up at 4:05 and was finished in an hour. Nice guy - my cat liked him! Also, the price they quoted me on phone included tax. Definitely recommend.

First off, they are rated on Google 5 stars. There's a reason for that. First, they quoted me over the phone. Even when I wanted the tank moved and he needed to reroute plumbing lines. Secondly, he was attentive. Took care of the surroundings. Third, he showed up early. And then he got the work done in half the time. All together this is the only place in Columbus I will get a water heater from. Highly recommended.

When our hot water heater needed to be replaced, we called around for quotes. Some places would only quote with a visit (with a fee to try to lock me in). The big boxes had referrals to overpriced installers. First quote we got was from Tim and he was straightforward and fair. Ended up going with him, and he had the install completed within 12 hours. (Which was great... The dishes and laundry were starting to pile up!)

I emailed these guys thru their website on Tues Aug 27 and Tim called me within an hour and we set up an appt for Wed the 28th at ten am. Arrived on time and had the correct water heater replacement on the truck. My water heater was 17 yrs old and loaded with sediment - obviously ready for the graveyard and had just begun leaking on Tues evening.. Had the new one in in about an hour and a half and would have been about and hour if not for the difficulty in draining it. Tim and Mike did a great professional job and hauled the old one out and cleaned up very nicely. Also laid down floor protection and were careful not to ding walls. Got a very competitive price, cordial service and even answered all of my mundane questions. These guys were lifesavers. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.!!!!

We had a great experience! My home was treated with respect. Pads were placed on the floor, there was no mess at the end and Tim was friendly and explained everything. I have no complaints!

Never got back to me about setting up an appointment. Called twice and sent to the website to fill out a form online. Never heard anything.

I only received two responses and one quote. The one quote was excessive in my mind. I ended up getting a neighbor and son in law to get the water tank up from the basement. Bulk pickup came by and took it away for free.

Same day service, cost as quoted, professional, cleaned up nicely. What more could a customer ask for?
