I highly recommend Drain Busters! Ian did a fantastic job! I was prompt, gave me advance notice that he was on his way and was able to assess where the clog was most likely located from the slow drain in the tub and he was exactly right. He did a professional job and solved the clog problem quickly
and efficiently. I will use Drain Busters again and will be sure to recommend!

Have used them twice and had a great experience both times. First time they spent an hour determining I need a different service and didn’t charge me at all for their next. Second time, they inspected my sewer pipe and told me it was in great shape and likely would never need replaced. Honest, affordable, and quality service. Highly recommend.
We are quite happy with their service. They didn't attempt to 'up sell' any services. They did the job that another firm didn't or couldn't do. (Drainbusters was the second company to come to our home and look at the problem). Their price was less than the one quoted on the phone. I would certainly use the firm again.

We have used Drainbusters in the past and they have always done well. During recent issues, we used a bigger company that charged way more. Looking back at my past invoices I noticed Drainbusters was there and decided to go back to them. Glad I did. For this most recent job, we never got a call back from the other big company, but Drainbusters came the next day. Jason came in a quickly got the sewer line cleaned out. Always friendly, was here early, and got the job done. I will be going with Drainbusters in the future!

Pretty satisfied. The tech was cordial, very informative, and thorough. However, very pricey. Got sticker shocked. Be prepared.
Had them come out for first time last week. Very pleased with service and price, especially since they seem to have saved me from an extensive replacement of all galvanized pipes.

In comparison to 2 other plumbing businesses, Drainbuster was so much more amazing!!! We had a clog in the drain for the washing machine this time. 1st We called a $93.00 or free company, he couldn't do the job, so it was free. We called and made an appointment with Drainbuster, he had it fixed in 15 minutes! The price was shockingly good because we used Roto Rooter a month ago for a basic sink clog, they charged us $411.00!!! This drain clog was a trickier clog because it was tree roots, but no worries, Drainbuster was only $144.00!!

Very professional and did a great job on a complicated problem outside. He didn't try to upsell me and try to tell me I need to replace everything. He just cleared the drain and we're flowing again. Highly recommend.

My underground downspouts were clogged going to the curb. I saw a Drainbuster's truck in my neigbhorood. I walked down and asked if he had time to help me. After he completed the work at the neighbor's, he stopped at my house. He cleaned the clog in about 5 minutes, ran the camera thru to make sure there were no other issues. He was extremely helpful, efficient. I was so grateful for his help. I would recommend this company any day. Thank you for helping me today!

They were great from start to finish. Fast and easy quote at a fair price, quick turnaround on completing the work. Super nice team. Had my front yard underground drain pipes fixed and you can hardly tell that they dug up the yard because they kept the sod in good shape.
I have been using Drainbusters for 12+ years now initially from a referral. I have always found them to be honest and straightforward on their work as well as thorough and of good value. I have never felt once as though they were trying to upsell me on anything. I have even had them out after other plumbers to fix problems. For example, Drainbusters was booked but I had an emergency root clearing needed. Another company ran a 100' snake and got us us working again but I was not completely pleased with their bare minimum mentality and was happy to pay Drainbusters to come and run a camera and finish off the work so that I could be satisfied things were done correctly. Jason and Sam Sayre and the rest of their team do a great job and I look forward to another preventive inspection with them tomorrow on a new house.
Called Drainbusters for a clogged kitchen sink. Amazing, perfect experience from start to finish. The woman I spoke to over the phone was very friendly. Called around 9:30am, and they came at 12:30pm.
Ian was the guy who worked on our sink. He was super friendly, informative, and professional. After asking just a few questions, he identified the likely problem (clog in main pipe), got his tools, and got to work. He explained everything he was doing while he did it. Within 10 minutes, the clog was fixed and my sink was draining like new!
They charged $130 for the service, which is on the lower end of estimates I've read online (saw $120 to $185 on Google).
Very satisfied with the work and the service. Would highly recommend them and call them again!

They were super quick in replying to my email with a quote for service which was below other local companies. They also charged exactly what they said they would; no surprise fees or extras. Sam was very professional and friendly. The kitchen sink drain was unclogged in no time and Sam even cleaned up afterwards. We definitely recommend using Drainbusters. Thank you!

Couldn't be happier. Ian was super knowledgeable. He looked around and diagnosed the problem, even using a camera, and didn't charge me for anything. I didn't even ask him to use the camera. Other places quoted me $250 to use their camera. He struck me as very honest and professional. He told me what needed to be done and encouraged me to look around for the best price. He recommended which companies to use and which not to. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future problems.
UPDATE: I hired them a few weeks later to fix the mess made by a different plumber, and again they did an awesome job at a reasonable price. He even did extra work when I pointed out other unrelated plumbing problems. They are very knowledgeable and thorough in their work.

I needed a snake for a clogged drain; they were very professional, thorough, and even asked permission to drill a pipe. The appeal of not hiring someone that uses contractors was important to me, too. I would definitely use this company again if /when I need it, and I highly recommend this company.

Have used Drainbusters twice to clear my backed up kitchen sink. First time, no idea how it got clogged; years of accumulation I suppose. Second time, it was definitely my fault and I didn’t hesitate to contact Drainbusters. In both cases Drainbusters was quick to respond to my messages, easy to schedule, professional and affordable.
Highly recommend! Was able to talk to someone on our first phone call and someone came out in a timely fashion. The technician was very friendly, polite, and did an excellent job! Would definitely use this company again!

awesome service and very responsive. The mainstack needed to be cleared of some roots. He ran the auger a couple times in order to confirm. Fast and very knowledgeable.
We have used DrainBusters three times (twice for clearing an outside drain and once for a kitchen sink main line drain). Each time I have called they were very responsive (for the kitchen drain they fit us in same day) and exactly on time. The cost for the work was more than reasonable. I just added them to my contact list for future use!

I was in a pretty desperate situation and had enough of Roto Rooter's failed and expensive attempts to fix it! One call to Drainbusters and Jason was here in an hour. He worked hard, figured out the real problem, and fixed it completely! I cannot say enough about how professional and knowledgeable he was! And, the price was much less than I had paid for service that never fixed the problem. I highly recommend Drainbusters!
Fast prompt service. Called at 11:45am, plumber was there by 2pm-fixed by 2:30pm
This company is a rarity in this day and age. You have the unique combination of workers with great communication skills and competence that is unmatched. I was stumped by a backup problem on my property and Sam spent patient hours of searching and deduction to ultimately locate the problem and fix it for good. Highly recommended !

Sam came out. On time. Did a great job clearing out the drain lines from the downspouts to the street. There was one section that I need to dig up and replace the pipe. He marked exactly where it is for me. Impressed.

we had your company out to scope our septic line from the house to the tank nothing was visible on the camera. That was disappointing because we still had water leaking into the house when we would used the system. we dug the line up anyway and found multiple holes and cracks in the pipe from the house to the tank. I guess i am a little frustrated spending all that money for a service that was unable to spot any of the cracks or holes in the pipe. In todays advancement of equipment you would have thought that something would have appeared on screen.
The reviews do not lie. This place is top notch! Tech arrived exactly when he said he would and he was very professional and honest. He even made suggestions that will save us money. I have never had this good of an experience with a contractor before and I will be a repeat customer!
Sam called ahead of schedule and showed up on time. Fast, friendly, and got the kitchen drain open in a few minutes. Reasonable cost and a real pleasure to have in our home. Dog friendly, which is a big plus for us.

I was so impressed with the honesty and the professionalism that was shown by my technician...I had used another company before and was charged an outrageous amount 6 months ago and my problem was not fixed!!! Not only did he show me what was wrong he fixed the issue at a very decent price. I would highly recommend them.
My kitchen sink was clogged and they were thankfully able to squeeze me in for an appointment! Not once but twice! (My kids keep putting stuff down the drain they aren’t supposed to!) The guys from Drainbusters are friendly, professional, and fair! I will only be calling them from now on!!

I didn't think honesty in the service industry existed anymore! Ian was on time, professional, had us check the job to our satisfaction, answered questions we had about another issue and treated our home with respect. The job cost the middle of the estimate range and not the high end just to take our money. We know who to call...DRAINBUSTERS! (Sorry, had to do it.)
Excellent service! Ian showed up when he said he would. It took him 15 minutes to unclog a grease filled drain. He cleaned up the mess before he left. He was courteous and professional the entire time. I would definitely recommend them!
Jason, the owner, showed up promptly. He quickly went to work on diagnosing the drain problem from the house to the curb. It was fixed in under an hour and half the cost of my previous repair by another company.
Sam showed up early, explained the problem and the process to remedy it. He was done in under an hour, and almost $200 below a competitor's quote. Great company!

This company does a great job. They were so helpful and professional. They rerouted our drains after our basement flooded and another company refused. We have been very satisfied.
Great experience. Called for help to clear a drain line that another plumber was unable to clear. They came the next day I called and got the drain line cleared. Highly recommend!
