We hired Lanier to swap out a shower head for us. It was a totally different set up though and Phillip was wonderful. He looked through what we had, discussed our options with us, and then installed it perfectly. We are so happy with his work. Next time we need a plumber, we will absolutely call Lanier again.

My parents were visiting that night, and my AC stopped working. Can't have that! My home builder (and the rest of the internet) referred me to Elite, and I'm so glad they did.They very quickly returned my early AM VM, and though it's prime season for AC repairs, found a way to send a tech out within 2 hours. The gentleman on the line was nice and courteous and even fun to talk to.Herman arrived after a heads up call, and was nice as could be. Within seconds of seeing the AC unit was able to diagnose the primary issue. 30 minutes later and a new (better than the original) part installed, and my house is cold again. He even took the time to confirm that nothing else could be going wrong, and talked me through everything along the way.I never felt pressured to opt into further service, but because this one was so great I'm looking into their maintenance plan to keep the system in tiptop shape (after all, here in central Texas those babies get a ton of use). That’s what Gary did. He called with a heads up, arrived on time, was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and transparent. Exactly the treatment and quality I’ve come to know from Elite. These guys are are awesome ?.They have installed a new water line from the outside water meter to my house as part of an upgrade.2 new bathrubs, faucets, and toilets from putting the pipe, to running the water lines for them, to putting the fixtures.They also have replaced my old tank waterheater with a gas tankless that is awesome!You can never run out of hot water with this thing.I've used others before but none of them have been as honest and upfront about costs than Legit Plumbing.The name says it all I highly recommend them.

We had a serious break in our cast-iron sewer and drain lines which involved tunneling under our slab foundation. The prospect of being without water for weeks caused us to delay the project for years. We had Starr Sewer & Drain review our situation; they came up with a plan that would only prohibit us from using water for one day. They were also about 2K-3K less than the two other estimates we received. The job was completed without any issues. Thank you Starr Sewer & Drain.

Andrew was a life saver today! I had an outside water line bust yesterday and run water all day while I was at work. My neighbor called Diamond plumbing thinking the issue was his water line. Turns out that Andrew found that it was my water line that was busted and went ahead and shut off my water. He left his card on my front door, and was able to make it out this morning to make the repair. The break was at the spot that one of the 'Large Plumbing Companies' had repaired less than 2 years ago.Instead of just replacing the busted elbow, Andrew actually routed the piping in a way to make the line much more reliable.Diamond Plumbing is a company that does a great job at a fair and honest price. These 'Big Companies' will take advantage of people when they are in a vulnerable situation. These guys just want to get you back to your normal day at a fair price. Will be using them from here on out!!

I spoke with Mike on the phone, who was very courteous and willing to help.After listening to my problem, he was prompt to schedule a technician to come out and get things fixed. Mike called me back to tell me all his techs were booked, but he would be out in less that's an hour.Mike was prompt to arrive and evaluate the problem. We have used Confidence Plumbing 4 times in the past 1 1/2 years and they are consistently great.! They come when they say they’re going to come and do great quality work at a reasonable price. They are super friendly and very trustworthy. These guys will lift your spirits even when you’re having a plumbing emergency!! Fortunately there are people like Paul & Eddie when you really need them!!

I would like to complement the staff at G&M Plumbing for their exceptional service in coming out and providing hydrostatic testing of our plumbing lines. They were extremely professional, even fixed a couple of other issue that they noticed, and offered advice on a future project and what to look out for. Wyatt initially came on out to inspect our water pressure. He quickly identified a very small leak near the valve and was able to fix it and cover his work (was so sure he guaranteed if he dug and found nothing we’d only be charged a small base inspection). Friendly service, quality work- can’t ask for more then that! Will be calling again for future plumbing needs.

my insurance company sent out these guys and they located my in slab sewer break incorrectly and later we discovered that they had broke the brass ring for our master toilet and installed the wrong wax ring causing a bad smell thru out house which i finally had repaired by another professional that found the broken pipe with ease and fixed the toilet which he said would have only had taken them a few extra minutes to repair properly and was obvious to them that they had broken it prior to resetting the toilet DONT USE THESE PEOPLE

I will not ever use this company for my plumbing needs due to reckless driving by a member of this team. This morning I was cut off by someone operating a company van causing my 7 year old to jolt forward. What's more, is I observed the driver do the same thing a few cars ahead. Safe driving can't possibly be a focus point for this company with drivers behaving this way.
