What a gem! I broke a sprinkler line landscaping my garden, and we had to shut off water to the house. Oops! I called LS Plumbing and instantly talked to a live, personable human being on the phone. She immediately send out Scott, who had my line fixed in no time. Really professional operation from start to finish. At the end of the day they charged me less than initially quoted. Happy customer.

They called 10 min before arrival and showed up on time, they had ABC uniforms and introduced themselves as ABC plumbing.
Very pleasant make sure they knew what I expected and verified cost. Very clean and timely work, they communicate well and were very respectful. ABC plumbing were hands down the best price and quoted it WITHOUT a $70 estimate fee.
All the other guys were higher and most charge just to come out and look at the job before quoting it

Jim and Martin came out and did an excellent job. Very knowledgable and fast. Very good company. Definitely would recommend them to do a good job and not try to gouge you on the price!

We have had Ben Franklin Plumbing at our home for multiple services. We purchased our home a few years ago and the prior owners neglected the maintenance. When we were having the property inspected, they came and did a pressure test and checked the main line with a camera, which are services that are not offered with any real estate inspection. The tech found an issue with one of the toilets, which ended up being a broken flange. This saved us a substantial amount of money! My wife is a facilities coordinator for a large operation by the airport for an international company, so she's extremely familiar in dealing with contractors. We both give Ben Franklin a 5+ rating! They also have an air conditioning company called Minuteman Heating and Air owned by the same family and when our old unit gave out we used them to place a new Lennox heat pump system in, and we are very pleased with our new found comfort and our much lower electric bills!

Best value plumbing did a fantastic job upgrading my shower plumbing. Prompt service and incredibly thorough work. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

We had a leaky outside faucet. The tech was scheduled to show up between 5 and 7 PM. Travis called shortly after 5 and said he would be here at 6 pm. He nailed it pretty good. He said he could replace the washers but that would be a temporary fix and he suggested replacing the whole thing. I had researched the problem online and the consensus said to replace the whole faucet so that was our plan all along. He had a new frost free faucet on his van and got it installed quickly despite the original having not been the best install(it was recessed in the brick and the mounting ears had to be cut off before he could spin the faucet off). Very nice work and Travis was a pleasure to talk too. Will use them again

We have been customers for nearly a decade. We have always found the owner and his company to be honest, trustworthy, and reliable. We have referred plenty of friends to and they too have nothing but great things to say about the company.Just a word to the wise, this review was written 3 years ago (2019). Prior to a change of name and ownership, I can not make a comment about the current company and ownership.

We enlisted them to do a complete restoration of our plumbing in a one story office building.
$30K later, Installed wrong pipes. We have had sinks draining slowly, came in very reluctantly after stern e-mail saying we will report them to the plumbing examiner. Found out we have a broken pipe under the slab. Verbally agreed it was their responsibility and now refusing to fix it.

Great place to use for any and all plumbing needs. Miles Dunkle is the man to call, he is fast, professional, and very knowledgeable. He and his associate Cody Copeland got the job done fast and not only made sure I was happy but showed me what was done and explained the process. Excellent job gentlemen.
