They fixed the problem quickly, were super understanding, and made me feel so at ease about the condition of my home after the leak! So glad I used Horizon Plumbing Service!!! Also, the lady who helped me get them over here was nice and helpful.

Spoke with a manager, Heather, on the phone. She was so mean and offered NO solutions. My toilet flange was defective and not put on properly. They refused to give me the inspection, refused to come out and look at the toilet, refused to even check my other toilets to see if they were defected. I felt defeated speaking with her because she started yelling at me from the get-go. Their front desk lady was very sweet and polite, however when the manager got on the phone it was a different story. I'm just at a lost for words that customers would be treated like this.

Wow, a breath of fresh to deal with this company. We had an issue on a new build after over a year which Horizon had plumbed, Philip came over (such an amazing professional) and effectively and efficiently identified a failure major leak. It was identified to be a warranty issue which Justin and the team dealt with promptly, arranging for the plumbing repair, restoration and drywall repair. I am truly a promoter for this company. I know this is glowing but really it was that good!

I was a little disappointed in an additional fee for a secondary TRIP CHARGE (- 1 star), but I highly recommend Horizon Plumbing. They've installed 2 tankless water 💦 heaters and a jacuzzi tub, so far, so good, thx!

I chose Horizon because of their good reviews and turns out they’re greatly deserved. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. My repair ended up being costly (replaced water main), but Jared spent all day trying to find a way around it, and showed me every step and every problem. When the repair was made they did it very quickly and professionally. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, and honestly found it very reasonable for the amount of work they put in. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be a lifelong customer.

When you have no hot water in January and guests staying with you, urgent action is needed. The tankless hot water was not working. The call was answered promptly, dispatch said a technician would be there and that the technician would call before arriving. And that is how it went. Jose called and arrived, diagnosed the issue, explained the possible solutions and then called in to get the correct parts lined up. I was expecting 2-3 days and they had it completed by the next day. Very pleased.

On a Sunday, they came out to repair a busted water pipe from the winter storm that flooded my entire downstairs. Professional from arrival to departure. I will always call on them for my plumbing needs.

The WORST customer service!!! They did a job for us and broke something else. We had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to return to fix their damage. Then the repair was incomplete and have had to schedule additional repairs waiting over a week each time for them to finish and incomplete job!!!!!

We are very pleased with the work we just had done regarding a slab leak. It was located 21 feet from the digging entrance, so there was a lot of dirt removed. Everything was done orderly and the staff was superb. They were very respectful and told us everything up front regarding what, when, where and how much. The leak was located, pipes replaced, and dirt filled back in. The excavation site doesn't even look like anything happened. Everything is back in place, and we no longer have water running somewhere! We will definitely use Horizon Plumbing Service again! I have also referred them to our neighbors. Good job! Most expensive plumber. Charged Almost $250 an hour. Quoted $278 to replace 2 anode rods and $325 fur replacing a faucet.

Horizon plumbing installed the water heater in my new home when the water heater started giving out alarm codes and audible alarms they were contacted to come repair the system under the home’s warranty. They had to come out twice (2 reps each time) and nobody knew what they were looking at, dealing with, etc. Finally they told me they were going to order some parts to replace to see if that fixed the issue… havent heard from them since. Every time i call for an update i get blind transferred to a voicemail and never get to speak to anyone about anything. I legitimately would not recommend thier service based on the techs lack of knowledge and poor customer service.

I chose Horizon because they were one of the few companies who could install Rinnai products. I emailed the salesman exactly what I wanted, make and model of the water heater I wanted. They give me a quote and were very vague of what it included, I called and emailed the salesman multiple times and insisted the salesman list the make and model I wanted in the quote and he refused and ensures me that it's all good - Turkey install! They knew we were replacing an existing water heater that supplied a 24 unit apartment complex. When they showed up to do the install, they started taking the old water heater offline and started unboxing the new water heater - I pointed out that it was a smaller tank and model size that I Requested!!! That I knew this would happen! They claimed and ensured me that this unit was perfectly sized for this property and it would be adequate. I stressed that I wanted the higher model due to its higher energy efficiency (lower energy costs annually) and faster recovery time during peak demand hours.

They had me up against the wall where I felt forced to allow them to install this smaller unit because they already started taking the other unit offline and it would take an additional month to get the larger unit that I wanted and not to mention costing multiple $1000’s more then they quoted me. So, I Regrettably let them install it.

It wasn't more than a week that went by before I started having residents call about the lack of hot water. I called Horizon back out and their solution was to bump up the temperature to its max (above the manufacturers recommendation - which also further decreases its energy efficiency) – which helped a little but I still have during peak times people complaining about no hot water!!!

Very impressed by these guys. I needed my 12 year old water heater replaced and the two gentlemen knew exactly what to do and didn't try to sell me on extra stuff I didn't need. Great service and very reasonable pricing compared to other quotes for water heater replacement. I will certainly recommend these guys to my neighbors.

We purchased a brand new build from Meritage Homes in late June of 2019. In early September, 2019, we noticed a small drip occurring in the upstairs bath faucet. It got worse so we called in a warranty issue. Now it is pouring hot water while completely shut off and having to force an emergency repair item. Less than 3 months after closing we have had, what I would consider, a significant plumbing failure. I now do not trust any of the plumbing in the entire home. I sure hope they had nothing to do with the gas lines or I may need to consider moving my family.

Terrible tankless water heater installation, an extremely poor job disregarding future service. Service valves unaccessible, pipes connected wrongly, limited space to work with, very disappointing! Only reason why I didn't rate 1 star is because the second team of technicians waa able to give access to the valves.

Ernie Campos just left my house and I am so thankful to him! He went above and beyond to take care of me and he was the nicest, most helpful person. We had a leak in our house (a connector piece connecting the hose bib and the pipe. He found it, fixed it, and cut an extra area in our sheet rock and pulled the insulation out to ensure there would be no mold growth. He told me how to air it out and to have insulation and sheet rock replaced when all is dry. He was full of knowledge and showed me things that were going on in my house that I didn't even know about. He fixed a long time build up problem in my husbands sink that was caused from our AC unit (who new?). He fixed my daughter's running toilet. He explained the calcium buildup problem in my house and showed my how to fix it and showed me a drainage problem at my water/gas meters that would have been costly to fix down the line (thanks to him my irrigation guy is on it as I write this). He REALLY took care of all of my needs and then some. He was very honest, the price was great, and I really appreciated all his knowledge and all his help. No questions asked, I will be calling him to handle all my plumbing needs. Such a pleasant man and such a wonderful person and plumber. Thank you Ernie!

Horizon performed yearly maintenance on our tankless water heaters. This went well, but the tech accidently stepped thru the ceiling drywall. The tech said someone would contact me within the next week to schedule a repair.
I waited, but nobody called. I called them after a couple of weeks, and they said to give it more time. After numerous more phone calls (and about 2 months time), the drywall was finally repaired, but they didn't schedule anyone to paint it. The painting still has not been done after 3 months. I will not use them again.

Called them out to check code on my tankless water heater. Flow issue with faucet in my bathroom. So I was charged $135 to replace the filter on my faucet. A part you can pickup at Lowe's for $2. The Rep came in with a smug attitude. Saying It will be $135 for my half hour of work. First you wasn't in my home for 30 minutes. So I had my wife pay him. I only called them because they installed our tankless. Another plumber came out due to a low pressure issue due to filter on our faucet. They told us what the problem was and didn't charge us $135 just replace a filter on the faucet. Safe to say Horizon Plumbing service has lost a customer....

Edit Response: OK I understand Stand that. We've called out another plumbing service for the same issue as your tech repaired. They told us what the issue was ( a filter just needed to be cleaned). They didn't charge $135 for their service fee. They just told us to clean the filter. The reason we called you out. Was you replaced our tankless water heater. We was going to go with another plumbing company until our builder told us to wait for you guys because you put the system in when the house was built. It's a lesson learned for us. In the future we will look to other plumbing companies to find the right fit for us. By the way your tech did say it will be $135 for the Hour work he did. So that's why my review mentioned that. You say it's a service fee. But lesson learned. We've been in Texas for a few years. We just need to find a plumbing company we're comfortable with.

We were experiencing a low water pressure problem. Phillip worked diligently to identify the cause and to correct the problem. He made sure that we knew what he was doing every step along the way. His diligence and determination in finding the cause and fixing it was beyond any repair service we have ever had. Phillip set the gold standard for customer service!

These guys are awesome! They arrived promptly and on time, calling me 30 min. ahead of their arrival. They gave me a quote with a good price and stuck to it. My son threw a computer charger down the toilet and they spent 2 1/2 hours working really hard to get it out so I didn't have to replace the toilet, which is expensive. They even told me that if they couldn't retrieve the charger they would not charge me for taking up the toilet. But they worked hard and got it out! They were super efficient, informative, and friendly. They were careful with the mess and cleaned up after themselves really well and were respectful of my home. I would defiantly recommend them!!!

We researched several companies/brands and found the Rinnai to be exactly what would solve our problems. Ryan and James were textbook in their explanation of what needed to happen. The pricing was the best because we didn't need some of the stuff other companies quoted. Ryan even discovered a tampered with gas line and corrected that as well. He coordinated with the other vendors so we didn't need to do additional work outside the bid. He called Rinnai with us to set up the Wifi On Demand feature and cleaned up the workspace each day. Stellar service from these two guys! Because they are so booked and excellent at what they do, scheduling was tricky and thank goodness we worked from home because sometime it was a same day call to finish up. Will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs. Now we have hot water without waiting 3-5 minutes at the sink! So happy! And they installed a water softener and RO filter. Feels like we have a brand new house.

It was disappointing that it took two trips to replace a valve on a Moen single handle kitchen faucet. Most plumbers I would expect to have this part on their truck since virtually all Moen single handle faucets use the same valve. The plumbers were very nice and personable no issue with them. Maybe it is a company issue not stocking their trucks appropriately.

Came to my home to service my tankless hot water heater and now I possible will need a new tank. They are crooks, trying to make money. Poked a hole in my tank. Please don’t use these people for anything. Beware of their scams!!!!

Horizon did plumbing installation for a new home construction. In particular, a Rinnai tankless system with recirculation and wifi for programming took extra effort. They were prompt, professional and stuck with the installation until it all worked. The associate who helped us, multiple times, was Phillip. He was professional and great to work with along each step, and made it as though there was another team player helping us to get a combination plumbing, technology, wifi networking problem up and running.

Since I have a warranty with this plumbing company for my new home, I have been trying to get hold of someone to make an appointment to fix the gas plumbing in outdoor fireplace. The lady who picks up the phone either forwards the call to warranty department lady who never picks up the call, or I am told that she stepped out of office, or I cannot get hold of anyone altogether when I call.
I hope to get some kind of response because this is very unprofessional.

Their bid to fix it was huge, so I needed a 2nd opinion. You fit me into the schedule, got somebody out, found a better (cheaper!) solution and fixed my leak. They hire people who cannot drive and are a danger to other people on the highway

After another plumber intentionally covered up a broken sewer pipe in my new construction home, the builder sent Horizon out to tunnel and repair this issues. They have been so communicative, professional, and kind throughout, which is so rare to find today with vendors. Thank you Horizon for taking care of the problem that someone else created and giving me peace of mind over a very stressful situation. I can't speak to cost as this was covered under my first year warranty, but everything else has been the best you could ask for of an honest plumbing vendor.

They use fixed pricing and are expensive. I paid $675 to replace a gas control valve on my water heater. Be sure to get competing estimates so you don't overpay like I did. I believe I was price gouged after looking at what an actual cost plus job would have cost.

Horizon fixed a leak in the main water supply between the meter and the house. Jimmy and Chris were friendly, courteous and very professional. We will definitely call Horizon Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. I positively recommend Horizon Plumbing to anyone wanting great work at a very reasonable price.

Great service! Hired them to roto the drain line, which they did quickly and at quoted price. When the problem persisted, they returned (no charge) and found that the block was on the pipe on the city side. City crew came out and said that the problem was on our side! So Horizon came back and consulted with city crew to successfully demonstrate that it was on city side and therefore their responsibility. All of this for the initial small service charge. Ernie and the office staff are true professionals!

In 25 years I haven't been able to find a plumbing service that I would call back to do another repair but I have found one now. Jose did a great job tracking the source of the leak, and fixing the problem. His communication and professional were fantastic. I will not hesitate to call this company again for my plumbing needs. I have nothing but praise for Horizon Plumbing! They were the plumbing contractor for our new home (built about 5 years ago). They did an incredibly detailed, quality job with the plumbing, including with putting adequate insulation on pipes within home. In our neighborhood of about 25 homes, all with Horizon plumbing as the contractor, all of us avoided any major problems like burst pipes during recent winter weather (even with prolonged power outage and freezing temps for days). Would highly recommend this very professional and detail oriented plumbing company!

I discovered a strong odor of gas coming from the garage where the tankless water heater is. I called and the dispatcher was able to get a tech out within 20 minutes of my call. The tech quickly determined the problem and replaced the gas supply line immediately. Thankful and impressed with this company and will definitely recommend them.

Had a small issue with a leak with the plumbing that was installed by them through the builder. Micaela was awesome with getting it taken care of. She dispatched a technician as quick as she could and had them repair it as well as getting the appropriate warranty personnel involved even though that was not her department.

Plumbing issues are the worst to have but having someone like that on your team that understands a consumer and makes it easier to deal with.

This is my second time using horizon plumbing. Once again, outstanding experience! Hot water heater pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Replace the thermopile myself, still nothing. The technician Jared came out and changed out the entire thermostat assembly was polite and extremely professional. Highly recommend these guys they are top notch.
