I am a mother with three kids in the car. One of them is 4 months old. This man ran me off the road trying keep me from merging onto the freeway from the oncoming ramp. Scariest driving moment of my life.

Great people they came on time got the job done and very professional

Had a busy day of running around came home and was going to give my kids showers only to find the bathroom overflown with water. Called a few companies but no one could come until the next morning or they wanted a high price just to come out. Glad we found this company, very reasonable prices and very friendly young men came to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to make sure our problem was taken care of!! We will definitely use this company for future needs, I highly recommend them!

After months of backups and poor maintenance assistanceI called metro Rooter the only thing I can say is why did I take so long. If you have any plumbing problems or drainage issues give metro-rooter a call and you will not be disappointed.

So I needed a Sewer Drain clean out. I had a backup that was backing up in the bathtub and in the laundry room in one of my rental properties. They come highly recommended to me from The Property Center a property management company. I
commend this drain cleanup plumbing company. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality service make them a cut above the rest. If you find yourself dealing with a troublesome drain, don't hesitate to call them. Jimmy and his team were wonderful.

Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. I’ve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, they’ve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said they’d have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
“Leak detection experts” = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate they’d solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didn’t check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Bro’s instead.

Metro Rooter came to help me with a really tough clog that I couldnt clear myself. The plumber came out on time when they said they would, had a really hard time. They had to come back with some heavier equipment but they got the job done and charged me exactly what they said. Would recommend them to amyone

They forgot to come in the time that they said. When we called they said they forgot. Supposed to be 9 to 11. And they didn’t get here until 215. Offered five dollar discount for it. When we called his boss to find out if he could do more he said rudely if you don’t like it pay him and don’t call us again.

Great experience. They came out in under 2 hours and got the backup cleared successfully. I will use them again.

It seems like we have used every drain service around. Metro Rooter was the card we had on the fridge, but frankly, I had no recall of them. We get roots in our drain line every 12-18 months and need to have them cleaned out. I called a couple of other places first and they took hours to call me back and their prices were higher than I really wanted to pay. About out of desperation, I called the number on my card. Their price was $50-60 below the others and they apologized for only being about to get to me 4 hours before anyone else could.
They were prompt, the call cost exactly what their phone quite said, and I was thrilled. Now I will remember that card is on my fridge for a valid reason. I’m not using anyone else.

Terry with Metro Rooter came out 12/13/20 to fix a water leak in a pipe leading to my kitchen sink. He used a camera in the nearest clean-out to find the leak. He had to cut into the dry wall and then cut out the old pipe and solder a new piece in. He also rearranged the PVC pipe under the sink to maximize drainage and then replaced the kitchen faucet at my request with a new faucet I had purchased at Home Depot. This all takes time. When he returned the next day to finish, I then asked if he would replace a bathroom faucet and a tub spout so my shower would work. Once again these fixes took time as we needed to get parts from Home Depot. He had to do some soldering as the tub spout was shorter then the previous spout. Terry made it work though and things I needed done for years were fixed. He returned a third day to make the repair on the dry wall for the original leak. He changed an outside water spigot while he was there for a dripping hose I had for 4 years. Yes...all of this cost money but not as much as I thought and much less then some other plumbing outfits would have charged me. Thanks Terry for fixing all these problems that were driving me crazy for years. You did a good job on everything. I love my new faucets.

The whole drain system of my house came to a stoppage on Saturday 4pm. I called 2 plumbing services and they did not have an open spot until Sunday and the other I was placed on a 4 hour wait list. I decided to call Metro Rooter and they answered within one ring. They said they will have someone out to my house within one hour. Joe arrived and assess the situation. He started with the back clean out and within 15 mins he new the stoppage was upfront. He went to the front clean out and within 10 mins the line was cleared. The price that was quoted to me over the phone was the price I paid. Too many services out there will tack on additional fees or try to sell you a membership. Thank you Metro Rooter and especially Joe. You run a customer service oriented and honest business.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would, but 1 star is the lowest option. I called this company out to fix my washer. Day #1 the plumber got is equipment stuck in the drain and had to leave it over night. Day #2 he got his equipment unstuck, but did not fix the drainage issue. THEN he demanded I pay him for the service call. So 2 days of “working” on the drainage issue the washer was still not fixed and I was bullied into paying for service that was not completed.

There is never a great time to need drain cleanout services. However, Metro Rooter was able to have someone at my doorstep within 15 minutes of my call on a Sunday afternoon! When many others had no availability, Terry made quick work of the clog and had us functional again. Great service and reasonable prices.

Really appreciated the prompt service considering my hectic schedule.

The onsite tech was very polite and professional. They were able to get out same day for the issue we had and took care of everything in under an hour.

Called 5 other places before Metro. Best prices and response time. Definitely recommend these guys for your plumbing needs.

My grandmother 88 yrs old was charged 100$ for thing's she didn't ask for the man BObby Lones Was By Far Respectful he only was here 10min in charged mi granny that much money in the problem still not fixed

Metro rooter amazing! Service man while fixing my plumbing issue, notified me that their was another issue with my water line connected to the city of Arlington.
By him communicating this problem, I contacted the city and they fixed this $3000 issue. The city covered the cost. But this had to be done by June or I may have had to pay for it.

I called the wrong number, I was trying to reach another plumbing company but clicked on the wrong listing. I'm glad I did! The gentleman that came out went above and beyond to we were happy to have him. We will not go back tot he other company we used to use. We never experienced such great customer service like this!
