We had a pipe burst the night before Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve morning I called several plumbers to be told it would be well in to the next week to have it fixed, which meant no water for days. I was frustrated when I called KMP, talked to Rachel and might of cried a little explaining my situation. She was not only very understanding but very sympathetic. She worked some magic and was able to send a plumber out help us same day. I am very thankful I spoke to her today.

The Plumber, Don was very friendly yet also very professional as he did his work to clear a clog in my drain. Don was personable and careful to explain how he was going to go about his work. I have used KMP over the years because they are local and there employees do very good work. The down side to the company is that they are getting very expensive. I understand that you get what you pay for but WOW. Maybe one of the franchise guys next time? What do you think KMP owners ?

KMP was amazing, we were having issues with our toilet not flushing and could not figure it out. They ended up having to remove the whole thing and we had a toothbrush stuck in the toilet. Called on a Sunday and they gave me general pricing over the phone, including the difference between Sunday and Monday...we waited until Monday and spent half as much. They called before 8am and had us scheduled and done before noon. Fast service, friendly tech. A bit expensive...but what plumbing isn't? Good job!

Had them come fix the worst stopped up toilet I have ever seen. Turns out someone had flushed a bunch of baby wipes. They arrived on time and were in and out quickly. Didn't try to charge for something I didn't need, and told me to call if I had more problems so they could come make it right.Will definitely recommend to others!

Paid to have leaking toilet fixed. After 3 “attempts” to fix it and a personal conversation with manager Taylor in my home, Taylor decided to gaslight me telling me his promise to fix what should have been disclosed before any repairs began… he quit and told me to go hire someone else. Still waiting on my refund that I had to ask for!!!! This is how they treat single moms.

Josh and Stephen really know their craft and are focused on fixing the problem. Even didnt stop outside until the rain became very heavy - they arent wimps.
The personal interaction was congenial, informative and advice helpful.
If I have a choice in future either of these guys would be my preference.

Had to make an after hours call to KMP as a result of damage caused by my roofer to my main AC unit. Doug “the myth” (my ascertain) was dispatched to my house, and arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and remediated the damage caused by the roofer. I cannot state my appreciation for Doug and KMP Team for helping us out after hours by not only explaining the root cause to a contractor looking to defer responsibility of damages onto me. Lastly, as a long term plumbing customer, your company has once again proven that I should transition all of my home AC plumbing and heating needs to you…as it should be!

Don't know HOW this place has such a high rating. A technician came out for my toilet, that had be running for about 30 minutes before filling. I was told there are no parts being made for this toilet and he needed to install a new tank, for a whopping $350. I was shocked the cost to install the toilet new was not that much!! So, I was stuck paying a $39 service fee for nothing. Called this morning to Home Depot...they have the parts I need for this toilet $39.99 in stock!! What a rip off! Apparently, this a good place to call if your pockets are deep...mine are not. If your not looking to get scammed out of ton of money...move on.>>>UPDATE>>> Received a call apologizing for my experience with their company. Returned my service fee promptly. I feel it's very stand up for them to correct mistakes. I appreciate your customer service. Thanks

My wife and I came home from a memorial day lunch to notice that the water that was in our front yard, wasnt from the rain we had the night before. So we asked some friends on FB who they reommended and the first one was KMP. They came out and did some digging around and determined that it was our main line to the house that was busted.Because it was memorial day he really recomended that we hold off on getting it fixed for the day because he didnt want to have to charge us crazy holiday prices. So we just turned our water off for the day and a crew came out the next morning and spent 10 hours rerouting the main line to fix the issue for now and for the future! They were very curtious and professional and they did a great job too! I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family.

We highly recommend KMP Plumbing, Heating and Air. Mike was very thorough and professional, he explained the entire HVAC repair process and answered all our questions. He worked outside in 109 degree temps for several hours cleaning and repairing our unit, NEVER slowed down or complained even once about heat.

I am the Facility Maintenance Lead for a local manufacturer. We use KMP for all our plumbing issues and have had zero bad experiences. They are always prompt and do quality work. I don't know how they compare to others price wise as I don't pay the bill, but I am happy.

David Allen from KMP came out and did an excellent job servicing our Rinnai tankless heaters. He did a phenomenal job, plus answered all of our questions. David Allen is KMP’s tankless specialist.

They just came out and replaced our grease trap and man job was done quick. They also saved us alot of money. Oh, can't forget the office staff that really helped me out through the process thank you Rachel.

Insanely quick service. I think i got lucky. But 20mins from phone call to tech showing up. Diagnosed my unit quickly. Only thing i didnt like was they dont give a detailed estimate that breaks down into parts and labor. Just gave me the total. For this instance the total was a bit much for a part i knew probably doesnt cost that much from my own experience. Though differently industries can price similar item way differently.

The technician was polite but didn’t appear to know much about the business. He didn’t know he could tailor the work agreement to fit the work he was getting ready to do. He could have made a verbal contact to cover both of us. But he choose to have trip charges for the call rather than a satisfied customer.

Service technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had 100% confidence in his diagnosis and repair. In fact, I scheduled some additional plumbing work to be done at a later date with them. Great company!

I called KMP after my finding out pipes was leaking after the ice storm we had in Feb. Took a while to get an appointment because everyone was so busy. But KMP sent Donald to my house. I am very thankful that it was Donald that fixed my pipes. His courteous professional but I mostly appreciated his kindness. He talked me through the problem, educated me on my options so I could make an informed decision, and didn’t rush through the job.

I changed from all electric house to LP gas for the furnace, cooktop and tankless hot water heater. I did the trenching and laid the gas line from the LP tank to the house, but needed a certified installer to do the actual hookups both at the tank and inside the house. Brian handled it all, answering all my questions at every stage.These folks are now MY plumbers.

Evan was really great!! Very professional. Completed the job as quickly as he could. When he ran into issues he was very precise as to what they were and explained all the costs. Will use again for sure.

Stevie and his his coworker did a great job of replacing old plumbing pipe and leaking joints with modern pipes that only had one joint before our leak became a major problem with our Water bill. They were very professional and friendly and gave me the kind of service that I have come to expect from this company after using them for the last 19 years.

Polite and efficient.

I had a backup overflow in my bathtub and toilet in both bathrooms. I also had a continuous water leak all over the floor leaking out to my bedroom. I called four different plumbing services and all were closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. Finally got ahold of KMP.-Stevie came out earlier than expected, on a Saturday night Thanksgiving weekend. He was very friendly, professional, and kept me informed the whole time he was there of what he was doing. Used his camera & sewer machine to see if there was blockage in my pipe going from my house to the city line. He tried everything he could to alleviate the problem. Thank you Stevie, and thank you KMP for having someone available!I was told the problem seems to be due to all the rain and shifting of the clay soil. It created a hump/change in the angle of my sewer line going out to the city line which caused backflow issue. He told me the sewer line from my house to the city line needed replacing and realigned so it would flow properly again. Service cost for today, $1,000.Estimate cost to dig up pipe and repair, just under $16,000. Stevie was excellent. The cost to now do the repair sucks !!!!!!! Who has $16,000 laying around in their bank account? Just venting. Service was very good. Stevie spent a lot of time outside in the cold and wet!Ray

My house is as old as I am and this past year, everything that could go wrong did. But thanks to Henry at KMP, the last thing we'll ever need to worry about again is the plumbing!When a family member accidentally pulled the pedestal sink off of the bathroom wall, we called our longtime trusted repairman, Randel, to fix it. Randel discovered a serious leak under the house while repairing the sink and the floor in the bathroom.I called a friend who's a contractor and asked him to recommend a good plumber. He gave me the number of Henry at KMP Plumbing, saying that he was the best plumber he'd ever worked with. Now, that's an awesome recommendation! KMP sent Henry right out and he got to work immediately.Randel is not just our repairman, he's also a close friend, so after watching Henry work for a couple of hours, when Randel pulled us aside, obviously impressed, and said, That guy really knows his stuff! we knew we had met someone special. What started out as just a small repair turned into a BIG repair and a lot of remodeling that put my family in a hotel for a month. Henry tackled the plumbing issues under the pier and beam and brought everything up to standard. He repaired and replaced the pipes under our old house and told me that I wouldn't have to worry about them leaking again for a good 40 years. He went the extra mile for us to make certain that everything was done right the first time.Several months later, we discovered a totally unrelated leak inside the house from the p-trap under the kitchen sink. To his credit, Henry told us months ago that we should also replace the plumbing under the sink and bring it into the 21st century, but we put it off. This time, there was no question who to call. Henry came over and quickly assessed the problem, called a water restoration company to do thermal imaging to see if any water had leaked under the cabinet (it had) and then he took the time to help me understand exactly what needed to be done. The plumbing under the sink needed to be replaced and modernized. I agreed and he replaced the offending pipes quickly, the price was fair and now there's no longer a Frankenstein concoction of weirdly connected pipework in the sink cabinet that's in the way of everything we put in there! Nice!We think Henry is a rock star. Courteous, friendly, expert service! After Henry repairs a problem, we have confidence that we won't have to worry about it again. They don't make 'em like this guy anymore. We recommend KMP to all our friends and will always call them for all our plumbing repairs.

Set up my appointment for service online. A tech was available and was arrived at my house in less than two hours, and the job was done (and done WELL) in a quick manner.

Never used them. But impressed with their reviews and family based company. If I need another plumber I will call them to give them my business.

David and his helper were both AMAZING! They fixed a leak under my house, repaired a hose bib and replaced a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking. They checked out everything else for me and explained everything where I could understand it. I have a great deal of confidence in no leaks in the near future hopefully barring any freeze damage.I could not be happier. The cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Kennedale Mansfield Plumbing for any job large or small.David and his helper were fantastic. They replaced my kitchen faucet which was leaking at the water line and reworked some plumbing connections. Very professional courteous and clean repair.

Able was incredibly kind and willing to answer all of our questions from the beginning of the process to the very end. The crew, along with Able, came to the house and were extremely careful to cover all the floors where they would be working. I have used KMP for many years for various plumbing repairs. The most recent was completed by Henry, who did an excellent job of finding and repairing a water line leak in my front yard. I highly recommend this company.

The estimation of a leak of a water pipe is $2,900 plus!!! This is a ripped off price. I called another company and the estimation was only $300. The work was completed in less than 30 minutes. This company is not recommended. Stay away from this company.I only used it for estimation and did not approve the estimation. The estimation fee was charged for $59.

We had a leak underground and they were able to locate the leak and determine it was in the front yard. Turns out we had quest pipe, so we decided to just replace the whole line. I called and they had someone come out the next day. It was a two day job right before a holiday and they fit us in. They kept us informed of what was happening the whole time and made us part of the decision making.

We had a leaking shower unit and a problem with our kitchen faucet. Evan and Nick showed up on time and went straight to work to determine the problem. They were able to assess the situation, explain my options, had the equipment on their truck and were able to complete all that was necessary to fix both shower and kitchen sink. Evan and Nick were very professional and knowledgeable. I know KMP is proud to have employees on their staff like Evan and Nick.

KMP technicians are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for its customers.Billie, Micheal, and Roberto are experts in the area of hvac and plumbing.They walked us through a mess left by a competitor and gave us sound and good advice and a solid, fair price for services rendered.These guys not only did what we asked, but found more potentially damaging items in our system and advised us on what to do.Never did Bill ( Service Manager) push or try to push anything on us. Called this company today in a minor panic as a DIY project went South. The lady stated they were booked for the day, but that they could get me in the following morning. I explained to her the emergency of the situation, and she said she would see what she could do and call me back. They were able to squeeze me in on the same day within two hours, and I am very grateful!!! The guy helped me figure out the problem, solved it, and we were able to turn the water back on! Would definitely recommend them, and I will use them again if I have plumbing needs. Definitely 5 stars!

In the midst of the recent storm, outages, and frozen pipes, when most plumbing companies were too swamped to answer their calls, Rachel at KMP took time to help us with questions on our loss of hot water from our tankless hot water heater, even contacting service technicians to help answer questions. Darryl, the boss, also responded to help us out. Once things escalated to a broken pipe, Darryl sent a crew out immediately, who fixed our issues and got us back with hot & cold water. Worked with Rasshan and Nick this morning. Initial thought was slab leak however Rasshan and Nick found a nail from our prior contractor had punctured a pipe. Called KMP for a bid to replace a large residential gas line at our parents house. Jonathan evaluated the issues and challenges and was able to recommend some great solutions. Update, Jonathan and his crew did an excellent job replacing the gas line, and in the process discovered and repaired several gas leaks inside the house. My parents are elderly and Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good working order, even coming back out on a Saturday to relight the water heater pilot. Absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing or HAVC needs.

I had a hot water slab leak which another company came out to address on four occasions. They were unable to locate the leak and continued to charge for services and diagnostic fees. Henry M. Came out to locate a major leak in the front pasture. He did a lot of hand digging before calling for a small backhoe. The water line was surprisingly deep in my opinion. I would highly recommend him again as he kept me apprised of any prices and the need for the small backhoe because the leak was proving very hard to locate.The pipe leak was a worthy opponent that finally was overcome with Henry’s persistence. He was the consummate professional and the backhoe operator was up to the task as they had to work near a fiber optic line and did not damage it.I would recommend Henry and KMP again also Rachel and the other girls kept us apprised of times for the service. Been happy with their works for both my house and business for a while. Their techs are always polite and professional. Recently, I was told to clear my flowers/bushes in the front yard to install the Whole house water filtration (they charge me for $6,000). 3 weeks later, on the installation day, they brought me a totally different filter without even telling me in advance. We don't like this new filter at all. My front yard plants got trimmed to the ground expecting the professional installation. Not even an apology from the lady who I talked to over the phone. These people don't care about your house or what kind of filter they install for you. They care about their work and pay!

KMP was the 5th plumbing service we have used when trying to solve some issues with our older home. KMP was the most responsive, the quickest to arrive, and most on time. Henry was the most knowledgeable technician we have interacted with. He was able to explain the causes of our issues as well as offer suggestions. We had received a quote for a re-piping job before the truck even left the driveway. Meanwhile, we are still waiting on other companies. If you are reading this and wondering if we get anything from these reviews, then don't worry. We don't!! These really are just people pleased with a company that actually does what they are supposed to do. KMP really is the best!

I had a leak in my yard. It was from a water line that was 6” underground. There was a wet spot in the yard and did not require leak locating. The leak was directly under the wet spot! My wife was charged $879 for someone to dig 6” under ground and add a $5 dresser sleeve to patch the line. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the price gouging.

The serviceman was very nice, nothing against him. After he gave me a quote of $535 on top of the $29 service call I just couldn't believe the price. It was just a cartridge in a Price Pfister shower faucet. I found someone with plumbing experence to help me, bought the cartridge at Lowes for $35. Come on Man!

Our company water heater started leaking over the weekend-we shut everything off on our own and drained it to save on an emergency visit, but called KMP first thing Monday morning. I explained it wasn't a rush and they made it out Tuesday afternoon. Clannad quickly discovered the issue and replaced our entire water heater. He had lots of obstacles along the way but kept a positive attitude the entire time! He genuinely cared and came back the next day to make sure everything was working properly! Highly recommend!

Needed drain spigot in water heater replaced wont quote a price on the phone even though the person they sent ended up having to use a tablet to look it up in their system. He was very professional but the company forcing me to pay a trip charge to find out it was going to cost way more that I am willing to pay for a relatively simple job is bad business. Only reason you get stars is I have used you before and the people that come out and do the work are exceptional. Wont use you again without some up front pricing.

Over the last 10-12 yrs I have referred probably a dozen customers to KMP Plumbing. Today they tried to pull a fast one on my 90yr old mother. Quoting $550-$2000 to replace a toilet fill valve and kitchen sink cartridge with all kinds of photos of the toilet tank, kitchen sink, and “membership” fees, etc. You’ve got to be kidding! Something has changed, but not this time. They just lost a customer and I will pass along…no membership required here.

I'm always hesitant to have home repairs done, especially plumbing, because I never know what type of service I will get, how long it will take, or how much it will cost. Well, the experience with KMP Plumbing has cured my hesitancy. I called them late Wednesday afternoon. Henry, the plumber, was out by 10:00 Thursday morning to review the needed repairs of replacing a kitchen sink and repairing the facet leaks for the kitchen and the master bath sinks. He gave me the quote with a scheduled return of Friday morning to do the work. Henry was back out at 11:00 Friday morning and had all three jobs completed by 1:30 PM. His attention to detail and explanation of everything he did as he worked and the efficiency that he did the work was refreshing; not to mention his pleasant, happy demeanor. All of that was certainly worth the reasonable cost of the service.

This is the first time I called KMP to correct a problem I had with 2 outside faucets. They showed up on the designated time, completed the repairs in a very professional manner and did so in a very timely manner. They emphasized I had a one year warranty on the repair and appreciated calling them for service. Two days later, I had a minor problem with one of my repairs and within 30 minutes, they were out to correct the problem! My hats off to them!!!

I’ve called KMP several times to fix problems not addressed by, or caused by, other plumbers. They use quality equipment and techniques, and each one of the people has extensive experience. I find myself using KMP over and over.

Charging $250 to remove a panel on the ground and calls it “locating” a leak. While the gentlemen was professional, it’s unfortunate that they would classify that as digging and providing a service. Originally told by phone it would be $70 to come take a look at the problem and then charging a ridiculous amount in person.

Also did a check of other toilets , faucets,, and hot water heater.

We had a backup in our house, we found out later it was in the sewage main line from our house. We called KMP plumbing late Saturday hoping we would get a prompt response due to the Open 24 Hrs listed in the About section of their FB page and the Give us a call at XXX-XXX-XXXX 24 Hrs on their own website. We did just that and after not receiving any response overnight, messaged them on FB the next morning. Then we got a response that They will get back with us shortly which never ended up actually happening. Luckily we were able to clear this problem up ourselves, but if you are actually in need of prompt plumbing services, emergency or otherwise, I would advise using another company.

I had a bad first experience with Henry. I had him here to find a slab leak. I was shocked by the price to fix the repair, so I rented a jack hammer for $98 busted up the concrete and dug up the hole only to find no leak anywhere at this location. I called back right away that day on Saturday but it was considered after hours so of course I had to wait until Monday morning. I was about to call but I suprising got a call from Rachel first, and was told that Henry would come back out. I asked for another tech and they agreed. Juan came out. Juan is the man. He found the hot water leak between the water heater and the restroom which was nowhere near Henry's diagnosis. He triple checked for me and seemed very confident and showed me proof it was there. I now will wait until my day off on Saturday to attempt this again.

Technicians were great and identified and resolved the problem. Company very professional in all aspects of experience. Only issue I had is that I was charge after hours service fee in addition to repair work done. I called to booked during normal business hours and never stated it was an emergency. They came out a few days later as they were very busy which was no problem. Still don’t understand why service call price increased so much except they knew they could as demand increased due to excessively cold weather.

KMP removed my garbage disposal and installed an ordinary drain in its place.Donald Cleveland did an outstanding job. He was on time, very polite and professional, and very knowledgeable of his job.I highly recommend KMP Plumbing and will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Had a late night 11pm issue with my water draining and needed an after hours plumber. Before calling kmp I had called a few other companies and got the same run around, after calling and speaking with Ruben I believe his name was he got me all set up and had someone here in a timely manner. Henry arrived and was very professional from the get go. We went over the different options and prices and I went with what he recommended and im glad I did. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and showed me what was going on along the way. He was able to find the cleanouts I had assumed were nonexistent but had been buried in the flower bed by the previous owner. In no time we had a solution to get me through the night and a plan for a permanent fix! I will definitely be using them for any future projects and will recommended them to anyone else I know needing their services, plumbing, electrical, and hvac, I will be using them for it all!!

Prompt service. Brian was friendly and knowledgeable. He made a trip back to install a faucet I bought even though he was very busy that day. It was so helpful not to wait a few more days!

Do not recommend at all. I spent a good bit of money for them to come out on an emergency call to tell me I need over $3,000 worth of work. Called a different company $75 the problem is fixed Just needed a new thermostat.

They dont want to take checks. will also tell you that they prefer not to because people won't pay. Did the job not sure if it's something that will stay fixed I guess the next couple of weeks will tell. I'll update at that time.Update : The fix did stay repaired.

I had been using KMP for other plumping services in the past and was greatly satisfied to the work they did. In recent weeks, I did research about air duct cleaning process and other air duct scammers. I decided to move forward of selecting KMP again to perform the air duct cleaning with the trust based previous experience. The crew was polite and kept their work area clean during the air duct cleaning. However, I feel that the quality of the work is a subpar comparing to the price I agreed to pay. The company does not equip with the proper tools. Only have shop vacuum and the electric brush to clear the dryer vent. With these tools, I could have done it by myself. There is no truck-mounted vacuum or cover all the vent creating negative air pressure to suck the dust out of the ducts. I could have selected other local companies. I guess, I was little nice not to point it out right away. Two neighbors in the area have asked me about my air duct cleaning was done recently at my house as they are also interested to have their done as well. I don't recommend KMP to them. Over all, I recommend KMP if you want to use this company for other plumping services, just NOT for AIR DUCT CLEANING.

This company is wonderful. I had no hot water on one of the coldest days of the year so far. They fit me right in and got someone out quickly. Don Lilly came out and replaced my hot water. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend using KMP!

We had very old faucet handles in showers, both leaking bad. A sink with cold water running continuously. Called Michelle last night and they came out first thing this morning, now all fixed before 2! TJ and Issac were super great! Very professional and knowledgeable. Night before Thanksgiving and no sinks were working or toilets. Called and someone came out (night before Thanksgiving) at 645pm and stayed till 9pm getting us fixed up. I can not be more thankful. Highly recommend!!

David & Joseph are true professionals. They can answer any questions about any plumbing issues. I have had other KMP service tech here, but now I request David for any future service calls. Recently installed a new tankless water heater and had some questions. Instead of trying to discuss over phone there came to the house the next day to show me in person. The company from the office personnel (Rachel G) and all the service guys are the best in the business. You can't go wrong using KMP.
