The plumbers office called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Plumber arrived on-time and performed the job right the first time. We where even able to add installation of a new garage dispenser, without a hugh jump in price.

We will certainly be using them from now on and referring them to family and friends.

After fixing the leak under my cabinet, installing a faucet and unclogging my washing machine drain, Gaberial called a mold abatement company for me to handle the mold under my sink caused by the leak. I will definitely call One Way for any future problems.

Quincy and Xavier were amazing! They told me exactly what they were going to do before they did it, answered all of my questions and completed the job much quicker than expected. They were great!

They were on time the younger guy was good at what he did however the other guy was just like we can’t do anything unless we get paid I didn’t like his attitude at all he is just like American Home War. They lie ,the people can’t speak English well they don’t understand you so you don’t get what you ask for I will never use them again

Called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next day. Took care of my clogged sink, in and out within 30 mins.

Gaberial Booker has assisted me with several plumbing issues. His prices is good but just as important or more important, he is very responsive and comes out as quickly as possible. I contact Mr. Booker any time I have a plumbing issue and would gladly refer him to others.

Originally called them to fix problems with our ac drain line, a problem with our water heater not heating and a toilet that was leaking. They did a great job at finding and fixing all the issues we had! I ended up having noise issues with the new toilet they had installed but they came out the next business day and to fix the issue. The guys stayed until they fixed the problem. I feel like most other plumbers would have given up but these guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. Definitely plan on doing business with them in the future!

My experience with One Way Plumbing Solutions, LLC was positive. I had multiple leaks under the house, causing flooding in my bedroom, a hot spot under my tile and a hissing sound that was concerning. The Plumber who came out, listened, diagnosed the situation, provided a solution, quoted a fair price, and deliver a timely resolve for this annoying problem. The staff was professional (the Master Plumber, his assistances and office personnel), they consistently arrived on time, clean up behind themselves (note, broken, leaking pipes where underground), and compared to other companies provide a fair price. This was a positive experience, the problem is gone (the solution diagnosed properly on the first visit). I spoke with Shelby regarding an appointment confusion with my warranty provider and she became very Belligerent. She also contacted my warranty company and lied telling them I needed sooner service. I confronted her and she told me she was doing me a favor. If Shelby is representation of this company, I don’t recommend this company!!
