I had my entire bathroom replaced. Kaleb and Jacob got here at 8am and we're done by about 4pm. Other than the truck in front of my house, no one would have known I was having work done. They kept everything very neat, there was never a mess in my yard or my house. My movement through my house was never interrupted by their work. They showed me things as they worked and kept me informed throughout the day. They did a beautiful job. Kaleb told me exactly what to expect and answered every question I had before and after the job. I HIGHLY recommend Pro Fix.

Kaleb and his partner were so easy to work with! They kept us informed through the whole process and really walked us through everything that was happening. They worked quickly to help us fix the issue and were just amazing during the whole thing. We really enjoyed working with them, and will definitely be returning customers!

They are easy to schedule with and timely. Jacob was very knowledgeable and gave a reasonable estimate. He encouraged me to get other opinions. Ultimately, I went with them and extremely happy with the quick work he did to replace my water heater. I will definitely continue to use them when needed and recommend to others.

Kaleb and Jacob are the best around. They are quick to respond, quick to come give a quote, and quick to get the work done. While waiting for the inspector and through to out the process of replacing our clay pipes, they continued to check in and make sure things were good. They are awesome about texting with any updates. These guys are so knowledgeable and dependable, I will not hire any other plumbers but them.

Pro Fix replaced our deteriorating iron sewer pipes. We had gotten to the point that we couldn't flush toilet paper. Kaleb was very quick to come out and give us an estimate, and then was flexible when our timeline to have the work done kept changing. He answered all of my many questions along the way immediately and thoroughly. The job itself took about a week--including all the tunneling under the house, the actual plumbing work, backfilling, and 2 different inspections--but we were able to be in the house for all but one day and night of that. Kaleb and Jacob and their excavating crew all did great work!

The most honest plumbers ever!! Super high quality work and the best prices around, we shopped and they beat Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and many other quotes we got. They were fast, and very professional.

I’ve had these guys at my house a few times for somerepairs and am always happy , recently they had to tunnel under my house to fix my shower drain, I was surprised how fast they got it done and it was a great price. Not calling anyone else.

I hired ProFix Plumbing to take care of a ridiculously complicated job, and they made it look easy. They took care of everything from beginning to end and communicated with me every step of the way. When I was out of town, he sent me photos and videos of the process. I appreciate Kaleb's attention to all the details and will definitely call him for help in the future.

Jacob & Kaleb are the very best —professional, knowledgeable, honest, responsive, dependable and just the nicest guys. They replaced all our cast iron plumbing in 2020 and installed all new toilets. Jacob even picked them up for us at Home Depot. We recently had an emergency issue with an outdoor water spigot that broke and Kaleb was at our house within an hour. Highly recommend them.

Excellent and prompt communication prior to, during, after service and even follow up to check on customer satisfaction. Kaleb and Jacob are both incredibly nice and respectful. The service quality was superb and they scheduled the city inspection after replacing a 50 gallon hot water heater in addition to adding safety measures to prevent flooding into the house. Their electronic invoicing is easy to follow with different payment options. Used their service multiple times now and will seek their service again in the future. Definitely will also recommend them to friends and family.

These guys are the best, and a local small business to boot (support local businesses!). Replaced a drain pipe that had roots growing in it, and the toilet it was attached to. Whole job would have been one day but he had to pour some fresh concrete. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a new plumber, we’re using these guys for all our future plumbing work.

We highly recommend Pro Fix Plumbing- they are a GREAT company. I called to report a water leak we discovered at our office and they were very responsive and helpful. I reached out on a Wednesday after 6PM and got an immediate response. I was able to schedule a service visit the next day between12-2pm and Caleb with Pro Fix arrived promptly at 12:30PM. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient, taking time to answer my questions and explain each available option before offering his recommendation of the most effective and economical solution. He quoted us a very fair price and performed the job quickly and quietly. His work was high quality and he left the restroom cleaner than how he found it.

We were very satisfied with the services provided by Pro Fix. It's good to know there are still honest and dependable companies out there!

I got an email from the city that I was using an unusual amount of water in.48 hour period. Called Profix that evening and they were out first thing the next morning. They quickly determined where my leak was and had it fixed in no time. Super nice guys!

Kaleb and Jacob are the very knowledgeable, affordable, and honest plumbers. We only use ProFix plumbing at our house and we recommend them to everyone we know!

We contacted ProFix Plumbing about a clog/slow drain in our toilet and a sink repair for our guest bathroom, having them recommended by multiple people. They were quick to get back to me via e-mail and were eager to help solve our problem. They were on-time each time they came by and very efficient with their work and laid out multiple options on how to proceed. It was determined that the best plan was to have to dig under the house to address the issue in the pipe/line and with the cost being more than we expected, they threw in the sink repair at no charge and installed a new faucet for us. The contractors they used for the dig were on-time and efficient as well. I highly recommend using them for any and all of plumbing needs that you may have.

Had a water heater install by Jacob and Kaleb they were on time friendly and explained everything as they went never felt left out and felt safe and we’ll taken care of will for sure be calling them with all my plumbing problems

Jacob and Kaleb are without a doubt the best plumbers around. We’re in the process of adding a second story and needed plumbing run upstairs for a full bathroom. We had an unusual situation that needed a creative solution. They came up with a plan, got us a quote, did the work, got it inspected and green tagged in a total of 3 days. Kaleb is a great honest guy. He’s very responsive and his work is top quality. I had a serious leak in my front and he showed up early the next morning after I called. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. A pipe in my front yard had a small leak in it causing my bill to constantly stay high. Kaleb solved that issue and I was able to sell my house without any problems a couple of months later. Quality quality quality!
