They stood us up for our appointment and didn't even bother to call, we had to call them. We asked when they could come and were made to feel as if our request wasn't a priority because all that we were looking to do was have our kitchen sink replaced.

...and yes, I am sure that I have the right Benjamin Franklin location. I did my research before writing this comment.

Excellent service. Plumber arrived on time. They observed covid protocols and wore feet coverings. We had them change the faucet in our 2nd bathroom. They explained the process and were up front about the cost. They hid nothing from us. Yes it cost a few hundred dollars but you pay for the licensed plumber. These aren't flyby night handyman who charge half the price and deliver half the work. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks.

We needed our garbage disposal installed. Navidia & Hunter were excellent! They met all is the scoring system 100+ courteous and polite!! 🥇

Joe came out on a Saturday to rebuild the hot water manifold for a tub. He was timely, professional, and courteous. Very happy with his service.

Cody explained to me very clearly the steps that needed to be taken to replace my pressure reduction valve. He was knowledgeable and professional. Caleb (Big Country) did a great job with installing it. I never knew the water pressure in my house was so low all these years. It’s quite a change having water come out nice and strong! Joe Azcona came out and fixed a loud, leaky, terrible toilet for us by quickly and conveniently installing one that actually works. Very professional, patient, and did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. Will use BFP again based on this experience.

We had a pipe in our yard burst and Joe Azcona came out to fix it. He was very upfront about the price and any circumstances that might change the quote. We were very fortunate and he didn't run into any issues while fixing it. He also said we could probably wait a while for a complete replacement, so that gave us a smile on a hard day. He is a great representative of this company and they will be our go to call going forward.

To replace two faucets cost me over $1200. One had to have a cut out from the inside wall. One faucet has the plastic line showing from the outside and I have to use both hands to turn on/off because it isn't secured. I will never refer this company because of price and quality of work.

Don’t ever use this company. They totally ripped off my sister. They are commissioned salesmen masquerading as plumbers. They broke her pipes then sold her a bunch of unneeded fixtures just to increase their prices.

We have had Ben Franklin Plumbing at our home for multiple services. We purchased our home a few years ago and the prior owners neglected the maintenance. When we were having the property inspected, they came and did a pressure test and checked the main line with a camera, which are services that are not offered with any real estate inspection. The tech found an issue with one of the toilets, which ended up being a broken flange. This saved us a substantial amount of money! My wife is a facilities coordinator for a large operation by the airport for an international company, so she's extremely familiar in dealing with contractors. We both give Ben Franklin a 5+ rating! They also have an air conditioning company called Minuteman Heating and Air owned by the same family and when our old unit gave out we used them to place a new Lennox heat pump system in, and we are very pleased with our new found comfort and our much lower electric bills!

I am deeply disappointed with Ben Franklin Plumbing for wasting a few hours of my time this week. Their initial plumber came to my house on April 1st, diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed parts. It was agreed I would be contacted when the parts arrived to set up a time to have them installed. This past Monday I received a text and set up an appointment for what I thought was to have the parts installed. When plumber #2 arrived, he was unaware plumber #1 had been out to our house. Once I informed him, he checked with someone and advised me the ordered parts would be in-by Friday April 8th. On Thursday April 7, I received a text and an an email asking me to confirm an appointment they scheduled for Friday the 8th between 3:30pm-6:30pm. I confirmed that appointment and waited at home during the 3 hour window. No one showed up so I called their office at 6:35pm to see what happened. The young lady at their office was apologetic but stated it looks like the ordered parts had not arrived yet. She had no explanation why an appointment had been scheduled. Fortunately I am far more patient now than I was in my younger years so I politely informed her that I would find another company and have no intention to use or recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to anyone.

I give a 5 star to the plumber, John I think. But less happy about the cost. I was debating finding the leak myself and the home insurance person suggested I let the plumber do it. Well, they charge 225 just to cut a hole in the wall. And the leak was right where I thought it was going to be anyway. So if you have a good idea of where you need to look save yourself some money and cut the hole yourself. The plumber though was courteous and professional. As well as fast.

Very good service. He was a joy to work with, good quality product and all was neat and clean when he left. Good value.

I’m not sure which location this driver works for but she ran a stop sign yesterday in a residential area, my family and I had the right of way at an intersection, we had already stopped at the stop sign to make a left turn, a black lady driving the truck was heading straight but she came Speeding down the street and sped through the stop sign, never slowed down or anything if we had turned out she would’ve t-boned us and caused injuries to everyone in the car. This happened near Andrea Lane in Forest Hill, Tx around 4:20pm on 2/3. She could’ve severely hurt my family and I. I’m an insurance adjuster and just felt someone needs to know how employees are out here driving reckless. I’ll remove my review once someone acknowledges it, my intention isn’t to hurt your business. My review is based on the drivers action while driving your truck.

Joe went above and beyond to fix our draining issue. He was very courteous and worked very clean. He was prompt and did not waste any time. 100% recommended

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today because the faucet handle in my bathtub broke, and the water was running non stop. They called me back, and said they would have someone out today. The plumber who arrived was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly. Initially, I gave this company a great (five star) review. However, the plumber did not have the faucet handle, but told me that I could easily find one at Home Depot. While looking for one (didn’t find it-can only get from one place since the style is old) I had a memory recall which has totally changed my mind about my experience with this company. About 3 -4 years ago I had the same issue. That plumber told me that since my house was older he could make the repair to the leak easily. Without going into a long story, he did the same repair that this company did. The difference is that guy charged me around $125 (maybe $150)and these people charged me $400. BIG DIFFERENCE! Will Never use them again!!!

I had a membership with them and their affiliate A/C company. The first time I called them out was for a leak in my sprinkler system, which they told me they don’t handle. The second time I called them because my toilet was wobbly. My husband knew what part he needed but didn’t have the tool to fix it. They came out and quoted us over $1000 for a fix that consisted of an $80 part, a tool that could be purchased at Home Depot, and less than 2 hours work. I know they’re not paying their service guys $300-$400 an hour so why are they charging so much for small repairs? Their rates are ridiculous. And they insist on charging you a fee even if you don’t accept their quoted price. I cancelled my membership as soon as my 1 year contract expired. Such a waste of time and money.

I knew disposal needed to be replaced. Told the person dealing with over the phone needed replaced. They came out opened my cabinet nothing more. Charged me 50 dollars to say we will be back tomorrow. Willing to pay all the upcharges to have the replacement done fast but couldn't do the replacement and charge me for walking in my house, nah. Racket.

Yes they are more expensive, but they are good and they guarantee the work. If you want a cheap, half axxx job, don’t call em. But if you want a professional, highly talented team who gets it done, call em.

They replaced two water valves for the washing machine and replaced on hose bibb in the yard. $877.00. I have already lost their number. Do not call them for your work unless you are independently wealthy. Never again.

Please spend a little more time looking for a good company, and don't use benjamin franklin plumbing. I've called several times and still no one has fixed the issue. Even talked to I think a manager named Bo, nothing has been done. It has gotten so bad that now the back door isn't shutting right. Horrible customer service and now will have to spend more money to fix their mistake. Honestly should be reported to the better business bureau. People rely on a business to fix a job and do it right, not make things worse.

I was not actually a customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing but I give them a 10 plus! One of their employees actually rescued me from an angry, antagonistic driver. The driver that I did not know kept circling my car, braking sharply in front of me and almost caused an accident. He kept yelling and trying to get me to pull into empty parking lots. I was very afraid. It was on January street near hwy 360. The Ben Franklin man intervened, got the man to pull into a parking lot and allowed me to escape. I pray that your employee was not harmed and I commend him for his valor! Thank you so much!

When I first called for service I explained exactly what I needed done, I also explained that I did not have a ground floor drain clean out, they were one of the few that did roof' clean outs.
However, when Lance arrived he explained he personally did not work on roof clean outs he further explained that the roto-rooter coming in from the roof would not clear the drain that I needed to have water injection which cost $1000. With a little further questioning he did finally tell me that they could pull the toilet and clean the drain, however, it would be messy and no guarantee it would clear the line, it seemed he was content to sell me on the water injection and not just share what my options may have been. Frankly, it irritated me, however, I had already had to wait 3 days on another home warranty plumber and sent them on their way when I found out they did not do roof clean outs If you have an older home and no ground floor clean out not many plumbing companies work on the roof, be sure you ask.
Finally, I decided rather than wait another three days to get someone out I would have the water injection. To the companies credit they got someone out same day the two man team they sent out Cody and Blake were extremely helpful, friendly, professional great team. They went above and beyond to make sure they cleaned up after themselves and went the extra mile in answering my questions. I would use Benjamin Franklin again

This company is a little to somewhat more expensive, but they have done quality work for us over the years, they know what they are doing, they come out when they say they will, and it's always in a short period of time.

First off, our plumber was 1 and a half hours late to our 3 hour appointment. Then after finally showing up, they wanted $1000 to clean out a clogged urinal drain. Yes $1000!!! We obviously didn't feel like getting completely ripped off and sent the man on his way. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS!
$1000?! The world must be filled will enough really gullible people for this company to still be in business. Unbelievable.
