JRowe# plumbing# is FANTASTIC. Our home’s design makes for regular plumbing issues which are definitely a pain, but Rowe takes a lot of the pain away. Their guys are friendly, efficient, professional and always super nice. Brett and Jamie are who’ve serviced our home the most for various issues (clogs, new water heater, etc.) and they are always here ASAP and I can count on superlative work and service. I contacted J Rowe as they were the company that installed the unit almost 2 years ago. They got me scheduled the next morning and Phil and Don came out and quickly diagnosed the issue as a failing pilot light igniter switch and were able to source the part in a timely manner and got the water back up and running very quickly. Pricing was fair and I would definitely recommend this company. I appreciate the fast turn around on this repair because cold showers aren’t much fun. ;)

This is how all service repair appointments should be handled. Contact with company was great. We needed a gas line installed in our kitchen for a new cooktop. Just had a faulty exterior faucet replaced on my home this morning. 7Apr2016.

I was at work but the crew were very professional. They explained the cost/options to my mother who was house sitting for me and allowed her time to reach me to authorize the repair.

I called at 3pm the day before and was told they'd be there first thing in the morning and they were. Customer service was exceptional and I'll definitely use their services if needed in the future.

Also have to mention they have very fair pricing. My cost was $215 for a new faucet. Other plumbers quoted me 250 to even start the job and the cost would go up once they start the job.

Very professional however I did not agree to the price to due the job, I felt it was too high.

They were professional, clean, and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. I would definitely use them again.

Every time I call J Rowe Plumbing out it is a great experience. They are friendly, courteous and arrive when they say they will. If there is a change to the schedule they communicate early on and work around my schedule to accommodate me. The repairs are always well done and cost effective. Their technicians are top notch.

Had 2 electric tanks replaced in our new house. One in the attic. Lisa gave competitive price and scheduled quickly. The crew (Clannad & Nate) were a joy to be around. Updated all the connections and installed alarm/shutoff/inspection. Worthy of 5 stars.

They came out same day. Repaired our leak and explained all our options including the finances for each. Also grateful they cleaned up the work area nicely before leaving. Will use them again for sure.

I am in charge of Facilities Maintenance here at a large company in Mansfield. We had a few pesky plumbing leaks that we were not able to handle in house so we decided to call in a professional.

They arrived promptly and addressed our issues, but the real testament to the quality of the company was the fact that they came back out three more times to address one particular issue that we were having a problem with.

They stuck to the job, and fixed it for the original price paid without trying to add on additional fees for the extra trips.

I have over 15 year in the maintenance field so I have seen my far share of technicians of all trades. Some of them really bad, but you can rest easy in knowing that these are the good ones. I would not hesitate to call them out in the future for any problems.

Google gave me three criteria Quality, Value, Responsiveness, Punctuality. I didn't shop around to gauge if J Rowe was the absolute best price but on all other metrics they've met/exceeded my expectations. Used them twice, first was a busted water heater, had a new one installed within 24hrs of me finding the problem. Most currently needed my main line sewer cleaned out, again arrived on time explained the problem and addressed it thoroughly. Again not sure if they're the cheapest but what ever extra I'm paying above the cheapest plumber is well worth it.

Do ,Yourselve’s a favor and do NOT! Use them .They , have unlicensed plumber’s running call’s and illegal’s for helper’s . so, you might want to ask to see proof of the plumber’s license . You’re welcome!...

What a horrible experience. We had a busted pipe & 3 different plumbers come to isolate the leak & quote the job. J Rowe’s plumber was my first quote.. not only was I overcharged for unnecessary tests ($575 to check pressure & remove a toilet) but I was quoted $15,000 to correct the busted pipe. It wasn’t until I had 2 other plumbers come test & quote the same problem that I found out these guys were totally taking advantage!!! Charged $200 to remove a toilet when he could’ve just checked the attic riser for free. Quoted 35ft of tunneling when 2 other plumbers said only 15-17ft were needed. When I called after to discuss this with their office and request a partial refund, I was given the run around and of course absolutely nothing was done to rectify this. In addition, I never even received a written report of what the plumber was “suggesting” for this supposed $15k repair.
Needless to say we did find a reputable company that not only replaced one broken pipe but all 3 connectors in the house for thousands below J Rowe’s quote for one. I highly recommend you do not use these people under any circumstance for work needed in your home.

I have had the pleasure (and unfortunate circumstances) of having this company to my home twice now and I cannot be more pleased. Aavrin (forgive my spelling!) is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable man. Each time he has taken the time to explain what he was doing and how I can go about preventing it from happening again. Any question I had, he answered and then some. I even got to meet his new apprentice, Jaime, on this last trip who, while quiet, was courteous and responsive. James Rowe's prices are reasonable, military/veteran friendly, and they even give coupons you can use or give to a friend. I would recommend this company to anyone! They have great people!

Sept 2019, third time we had Rowe come out. I was very glad to see Jamie get out of the truck. He was there to replace our 2 hot water heaters. I had to leave right after they got there so I wasnt there for the installation. My husband was there and kept me updated all day. By the time I got home everything was done and I could not tell they had been there at all. To me that's an excellent experience. Thanks again .

Sept. 10, had J. Rowe plumbing come out again for shower pressure. Dillion came out this time and was able to find the issue. When we got our new showers on Saturday, it clogged our kitchen sink and shower again with stuff from old water heaters. He fixed them both and was very pleasant to work with.

Brett came over today on 6 18 to install my new gas cooktop. He and other guy went above and beyond to get it to fit. We are very very pleased with the effort they both went to. This is why i will always call J. Rowe Plumbing for anything i need. Awesome job today!

The gentleman was late and then he claimed that he had been there waiting for us and when he got there gave us a bit of $1,200 standing outside the house to be able to pinpoint where the leak would be I could have been told that in the over the phone and not wasted 2 hours of my time waiting for him.
and when I told him that he said that I was not even thinking straight.

Very good experience using J Rowe. The technician was very professional and explained everything in detail. They were able to fix the slab leak and fix another plumbing issue in one day for a good price. I will use them again if I need anymore plumbing work.

This company is a complete ripoff. I had them out to look at a gas leak in my outdoor grill, and charged $220 dollars to look at it, and then said it would be another $900 to fix the leak. I could not afford that much, but they still demanded the $220. Worst plumbers ever!!

Furthermore, when I complained to the owners they said they would get back to me, which of course they never did.

Had to have a plumber come out on very short notice, I called J Rowe Plumbing and asked if they could come out within the next 2 hours and they said they can send one immediately. Technicians came out did a great job solving our issue, they knew exactly what they were doing! The techs helped us with other questions we had regarding our gas lines. Helpful, honest people and they do great professional work! My new go-to plumbing service. Highly recommend them!

I've had two bad experiences with plumbers and plumbing companies in the past 9 months when I reached out to JRowe Plumbing.
I called yesterday at just after 5 p.m. with a no-rush job I needed to get a quote on. I expected to leave a messages and someone would get back to me sometime.
To my delight, Lisa, the dispatcher, answered the phone. She was driving, but said she'd call back in about a half hour to help me.
She then called back and set me up quickly for the next day between noon and 2. The plumbers, Jamey and Jessie arrived, I showed them the project, and they said they'd get my quote ready by no later than the next morning.
Both plumbers were very knowledgeable and professional, and both asked great questions to help them learn more about the job. They didn't make me feel rushed and were genuinely interested in my project and how they could best help me. I appreciated how they made a few suggestions based on my answers, and asked if those suggestions made sense to me. It demonstrated how they sought to find solutions that were affordable and efficient. What a breath of fresh air!!! In a sea of plumbing companies, JRowe Plumbing, along with plumbers Jamey and Jessie, popped to the top. The company really impressed me for hiring plumbers who have excellent communication skills, as well as great plumbing skills! Too many companies fail to realize how important communication is!

Professional work at a great price. Brett from J Rowe Plumbing came out and installed a toilet for us in our downstairs bathroom. He answered all my questions and did a great job. The price was very reasonable. I had received estimates from Ernie's Plumbing and from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, but the J Rowe price was $100 less than Ernie's Plumbing and over $200 less than Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they provide the same warranty on the labor.

We've been using James Rowe Plumbing for the past 3 years and I cannot recommend them enough. After a terrible experience with Baker Brothers, my husband somehow found James Rowe. The customer service is beyond anything I've experienced with a home services company. They provide service windows that are reasonable for a working person, without having to take off a whole day sitting around waiting. When they say they'll call ahead before they show up, they actually do! Their prices are reasonable. Every person I've dealt with from this company couldn't be nicer. They take time to answer your questions and you never feel like they're put out or in a rush. I highly recommend using them. It feels personal. They treat you like a client rather than just another nameless house on a list they've got to check off before the end of the day.

Very disappointed. I had them do a small repair job. And they charged 3 times the price of other local plumbing companies. I called to talk to them regarding the matter and they justified their outrageous fees. In my opinion I would definitely check with other plumbing companies in the Mansfield, Arlington area before hiring this company. And, do not buy into their service call is only $39.99 to inspect the problem, you will pay dearly when they do the job.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. They got my service booked for the next day, they came within the time frame they set along with sending me a text and email about a half hour before letting me know they were on their way, our plumber Dillon was awesome and fixed our issue within 30 minutes, and the charge for their services was much less than I anticipated and was quoted by other companies. Dillion arrived and was a wonderful blessing! Three plumbers told us we had a slab leak and quoted a ridiculous price to fix it. Dillion didn’t take their word, instead he diagnosed the problem himself. He dug around and found a small leak in a pipe in the wall. He fixed the

I was extremely pleased with both jobs performed. I called one afternoon and they came out first thing the next day to give me an estimate. The following morning they returned to replace my water heater and two faucets. Both servicemen were knowledgeable, prompt, professional and friendly. All questions I had were answered. This was my second experience with J Rowe Plumbing. Once again they surpassed my expectations. Polite, professional, reasonably priced. I called for an estimate on a Thursday, they came to my house to give me an estimate on Friday, and the work was scheduled and completed on Saturday. Clean up after themselves and kept me updated on every step.

I had a problem and I don;t know a plumber. I had no choice but to hit google and roll the dice. I got a lawyer like that once and I wasn't anxious to repeat the experience. I called two others before I scrolled to James Rowe. I left a message at the first number and the voice friom the second said they couldn't have anybody help me in less than 2 days. I called James Rowe and the live lady answering the phone was so pleasant and sympathetic that she suggested I give her a few minutes to check the status on a crew and trick that was already in my vicinity. She called back, they were enroute, and before we hung up there was a knock at the door. When I went out to greet them they asked me to check the water. It was on. The problem was due to an oversight by water utilities of Arlington. And these guys were called, came, fixed it, and left in the space of an hour,. If you don't hire these guys you can't read.

I am a landlord and one of my tenants had a kitchen draining problem so I called J Rowe and Lisa got me scheduled for the next day! Lisa is always a pleasure to talk to and she is sharp, smart, and very professional. The problem was a bit more extensive than we expected but Phil got it done and kept me updated the whole time! He even documented photos to help better explain the issues to me since I was not there. Phil is completely knowledgeable and gave me several different options without once trying to salesman sale me. Slab leak/reroute repair
Prior to J Rowe, I had 3 other companies out: Pipe Drs, Joshua's Plumbing, and American Leak Detection. I did not have hot water for months. I won't degrade the other companies but I do not recommend them. J Rowe came to my home and fixed the issue promptly. My attic was a difficult one which I was already aware of before they mentioned it. They worked hard for hours. They also did a great job replacing my bathroom sink- 8 spread and kitchen spray hose. They matched and beat the quotes from the other companies. They submitted all paperwork promptly to my insurance for the reroute repair. I never had to call them twice about a thing. Brandon followed up on everything he said he would. BRANDON, ERIC, and DYLAN were all awesome. They're all very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and honest. I paid for my repair in full but they did offer a payment plan with interest. None of the other companies did that, they all wanted $900 up front and the other half later.

I have used J. Rowe plumbing a few times, and they are the only plumbers I will ever use! They are professional, quick, and always upfront and honest with their pricing. No one ever really wants to spend money on plumbing issues, but at least I know I know what I'm paying with J. Rowe, and that the work being done is extremely high quality.

Two service techs arrived on time and made an assessment of problems with two toilets not flushing properly. They were able to replace part on toilet in main bathroom to have it functioning properly. They other they made adjustments to have it working. They work efficiently and always interested in keeping cost/value in mind. We would most certainly call upon them again.

Jamey came to assess for an estimate on work to install bath shower, sink faucets, replace old water lines and a few other small issues. Look forward to his workmanship.

They came the same day on short notice to repair a gas leak. The technician, Jeremy, was polite, knowledgeable, and communicated well via phone calls and texts during the process.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! They do not honor their warranties!

Last year (2020), we had our entire house re-piped for about $8,000. J Rowe plumbing gave us a 20-year manufacturer's warranty and 5-year parts and labor warranty. This was stated on my signed invoice as well as the statement “Warranty does not cover rodent damage.” This was all that was stated about this warranty. Unfortunately, one of our outdoor, frost-free, hose bibs was leaking water into the house as well as through the brick exterior. J Rowe plumbing wanted to charge me $275 to repair something that was clearly covered under our warranty that was on my signed invoice. The technician was extremely friendly and told me to call the office when I didn’t agree. I finally got on the phone with Mishell, the co-owner of the company. Mishell told me that this was not covered under the warranty and that freezing pipe is considered “common knowledge” about not being covered under warranty. I asked her why the warranty exclusions were not put on the contract/invoice. She stated that it would “take up too much room.” I told her once again what my invoice stated about the warranty (the only exclusion being rodent damage) and she would not honor it. I asked her to send me an email listing the warranty exclusions and she said “I will get to it when I have time—I’m busy.” I told her that I wasn’t happy with her decision and also told her that she needs to include the warranty exclusions in her invoices for the future. I also said that I thought it was sad that she would destroy a relationship with someone over a part that costs $15. She said, “well [the relationship] has already been damaged.” Clearly, an $8,000 job doesn’t mean anything to this company. I will not be recommending J Rowe plumbing to anyone in the future. I am disappointed that someone would run their company like this. A suggestion would be to apologize for not having it included and fix it without charge. I have still yet to receive this warranty exclusion email. Clearly, customer service is not J Rowe Plumbing’s forte, nor is the owner concerned about customer service.

We received excellent service. They attempted the lowest cost fixes first instead of assuming we needed a costly repair right off the bat. Very kind and helpful.

Would not recommend using them. Led my wife to believe they could do leak detection over the phone. When they get here, turns out they do not have the equipment to do so and seemed like they were ready to leave rather than try to discover where the problem was rooted. There is a fee for showing up, so I have them fix a seperate issue since they are here. A recently installed double sink vanity needed to fix leaks under the cabinet. Turns out both sinks still leaking after they left. At first I only realize one is leaking and call and ask for half my money back. End up speaking to the guy who came to my house and calls me a liar when I recount the experience. Owner said they would come back, but I do not want them back in my house after such a bad interaction in person and over the phone. Owner says all she can do is send back the service fee after my payment cleared. I said ok and hung up. Many months later I have not seen a refund on service fee. Rude, unprofessional, and lied about a refund. Awful experience, recommend not calling them.

I called and was able to get an appointment the following Monday since I noticed one of my water heater's pipes leaking on late on the weekend. Somebody came by a little earlier than expected and was able to replace the pipe and valve piece that was broken in a very short about if time. The technician explained the problem and gave me a quote which I agreed on and it took less than an hour. The technician then went over everything he did and told me how to work the new valve. Appreciated the timeliness and work! Would definitely use this company again in the future if needed!

We had a leaky hose bib that needed repair, and 2 water heaters that were 21 years old. I called to make an appointment to have this looked at. Neither were urgent issues. They were able to come out same day!! They were starting the install and found an issue with the shut-off valves and showed me those also would need replacement. They decided to come back the next day. They left everything in working order for us and returned the next day in the AM and finished the job in about 3.5 hours. The installers did a great job. Everything looks great and is now up to code with the current code requirements. I would recommend JRowe plumbing if you need plumbing assistance.

Requested a quote 3 weeks ago. No response was ever posted via the service whale website I was directed to when requesting a quote. It still says “Being priced.” I really dislike when companies fail to reach back out to customers. If you’re busy state you have a lead time. If you can’t accept residential customers post that or send an automated response. Hearing nothing for 3 weeks is unacceptable, especially when the service whale form asked for a timeline of when the work is “ready to begin” and I entered “within a week.”

If you’re going to have an online ticketing system, you should use it, otherwise take it down.

Dealing with J Rowe plumbing was a much better experience than I’ve had using the big National plumbing companies. Myles was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining everything that was needed to do the repair. I had two other plumbing companies in my house prior to J. Rowe and they basically did nothing other than charge for work that wasn’t completed and hand me a quote for over $21,000. I had been using one large plumbing company for last 8 years and they told me my house was plumbed incorrectly and couldn’t use a jetter to clear the clog. Myles simply changed my pipes from 90 degree elbow to to “T” creating access for jetter to clear out the pipes. $1,500 versus $21,000. That said a lot about their company because they were given quotes from other plumbers and could have merely just come in a cut their price to get the work. I will use J. Rowe for all my future plumbing needs.

Professional, on time and knocked out the three jobs I had for them with ease. Its plumbing work so it was not cheap.

The service tech was constantly looking for the problem that has eluded two other techs. We agreed to an expensive repair but when he came he had thought of another possibility which turned out to be the issue. He saved us a 4 figure repair bill.

The plumbing backed up when I used the washing machine and dish washer at the same time. Duff and Phil, from JR Plumbing, came out withing 36 hours to unclog our drains. This was the second time Duff came out for the same issue, so they didn’t charge us. They unclogged the pipes enough for me to do some laundry. This house is 64 years old, so had a lot of buildup. Duff explained that they needed to flush out the pipes. He gave me a quote, which I felt was reasonable, so I had them come out the next day to do the work.

They water blasted water through the lines. He said there was so much sludge in the pipes which made a 2” pipe allow only about 1” water flow. When they were finished, I was able to run both appliances at the same time. Duff and Phil were friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves.

I highly recommend JR Plumbing for all plumbing jobs. They are reasonably priced and courteous.

We had an emergency water leak in the bathroom upstairs and called several plumbers that could not get us on the schedule until the next day. Our neighbor suggested J. Rowe Plumbing, I called and they had someone in our area that came out and quickly and professionally got everything under control and fixed the problem.

We needed a French drain cleared and a bathroom tub faucet looked over in our new house. The French drain was cleared and we were given a suggestion how to help prevent further clogging. The tub faucet may need a new cartridge but not today. Our plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We definitely will be using J Rowe Plumbing again.

Our bathroom drain was clogged due to the condensation line from the HVAC in the attic into the bathroom sink. We had checked the P Trap and it was clean. No amount of plunging or vinegar/baking soda worked. So, it was expensive to have them run a line to break up the clog. When we get a new HVAC system installed next year, we will have it drain somewhere else. The plumbers were prompt, polite, efficient and knowledgeable.

Pipes in our home were damaged in the recent winter storm, we were unable to turn on the water for a week. Scared of being scammed and uncertain of who to trust, unsure of the quality of work we would receive, I prayed and came across this company, our technicians were very nice, friendly, efficient and they ensuring that I would have water before the left my house and that they would find every leak, they not only did that they went above and beyond to ensure that my pipes were protected when finished and the price was so reasonable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Charged $730.00 for two hours worth of work and $30.00 worth of parts. It took three days for Michelle to return my call (ironically the amount of time it took the check to clear) and the response I was given was Well that is what we charge, what do you expect me to do about it.

No customer service and they charge two to three times what a normal plumber would charge. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else that won't rip you off.

Had the best experience with the crew doing the service call at my recently purchased house. They took care of several items on my inspection list including reseating a soaking tub that wasn’t installed properly by the previous owners. These guys were awesome - they spent time explaining several things and even helped my understand the operation of the home’s gas fireplace. Price was very fair for the work performed. I will be using them again for any and all future plumbing and gas line needs.

He showed up on time today and was very professional and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly (including a cost breakdown before starting) and got an upstairs toilet unclogged in less than 30 minutes. If we ever need a plumber again we'll definitely use their services.

Myles and Nate came to replace 2 bath tub stoppers. I should add that the bath tub stoppers were the originals from when the house was built ...... 50 yrs ago. They didn't seem too worried - told me its all part of the job! It was hard to get the stoppers out - but both men seemed unfazed by it all. They did a great job and I am excited to be able to take a bath now.

Lisa answers and returns calls outside of business hours. The plumbers fixed the dripping shower faucet for me and now it's like new again. They are expensive, but from my experience, it's cheaper to pay to have it done right the first time than to keep paying someone to come out over and over again.

This is the best plumbing company there is. I did a big repair to my septic line with J Rowe in April 2020 so when I saw water stains on the ceiling of my first floor, and saw my toilet leaking above it on the second floor, I didn't think twice when I called J Rowe. I left a voice mail at 8am and got a call back 1 minute after. Misty had a technician call me and as always the price was fair for both parties. Jeremy W came over within 15 minutes, and completed the repairs in 15 min to the toilet. God is good. He put J Rowe in my life for a reason!

I had a busted pipe in my front yard during after hours so I Googled Arlington, Tx 24/7 plumber. These guys have like 3 different numbers advertised online and I called all of them. Unfortunately, they don't answer the phone past 9pm. Or at least they didn't on the night that I tried. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I got in touch with another plumbing company and they were working on getting a tech out to me asap and asap never came so I started calling other plumbers to come fix the issue. During the morning time James Rowe Plumbing answered and the lady was very friendly and apologized for their on call person not answering when I told her I tried them through the night. She said she was booked for the day but would get with me if they had any cancellations. About 10 mins go by and as luck would have it she called me back and said she could have a tech at my house within 15 mins. The tech did show within 15mins, was very friendly, knew exactly what the problem was, and gave me an accurate estimate immediately. Once they started working they were done within an hour. I'm willing to forget that they didn't answer my call through the night due to the exceptional service I received and the awesome tech that I dealt with therefore I will only use this company from now on for plumbing needs.

It was a terrible experience. I called after hours and advised them I already had someone out and already know I have a complex problem/clog that will require digging and going through the sewer line vs a quick fix with a snake. They said don’t worry, they’ll do whatever they have to in order to get the plumbing working tonight. Then they came over and charged me $99 to tell me that I have a complex problem/clog require digging up the sewer line which they couldn’t do right then. I had to pay them to drive to my house and repeat what I told them when I called them to come out.

I had problems with the faucet being stopped up. They knew immediately what it was and had it fixed in less than 60 seconds. Very smart, knew what they were doing, very courteous. Jeremy was awesome.

I had to have my 19 year old (yikes) water heater replaced. Jeremy and his partner came out and were fantastic! Personable, knowledgeable and professional. Analysis was on point, they recommended I contact an electrician. They were accurate. Problem was resolved with electrician. Impressed by their professionalism, uniforms and explanations.

I used J Rowe plumbing to rough-in my shower and double vanity pipes in a complete master bath remodel and I couldn't be more pleased. I have lived through 5 separate bathroom remodels over the years and this is by far the best plumber I have used. Brett did an amazing job. His work was so tidy and exactly to my specifications. I told him exactly what I wanted and he absolutely delivered. All the pipes are efficiently routed and properly secured where needed. He located the drains EXACTLY where I wanted them. Don't think all plumbers are this diligent. They aren't! I highly recommend J Rowe Plumbing (and Brett!) for your job and I am so happy that I will not have to waste time getting quotes from multiple plumbers for any future jobs.

Foundation people recommended I have a plumber check for possible leak. They looked around where my plumbing comes from which is not in that area and explained a lot to me. Had a busted PRV in my front yard. Water was pooling and draining into the street. Wade came out and immediately diagnosed the issue. Extremely knowledgeable with regards to the problem, what it could become and how to fix it immediately. Never got the feeling he was upselling anything. Just straight to the point with a plan. Came back out immediately the next day and handled the issue. Highly recommend the company and Wade.

I would never recommend this company, especially their tech James who is a total scammer!!
I had a relatively easy fix (1.5hr job for a rookie tech); a leak in a 1” nipple between the water meter and the water pressure reducing valve on our water supply line. I showed their tech exactly where the leak was; he immediately started to tell me we needed to replace the entire water supply line from the meter to the house…ya, without even digging in. Again, I showed him the actual leak, and explained all that needed to be done. He looked at it for a moment, then agreed and cleaned out around the hole at the meter box. When he dug out around the pressure release valve it was clear to see all he needed to do was replace the nipple and plum the valve back in. Again, he started telling me he needed to replace everything because it would not work unless he did this and that… he just kept talking, making thing up (one of those guys who think all homeowners are all idiots). I actually got down and pointed out what needed to be done; again silence, then he agreed I was right… what an ass!! He wanted to do a lot of work on our line that was not needed. I am an engineer by trade, my specially was troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, piping (pluming) issues. This job should have been completed in 1.5hr’s tops. My wife keep asking me why he was just standing around on his phone all the time… Because of lack of actual work the job took him two (2) hours, he ended up replacing the nipple that was leaking, but then replaced all the new brass extensions/fittings on the water pressure reducing valve we had installed a few years prior (in great condition) and he replaced those with PVC pipe… He charged us $595.00 for this. Beware of this company!!!

I was a damsel in distress in the middle of a bathroom redo. I bit off more than I could chew with my attempt to change out the plumbing which ended with a fountain of water. My hero from Rowe came in and gently guided me to help me get on the right track and I ended with a beautiful result done efficiently and mindfully.. and on a weekend!. They suck. I called they said job would cost 15000 over phone so I let them in house then after seeing house the price jumped to 24000 then I agreed. So James Rowe sent diggers to house they dug for days then one day diggers stopped digging and next day they didn't show up so I had to report this to James rowe( this is the plumbers job to watch there workers not mine. So they got me new diggers. Now for there plumbing work they left holes in my dry wall, in my cabinets, they left old pipes below sink and put new ones next to it ( this is not completing a Job). They also left house dirty from drilling, from cutting holes out of wall, basically it took me days to clean up after them. Then at end of job they bill me another 1500 for more bullshit. Run to another plumber but get 3 personnel references first and good luck. These people from Craig's list did not go into the bedroom where the walls got mud on them. It's also funny how the extra 1500 came from a false bid which u didn't include the inspection fee on original bill if u did I would have went with a different plumber. You could have drilled into vanity which I was going to replace instead of cutting walls in bedrooms to run pipes. Thanks

One plumbing company said they needed to dig under the foundation to fix the issue. J Rowe came out and fixed it with out having to dig under the foundation. Because they took the time to look at the issue and see what was needed.

When a company is honest everyone at the business is usually friendly and happy. I know everyone can't be perfect all the time but these guys, so far, have been. I feel confident you'll love em.

J Rowe Plumbing has always done excellent, professional and affordable work for us. This time was no different. We didn’t have a big job for them this time but Jason Watson up showed on time, was courteous and professional and literally was done in about 15 minutes, lol. He then was kind enough to take a look at some other issues and give us some estimated prices on other plumbing issues we needed guidance on. We’ll go back to J Rowe when we’re ready to tackle the bigger jobs and Jason is welcome if we happen to get him again😊

Nate was communicative and friendly. He knew what he was doing and it was obvious. He fixed our issues in half a day!

Had water heater leaking or going out. Called J Rowe and they sent Jason out within 1 hour. He said it needed replacing and had it out and installed within 3 hours. Very professional and detailed oriented as we discussed tank vs tankless water heaters and decided our best option was to put tanked water heater back in!

We were pleased with the technician that came to our home this week. He was prompt and courteous and knew what he was doing. The problem he found was the responsibility of the city and he gave us what we needed to request the city step up to the plate and proceed with the repair. Initially, the city rep disagreed with his findings so he went to the trouble to return to our home to point out the problem to him. He won our business going forward. Thank you Jonathan with James Rowe.

The city water meter was not displaying, so they used a different method to detect the leak. They narrowed down to a slab leak between the hot water heater and the hall bathroom. They proposed a fix using flex pipes through the attic. After writing up the plan and estimate, they promised to come back in four days. However, they could come the next day, depending on another customer's job. I liked Jamey and Jesse. They were efficient in trouble shooting, polite and transparent.

From the website with the online help, to a call first thing the next morning to schedule an appointment, to the helpfulness of the service technician, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I had A leaky kitchen sink and they were able to come out right away to diagnose and fix the problem. They let me know what was wrong, gave me an estimate and fixed the disposal right away. I got a fair estimate and they had all the parts to fix it without a second trip! Thanks for taking this stressor completely off my plate by fixing it right and quickly!!!

When you have plumbing issues, things rarely go smoothly. So what matters most is working with folks who know how to even out the bumps. James Rowe made it right, and that matters a lot. Will call again.

Dillon and James were two of the most respectful, attentive and efficient technicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of having to do business with . They provided an honest consultation and showed extra concern over a possible situation dealing with an air evacuation issue in the area of the new water heater they were installing. They also provided a couple alternative solutions if one was ever needed. Very helpful. Awesome service with reasonable pricing . The two guys were super friendly and professional with a can-do attitude. They were very polite and easy going.

They were professional, competent and I am very satisfied with the installation of two hose bibb faucets.

I believe we had a clog, they got on the roof and ran the snake down to clear. Nothing was pulled out. My sink, dishwasher and washer work fine now. A bit expensive to just unclog but will use them again.

Came out the same day I called. Very professional. Will use them again. Highly recommend!!

I use Rowe because they are super responsive and when the technicians enter my home they always put on booties to cover their shoes. They are professional and reasonably priced.

The two guys that came to unclog my backyard French drains went above and beyond. Was a simple fix to light pilot on hot water heater in the attic. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.

I had a leak in my laundry room. There was water pouring from the faucet behind my washer and I couldn’t turn the faucet off. I live in a very old house and it had never been changed out before. They were very polite and explained all of my options. I will definitely call them back for more work.
UPDATE: I called this company back to install a new toilet. I am very pleased. They did excellent work with my new toilet too. This will be my go to company for anything involving plumbing.
UPDATE: I have had outdoor faucets replaced and they did a great job. They were ready to handle the problem with the faucet in the back yard.
I called them again to replace a disposal. They were very helpful and did good jobs. I keep calling them when we have a problem and they keep doing a good job.

Jason and Antonio were patient and very helpful. They were informative and fixed our problem. They even went over future solutions for our home and plumbing needs. They really seem to care and I was glad to welcome them into our home.

I would like to thank Myles for working with me on addressing the replacement of a Septic lift station pump with grinder. JR's plumbing quote was 1,000 less than RR's plumbing quote and installed it within a week from date we agreed to move forward.

Wade and his assistant were friendly and professional. As the needed repairs would cost as much (if not more) than replacing water shut off valve and a new toilet, they worked out a better price with a new Kohler “high rise” toilet.
And when it turned out the flange was cracked, they were able to fix the problem without the added cost and hassle of chipping out the old one. Again, they worked with me to get a good price. Cannot recommend enough!!

Everything was great, and we received fast and honest service. Jeremy was friendly and helpful, and didn’t do anything or charge me for anything I didn’t need. We didn’t want ‘cheap service,’ and we didn’t receive it, so we are happy to pay a professional for their expert knowledge/experience/service. Jeremy was held up by the two previous calls he had, so he wasn’t able to meet the time window; however, I’ve been the customer that took a long time, and I’ve worked for customers that took a long time—some days it just happens that way, so it didn’t bother us that he was held up. We are very happy and will call J Rowe back if we ever need anything.
