I just recently had a bathroom remodel done by a different company, horrible experience throughout and at completion the toilet was not draining or flushing properly. I have worked with Tioga before and had such a great experience I called to have them come assess this issue. They sent Mark Espinosa and Josh Carter out the very next morning and within the hour after removing the toilet and doing camera feed on the line they were able to immediately find the source of the problem and fix it right away! I hired Tioga to change my single sink bathroom vanity into a double sink. After interviewing 3 different plumbers. The price was great, service was great, and the work included a 1year service warranty on his work. I even referred him to my General Contractor to use.

Complete waste of time. Angi's list set up the contact after a quote of $222 max. Appt set for 9-10 am. Finally after calling them they came around 2 pm. Told me they aren't used to working downtown and a real hassle to get their van around here. Proceeded to pitch me on membersip saving me a lot of money. I could see on screen a number like $576 for the job and asked them to leave immediately, and that the whole Angi thing was a scam. They said not sure why Angi does that!. Called my son's plumber - here in 40 minutes, did job in 15 minutes, charged me $150. RIPOFF NOT ACCEPTED.

Natalie was extremely knowledgeable and took her time to explain the issue and answer any questions we had. We have dealt with a couple other area plumbers and she exceeded them all by far. Will be requesting her for all future needs.

My family smelled gas in our house and had to find someone to come out immediately to fix the punctured pipe. This company was the only place we called that could come the same day. They were so quick and efficient and professional. The communication between everyone was very nice. We are very pleased with the service they provided us! Would highly recommend!

They came and did a good job. But it was a day late. The first day they came, the electrician came alone saying he hadn't read the full report of what needed to be done and he was going to have to bring a helper. He did return the next day with a helper and the job was done. But really, don't you think for accurate work he should have read the whole job detail so he'd know how many people to bring out the first time around. That would have impressed me more.

Mark was professional and knowledgeable. He came up with two solutions to my problem, presented both and let me choose. He was able to fix the leak, clean up, and head out the door within an hour. I highly recommend Tioga.

Tioga replaced outside light fixtures, and installed 6 LED ceiling lights. Cameron and Ty were helpful and professional, and the finished outcome was perfect. Just what I wanted.

Seriously I can't find a reason to give a 4-star rating and I try to never give 5-stars. Mundo and Linda were on time, explained every step, cleaned up after themselves and did you see Linda was one of my plumbers! I value diversity.

Nice enough technician and apprentice but I still have a dripping faucet and I paid $225. She had to call someone for advice. They have you sign several documents that you’re satisfied but it wasn’t dripping at that moment.I’m not satisfied

I was very impressed with the services provided by Tioga Plumbing and Electrical. The technician who I worked with was wise beyond his years and not only diagnosed and addressed the issue, he gave me recommendations on what I could consider to ovoid any additional issues in the future.

When I called I was told they would come out and give an estimate and I could say yes or no. However once the electrician was here, he said there is a $165 diagnostic fee' . He then went on to explain that this is the hourly rate and if the work could be done during this visit the fee would cover it. He was able to complete my job and advised me on a couple of other issues, so I didn't have to pay more. I just wish I had been told the fee when I made the appointment. Chris did a good job and I would use this company again.

Was not here when tech came told him what issue was and to start work I'll be there in 10 minutes . When I arrived he and helper were in truck and had not looked at leaky shower faucet. They went inside and gave me an estimate of $698 to replace a shower faucet cartridge. That's rediculous so I told them to leave. Had another company do it the next day in 30 minutes for $330. Don't know if your guys are in commission but I will make sure I tell everyone that the prices are theft and taking advantage of the consumer.

We had a great experience with Tioga. They came to give a quote on replacing some light fixtures and fans and performed the work the same day. The price was very reasonable and the installers, Michael and Seth were very careful, efficient and professional. We will use them again for our next round of upgrades!

Our plumber arrived within the hour. It was not an emergency. He had to pull the toilet to find our clog. He put it back with a new wax seal and new line, even tho the toilet is fairly new.
He was courteous, friendly and very respectful.

It's rare to see a tradesmen like Mark Esponoza and Terry these days. Excellent communication and professionals all the way. Showed me options and answered all my questions....they generally seemed enthused about their work and I'm sure they have changed a lot of water heaters.....I'm sold on Tioga and will recommend them to my friends.

Had a bad breaker for my bathroom GFCI (1 breaker for all 4 bathrooms). Reached out to Tiago on Saturday morning, had a tech out Monday morning. Cameron was very professional and knowledgeable. Tested and replaced the breaker and then explained to me what had happened in the breaker. Highly reccomend this company. This is actually the 4th time they have been out for various things, but the 1st time I actually needed a repair. Very honest company!

Tioga contractors installed an outdoor circuit for me a year and a half ago. Everything is working fine, but a junction box was installed right next to the control panel of my pool equipment which was interfering with some changes I need to make. They came out and moved the box the 3/4” that I needed and only charged me a minimum trip charge. Got it done only a few hours after I called them.

Tioga is a great company! Fair prices, quick service, and very honest people. Work with them all the time and it's always been a good experience.

Other than them not wearing masks, I was totally pleased with the service. I
was trying to cap off a vanity top but couldn't finish the job. They were like teachers making sure that I understood the process as they went along. The work appears to be good and I have not had any problems with the plumbing they fixed. Would I use them again? I certainly would.

I can’t say enough good things. After we discovered a problem with the breaker that powers our septic tank, Tioga sent an electrician out to our home very shortly after we called-on a Saturday morning. Chris was extremely courteous and did a great job explaining and fixing the issue. He also explained some further work that needed to be done to prevent the issue from happening again, but we decided to wait until speaking with our septic repair team. Within 48 hours we had to call again to have the extra work done, and once again they were so prompt and accommodating. I’m sure we inconvenienced them, but you would have never known it by their manner towards us. Both Amanda and Brenda as well as Chris and his team were excellent. We expected to be charged exorbitant fees for weekend & emergency work, but were shocked when we got our invoices to find extremely competitive pricing-the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

Overall the job that Chris and Michael did has worked out well. My wife, as expected, was not overly happy with the additional cut-out / blank plate next to the fireplace but I think we'll work through it. The other outlets have been great. Both guys were professional and friendly. My only concern was on the 1st day when they did not get started until about 10:30a and knocked off at 2:30p. Then Friday turned into a longer day to finish. They were prompt on Friday morning.

Quoted a 400.00 job for 1250.00. Then charged 50.00 fo giving an outlandish quote when I declined to hire them to do my project. Scammed

I called them based on their excellent service at a family member's home. They came within an hour of my call, and their technician worked hard to clear tree roots from a line. His video showed me the problem and we talked about a plan for a long-term repair going forward. No big pressure to sell me an overpriced fix, just clear, honest discussion about options. I will definitely call them again when we need help.

Had a leaking outdoor spigot. Seemed like an easy repair but I'm glad I called Tioga because it turned into a difficult repair. Kody handled it with calm and professionalism.

He quoted me a price upfront and when he finished he said that he had to make an adjustment to the price. He said it was less than what he quoted. I felt the electrical inspection was just a way to get more money. The batteries in my smoke detectors weren't changed like stated on their yearly plan. I have one missing smoke detector in my hallway no mention of that. But I was told that I needed to have them hard wired and that my electrical box is out dated and it's $6500 to replace 🥴. Why do they think people have that type of money esp with the inflation crisis we're going through?

For the most part it was good. They forgot to order the glass for the shower door they were going to replace and I had to call them 3 times for the status of my repairs. What was suppose to take one week took three.

after emergency repair, had a irrigation specialist come out and finish repair, they indicated that a part was missing that shouldn’t have been taken, as well as a cut off valve was located that the Tiago plumber said would be $1800 to put in. Didn’t hear back from manager until over a mont later. Bad service and over priced. Won’t use in emergency again, already found a new honest and trustworthy plumber.

Fast and friendly

Jerry replaced an under sink water purifier. Sounds simple but it wasn’t. It involved reconfiguring the space where a previous water filter had been installed. Problem was solved in less than an hour & Tioga provided necessary hoses that I did not have. I will use Tioga for all my plumbing, electric & glass needs.

I had an electrical issue I couldn't diagnose as many breakers were popping. The electricians were great but it was a very unusual issue and we finally figured out it was from a line coming into the house and we contacted Air County Electric (my service provider). It was a rusted out neutral in the big green box that was causing so many issues. One of the electricians stayed around till Tri County was finished to make sure everything worked good.

At a time when it seemed all electricians were too busy to respond, Tioga did and they were on time. Once here, they diagnosed and completing the repair promptly and at reasonable cost. Based on my own experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Tioga Plumbing, Electric & Glass. I'm a happy customer.

Natalie and Zane came to unplug the main sewer line under our church. They arrived early, got done in an hour and got the clog cleared. The church has a preschool and this bathroom was critical. Natalie opted to use the sink first rather than pulling the toilet as that would involve an additional $400 charge. The total cost to clear the blockage was $394.13 and took right at an hour. I was very happy with their timely response and efficient work. Recommended.

I appreciate the company sent a plumber to diagnose the problem and collect the service fee. I needed a written, formal diagnostic with tech findings and their contact information for my warranty company. I have requested this information several times and there is reassurance the information will be provided. To date it has not been provided. I am out the service call fee (because the warranty company only covers one charge) and still only have luke-warm water. I'm back at square one with another plumbing company, and it's been a week since the problem started.
In addition, I connected with this company through Anji (the list) and it was my first time using them as a referral service.
I'm disappointed with both companies!

Kody was called in on a Saturday, gave excellent service and discussed what the issue was and provided preventative care we could perform. Will definitely call again for any issues!

Another plumbing company quoted an exorbitant amount saying the leaking pipe needed to be rerouted through the attic etc.. Billy and his team gave me a reasonable quote. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and they were here Thursday morning to fix it. The job took about 3 hours. They even fixed my hose bib while they were here. They were very informative and told me exactly what the issue was and how he would fix it. He even gave me some advice for a project I was working on another house that was extremely helpful. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work. Thank you so much. It was also the first time I used Angie's List to look for something.

I came home late on a Saturday night to my whole entire house having water and sewage backed up into the tub and showers. I searched around and went with this company and gave them a call Sunday morning. They were at my house by Sunday afternoon. My plumber was Lyle and he was so sweet and patient. I asked him about a million and one questions and he took the time to answer all my questions and teach me a a few things about plumbing. He didn't mind as I watched over his shoulder as he fixed my backed up pipes. As I spoke more more with Lyle I found out that this company also does some other home repairs as well. I will be needing my windows fixed in the future and I know I will be calling on them. They have gained a new loyal customer by the way they treated me. The service was performed in an extremely professional manner. The repairmen arrived on time and completed the work, in my opinion, extremely fast. The agreed upon price was kept and this company, hopefully with the same repairmen will be used again for another project that is being planned.

Great service. Finally found the problem for my plumbing back ups after previous plumbers didn't! Haven't had an issue since!

Very professional!

I called Tioga Plumbing after being referred to them as the Rinnai tankless water heater “gurus”.
Kody, the technician, came out and visually looked over the unit. After looking at it, he offered me two options:
1) run a diagnostic test to determine problem ($373)
2) get a quote for a whole new unit ($5100)

I chose the diagnostic report because I didn’t want to buy a whole new unit without at least seeing what the problem was. Determined to be too high of gas pressure to the unit.

I got a second opinion because I didn’t like that approach by immediately assuming I needed a new unit without checking what it could be.

The second plumber came out, cleaned a flame rod and the water heater fired right back up. They might’ve been at the house for 20 mins.

I called Tioga to talk to them about what the second plumber had done. Wade, the owner, called me back and informed me that the company policy is to call Rinnai Tech Support and follow their instructions. Rinnai didn’t advise to check the flame rod (super simple fix).
I would’ve liked for licensed professional in the industry to at least check all boxes since they are the boots on the ground and not technical support.

Tioga will not offer a refund as the called Tech Support and followed instructions to determine what MIGHT be the problem.
I only give a second star because they were extremely prompt and came out the same day.

I had a slab leak, and Terry from Tioga pluming came out and fixed our issue. He has decades of experience, and he was able to reroute a new line else where, instead of having to breakup the slab. I am super thankful for his knowledge and experience. He was very up front and respectful. I would highly recommend them.

First of all I cannot express how thankful that your company answered the phone & scheduled an emergency appointment for me on Friday, July 15th after 8 pm. The young lady that answered was courteous and professional, efficient. I had a water heater & home flooding problem that was supposed to be addressed by another company. They replaced the water heater but did not check laundry room as requested. The laundry room was not checked. And needless to say my house was flooded again. This time it was much worse than my original flooding incident. Kody listened to my concerns and diagnosed the problem as a hot water slab leak. Now I have peace of mind that I can have repairs done to my home in the near future. We are going to schedule an appointment on Monday morning. Thanks again Kody for helping me in my time of need.

Wow. I can’t say enough about how great our experience was. Everything was explained in great detail and Mark’s determination to resolve our issue was incredible.

They replaced the breaker panel and completed the work in a few hours. The job was done right and all tested and labeled on panel. The 2 guys that came out were good to work with.

The team was very professional and courteous. They were also very timely in their response to have someone come out to diagnose the issue and since we needed a replacement of our tankless hot water heater, they were able to come back to install in less than 48 hours.

Please train your employees. The work is fine, but his customer service needs training. First, don't send a text message with a lower quote, then come in my house and tell me a quote that was about $250 higher. Now, I understand that the first quote was for leak detection, but that is not clear when I opened the text message. It felt like a bait and switch. Previous technicians have come in and presented all quote...starting with the high end quote. Also, please don't insult my intelligence by saying that the leak detection quote and the supervisor discount are different. The repairs eliminated the need for leak detection. So, I got no discount just a higher quote. It went from $1,300 to $1,500. If you were going to charge me $1,300 for leak detection, were you planning on charging me $1,500 for the repairs...no, it was a scare tactic. Next, carry supplies needed. It took an hour for the technician to retrieve the needed b supplies which pushed the repairs after Atmos was closed. You may say that you made a same day call and your technicians were busy, but I could have gone with a different company. One that would have gotten here earlier. I will be talking to Atmos about the repairs that were done to my house. Atmos warned me that plumbing companies would try and do repairs that were unnecessary to jack-up the price. I question this job. I have lost my faith in your company. We will see if I was over charged.

They are so nice and professional. I needed lights and ballast replaced in my warehouse and stockroom.warehouse has very a 23’ ceiling. Ty recommended a better light with no ballast with warranties on product and labor. This is the second time I have used them and they left me very pleased. They will be my go to from now on. Absolutely top marks! Called on day 1, they sent a responder over within 3 hours, verified Tankless water heater was DOA. He went over some options, we decided on a new unit, day 2 they showed up on time, installed new tankless unit, and by the end of the day we had hot water and I enjoyed a great shower! Wonderful. A great crew, absolutely knew what they were doing, very professional. Doesn't get any better. 10 out of 10!

Very thorough!!! They did what other plumbers couldn’t do! So thankful that they took their time and were not in a rush but actually got the job done instead of saying sorry I can’t help you and make you spend more money. They sent me an invoice to replace an outdoor spigot for $1300 dollars. That is ridiculous! Companies like this should have their licenses removed and their owners need to be sued for scamming customers. Please don't use this company.

Tioga Plumbing was amazing from initial contact to very end. Our kitchen sink had fallen and was detaching from our granite counter tops. We called them Sunday at 5:30pm. Casey not only picked up but she actually called us back confirming someone could be out Monday to see what needed to be done. Si and Josh were here Monday morning. They looked at what needed to be done and said they could be back next day to start working on it once we approved the estimate. They both were very polite and knowledgeable. Tuesday came and they were here first thing. They fixed our sink and they cleaned up after themself. The next set was to wait 24 hours and plumber would come to hook everything back up. Nick was our plumber was also very nice and worked fast. Not wanting to leave anyone out Brenda and Amanda also called to confirm when the workers would be here before they came out and were very patient everytime I called with any questions. I wish I could give them a higher rating. They went above and beyond any custom service expectation. My sink looks amazing too. Thank you all.

My wife and I had a few plumbers give quotes to fix our slow draining bathtub. They all seemed to want to replace our old cast iron pipes. I thought I would give it one more shot and went to Home Advisor and filled out their form. A few minutes later I had a call from Tioga Plumbing and an appointment. The first thing they did was stick a camera in the pipes and saw that they were clear. They were surprised no one had done this already. Then they said we could just snake it and I think he was saying this was easy. We had them snake two areas and now have no issues with the drainage. Billy and Natalie were super nice and very quick. I would definitely recommend.

This is the first time we’ve needed professional plumbing help, and I’m always nervous when trying it find a reputable service company because they’re either really good or really not so good. I had a bit of an accident today and ended up breaking a plane of glass in one of the front windows in my house. I called and was told that they would send someone over in the next hour or so to board it up and take measurements and give me an estimate. Sure enough, in about an hour, Si showed up and was incredible!!! He said that not only could he get the measurements, but he could go ahead and get the glass cut and replaced for me, if I had the time today. The price he quoted was extremely reasonable and within 2 hours I had a new window!!! Will definitely be using Tioga again!!! Excellent customer service and professionalism from start to finish!!!

My technician was Michael. We are getting our ready to go back on the market and needed to ground/bond our gas line. The realtor advised us it could cost about $1500 due to our gas meter being on the opposite side of our house and that the electrician would have to run the wire through the attic and down the other side of the house to the ground rod. As soon as Michael saw what needed the said all he had to do was place a clamp where the line enters the house and instead of running the wire up the side of the house and through the attic and down the other side to that ground wire ….. he just simply placed a new ground wire at the gas meter. Saved $1000 doing it that way!
You have to love a company that doesn’t take advantage of you when ur not well versed on a specific repair!

Needed a plumber on a Sunday for a leak by main line...Tioga was at my house within 2 hours of initial call and completed the job within 4 hours. Natalie was professional and worked really hard to get our water leak repaired. I will use them again for sure.

I will never use Tioga plumbing again and I have share my experience with my network on social media. Tioga plumbing is a rip off! $140. To replace the rubber cap in my tootle bowl. I paid it out of desperation stop my toilet from leaking and I didn't have time to take off from work again to contract someone else. But Tioga plumbing will never see another penny from me. Spend that $140 well. Outrageous!

Excellent!!!! Been looking to replace water heater for months, finally a company came to the house to estimate, because the other ones said they didn't need to come to estimate.

The first time the the hot water heater did not pass inspection. The second time you came out it did pass inspection. So some of your people need more training.

We moved into a new house. Didn’t have hot water at the kitchen sink. New water heater installed by a company I wouldn’t recommend. Still no hot water at kitchen sink. Received a recommendation for Tioga Plumbing from my HVAC company Advanced Air. Tioga came out the next day to fix the problem. Shout out to Shelby in the office, Ty, Edgar and especially Jordan who said he wasn’t leaving until we had hot water at the kitchen sink. We got it working thanks to these wonderful folks. Family owned and operated by four generations. Can’t recommend them enough. 5+ stars!!!

He was very professional, thorough and was able to work through the process and address the issue. This wasn't your average situation. Filled out request for service on their website on monday. They called me in afternoon and said they could be there tues morning. Clint came out at 11.30 and in 15 ms was able to givr me an est. I was having him split gas line to pool heater and hook up a generator. Price was a little high but i had him do it because i dont want to mess around with gas lines. He had it done in 2 hrs. Great service. Professional team. U get what u pay for

Everything was done efficiently and effectively and they saved us money by pointing out unnecessary repairs, which was very much appreciated.

I got a clogged toilet. I picked Tioga based on the reviews, and oh was I so wrong. Tech came, charged me to unclog toilet, then told me that I have roots from the toilet. Proceeded to do the camera inspections, charged me some more money. No roots in line but $400 for that inspection. Later told me that my toilet flange is broken and wanted to charge me $1200 more to fix that. By now, something is fishy going on, I did not know who broke the toilet flange, I gave the benefit of the doubt, but that flange broken should have addressed before proceeding to camera inspection. Refused to put back my toilet due to the flange and left. Besides, changing flange should only cost $200 bucks, google it. The whole thing was an up-sale. I've never felt so ripped off in my life. Never again.

They also did an inspection on all the plumbing fixtures in our house to check for any issues we may have. They were great....very professional, thorough and pleasant to deal with. They texted me when they were on their way and let me know what time they would be at the house... and got there on time. They answered all my questions thoroughly and explained to me everything that they were going to take care of. Great customer service!

I needed the combination spigot for my pool filler repaired and redesigned. The plumbers did a great job! It is so much better than what was done originally! Excellent work!

The guys arrived on-time. I showed them the two small plumbing issues I had. They were very polite and knowledgeable and gave me an estimate? They fixed both quickly, were finished inside an hour, and we have had no problems since! I will call them again.

I am a small business owner (rental properties) in the Bedford area.
I called late on a Saturday for a tenant ( moving in on Sunday) regarding the toilet / bath tub stopping/ bubbling up. The lady on call took her time, explained the procedure, process and possible cost before coming out (no hidden fees!). I told her my brother will meet them at the place and that I am authorizing a certain amount and to call me first of what he found the issue to be. The tech came out and did exactly what was instructed, meet with my brother, gave us options (going up on the roof to drain pipes or from the toilet). It only cost me $200.00 ( with $25 off coupon on web site). They did not try to 'up charge' me as a business owner... I will highly recommend them and call them first whenever I have a plumbing issue,,,

I broke a giant glass bowl... in my sink... with the disposal on! Needless to say, it was jammed. I tried to remedy it myself but had no luck. I called Tioga (for the first time ever) and Brenda, who answered the phone, was kind, helpful, and the reason I decided to set up my appointment. Nick and Natalie arrived at my house on time and were very quick and professional. They fixed our problem in no time and even checked/fixed few other things while I had them here and was paying for their time.

I was previously employed by this company sometime near the beginning of the year. I left this contractor because they expected me to pay for fuel in the company vehicle. When I complained to the owners, I was given an ultimatum. Since the time I worked there I keep getting their spam. I’ve called and asked them to stop but here we are.

So now I’m taking a small action by writing this review. In my opinion there are more qualified companies out there if you need work done. I personally don’t recommend this one. If the spam somehow discontinues I will remove this review.

This place is fantastic. I have used them several times and every technician is the nicest, they take their time and explain things to you. We had an emergency on Saturday and they came out and were able to get us up and running. When I called to make the appointment they were transparent on weekend pricing, which is very appreciated. Thank you! I didn't get the guys name who came out, but as always he was great.

Pricing to change out outside faucet valve was quoted $425.00. That was $75 to $100 less than 3 other quotes. This was less than 30 minutes of labor.

I requested for a backflow test a few weeks ago. My initial appointment was rescheduled at least 3 times over a one week period. Finally a couple of guys came out and did the test. The test typically cost less than $100 but I was charged over $200. The guys that came out said they would process the test and submit to the city right away. It has been more than a week and they haven't submitted my test results to the city or sent me a copy.

It has been a frustrating experience andi don't plan to use them again or recommend them to anybody.

Ty Shaver was our technician and has been at our residence four times now. He is very competent, pleasant and accommodating. We had several receptacles that were not working and some automated lights that were out. Ty researched each problem thoroughly, determined the appropriate corrective action and implemented the corrections. Everything worked properly after he finished. I have asked Tioga to send Ty in the future when we have electrical problems, because he is familiar with our house's electrical systems and we consider him a trusted electrician. Clinton and Edgar replaced my water heater and repaired a couple water leaks I had in the water line. They both did an awesome job and I really couldn't think of any questions because they both would explain everything that they were doing. Keep up the great work guys.

Thorough, communicative, fully understood needs of a complex job and then executed perfectly and efficiently! We needed electric work first, then a full replacement of our tankless hot water heater. First Cameron and Ty on the electric team knocked that job out of the park, then Mark was able to come in and complete on schedule perfectly. The team coordinated and communicated with each other and me like true pros. Also, Michelle was very communicative and helpful with the many scheduling required to get it all specified and completed. I've worked with many good service organizations in the past but can easily say Tioga is bar-none hands-down the best!
Second job with Tioga ended up being deep and complex issue with a badly installed old circuit, the largest and most used in the old house. In the end we needed to rewire the entire thing and Cameron and Justin did an amazing job in just one day, putting in an huge amount of grueling dedicated effort. We now have a perfect, robust, modern circuit where once we had a nightmare tangled fire hazard. I cannot say enough good things about Tioga and all their staff, but especially Cameron has proved to be an absolute superstar!

Called for a slab water leak. A friend had water leaking in his home and could not see the source, so he called Tioga thinking he had a slab leak, they determined it was not a slab leak and proceeded to repair the leak. He was a happy customer. Some time later, I mentioned to him I thought I might have a slab leak, as my water bill showed alarming water usage that made no sense. He enthusiastically recommended Tioga, so I called them. Their plumber worked hard for 6 hours, cutting 6 holes in the drywall to test pipes. He was not able to locate the leak. None of the work he did had anything to do with the leaking pipe. Next came a proposal to repair (what they could not find) to run 5 alternative lines, cost: over $4000. At this point, I contacted a slab specialist plumber. He came out and located the leak in about 1 hour. Came back and repaired the leak, cutting the drywall in 2 places, on either side of the leak. Cost was about half of what Tioga wanted. Conclusion: Tioga apparently has many happy customers for general plumbing, but if you have a slab problem, go to a specialist who knows that aspect of plumbing. Tioga doesn't.

Because of TIOGA Plumbing, I now believe in Christmas Miracles. My hot water heater stopped working and since I had used TIOGA before (& really liked the work they did), I called them to take a look. Water heater is old but, I couldn’t afford to replace it. I told Clinton about how I needed to pay $4500 in taxes by Jan 31st, how my Dad passed away in September & I had to go back to work in order to keep the house so, I just couldn’t get a new water heater. I was stressing about the money just to have it Fixed. He told me he would be right back with some good news. Well, when he came back, he had removed all charges and voided the $750 down payment I gave him. Wade and Clinton are replacing my hot water heater right now and not charging me for anything. This is a Christmas Miracle ! These guys and this company are God sent. Besides being super honest, they are just wonderful people. I cannot express how thankful I am for them. It is. 12-24-22 ; Once again we had the need for Tioga Plumbing & Electric @ our home in Grapevine, TX. This time it was a busted pipe close to the water treatment system, and another that was frozen solid. We had winterized everywhere else, not thinking about the pipes just inside the garage next to the water treatment system. We called our two favorite plumbers, and Tioga called back first. Lots of broken pipes in the DFW area, so we were pleasantly surprised when they called back much sooner than later, and were on the job in a short period of time yesterday. Drew and Tyler were warm and pleasant, even in the single digit chill factors we were all dealing with. Our expectations were for them to be able to come much later than sooner, and the cost to be at least double what it was. Thanks so much, Tioga, you’re one of the finest service companies in all of North Texas! Merry Christmas and the happiest of New Year’s!!

One of our best friends called us a couple of weeks ago regarding a plumbing leak at his in-laws home. They are elderly, and typically call him or his wife (their daughter), for needs that don't seem right. What Scott shared with me, is that they had a leak in their middle bathroom, under the sink in the vanity. He stated that the plumber said he wanted $900 in labor to fix this. The plumber also wanted the homeowner to go to the parts house with him to pay for the needed parts. When Scott arrived, he also found that the plumber wanted them to sign a $1,200/year maintenance program for 10 years!! $12,000 to come by once a year and check the plumbing!! Wow! I gave Scott Tioga's phone number, and Billy showed up that afternoon, and fixed the problem turn-key for $437.00! They didn't require them to sign a maintenance program either. Last week, they called because their water heater was out, and could not find the receipt from Tioga. I was happy to give them their phone number, and will always be proud to give anyone Tioga's phone number for any residential or commercial plumbing, electric or glass needs! Go to Tioga's website and read Willie M.'s review. He has apparently known the owners for 36 years. I can understand why Willie feels the way he does!! OUTSTANDING PEOPLE WITH THE UTMOST INTEGRITY!!

Wade was very professional and knowledgeable, he walked me through the issues and educated me during the entire process. He even allowed me to follow along on the video during the camera inspection. The evaluation he provided, gave me some peace of mind regarding my home health and provided me a list of items I need to plan to address now and plan for in the future to avoid more costly repairs.

This company is the best! They go above and beyond for their customers. I had a leak in a bathroom that went into my daughter's closet and room. They came on a Sunday after hours and took care of me. The tech solved my issue and gave me a number to take care of the restoration process. Everytime I've had to use them it's been a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone!

Firstly, I asked for an Energy Star Rheem Water Heater when I called them. They said they didn't carry Rheem, but they had Bradford White heaters and they were superior. I asked if they had Energy Star Bradford White and they said yes, and we will bring one out first thing in the morning at 7:30. We had been without hot water for two days and I was hoping for them to go ahead but said ok. The following day, I received a call that the energy star model was not there yet, the supplier would have some later in the morning between 10 and 11:00. I said ok. Around noon they came and started installation. Later the plumber came to the door and said I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that the Bradford White isn't energy star! I had a $200 rebate for energy star water heaters! This seemed like a bait and switch to me. I asked the difference in price between the energy star and regular Bradford White and he said $300. The price I had agreed to was for the energy star model. The manager agreed to deduct $400 from the price, but considering I had already been charged extra for the energy star...there was already an over charge of $300, plus I'm out the rebate of $200. It may have been an honest mistake but it was a sloppy one.
They did do a good job on the installation.

I was told it would be a $50 trip charge, specifically when asked to give an estimate for a list of services on a house in potentially buying.

After arriving, the service tech spent 30 minutes evaluating and then informed me it would be $349 to give an estimate. Talk about a bait and switch. The contractor was professional and kind, but the policy was bad business in my opinion. I would not have asked them to come at all at that price so it was a waste of everyone’s time. Don’t plan on ever using again.

Tioga Plumbing always has the best, most courteous technicians. Customer Service is always fantastic! They came out and serviced and flushed my water heater very quickly and their pricing is extremely fair! We will definitely call them back for any additional work!

We recently used Tioga for a small patio enclosure and bay window replacement. The quality of work is not so much the issue. The amount of downtime, delay, and poor preparation caused us weeks of headaches. What should have been a pleasant buying experience turned into a complete and utter disappointment. Unfortunately we will no longer be using Tioga for any other projects, nor will we be recommending them. The staff that was sent to our house were polite and respectful. Too bad Tioga has very little respect for the customer's time. Tioga's kick the can down the road attitude is unprofessional.

The tech Billy called it being a bottle before even pitting his camera in. He was right and they got it out as promised in the time he said it would take. I was glad they showed up as fast as they did, but they were not honest about checking the drains with the camera. I still had real problems after they did a simple unclog that took all but 3 minutes and charged me an arm and a leg. crooks like most of these plumber companies.

Charge way too much and when they make a mistake they don’t admit too it and over charge you .

We recently called Tioga for a sprinkler link at my fathers home. I was pleased when Mark showed up, as he was the Service Professional repaired to issues with our home. He is very through in communicating all aspects of the plumbing problem and the repair. And, he is compassionate, understanding and empathetic with his customers. I know there is only one “Mark”. But he has been the best by far.

We live in an older home with shaky plumbing. Our shower backed up and wouldn’t drain-of course it was after business hours. Natalie showed up around 8pm with a smile. She was extremely professional, got the job done, and cleaned up after herself (well, actually she cleaned up after us, putting our rug and towels that were soaked in the laundry room after our attempt to fix it ourselves prior to her arrival ).Natalie explained what the issue was, as well as the short term and long term solutions. Above all, she was compassionate, reassuring and easy to have in our home. My wife and I highly recommend Tioga and we are extremely impressed with Natalie and the work she did.

This company is a joke! They told me they would be at my house at 2 to do the work. They didn’t show up until close to 5 and told me they couldn’t do the work that day since it was so late due to being at another job. This was scheduled days in advance!

What’s more? They were over $500 higher than the electrician I ended up hiring for the job - a VERY well-known company in the DFW area. Don’t waste your time with these folks.

AJ is super knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new tankless water heater. Billy, AJ's apprentice, was nice and went out of his way to explain things to my very curious and nosy 6 yr old. Keeley, in the office, was friendly and knowledgeable as well. She made sure we were aware of the ATMOS rebate and actually cared about our sense of urgency. Tioga was the first company that got to our house the day our water heater went out and got us up and running quickly. We called 8 plumbers the day our water heater went out and Tioga made us a priority. Excellent service!

Electrical panel upgrade

Responsive, friendly, and got the job done quickly. I gave them 5 stars for service, but I felt the price was a bit steep for the time & work performed. In and out in 15-20 minutes, but a charge that was pre-calculated at a rate more aligned with a couple of hours. They said they would waive a trip charge so maybe I saved some money. Anyhow, great experience and the plumbers were friendly.

My experience with Tioga has been one of complete satisfaction. Replacing original under cabinet lights with a LED version was well done. Adding a light above new art was more difficult and required clever wiring added in a wall. Ceiling socket lights were also replaced and all are working well. The price for the job was also fair and I would not hesitate to have Tioga do electrical work for me again.

Jason was great. Good attitude and told it to me straight. Tried and did save me the most money he could. We had a small issue the next day and not 1, not 2, but 3 plumbers including the service manager showed up at my home and resolved the issue at no cost to me.

I've used Tioga for major plumbing, electric, and even used their glass service for a remodel including scheduled work and big emergencies (e.g. remodel nightmare with another company before I knew they did remodeling and faulty wiring causing sparks in attic). Generally speaking, you won't find a better company around.

Specifically, I've had electrician Michael out twice and he's not only done high quality work and is very responsive, but he also shows empathy (having to have emergency work done sucks) and did everything he could to put my mind at ease.

I cannot recommend Tioga enough! I've got an old house and I'm always trying to find professionals and I really just won't call anyone else anymore. They consistently deliver and do everything they can to deliver quality and value.

I had Tioga Plumbing & Electric come check out some issues I was having with my pipes. They did a very detailed inspection and told me my options. I never felt pressured by a sales pitch. Instead, I felt confident in the techs expertise. Great service and great people.

Kody was awesome and did a great job. I'm a new construction/new business and the contracted plumber did not install our toilet correctly. Broke the flange that anchored the toilet to the floor. After calling two other plumbers Tioga sent Kody out. It was an expensive repair..for my GC who covered the warranty, but it could have been way more.

They found a slab leak and it is under control for now. I'm waiting for the quote . They will follow up. Linda, Andrew and Billy are awesome. They found a problem with the water heater too and installed a valve. They explained everything clearly and gave me options to fix the issue. Waiting to hear from the company to be schedule for the repairs.

I had Ty come out to replace my old vent/light with a newer one with blutooth and run a vent exhaust outside. Work was done fast, clean up was done well. Everything works nicely. Up front with pricing and what could cause increased cost. I am happy with the results and recommend him and Tioga.

The Tioga team did a wonderful job fixing the gas lamps on my home. After calling several plumbing companies only to find out they wouldn't do the work, I found Tioga on Home Advisor. They were the first to respond and Billy did an excellent job cleaning and servicing the lamps. He went above and beyond researching a particularly difficult problem on one lamp and showed me what he did. All true professionals from initial call, scheduling, to repair, just in time for the holidays. Thank you!

These guys are the absolute best! I called them around 7PM and had someone come out in the next hour! They unclogged my toilet very carefully and were thinking about my home in the process.
