These guys are the best, and a local small business to boot (support local businesses!). Replaced a drain pipe that had roots growing in it, and the toilet it was attached to. Whole job would have been one day but he had to pour some fresh concrete. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a new plumber, we’re using these guys for all our future plumbing work.

In the midst of the recent storm, outages, and frozen pipes, when most plumbing companies were too swamped to answer their calls, Rachel at KMP took time to help us with questions on our loss of hot water from our tankless hot water heater, even contacting service technicians to help answer questions. Darryl, the boss, also responded to help us out. Once things escalated to a broken pipe, Darryl sent a crew out immediately, who fixed our issues and got us back with hot & cold water. Called for appointment and when man came out an 3:30 on Tuesday, told me it was going to cost time and half because job was going to take longer than 30mins. Asked him if he could come back another day.at normal charge, He told me he could come back on that Friday. Friday at 1pm I called company to ask if coming and office told me,she would call me right back to get taken care of , sad to tell ya never called back. Have left 2 other messages to find out if coming and no call. I had to call another company. felt like my business wasn't needed and wasn't important enough

I called Direct Source this afternoon for a kitchen sink that wasn't draining, and they said they'd be here within an hour - not only did they get there within an hour, but they had the job DONE within the hour! Excellent service. I would definitely call them again.

These guys are awesome! My 8yr old AC just went out. I called the company that installed it. They came out and immediately said oh, your compressor is gone, you need a new compressor, new coil, etc. Wanted $6,000+ to fix it. So I did some research online, found Big Bear, and gave them a call. They came out, and in less than 15 minutes diagnosed the problem as just a broken fan, and a bad circuit breaker. Fixed me up the same day. If you want someone who is friendly, honest, and knows their stuff, call Big Bear!
