My initial experience was ok, while they couldn't find the cleanouts at first, they found them after they had done their work. Lines in the house were backed up. Was billed $275 for less than 30 minutes of work, and now I've left a voicemail 4 days ago and not been called back, for the exact same issue a month later. Initially they were responsive, and my issue seemed to be resolved, but it clearly was not. I guess i'd be cautious on this one.

Had a busy day of running around came home and was going to give my kids showers only to find the bathroom overflown with water. Called a few companies but no one could come until the next morning or they wanted a high price just to come out. Glad we found this company, very reasonable prices and very friendly young men came to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to make sure our problem was taken care of!! We will definitely use this company for future needs, I highly recommend them!

This company is wonderful. I had no hot water on one of the coldest days of the year so far. They fit me right in and got someone out quickly. Don Lilly came out and replaced my hot water. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend using KMP!

I didn't get to be here when the plumbing was here. I inspected the work and it appears to be fine. Only time will tell if the leak comes back, so for now, he did a good job.

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!

I’m not sure which location this driver works for but she ran a stop sign yesterday in a residential area, my family and I had the right of way at an intersection, we had already stopped at the stop sign to make a left turn, a black lady driving the truck was heading straight but she came Speeding down the street and sped through the stop sign, never slowed down or anything if we had turned out she would’ve t-boned us and caused injuries to everyone in the car. This happened near Andrea Lane in Forest Hill, Tx around 4:20pm on 2/3. She could’ve severely hurt my family and I. I’m an insurance adjuster and just felt someone needs to know how employees are out here driving reckless. I’ll remove my review once someone acknowledges it, my intention isn’t to hurt your business. My review is based on the drivers action while driving your truck.

Very professional, down to earth and gave me reasonable pricing that beat five other companies I received estimates from. Gave me his personal phone for any emergencies or questions. I’ve called twice because I’m a new home owner and single mom and have no clue about plumbing . He walked me through my questions and put me at ease. David is an absolute rockstar! Thankfully, I have found a trustworthy plumber after moving to a new city and state. A plumber isn't always someone you want to see, but when you do, David is the kind of guy you want to show up. He came in, gave a reasonable estimate, and was able to get to work on my project right away. In my case, he was able to move a couple of toilet valve stops that were originally installed directly behind the toilet, to make room for the new modern, longer toilets. He did great work! I will not hesitate to call him again in the future. Hopefully, he won't be too busy with all these great reviews ;)

We had Horizon quote the installation of a Moen Flo valve. Phil was thorough at figuring out where the main line came into the house so to be able to give a accurate quote. We decided not to go with the installation. The pricing was competitive.
