So I called em up in hopes of getting someone to fix my heater and calling them turned out to be the best decision I made! They were really nice and sent out Salem, an amazing technician, who not only was a really rad dude but was also very knowledgeable and within minutes he was able to figure out what the issue was. Then when it came down to repair the darned thing he was very reassuring and made the whole situation painless and stress free! I really recommend this company and if y'all get Salem, know that you're in good hands 👌🏼

I contacted Elite Rooter to perform service on my sewer pump. I put a deposit down and ended up finding out my part was under warranty through a different firm. Asked for a refund of $1700 deposit and still have not received my refund.

Also they came in tore my toilet off, broke tiles and ended up not properly assessing the correct issue until they destroyed my bathroom. I would look elsewhere for service.

I recently just bought my first home and over the course of a month I spent every waking hour doing some home renovations and cosmetic details to get it ready to move into. I don't think I could even do a load in the wash in the amount of time they were here. They explained the problem and showed me what they had to do to repair it. They even crawled under my house into the crawl space several times to access some of the plumbing, which you couldn't pay me to do. When the job was done, they wiped up the mess and even swept the area clean. The pride, respect and diligence Ruben's team has for their clients and the job they're working on is one that any company should take notice of. I absolutely recommend them and can rest easy if I ever run into anymore plumbing issues, knowing I have their number.

Cole and Yuriel were both kind and professional. They happened to come while I was making breakfast and didnt mind me scooting past them. They were in and out in roughly 35-40 min and were able to clear the main sewer line in my kitchen. This issue was something that had given us grief for a few weeks as we tried every remedy possible before calling in Roto-Rooter. Im thankful that that were able to have a tech out so quickly. I was offered Same day service but they were willing to go with a day and time frame that worked best for me. I highly recommend working with them!

There employees are friendly, helpful and very professional. Giles came to our home and walked us through our options. He was thorough and obviously knew what he was talking about. Ours was not an easy install and Giles explained that. The installation team was lead by Will and they were great. Sherman did the electrical. We were so impressed that he’s coming back in 2 days to do some other work for us.

Our tech Kyle was amazing and very professional for the entire time he was at our place! We had scheduled this company to replace our entire water tank system and to fix our main bathroom shower. We had had issues with another company prior and Kyle did an amazing job easing our concerns. Super efficient, the communication was amazing. Kyle included us in every step of the process and told us exactly what he was doing and why. Loved that they have a 2 year warranty on their work and a 6 year warranty on the tank itself. 10/10 would recommend this company and will definitely be coming back for any future needs!!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
