Sasha is fantastic and experienced. He did a great job installing a new garbage disposal in my kitchen and a fill valve in my toilet. Would definitely recommend for any size jobs; enjoyed working with him!

Needed our bathroom sink drain cleaned out and our p-trap replaced. Sasha was great to work with from start to finish. He called me back within an hour and was able to come the next day. He was able to come even earlier than he originally predicted and was super communicative and efficient. Sasha did a great job at a reasonable price and even cleaned the area before he left. He helped us recover from a pipe burst in January, but has since performed a number of other plumbing fixes throughout our house including a gas stove install and a water heater repair. He was able to communicate to the below neighbor and coordinate with our HOA management to properly locate, rectify and fix the bad piping and insulation to properly control any potential for esbestos. What fantastic and professional service! I needed a quick hand in trying to troubleshoot an issue with a washing machine line and Cap Hill plumbing was able to quickly identify what the problem was and easily fix it! In this time of rampant poor customer service and price gouging, we were THRILLED to connect with Sasha from Cap Hill Plumbing. He is very responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, honest and just a really nice guy! During his free estimating process he gave us all the time we needed to discuss and explore options around a hot water heater and water filtration system. Once products and plans were decided he was prompt, thorough, clean and did a great job. When we had him out again to address another issue we thought was related to his original work, but turns out wasn’t, he worked for 2 hours to address some jumping pipe issues, even running to get additional supplies, and wasn’t going to charge us – he just wanted us to be happy (we paid him for his time of course!). I HIGHLY recommend Sasha – you won’t be disappointed!

First of all, Cap Hill plumbing is certified to work on condos with 15 floors, so that is amazing. When the arctic blast struck and wreaked havoc on my pipes I was frantically calling every plumber in the area; Cap Hill Plumbing came to the rescue! Sasha came through and diagnosed the issue and knew exactly what to do and what parts I needed. As soon as the building could get the water shut off he came back and finished the job. Sasha was thorough, polite, and beyond helpful in getting me the exact replacement part for my tub. He told me how to get the piece from Delta when it wasn't available in the store. Highly recommend! Called Sasha after a previous plumber could not fix leaks in our shower faucet and basement pipe. He came the same day. By far, best plumber in Denver!! I called Sasha on two separate occasions for some small plumbing issues. The first time, my girlfriend accidentally flushed a small lotion bottle down my toilet causing it to get stuck, clogging the toilet. The second time, our garbage disposal was stuck due to some broken glass. He said “I’ll be over in a few” and arrived knocking on my door within ten minutes with his drain snake and all his tools. He kept his working area clean, was incredibly friendly and professional. I’ve been referring him to friends too where he’s pushed great quality into some larger jobs for them too!
