Flow-Rite Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

A year ago, I bought a 70s house in Lakewood that had not been well maintained, so I’ve had the folks from Flow-rite out many times! Each time it’s been great, and I’m always happy with every aspect of the service.

Ron has been out each time, which I appreciate. Apart from today he’s been with Sam, who is also very good and is clearly being trained by the best. Now Sam is working on his own and getting many customer kudos! Way to go, Sam!

I cannot say enough good things about Ron. He is in a master class and does superb work. He’s also willing to answer my questions and describes things very well! Ron always adds extra value by letting you know what you can do on your own as well as being careful as to costs and what is the best option. He is truly amazing!

Everyone who works there is so nice and their prices are fair. I am always going to go with them. I encourage you to do the same!

During a remodel in 2020-21, Flowrite did the plumbing work for my project per my contractor. During my first night in my home June 2021, my shower backed up, and the toilet overflowed. After calling my contractor he contacted Flowrite. They refused to accept responsibility and come to my home, to try to fix the problem. My contractor had to contact a couple other companies to put a camera down the drain to find the obstruction. A piece of PVC pipe was retrieved. It had been left in the drain when everything was closed up. The plumber with the camera charged my project/contractor $750. Flowrite again refused to pay for this, even though it was their mess-up leaving a piece of pipe in my drain, for my contractor to pay this bill. I would never hire them for any plumbing needs.

Danni's customer service skills are top-notch. As well as the technicians. I was notified when they would arrive, and they were right on time. Danni went above and beyond communicating with me about the issues that I have been having in my bathroom. I'd totally 100% recommend using Flow-Right Plumbing.

My main line backed up on a Friday. The lady at the office was so sweet and courteous. She promised to get a tech out on the same day. Thanks so much for not making me wait until Monday.
Then Sam came out to snake the line. I can't say enough good things about the guy. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I live in an old house. The cleanout port was inaccessible due to age. But no worries. Rather than tell me at 5 pm on Friday, that he couldn't do the job. Sam came to me and said, hey I can pull the basement toilet and run the snake from there. What a champion! He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job got done right.
I'll never use any other plumbing company. And neither should you.

If you are looking for a good reliable plumbing company look no further! Ruben and Flow-Rite provide top of the line service. They have helped us on multiple plumbing projects (including our personal residence) and are very knowledgeable, fast, clean, and provide outstanding work. We have always been extremely happy with the work that they provide, their communication, and prices. We look forwards to working with them in the future.

We needed our toilet rotated so that knees don't get slammed by someone opening the door. Rob and Sam came and did a great job rotating the toilet to a different angle in the room. They cleaned up too. Awesome work guys!! We would call them in a minute. If any other projects come up, they will be our go to guys.

Rueben was recommended - but, I assume it was for a newer home.
We purchased a 1950's ranch that had all older piping. We wanted to move the location of the toliet as well as build a new shower pan and relocate the washer and dryer. He was super casual and cool at the bid and then it all went downhill. I was quoted a price of 4200 for the ENTIRE JOB! When I asked him 5 times for the list of the things covered in ENTIRE JOB, I never received it, even though we asked for it 5-6 times. We continued on as we needed work done. When he arrived the first day the whole picture changed. When I referred back to the conversation he acted like he was unaware of any of it. The price kept growing and we were too far in. We them hired a very good GC to come and do all the things that Rueben had told his was in the price and he had to redo almost the entire job. Rueben did not put on blocking plates on any of the new plumbing and charged us triple the cost for work he did not even do. He also installed the wall mounted toliet system wrong on the wall and did not connect the pipes into the right main line.
Additionally, he claimed he would need to re-route the things he did not have to re-route. He claimed to need a concrete company to come to help chisel the hole, even though that was not in the bid. He had our card stored on file (big no no) and just kept charging us.
His crew completely destroyed the brand new wall mounted radiant heaters that we had just has installed a week before. When confronted on this he tried to blame the concrete company that he hired and charged us for.
He is a total scam artist. Then we we confronted him on why he did not put blocking plates on he got very aggressive and claimed he would call the city on us. He takes 2-3 week vacations and cannot take calls on vacation, pretty ironic for someone that knew he was charging and receiving money for work performed not only incorrectly but, also incomplete.
Hiring Rueben is a huge mistake and he will end up costing you money!
I am not sure, but I think part of the reason he never sent an estimate is because this is his game plan. SHADY !

Ruben and his team came highly recommended by another heating company and I was pleased with their service. They replaced a water heater with a better quality heater than the previous one we had. That same evening we smelled gas (after the installation) and called the energy company. They identified the leaks in our system and found it was not directly related to the water heater. I called Flow-Rite early the next morning and they arrived within an hour to resolve the issues. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code and that all repairs were complete. They even found another leak the energy company didn't. I would highly recommend them, too!

We had Ruben and his team, Kat and Juan install drain, sump pump and snake a drain for us. They did a fantastic job and the pricing was fair. You could instantly tell that the Ruben and his team are knowledgeable and I will be calling on them again for future plumbing issues.

We hired Ruben to take a look at our water heater after we had black water damage. Ruben was quick to respond and quick to take a look at everything. He was half the cost of other big plumbing companies and I felt like he did an even better job than they would have. I dint have to wait to get what I needed and he was flexible with the other contractors. We will be using him again in the future.

I used Flow-Rite services for the first time and I can say that I had very pleasant experience. I was assigned Rob for the job that needed to be done and he was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond by making sure that the task was correctly done , along with advice and tricks to make sure I don't run into the same issue again.
Rob Provided an excellent customer service, did a great job and made sure I was satisfied with the service before any payment. I would gladly recommend Flow-Rite for their : Free quote, fair pricing, excellent customer service and Rob that is an excellent plumber.

We were recently told that our pressure regulator went out and it would cost around $400-$600 to get it fixed. I found Flow-Rite through a friend and their price beat every competitor in the area! Not to mention, Ruben has been very prompt in answering any and all of my questions. Rob came and replaced the regulator in a very timely manner. These guys are fantastic to work with and I will be recommending them to everybody I know from now on!

Mr. Patino and his team at Flow-Rite are top-notch professionals. We have used Flow-Rite twice now. They're always on time. They don't upsell you products and services you don't need. And they get the job done.

It's so hard to find a good plumber out there who charges reasonable rates and does quality work. Look no further. These guys are the best. I'd give these guys six stars if I could.

Flow-Rite gets an A+ for service and I highly recommend them. From installation to a new water heater (a tough job considering the horrible location in my crawl space), to fixing a broken pipe to a minor water heater repair (an issue caused by unrelated flooding), Ruben and his crew have always taken great care of our plumbing needs- and at a more than reasonable price!

We found Flow-Rite through homeadvisor and have used them for years because they're genuine, kind, honest people and have always given us a great price for fantastic work. They deserve more than they charge for their integrity alone! Ruben (the owner) is always available and quick to help--even when we had a leaky ceiling in the early hours of the morning. Rob has taken care of us several times when we've needed drain cleaning--and has taught us how to take care of our drains to avoid future clogs (don't use powdered dishsoap with our hard water bc it causes buildup, and use green gobbler in our kitchen about every 6 months-1year to keep things flowing). He's educating us out of a job, haha! Ruben personally took the time to chat with me and give me his honest advice when we needed a water heater. He gave me the best estimate out of two other companies, answered all of my questions, answered some that I didn't even know to ask, and even a great Cuban restaurant recommendation! Eddie and Juan replaced my water heater in an hour and were super sweet. Eddie even saved me $20 on a drain when he pointed out how unlikely it was that we would need it with the drain inches away from the heater. It's one thing to find a solid company that does great work, and another to find good people that you can trust--and I believe I've found both at Flow-Rite!

I recently just bought my first home and over the course of a month I spent every waking hour doing some home renovations and cosmetic details to get it ready to move into. Once I finally got moved in I needed to do laundry pretty badly. However, much to any homeowners dismay, it turns out the pipe used to drain my washer was not draining for whatever reason and I walked into my laundry room to discover a miniature Old Faithful unleashing water everywhere. Exhausted from all the work I had done the month prior to moving in and disappointed I could not do laundry, I asked the ever so informative Facebook world for plumber recommendations. It was overwhelming how many people recommended Ruben and Flowrite Plumbing. Ruben was so understanding, reassuring and willing to help. I was able to schedule an appointment for a few short days later. His team showed up on time and worked so fast at assessing the issue. I don't think I could even do a load in the wash in the amount of time they were here. They explained the problem and showed me what they had to do to repair it. They even crawled under my house into the crawl space several times to access some of the plumbing, which you couldn't pay me to do. When the job was done, they wiped up the mess and even swept the area clean. The pride, respect and diligence Ruben's team has for their clients and the job they're working on is one that any company should take notice of. I absolutely recommend them and can rest easy if I ever run into anymore plumbing issues, knowing I have their number.

These Dudes are the dream.
I have flipped a few properties and went through every bad plumber in the Denver area. My contractor buddy told me he only uses Flow-Rite. Now I have used them on every property I have owned. The best is being able to text Rubin with my problem and he responds with a time they can come out. Makes it so easy.
This is the company when someone mentions needing a plumber you say, YOU HAVE TO USE MY PLUMBER. My Wife always brags about how one of our properties we were selling, a leak in the wall came up in the inspection. Flow-Rite came out, found the hole on the first attempt so we only had a 6 inch patch in the drywall. It was next level impressive.

I've never used this company, but I was looking for a plumber in the area. When evaluating who you choose, look at how an owner responds to criticism or poor reviews. This man has severe anger issues and doesn't understand professionalism. I would go elsewhere if I were you.

We got four estimates for repairing a leak under the kitchen sink and investigating a problem with our downstairs shower. The Flow-Rite folks were the most knowledgable, lowest price, and sorted out problems that our contractor failed several times at.

Rubin and Rob were professional and kind.
They came in, got the job done quickly and efficiently.
They did not leave anything behind, but a perfect job and very happy client.
Also, their pricing was so reasonable!
In the future, I will use only them!

Amazing plumbers! They came to my house and fixed a bad clog in the basement as well as replacing my sprinkler system main valve. Professional and courteous. They cleaned up after the work was done, were polite and on time and reasonably priced. Can’t recommend them enough!

Flow-Rite has helped me with numerous issues in my home. Some that were complicated and one that was not all that complicated, but I had 4 different plumbers look at a leaky shower and they all had insane quotes to fix it stating it was some major issue. Flow-Rite came out, and fixed it easily and without any fuss. They confirmed it was the exact issue I thought it was, a cartridge installation issue. Other companies and plumbers were quoting me $600+ stating it was everything from needing to replace an entire water line in the wall, to needing to gut my whole shower. Obviously, Flow-Rite came in and didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs. I trust them 100% and I'll never go to a different plumber ever again!

Vectra Mechanical has been taking care of the property for a few years whether it's HVAC or plumbing they provide industry standard services with personalized customer care. You can't find better people when it comes to HVAC/PLUMBING.

Called Flow-Rite at 8am for a plumbing repair and the technician was at my house by 11am. He finished the job within an hour and it looks great. I will use Flow-Rite again.

Go elsewhere. Did work that we didn't authorize, asked for clarification, without explanation, immediately threatened with a property lien. Waiting on invoice so I can pay him and he can stop sending angry emails. I hope he stops sending them once he's paid at least. Plumbing was good though. So there's that.

I would give 0 stars if at all possible Is very imperfessional not on time and got upset at the fact that he was wrong He wanted me to prove it to him I don't need to prove anything but you know what you Said you were going to do and you know what you didn't do

Initial contact with this company was good, as when we spoke over the phone I stated I needed A-scope and a recording of my pipes as well as clogged tub when contractors showed up on the 6th to take care of the work I had already had someone come out to take care of the clogged tub as to needing it done sooner he did not have the right equipment to do the scope of work and then when I proceeded to tell the contractor that Yet that he was being recorded for quality assurances when we spoke over the phone stating that's what I needed done and that's not what he was able to provide he proceed to get upset and mumble stuff I then proceeded to ask contractor to leave my house he proceeded to get upset Mind you this is all being recorded via front door camera 2 front cameras as well as multiple side cameras on the house he perceived to get upset when I told the contractor to leave my property multiple times he did not do so very unprofessional and as a business owner this is not how you conduct business in any way shape or form very unprofessional and I would think highly about using this contractor anytime in the future I would think about hiring another contractor to do any of your plumbing needs do not go with this contractor

Very rude guy... I called in offering marketing services. I realize it can be annoying to get a cold call in the middle of a busy day- but No thank you Im not interested would be preferable to getting shouted at, cussed out, and hung up on. Especially since I only asked one time very friendly.

Jeremy and John did a great job doing the ground work at my place in centennial ranch...in westcliffe co. Very professional, quality work, and great people! I wold highly recommend these guys and flowrite everytime.

Ruben has a Great, reliable crew with Rob and Gator. They are our Go To guys for Any plumbing issue!
