This is a great company! I got 4 estimates for a hot water heater replacement and they came in at a lower price than the others. I got a few different options of varying prices to choose from and a detailed explanations of each. Very straight forward. Very easy to understand.Their technician DeShawn Anderson was great as well. Very professional, very informative, and very talented. My system came out looking great. He also helped identify and replace a corroded/leaky water shutoff valve and even got me a great price compared to what I was quoted elsewhere. You can tell his quality of work is extremely high and his customer service is next level. I won't be calling any other plumber as long as he's around. Highly recommend his services!

5++ Star!!Excellent in every way! I had a number of things done (3 toilet replacements and whole house water hose replacements) and I could not be happier or more satisfied with A Better Plumber. There were 3 follow up services calls required (one for faulty toilet another for leaking hose etc) and this company never questioned my requests and the technicians were always positive and professional. In fact, Dillan W. came out twice and did most of the heavy work. I can say he is the hardest working service person I have ever had in my home. He was steady but worked hours and got all the work completed in one afternoon. Seth also was excellent assessing the faulty toilet. William, the supervisor returned my call promptly and was excellent.Technicians always arrived sometime during the 2 hour window and the company provides helpful text and email updates on when the tech will be arriving (beginning, middle or end of window) and when the tech is on his way.What makes this company stand out is how they handle 'problems' or follow up issues. No questions asked! Just took care of my concerns. How wonderfully refreshing to have quality customer service back!

I am absolutely blown away by the customer service we received tonight! Our exposed copper pipe was knocked out of place by a door opening and caused a mess of water in our basement this evening. To make matters worse no matter what we did we couldn't turn off the water fully and it kept flowing out of the break. We called 5 places around and no one was available tonight (all for tomorrow or Monday). I nearly gave up and settled for filling buckets and flowing water down our floor drain but somehow found A Better Plumber nearby and was immediately dispatched with Cody. He arrived an hour earlier than our 8-10 window and was impecible with his service. He wore feet slippers to be kind, was super personable, friendly and came and diagnosed our problem quickly! I was given 3 quotes to look at and he figured out a way to stop the water flow and leak while fixing the pipe in short work! I cannot recommend him enough and we are very very grateful to be able to use our water again tonight. Very happy with A Better Plumber. First my experience calling them was excellent. I don't remember who picked up, but she was very friendly and helpful and was able to schedule me very quickly. This morning, Avery and Jacob came out to my place for leak detection. They were also very friendly, professional, and respectful of my place - they even put on shoe covers without me even asking. They got me setup with their associated restoration company to help further investigate the difficult leak issue I'm having in my condo. My water heater gave in and was leaking water everywhere, so much so it was it was becoming a hazard, however, Deshawn from Better Plumber, came and replaced it within the afternoon. Carlos came to my house to clean my drains and did an excellent job. He listened very well as I explained that the washing machine water was coming up into the kitchen sink and drains were slow. We had a very positive experience with a better plumber. Landon showed up on time and was VERY responsive with the repair process. He assisted in getting the parts and even went out of his way to come on his day off to make the repair so we had hot water ASAP. The price was a bit high but it was an emergency. We would definitely use them again.

A Better Plumber is by far THE BEST company I have worked with led by Travis, the most empathetic , kind and caring master plumber.we were in a very difficult situation, my husband and I flew into Denver to take my health challenges Mother to her partner/best friends funeral service over a long weekend. Her health declined after we arrived and after she was taken by ambulance to the hospital where she was diagnosed with pneumonia. After bringing her home the next day , I discovered there was a plumbing issue at her home. I called A Better Plumber because of the great service they provided back when I found a similar problem in 2018.I was not disappointed, they sent Jessie who did a fantastic job clearing the plumbing blockage. He ordered a camera TV for the following day before the funeral service. Travis, then found the pipes had a major crack and needed replacement. He understood the major time constraints we were under and the potential the repair would worsen my Mothers health. He then ensured his team scheduled the major repair/replacement within 2 days and in the process found the all the pipes needed replacement. The team arrived early in the morning and worked past midnight to replace the pipes so that my Mother and her caregivers could again use her bathrooms, washing machine, etc. I am forever grateful for how Travis. Jerry and the the rest of the team had such empathy and kindness for my Mother that they worked such long hours to resolve her plumbing issues. Thank you!!!

Needed to get our kitchen sink re-plumbed after getting kitchen counters. Didn't realize we had to book through the counter install, so just called elsewhere. They were able to get us in right away, but ended up having to postpone until the next day. This wasn't a big deal, but it was a bummer they weren't able to give me a quote because the job that took 45 minutes (at MOST) was $825. This was an insanely high price and I probably won't be calling again due to the astronomical charge. Wish we booked through the counter company as it would have been $400 less. The tech was polite and nice to work with.

I had such a fantastic experience with Danny from A Better Plumber today! My basement was flooding due to an issue with the washer hookup, and Danny quickly assessed the problem, clearly explained the issue, and walked me through my options in a meaningful way. We called a better plumber after not even a week of being in our new house and having to deal with a sewer backup. Charles was able to come out first thing in the morning to explain the situation we were in. Long story short, we needed a new interior sewer line and we decided to replace the galvanized pipes we had as well. They were able to start on the project pretty immediately. Our team included Daniel, Will, Daniel and Gabe and they did a great job working promptly on a pretty big two day project. We were very happy with the work done and now have a peace of mind with where our plumbing is at with our home.

Had a great experience with a tech named Islom. Unbelievably friendly, professional and amicable. His knowledge on our equipment was impressive, he was very upfront and honest on his evaluation. Employees like this should rewarded - they do not come around often. Will certainly use this company again.

Landon came out and was beyond helpful. Went above and beyond and gained a loyal customer today. Provided great knowledge and was honest and forthcoming regarding the process and in his recommendations. He also suggested other items that he would recommend as a future repair/improvement and was not at all pushy in the process. I wish all companies were like this.

I called A Better Plumber to come out and repair a toilet that leaked when it was flushed. The technician , Cody was on time and looked at the toilet. He told me that it was 28 years old and probably needed to be replaced. He gave me three options for repair. One was to replace the wax ring for about $600. The second was to replace the wax ring and the insides of the toilet for about $700. Option three was to replace the toilet for a bit over $800. I thought that the estimates were a bit high. I decided to have him replace the toilet since it was so old. He then tried to upsell me for a new shutoff valve because they ‘sometimes break’. The charge for this replacement was a bit over $500. I said to him, why don’t we just turn off the water to the whole house while you replace the toilet, and we will not have to shut off the valve. That seemed like a simple solution to me, but he didn’t offer it to me. After the old toilet was removed, he showed me an issue that the wax ring would not be high enough above floor level. He had a fix for this problem. It was a sort of sleeve that would be added- price would be over $500. I complained that this seemed to be a big over charge for a small modification. He gave me the company line about the cost of training, labor, and warranty. What could I do? He had me over a barrel. So I agreed to the additional fix. My new toilet now was costing me over $1200. I my opinion, a toilet this expensive should play ‘God Save the Queen ‘ whenever I sit down on the throne. The work was done very well, but my issue with them was their very high pricing. This pricing and up selling is unacceptable to me and I will never do business with them again.I just received a phone call from the office manager and they are going to refund the $534 for the sleeve installation. I am grateful for their consideration and have reconsidered. I would do business with them again because they have been fair with me.

I don't know what kind of plumbers these people are. They made an appointment with me for 9 to 11 pm and at 10 when I called to see if they were still coming, I was told the plumber had canceled my appointment but didn't bother to tell me it was canceled. So, I think you could maybe find a better plumber somewhere else.

Just wow! Beau was the most professional and kind plumber I have EVER met. We had a pipe burst in the downstairs bathroom at 9am, unfortunately he wasn't able to get to the house until 7pm. But the fact that Beau STILL came out to fix the pipe was amazing in itself. He was extremely nice and allowed me to sit and watch him work. He was quick and thorough with the repair. Our water heater needed to be replaced. We called early in the morning to A Better Plumber company and got a same day appointment. Our tech was Cody. He arrived right on time, checked the water heater, explained what problems we had, offered different options and prices to fix this.Cody did his work great. He answered all questions we had and explained everything.The old water heater was removed and new water heater was replaced in same day.Highly recommend this company.

I had a clog in my shower and they tried to tell me they needed to tear up the floor and go into the pipes and replace the pipes and they were gonna send someone back with an camera to look out the drain,The guy came to look with the camera but didn’t even put the camera down the drain, he just went in the bathroom then came and said it’s gonna be around 8000$ we had 3 other people come out because the fact they never put a camera down the drain to confirm this was ridiculous. Turns out it was just clogged. I’m will never be recommending this place . They just wanted our money

Dylan is awesome - he installed our hot water heater a couple years back and also came out recently for service since we had some flooding from the rain. Not only did he get our water heater back up and running, but he found the source of the flooding for us. We had some really bad experiences with other plumbing companies based on predatory behavior - this is the one to call if you want someone you can trust.

2023 started with a bang, well, in my case—a BUST. Unfortunately, like many other Colorado residents, the inclement weather in December of 2022 caused the copper pipes in my family home to freeze. Frantically searching for a plumber on New Year's Day, A Better Plumber was the only company with next-day availability.William A. was my technician on 1/2/2023 and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. At first, we thought a faulty valve was the root of the problem; however, after William checked around the house and searched for leaks, we realized the problem was more extensive than we could imagine. He found and repaired over a dozen busted copper pipes over nine hours. He did this job on his own, without hesitation or complaining. If it wasn't for William, I don't know what we would have done; thank you so much for acting swiftly and being so knowledgeable in your field.Finally, we had additional issues that needed to be resolved the next day: minor and Rick S. save the day. He was always very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall the experience at A Better Plumber exceeded my expectations. Definitely go with them for all of your plumbing needs!

We saw Jacob today and we have used other plumbers but wow he was incredible. Right on time and super informative about the whole process and did an incredible job! I would recommend them 100% and will be using them for any future needs.

I will not do business with A Better Plumber ever again.I contacted A Better Plumber for an emergency water leak of my water heater and my indoor water main valve. They came out the next day to help me shut off the water and started repairs a day after that. The water heater was overdue to be replaced and so was the valve. They sold me a new tankless water heater, a new shutoff valve, a pressure reducing valve, and an inline filter. The total cost was just under $13,000. The installers were professional, the work was good, and the job was done in about a day. I thought the price was a little high but the job was done well and done quick so I let it go. I was a little bothered when they pressured me to sign a document waiving my right to cancel the job within three days but since the job was complete in under three days I let that go, too.I also had a potential sewer issue marked on my inspection (I recently purchased the house) so I asked them to take a look. The person they sent out to inspect the sewer took one look and immediately said all of the cast iron had to be replaced because the additives they put in our food corrode cast iron and if I don't replace it right away it will leak beneath my foundation and cause major problems. He also said the plumbing leading to the cast iron (the main stack) was outdated and needed to be completely replaced. The estimate he sent to replace the main stack plus 20 feet of interior sewer line was $12,500. I was uneasy with his hard-sell tactics, pushing for immediate repair and pressuring again to have me waive my right to cancel. I decided to call another plumber for a second opinion.The second company says there isn't any clear damage to the cast iron. They offered to do a cleaning for $350 before inspecting again. If it truly needs to be replaced they said it should be around $8000 at the highest. They also said that the main stack was clearly recently replaced and in good condition. They ran scopes around to inspect it as well, which A Better Plumber didn't do.I did some quick searching to find pricing for the items A Better Plumber installed in the first job vs what they charged me. Here's what I found:* Navien NPE-241A2 Tankless Water Heater - Google: $1900 - A Better Plumber: $9599* Halo 9 Inline Filter - Google: $500 - A Better Plumber: $1800* PRV-100 Pressure Reducing Valve - Google: $200-$500 - A Better Plumber: $1398.99My opinion: They did a good job. They charged a LOT of money. They tried to upsell unnecessary repairs. I will not do business with them again.Edit to respond to Jeff, the Owner:When I had the first job done, I was impressed by Beau and Jimmy's work. They were professional, they seemed to know what they were doing, and they got the job done. I felt uneasy at the cost but I understood it was a quick response and, in general, I'm willing to pay a premium for professional work. The prices I listed above come straight from the invoice they gave me. There was no separate line item for finance costs. That was advertised as 0%. (No mention of any added fees)For the second job, your man Jansen came out. He told me that additives in food will rot cast iron, especially if it is right below the kitchen. He told me that the main stack was clearly original and had to be replaced (it was actually a replacement for the original cast iron, in good shape, and the next plumber showed me how to tell). He told me within seconds of the scope hitting the pipe that it was bottomed out and clearly needed emergency replacement. He never mentioned cleaning or further inspections. He also pushed me to waive my right to cancel even though the earliest he could start the job would be four days later. It was his hard-sell used-car-salesman tactics that soured my opinion of the whole business and led me to question all of the work done up to that point.My bottom line is that the first job was a good job and it was incredibly expensive. Other people can look at the numbers and decide for themselves. The numbers are straight from the invoice.

I’m not going to lie this experience started out completely awful. We had one rep (Rick) who spent the first hour of service in his car before coming in. Then he came in said we had a shower valve issue left to Home Depot (which btw is down the block) and didn’t come back for 2 hours. Came back had blood on his shirt installed the valve changed my tub head with out asking me and then when he left 2 days the tub facet flew at me off the wall!Luckily, Cody came in and saved the day ! Legit saved the day. I was so upset about the service I received from Rick I was about to lose it and he came in and fixed the issue and reassured me with his great customer service that the problem was solved. He walked us through what he was doing checked all his bases and assured me the issue we had was fixed. I will only use this company again if Cody is the one coming out . Not even the management took the time out of their day to call me and apologize about sending a shady worker to my house . But Cody handled it for his whole company.

Had a burst copper pipe below my vacuum breaker when trying to turn on sprinklers for the season. They were able to schedule me the next day and get it fixed within an hour and a half of arriving. Cody was awesome and walked through everything along with multiple options. A true five start experience. Don’t look anywhere else for your plumbing needs.

Not sure how they manufactured so many positive reviews. We needed a simple cartridge replacement on a shower valve. The plumber never even removed the cartridge and just tried to upsell us by telling us we needed a whole home filtration kit. Prices were astronomical. $11,000 for filtration kit. $1,700 for a simple shower handle/stem replacement. Absolute insanity.

Our tankless water heater quit working. We had A Better Plumber come out to fix it. Their service man was here about a two and a half hours and inspected our tankless water heater. He informed us that he could fix for $3000.00 but would have to wait a week for the parts. He also told us that it was a cheap tankless water heater and we would be better off if they could install one of their systems for $16,000.00 dollars and that would come with a home water filter system since he also tested the water and said we had high chlorine in our water, (We didnt ask them to test the water). When I didn't agree to the price he offered me a 10% discount on the new heater then upped it to 20% but only if I made the decision right away. I said no thanks and got another company to check on the heater.They came out and cleaned the ingition on the heater and it is now working and we was charged $200 by them. A better plumber charged me $324 for trying to rip me off. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE CON MEN!!!

I am sorry but the cost of the job is insane. $800 to install a new wax ring and shut off valve is so high I think the company actually smoking crack. I will never use this company again and will make sure everyone I know won't use them. Please evaluate your company and make changes as soon as you can. Stop taking advantage of people and start helping them PLEASE!

I went with this place originally because of the stellar reviews, so I guess I should add my actual experience here. The plumber who cleared our pipe of roots did the job just fine, I appreciate his work. However, we needed to get a camera run through our pipes. We were assigned Travis to do the work. The first day he was supposed to come, March 1, apparently he had broken his camera on a job, needed to go to Fort Collins to get a new one, and then needed to drive back down to Castle Rock (he did not say why, I assumed to finish a job - apparently not, as will be explained below). He said he would come March 2. He did not. When I called dispatch, he said there was nothing on the books for us on March 2. He called Travis, and Travis told him that he'd been unable to get a new camera, and that Travis would call in a bit, that same day, to explain what the next steps were. Travis did not call. Instead, he texted me March 3 to say he was sorry he had forgotten us. I am, too. We got another plumber, and they are replacing the pipe that needs replacing.

Avery, was very friendly and professional. He did the work quickly and was thorough with testing for any leaks once he was finished. . The price that was quoted was what we paid, I would highly recommend this company!

Danny came out to deal with our 31-yr-old kitchen drain because it had been backing up. He fixed the problem, but beyond that he was so sweet and respectful of our stuff so it wouldn't get all nasty. He also very sweetly put up with my bad jokes and questions, which the media has referred to as incessant. Hesitant to say I'd happily have Danny back in my home, because it would mean there was something wrong with my plumbing. But if there were something wrong with my plumbing, I'd happily have Danny back!

Carlos and Danny came out this morning extremely professional and knowledgeable. They explained exactly what they were going to do how they were going to do it and quoted me a price before we started. The cost of the sewer clean out with camera inspection was half of what I was quoted by another plumbing company.

Avery B. came at 9:30pm we had no water to our house after shutting off the water at the meter. We didn't know where our main shutoff valve was and was told it was our sprinkler system. Avery was in and out and fixed it with no problems in less than 10 minutes after 4 hours of worrying. Highly recommend these guys. We will for sure use them again in our future plumbing issues.

When our water heater died, A Better Plumber was the only place I called that seemed to take it seriously and get someone out same day.When Anthony came out, he put genuine effort into fixing it for us. He didn’t just jump right to pitching us a replacement. When it turned out we did need to replace it, he explained everything in such depth, and wasn’t pushy, that I felt very confident that this was a good company to go with.He came back the next day at noon, and the project ended up having a lot of unexpected work that needed to be done in addition. Anthony said the job typically takes under 2 hours. However, he worked so hard and diligently for over 6 hours to get everything properly installed, making sure it would get done for us that day.Anthony was amazing. Had this company come out 2 years ago to install 2 toilets. One has been a flushing issue ever since. The tech that did the work didn't get it correct at that time (noted by an inspector). When I called them back, they quickly came out to rectify the situation. Their work for the 2nd round was free of charge to take good care of fixing the issue. I'd love to believe that everything is always done perfectly by everyone, everytime, but it's not. What I do appreciate is them stepping up to handle the issue without a battle. DeShaun and Cody were both great representatives for their company and Mike, the Master Plumber was great at getting me set up with good techs.DeShaun was prompt and also did the work in a timely manner. I'm very happy I went with them in the first place, as they stood by their work when it came time to.

We had a tankless water heater installed. We are happy with it, a week in. We have had no issues and like the extra space. It is very expensive. I can share that I am very happy with the lead installation tech... This company was a 'joke' they came out and the 1st person was there about 7-10 minutes telling me it needed a camera but he didn't have one. By the way my appt was from 5-7, i get a call at 4 telling me the technician is on his way, NO my appointment was for 5, had to leave work early. He shows up for 7-10 minutes charges me $43 and leaves and schedules a camera appointment for Saturday at 8-10. The guy shows up at 8:15 and tells me he can't camera cause of insurance liability too cold to go on roof, doesn't even want to reschedule for late that day he leaves and i'm charged $43 for NOTHING. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! Now i'm disputing a charge with my credit card company as I was told I was going to get a refund (this was on 03.02) and as of today, 03.13 NOTHING!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY

I had a great experience with A Better Plumber. I had an outdoor exposed pipe which cracked in the cold, I called around and could not get anyone to come down in a reasonable amount of time. I called A Better Plumber and they were able to send a tech out the next day. Dylan Wilson is the plumber that was sent out, he was friendly, professional, and explained what needed to be done. He gave me the estimate to fix the pipe as well as installing a new sink. They are not the least expensive plumbing Co, but you get what you pay for. Dylan did an excellent job and A Better Plumber does have a two year parts and labor warranty which a lot of others do not offer. Please give them a call if you need a reliable and professional plumber.

If you want to get price gouged, this is the place to go. I had to pay a service call fee to have a technician come to our house and quote us for installing a reverse osmosis system we had and to fix a leaky toilet. After paying the fee, the technician who came to our house was not interested in helping us with the issues we had paid the fee for.He quoted us an astronomical price for the RO system ($2000 for the install) and $400 to replace the ball in the toilet tank.HOWEVER...if we wanted to buy one of his whole house RO systems for $8000, he would replace the ball in the toilet, and three stop valves under our sink for free.The whole service call was not about service. In fact, it appeared his only goal was to upsell us on their RO system!After he left, I replaced the valves (which he wanted to charge $750 for), for $30 in parts and 45 min of my time. I also was able to install the RO system in about 2 hrs.The price they wanted to charge for the amount of work was ludicrous. If the technicians sole focus was on upselling us to one of their systems, I don't want to be paying a $49 service fee for them to try and sell me.Very disappointed, and certainly won't be recommending them to anyone!

We had a leaky pipe inside a wall. We were able to get an appointment for the next day which was great. Our technician, Avery, was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. Don't let the $39 initial inspection fool you, this company costs a ton of money to use. Either Avery was dishonest with the way he calculated our bill, or the company itself price gouges systemically. Avery said the job would take 4 hours. It took him 3.5 hours to complete the pipe repair (5 feet of 3-inch plastic pipe), and 45 minutes of that was driving to Home Depot and back. The bill was $2,350. This calculates at $671/hour. While I absolutely respect the plumbing profession and the work that Avery did, I feel like charging $671/hour is indefensible. I will call them to ask if this bill is correct. If they feel like this charge is reasonable, I will not be using this company again.

I really have nothing but positive things to say about A Better Plumber, and specifically our technician, Beau. We had a garbage disposal issue a month ago and at the same time the original plumber we had scheduled was supposed to arrive, they called to cancel. I called A Better Plumber and they were able to send someone out with a two hour window that same afternoon. We ended up having to get the garbage disposal replaced, and Beau did a great job, including going above and beyond by fixing some pipe issues under our sink. He was thoughtful enough to notice that the previous plumbing work had been shoddy, and he insisted on checking our water heater, which ended up being a godsend. Thank you Beau! Thanks to A Better Plumber we have a new and better garbage disposal, and even more importantly, we were able to fix and address larger plumbing issues before they became emergencies or damaged our home long-term. The cost was a lot ($850) but I can’t complain, because it was an emergency repair, and the service very professional, kind, and honest.

I decided to reach out to this plumbing Co after seeing high Google reviews and having a pipe burst due to the figid temps in December.- Let's start with them being 45min late. This was outside of their 2hr window. I had to call for an update since no one showed up in the allocated time frame.- Price gouging. The plumber never gave me a quote until I stopped him from starting the repair. It's a good thing I did because he quoted me $800 to cut a 3 section of pipe and repair. He then said, had I not removed the drywall covering the section of the pipe, it would have been 1k.Are you kidding me? So essentially, he wants to charge 1k/hr.I believe they are doing this because homeowners are stuck without water in their homes. How in the world are you taking advantage of people like this? Maybe $200/hr but 1k for an hour of work?Of course, I told him No, and ended up doing it myself for $40 in parts and borrowed tools. It took me 1.5 hrs since I'm not a skilled plumber.

I appreciate that Jacob and KC were able to diagnose and resolve the issue with my toilet supply line so quickly. They were prompt and professional. I highly recommend them.

Jacob was great, he was early and let us know the cost and details of the project for cleaning our drains. Jacob would get a rating of an A. The next day they came back to repair the faucet. I wasn't given the name of the repair man. He rang our doorbell when there is clearly a sign that says not to. He had a horrible attitude and was going to charge us an outrageous dollar amount for a $10 dollar job. He would receive an F rating. I would recommend Better Plumber for cleaning drains.

I was interested in a price for a simple garbage disposal remove and replacement. The plumber that showed up was professional and courteous so I considered having them do the work until I asked how much would I be charged . The plumber said $ 900 + dollars. After regaining my breath and some degree of sanity I asked how much if I bought the disposal myself and then they would install it for me, the answer was $ 554.00 !!! At which point I asked how many hours was the job and what their hourly rate was ? The reply was they don’t have an hourly rate they just price each job separately, so naturally I declined . I went to Home Depot and bought a new 3/4 HP disposal for $ 179.00 and installed it myself in 47 minutes. I timed it because I am 67 years old and retired so I am not as quick as I once was . I was told “ we’re not the cheapest nor the most expensive , the plumber said the job would take approximately 1/2 an hour.“ well I must say that $554.00 for 47 minutes work is in the old school speech “ a total rip off” I would like to know how any company can justify this price . My suggestion to anyone who needs any repair work done on appliances or anything for that matter is to find a company that does do an hourly charge and ask how long it will take . Run don’t walk away from this company and find a company that doesn’t take advantage of its customers with outrageous pricing.

I did appreciate a Sunday service call, $39.95 to evaluate but only my situation was TOO complicated. $329 was the cost of the service call. Moving bathroom water supply 8” to the left as well as the drain. Less than $50 in copper an pvc and ( with a trip to Home Depot) less than 2.5 hours of labor . Just under $2000. So, I feel completely taken advantage of. Granted I didn’t HAVE to sign the contract. But.. what was I supposed to do at that point?Avery was a very nice person, never balked at the questions I asked. He seemed very competent at his job.Ammendment:After a few days spoke with one of the owners. Worked with me some on my issues. It’s refreshing to be heard and worked with. Quality plumbing service and a nearly immediate response to any needs.

I had to have my entire sewer system replaced. 11/04/22 It was cast iron. Muris and his crew (sorry don’t know names of the other helpers) would have gotten the job done in 1 day but they had to dig in the front of the house so the job took 2 days. His crew work hard and fast. I would definitely recommend A Better Plumber Company. His men were kind, efficient and trustworthy. No outrageous pricing either!

I have had this company do two services and both times I have been impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the technicians. Kyle and Dylan performed the services I needed and both were efficient, and excessively knowledgeable at their trade. While I don't want to have to call them for unexpected repairs or situations, I have full confidence if I do need to have them come for services they will be amazing and get everything resolved.I am looking forward to having this company perform some more work down the road for remodels and other proactive services.

Called yesterday (Friday) morning and I was told that they’d be here from 5-7pm. When they weren’t here at 7 I called and was told that the appointment was pushed back to a 7-9 window. They again didn’t arrive at 9, so I called and was told they needed to reschedule for Saturday at a 5-7pm window. I was even sent a text confirmation of the time, so we planned our afternoon around the appointment.Saturday comes and again no arrival during the window and now no response when I call to ask where they are at 7. Finally ay 8:30pm I get a call telling me they’d need to reschedule again.We’re finding another plumber. We planned our family’s schedule around the times they gave us, and they not only failed to show up 3x during arrival windows, but I had to constantly call to get updates to find out why they didn’t show. Learn from our mistake and go with another plumber.

Called about a toilet leaking and they were able to call out a plumbing tech that day. In the service world this is unheard of. I was grateful they sent out Kyle Bunting. He was quick and very kind. He took his time looking at the small leak and fixed it within the hour. He was courteous and would highly recommend this technician.

Kyle was our tech on the night of Christmas and he was great. It was so late but he was on time, more than helpful, and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. Everyone we spoke to from here was great and I'd go to them again.

Night before thanksgiving, I am taking a shower and when I went to shut off the water, it didn’t shut off all the way. A steady flow of hot water was coming out, enough to fill a large bucket in about 5 minutes. I’m pretty handy with home repairs so I tinkered with the valve a bit to try and force it closed to no avail. We had just had that cartridge replaced a few months prior for the same issue, so I was incredibly frustrated. Of course it was late and after hours before a holiday and our usual plumber was out of office. After a quick google search for emergency plumbing services, they set up an appointment for Thanksgiving day with A Better Plumber to come out.Dylan W. arrived on time and within a very short time diagnosed the issue as a bad pressure regulator. We had had one installed a year ago when our water softening system was upgraded and they had used poor parts, and it had failed without my knowledge. Thanks to the forethought of the owner at A Better Plumber, they had purchased spare parts prior to the holiday and had them on hand, as no stores or suppliers were open on Thanksgiving Day, as expected. Dylan was able to fix the regulator in a short amount of time with a much better quality part and will be returning to replace the cartridges that have failed because of the pressure issue.I have a lot of respect for companies that go above and beyond for customers. Especially on a holiday when so many places are closed. I also appreciate them working with us on cost. I had estimated the replacement of a cartridge, but a regulator valve is much more of an expensive cost and they still managed to make it work for us.Because of the service, the quick response, the clear technical expert knowledge Dylan showed, and the overall relief we got for something that almost prevented us from following through on thanksgiving plans, I am absolutely going to call A Better Plumber first next time we have a plumbing issue.Thanks again to Dylan for his work and for working on a holiday. I could not be more appreciative and his work ethic and effort is the best I have seen in a long time.

Our tech Kyle was amazing and very professional for the entire time he was at our place! We had scheduled this company to replace our entire water tank system and to fix our main bathroom shower. We had had issues with another company prior and Kyle did an amazing job easing our concerns. Super efficient, the communication was amazing. Kyle included us in every step of the process and told us exactly what he was doing and why. Loved that they have a 2 year warranty on their work and a 6 year warranty on the tank itself. 10/10 would recommend this company and will definitely be coming back for any future needs!!

We decided to go with A Better Plumber after doing a bit of research, and they sent us their new technician Kyle Bunting to do the work. We had two toilets fully replaced, including both emergency shutoff valves, as the old ones were rusted out. Kyle was extremely professional, courteous of my family as we work from home, and completed all of the work in only a couple of hours! I was also pleasantly surprised that he did a great job cleaning up after the job, taking both of the old toilets with him as well as the cardboard boxes from the new toilets we purchased at Home Depot the night before.

We have used A Better Plumber numerous times in the last year, with many of those service calls happening in the last few weeks. We are doing some small renovations and as various surprises have revealed themselves behind the walls of our 1980s-built home, A Better Plumber has been right there anytime we needed a technician for both urgent and emergent issues. Most recently Avery came out, and he was professional, courteous, and extremely patient as I fuddled with the new cabinet boxes how I wanted them so he could make the new sink sit perfectly and could reconfigure the plumbing. Avery took time to explain everything that needed to be done and was super helpful in clarifying the rationale for the scope of the project. We’ve also recently had Kyle B and DeShawn come out to do other work and repairs and they were also extremely friendly, professional young men. On top of it, all 3 of these technicians busted their butts, working on our pipes and things for however long it took to get the job done, a few times well into the evening, clearly taking pride in their work to ensure it was done right.

Carlos was very thorough and prompt. Fixed the issue, cleaned up and was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

They installed a hot water heater 1.5 years ago that ended up having a manufacturing defect. They replaced it at no cost, we’re responsive and quick about the whole thing. Was also under warranty so there was no cost to us. The trouble began after the work was complete. The tech returned to inform us we had water pressure that was too high. It was out of range and could cause a lot of problems. He showed us a pic on his phone that he had apparently just took of our high pressure. They quoted us $1300 for a fix. We got a second opinion. And also measured the pressure ourselves. It was not out of range. And it does not cost $1300 to fix such problem. The most generous interpretation of this was that this particular technician was not great. Another interpretation would just be incredulously dishonest and disreputable business practices.Response: Great would love to see that pic with time and date location from your tech. We were home and he showed us a pic (instead of just showing us the actual reading) that he got to after scrolling through his photos. He showed us one before in his roll that was just before a picture of a woman at another location and obviously not taken at our house. But we will get you a photo of the pressure for your records and post it here. If the water heater breaks a second time, I have no intention of having your company back in my residence.

We relied on A Better Plumber to fix two separate issues this week, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kyle, Danny, and Carlos were the epitome of professionalism; I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Danny and Carlos came to our house to fix a clogged garbage disposal. They were able to take it apart and get it working again so that we didn't have to buy a whole new one, were very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future next time we need a plumber!

From start to finish, our experience with A Better Plumber was amazing! First, my mom (Kathryn Swart) called to have Charles came out to evaluate our issues, and he was able to come out the day after we called; he came earlier than anticipated, was extremely knowledgeable, honest about the issues and their potential cost (particularly with their financing, which we’re very grateful for), patient, and friendly. Throughout the entire process he has been quick to respond, even after regular business hours, and has been adamant that we could reach out with any issues we’ve had. He not only explained the various options we had to fix our issues, but discussed a whole home water filtration with us. We never felt that he was pushing for a more expensive option, but rather giving us his honest assessment as to what works best and would work best for our home. When we ran into an issue after the plumbers left, he and Mike helped us coordinate with an HVAC technician the same night (more on that in a moment). Really wonderful service!The day after Charles left, KC and Rick came out to complete the work - we needed a new water heater installed, plumbing issues fixed in the main floor bathroom, and bathtub trim replaced in the bathroom downstairs. Even with the 9 inches of snow and treacherous road conditions, they made it to us in a timely manner, around 9am. They were both extremely professional, efficient, and patient with the issues our plumbing presented - apparently the plumbers before them made some strange choices that meant the simple bathtub trim job ended up taking most of the day, as they had to replace a valve through a bedroom wall and fuss with the pipes. They were never deterred by the issues, and were very transparent about what needed done. They had the hot water heater installed within a couple of hours, and the upstairs pipes also fixed within a couple of hours. They were courteous when it came to cleaning up afterwards and in good spirits (with us, anyway - I’m sure it was frustrating!) the whole time despite the difficult conditions of the job.When they left - around 7pm! (the downstairs bathroom was a menace, and they had to run to get parts) - , we noticed that our furnace was no longer kicking out hot air. We weren’t sure if it was somehow related to the work they’d done, as they replaced a rusted gas pipe on the furnace, and had to flip off the breaker to work on the water heater. When we contacted Charles to see if he could advise us, he answered extremely quickly, and ended up asking Rick to drive back to see if he could help. By then it was after 8, so we were shocked that they were willing to come out, and extremely grateful. That they were willing to do that is a testament to what great guys they are. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t one Rick could fix - but they assured us that they would make sure an HVAC company that they trusted would come out and fix the issue the next day. And indeed they did!We plan to use them for any and all plumbing issues we encounter, and for all maintenance we need as well. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did to help us, and for their speed, efficiency, knowledge, and kindness throughout the entire experience. I’d recommend them to anyone! I noticed that there was some leakage under my kitchen sink. I attempted to tighten the areas that were leaking, and also googled how to repair the situation myself. I was unable to stop the problem, so turned off the water, and called this plumber. Beau came out and took care of the issues, as well as addressing some leaking, and lose tap problems with the bathtub. I was most appreciative. I thought at first this visit was going to be very costly, but Beau was upfront and honest, and did not try and upsell me with products that I did not need. He was transparent, and showed me options, then politely allowed me to choose. I liked that. I will definitely call upon this company in the future if I have any other plumbing needs.

Emilio came out to our house to assess water pouring into our basement. He calmly and expertly explained the issue, got us the recommendation that was correct (which differed than 2 other plumbers recommendations). He saved us over $10-15K because other plumbers wanted to redo our entire water main. Thank you!!! I will trust this service for my other plumbing needs and cannot recommend them enough!

I called A Better Plumber for a disintegrated kitchen line and Travis was amazing. He camera inspected and also found the laundryline needed replacing as well. He figured out how to reroute the pipes to cause the least amount of excavating and he even talked with my insurance agent himself to advocate for more coverage. The work done by Gabe and JM was excellent. They were professional, did excellent work and cleaned everything up well. I will use A Better Plumber again when I need plumbing services!

A Better plumber has gained our utmost respect and appreciation. We had a main water pipe break on a Sunday meaning no water in the house. We called top rated A Better Plumber and Kyle was out immediately and demonstrated a genuine concern to get our water turned back on. I called A Better Plumber because of the reviews I read on line. From the initial phone call to the end of the work replacing the old clay and collapsed sewer line in my front yard I felt that I was dealing with people that were professional and wanted me to be satisfied. Travis, who was at my house on a Friday evening, scoped the line, showed where the problem was and gave me a couple options. I chose to have the entire line replaced. The price was well within reason, based on my experience. Within 24 hours the entire job was complete, Great care was taken to minimize damage to my lawn. My neighbors even commented on how quickly this crew was in and out. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone that asks. While Travis had out of town plans for Saturday, he called me during the day to make sure everything was going as planned. Nice Job!!

I had a pipe burst during the deep freeze that swept through Colorado shortly before Christmas. I made many calls to “24/7” plumbers, but A Better Plumber was the only one that actually answered the phone, all others went to voicemail. They promptly got me scheduled that day and got a technician out to my house.Only a short few time later, Muris showed up as promised and located the burst and did what was necessary to get the burst isolated and restored water to the rest of the house. At the time, through no fault of his own, he was unable to finish the repair. This was due to cabinets and drywall and other things that would beed to be removed by other contractors.I scheduled another appointment for several weeks later to finish the repairs. He looked and listened to what was done previously, and proceeded to finish the job.I cannot say enough about either Muris and Kevin. Both were punctual, professional, and explained every thing they did. They answered all of my questions, and showed me things to do in the future. Not only to avoid the same issue, but for other general plumbing things as well.I will be saving A Better Plumber’s info, along with Muris’s and Kevin’s names for any future updates kinging needs.

Dylan was at the door on time and completed the job quickly. I paid another plumber over $900 to replace two quarter turn valves. Service technicians arrived on time and were very professional for the entire time they were staying for service. Our technician, KC, did an exemplary job relocating a PVC drain pipe located in a very complex and challenging area. He:- Made sure to obtain a wide flexibility of fittings to be able to navigate the challenge (made a special run to Home Depot after scoping the job).- Ensured the drain pipe would flow perfectly, using even 22-degree fittings to good effect, while navigating it through a complex and tight space. We are moving into a new home and our new washer and dryer were delivered yesterday. The delivery guy installed the washer and started a cycle to test it. And when the machine started draining, WATER EVERYWHERE. At first we thought it was installed wrong. But we soon determined the washing machine drain pipe was clogged. I called A Better Plumber and within 30 minutes they were there! Jacob and Carlos showed up and immediately got to work. They unclogged not only the washing machine drain but also the kitchen sink drain which was clogged. They arranged for a water mitigation team to come in (they will be here today) to assess damage that may have occurred yesterday or even prior to our incident. They will also come on Sunday to put a camera down those drain pipes to see what we are facing with respect to age and deterioration. Kind of scary when one buys a new home and finds unexpected surprises. I am impressed by the professionalism of this company's representatives. They seem to know what they are talking about and we feel comfortable knowing that they will give us honest answers about what the next steps are. And thank you for coming as quickly as you did. I am happy that we found a new plumber we can depend on.

He’s a great guy and I enjoyed working with him.A Better Plumber charged me $40 for K.C.’s trip to my home, diagnoses of the problem and the estimate of repair costs. A Better Plumber offers to fix the problem on that first trip. However, in my case, the quoted price for fixing the bathtub drain shoe was $923. I found the part at Walmart for $27.95. The broken pipe was exposed with easy access, so I did the repair myself. I saved $895 and only used 1 1/2 hours of my time to do this repair.

In every way I can think of, this experience was top notch. Anthony from A Better Plumber was absolutely amazing. Timely, knowledgeable, communicative, honest, professional. As a homeowner, dealing with plumbing issues can be at worst a nightmare, and at best, stressful. For us, with Anthony, it was not even stressful. We had a bad hot water heater, clogged toilet, shower that ran out of hot water too fast (unrelated to the hot water heater), and two faulty faucets (sink and shower). He efficiently fixed/replaced everything (except the toilet, which is because it was dunzo so we’ll have to him to come back and install a new one). Obviously none of this stuff is cheap, but their prices are comparable to the last plumbers we had, and the last plumbers were awful. Anthony gave us quick and honest appraisal of what was underlying our issues and kept us updated throughout the process, but super professional and didn’t engage more than necessary while I worked from home. He was quiet and efficient. He gave me tips and heads up on stuff I wouldn’t have thought to ask. Honestly what may be the biggest thing for me, was that he was thorough. Very detailed in his problem solving, execution, and communication. I want an Anthony equivalent for every business I interact with. He is absolutely trustworthy.

This company responded to our home last Fall (I cannot remember the name of the young man but my wife says he was the ultimate professional; polite, thorough and informative about his work). I have inspected the plumbing work he completed in our basement involving a leaking waterline above the hot water heater and found it to be thorough and well done. He was kind enough to provide a detailed, itemized statement, photographs, and an explanation of his work. Based on his work and my wife’s observations we would definitely use A Better Plumber again!

We had a plugged toilet that backed up in our shower. We called these folks. They came out. They tried to unplug the toilet but was unsuccessful. They did a bunch of test and said we needed $10,000.00 worth of work. Digging up the front yard. I got a second opinion. A different company comes out. He is here twenty minutes, unplugged toilet....$288.00. DONESo, what does that tell you?

The technician, Mr. Rick Smith, arrived on time and assessed our leak to our toilet which was under the toilet to the subfloor and was affecting our wood floors in our bathroom. He solved the problem and fixed two other issues while he was at our home. He did not push the additional repairs but wanted me to know about them, so they may be addressed in the future. We went ahead and had all repairs completed. I have used other plumbing companies in the Denver area over the past ten years; and this was the best experience. Not the cheapest but also, not the most expensive. All work comes with a two year warranty. Give them a call!

John, nice guy, but the services provided were just too expensive unfortunately at $1500 total. In the end we couldn't afford the further shower repairs needed, and the plumber had to leave without really doing anything. Even then, the diagnosis alone cost $300 for what quite frankly was a whole lot of nothing. Very disappointing. We would have been better off not calling in.Edit: We called in a hispanic plumber, and he fixed not only one shower but our second one as well for $1050 in 2 hours. Now that's impressive, and affordable.Final Edit: Contacted Jeff, and very comprehensive and respectful fellow. He humbly apologized for the rare disservice and offered me a full refund for the services in question. I had a rough first time with the company, but I will definitely reconsider my view of the service and would definitely try again if ever needed in the future.

Travis, the master plumber, was very helpful in his initial consultation. KC Collins was also very thorough when he came to inspect the line after it was partially replaced.My issue is with the office management. My invoice included a jetting service to clear out the rest of the line, but they did not complete this work. I had to call repeatedly for over a month to get the work I originally paid for to be completed. Beware when you use this company, they might not complete all the work they promise.

After another company no-showed on my emergency sewer drain problem, I got A Better Plumber on the phone at 7:30pm and they were out here at 8am the next morning. They texted me when they were on their way. Great communication. Danny was very knowledgeable, courteous, conscientious and helpful. He took care to put booties not only on his shoes but the machine as well, to protect floors and carpet. He cleaned the area before and after working there. The bathroom in my finished basement was being repaired via an insurance claim when it was discovered that the p trap beneath the shower was cracked and needed to be replaced.The contractor working the insurance claim contacted A Better Plumber to do the work. The first plumber that came out on a Tuesday, looked at the p trap and said he didn't do those types of repairs. Another plumber would need to come out. However, that plumber was not available for four days.When the second plumbers came out on Saturday, they looked at what needed to be done and said they would email the contractor an estimate.The contractor called me on Monday and said the estimate from A Better Plumber was $11,000!! Since the cracked p trap was unrelated to the insurance claim, I would have to pay the money out of pocket.Instead of going with A Better Plumber, I called another plumbing company who came out the next day. They looked at what needed to be done and completed the work the same day! The best part is that the total bill for the second plumbing company was less than 1/4 of the estimate A Better Plumber gave me!!! Not only did A Better Plumber quote me a very high price, they wasted precious time in getting the insurance work completed on my bathroom! Don't trust this company at face value and always get a second estimate!

He was able to narrow down where the leak in bathtub was coming from and then expertly fixed it. Eric was very professional and really knows his trade. Although Justin was professional, I felt that the price for the job was a bit steep. I looked up the average cost of the job that was needed and it was in the $100-$200 range. I needed a seal to be fixed between my hot water heater and furnace. Justin quoted me $550 to replace the pipe. I negotiated the price to $350. As Justin started working on the job, he was unable to take off the nut that connects the hoses to the pipe. His solution that he offered was to go out and find another hose. However in doing so he was going to charge me an additional $100. I understand the inconvenience of it and cancelled my service. Had the prices not been steep I probably would have fulfilled the service request. I would caution anyone to be careful with this company and their prices. My neighbor had a similar experience with A Better Plumber with the insanely high prices.In response to the owner's comment:I was able to hire a qualified plumber that was able to COMPLETE the job for HALF the price.

I used A Better Plumber to help with an emergent leak we had in our kitchen, and they were able to get someone out within a couple hours, late on a Saturday night. Kyle was the plumber that came out and helped with everything. Basement drain was backing up. Very responsive. It wasn't an emergency yet and they fit me in the next day. Cleaned out the line, cleaned up my basin (didn't even have to do that) and they came back out to scope my entire line to look for any breaks. Cost $250 total and I'll use them again.

I called Sunday evening after I put a screw through a 1/2” water supply copper pipe. Avery Babeon was our plumber on call. He came within 20 minutes and fixed under 30 minutes. Professional and courteous.

Update: changing my review to 1 star. A separate technician came a few days later to scope the pipes with a camera, and we were told we would get a video and pictures of the inside of the pipes. We have now called several times on different days trying to get this information. All they have sent us is picture of the access point, not the actual scope of the pipes that we were promised. We will now have to hire another company to come scope and provide us with more information in order to decide what preventative measures we need to take.We will not be calling A Better Plumber again.Jesse came to clean our sewer at 7:30pm when we had a sewage back up late in the day in a commercial building. He was very timely and professional. I really appreciated how he explained everything to me in a way I could understand with our being condescending.The price was very reasonable. We had a very similar service preformed by ServPro late last year, and a Better Plumber was a much better value.We will definitely be calling them again when needed!

Both techs were able to handle the job in a timely manner, and were very pleasant despite the several set backs we faced, due to factors out of our control, and in coordination with Denver Water. I was very pleased with the end product and the level of communication provided from both the on-site technicians and ABP’s front office. We had a horrible blockage in our 2nd floor and water leaking down on the first floor ceiling. We called 20+ plumbers on Sunday and got very few responses and no availability for Sunday work. A Better Plumber answered, put us on priority and sent us a confirmation text with 8am Monday morning and a photo of Jacob, our plumber. It was nice to get communication from them of who and when (especially when we were frantically calling everywhere to find someone to help). Jacob came and assessed the situation, fixed the blockage and cleaned up very well. Turns out flushable wipes aren’t “flushable” and the bottom of the toilet was caulked causing the water to seep into the floor vs out under the toilet.He also spent some time explaining the issues and how to navigate if other issues arise later. He also put in a referral for us to work with their sister company on remediation of the ceiling black water due to the issue and they are coming today to assess. Jacob also talked to me about our water testing/quality and what other things we can do to provide safe drinking water to our family so I have an appointment in a couple days to review that. All and all it was a great experience in a stressful time and Jacob got it all taken care of. Will recommend to everyone I know!

Though I didn't have time to get back to him, he went ahead and offered me a credit on my service as an apology and I very much appreciated it. My issue was minor but it definitely goes along way in my book. Customer service wins again!***Original review***Great customer service until I had a minor issue with the work then they disappeared! I had a pipe leak and the guy that came by was great. Good customer service. Did his job and I think he did it well! The only issue was getting him or someone back out to fix the minor issue after he was done.Prior to the work, the house was draining water very slowly and he had to pull the cartridge from the shower to help it drain so he can finish his work in a dry environment. Once finished he packed up and left. Some time later, went to take a shower and I had very little water pressure in only the shower. Called them back and they ghosted me a couple times essentially saying they’d call and never doing so! Called another plumber (in this case a literal better plumber pun intended) and they told me how to fix it over the phone. Kudos to them for the free service. They’ll get my future business going forward.Long story short, I think if the work is fine the first time then great, but if you need them to come back out for not doing something right they won’t. At least that was my experience.

He was very pleasant and professional and went quickly to work.He identified the leakage issue for me, indicating that numerous problems existed when my new toilet was replaced by a certified plumber.It was obvious where the leaking was occurring, but he wanted me to see around the base at the rear of the toilet. He then took time to show me how the flange was not attached and the consequential problems for improper installation of the toilet.John was very helpful to educate me. I won't use another plumber now that I found this one!!! I've used them twice. Once was for a problem I had 3 other plumbers out to fix and none of them knew what to do because it was an odd problem. A Better Plumber came out and fixed it!! This time I had some leaks and Beau with this company was out and again fixed it without any mark ups and told me exactly the problem and fixed it in no time. What a great company! This is the only plumbing company I will do business with again. I was worried our main drain line was clogging up. Two companies I called said it would be a week before they could take a look. A Better Plumber came out the very next day!Danny arrived on time, was clean, professional and respectful of our home. The best part is what happened next. After running a few checks and inspecting the drainage, we were told we did NOT have any plumbing issue. Jacob did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done to unclog my kitchen sink and quoted me a reasonable price ($219). However, after he sent a cable in around 50 ft, the clog persisted. He immediately contacted his office and arranged for a technician with a camera to come out and, hopefully, isolate the problem so he could determine the best way to fix the problem. I fully expected to pay the agreed-upon price and was pleasantly surprised when Jacob told me there would be no charge, including the camera appointment! the so called plumber on the first visit broke his snake in the line,,plumber # 2 on the next day tried to convince us that the problem was out in the alley, when in fact the broken piece was still in the pipe and the broken sewage sump pump was the real problem initially. What rookies and scammers! Btw.... the broken snake is still in the pipe causing a new backup! Stay clear!

Beau was great. I had a water pressure issue with my kitchen sink. He resolved it in 15 minutes. I then had him estimate a few upgrades which others had previously estimated. He noticed and told me of many things others had overlooked, my house plumbing is complicated. I desired to have a washer and dryer hook up. Beau was the only one to point out that the hook ups were not the issue, there was no place to vent the dryer. No one else either realized that would be an issue or they didn’t care. Beau was honest and forthright. I appreciate that kind of service. I have his card and it is on the refrigerator. I will be using this company again.

Beau is the one who came out and replaced the main shutoff valve, pressure adjustment valve, and a leaky shower valve. He actually was able to show up early (the office called me to make sure that was ok.), assessed the work and parts needed, and then started right in on the work. He was very professional and personable. He also gave me the best price for all the labor and parts and was very satisfied with the final cost. I went ahead and invested in the annual membership and with the 10% discount that gave me the final cost was $10 less than without the membership. It also includes a free main sewer line flush ( worth about $300) so I really came out ahead. I'd recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I called A Better Plumber because i needed emergency service. They answered immediately and dispatched someone very quickly. Jacob arrived ahead of schedule and was professional and efficient. Not only did he resolve the issue, but gave tips to prevent issues in the future. I would reccomend they to anyone with a plumbing issue

I chose this company to repair our shower due to the number of good reviews. However, this was a serious mistake. They charged us over $460 to replace a simple part that I could’ve done myself. It would’ve costed $12 from Home Depot had I known how to do it myself.When the repair guy showed up, he immediately had me sign a paper stating that I’d pay the full amount for the work they’d do. They hadn’t even looked at anything by that time, and therefore couldn’t tell me what the overall cost was going to be. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but looking back on things this was a red flag.The repair guy looks at the shower, informs me he has to go to Home Depot to get a replacement piece. When he came back I realized how foolish I was for hiring anybody to do this job to begin with. The replacement piece screws into the pipe that comes out of the shower & literally anybody could do this kinda work. The shower piece costs around $12 and they charged us over $460 to unscrew a small piece of pipe and screw a new one in its place. And they had sign a paper beforehand stating that I’d pay them for all the work—before they could even tell me how much the work would cost or what kind of work they’d have to do. This seems like an ethically questionable business practice to simply lighten your wallet. Last time I use plumbers for something I can do myself with a little bit internet research…

We called A Better Plumber to clean our sewer line out to the street. Our house (and pipes!) are from 1955 so this is no easy task. The crew hit some snags along the way and were completely communicative and helpful the entire time! Even Travis, the owner, came out to help figure out just what was going on and make sure everything was completed properly.I've also had a new water heater installed with this team and that experience was easy, quick and worked great! Good price too - I shopped around and compared to three other places.I cannot recommend A Better Sewer enough! You will not be disappointed.

Had issue with kitchen sink pipe getting clogged and Danny responded doing a very clean and effective job. Covered the floor and area around drain access and then spent time talking about drain maintenance. He set up an appointment with Brandon to scope our main sewer line for no charge. Brandon was also on time and very efficient scanning the line which was full of root hairs. He set up a appointment to remove the roots in the line and also provided alternative estimates to stop the problems with the roots. Jacob arrived a couple days later, as schedule, to clean out the roots which was not an easy task with the limited space access to the line.Danny, Brandon and Jacob were all very professional, went out of their way to make sure things were clean, and very outgoing about corrective actions we might take in the future but were not pushy at all with recommendation. Was very happy and satisfied with the services provided.

We mistakenly left our hose attached over the winter and learned an expensive lesson, our lawn faucet cracked and of course, left a mess in the basement. I did not personally do business with A Better Plumber myself but my neighbor had them over getting work done. While the technician was wrapping up his job, he came and knocked on my door and alerted me about a dangerous noise coming from my AC. The technicians name was Kyle B and he informed me my AC coil sounds impacted from debris and my compressor is over working itself and I should get it maintained and cleaned. Just 2 days later my AC completely went out but was able to be revived because of Kyle's advice and act just in time. Phenomenal professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by Kyle B and A Better Plumber. Will definitely be calling when plumbing problems arise!

Service was great and thorough until I got quotes. A thermal expansion tank replacement for $928, $1427 for a pressure valve, smoke test $924 and $359 for scoping. We ended up scoping because we initially thought there was an issue with our shower and needed to do that at the time.Their employees are fantastic but their price gouging is outrageous.

They are very prompt and the technicians are friendly and skilled. Some of it borders on price gouging, though. We had a garbage disposal that was stuck on something. He grabbed his Allen wrench and twisted it back and forth a few times and voila, it worked. $375Updated: discussed the situation and they refunded most of the disposal fee. They’re a good option to have for when time and convenience is more important than money. Then again, being mis-charged took more time and made it less convenient. Wish I could give them 3 and a half stars

While we thought we’d end up with a suggestion to replace the whole thing, he confirmed it was all working and even showed us how to check it all. We were renovating a bathroom and found that our sink plumbing was leaking when tightened and had to shut off our water main. I called on a Saturday around noon and got an appointment for 1-3. Our tech was prompt, professional, and was good with my young cousin.

ABP, specifically John, came out and replaced the pressure overflow valve on my water heater and it was all in all a pleasant enough experience.Firstly, they apparently have a receptionist/booker who will answer the phone when you call them, which already puts them ahead of most other area plumbers.They were able to set an appointment for my non-emergency repair fairly quickly and John arrived right when they said he would. While here, John was professional and got right to work, finishing up in less than an hour.Their price was perhaps a little over what I had been quoted by some other plumbers, (maybe 5- to 10-ish%) but the aforementioned professionalism, timeliness, and ease of scheduling an appointment outweighs that in my opinion.Keep them in mind if you need a plumber.

My refrig water dispenser and icemaker stopped working. KC came out and was able to assess the clog in the tubing. He was efficient and knew what was needed. I'm so happy to find a good plumber and would use him again.

Danny was our plumber today to fix an over flowing drain pipe on the laundry room washer. Danny is knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer all of our questions. He takes his time and does a great job. The issue was fixed and verified to be fixed with us. We were able to get a quote for a pressure regulating valve and schedule that fix on the spot. He arrived right within the estimated window of time, and was able to get the PRV installed pretty quickly. As always, an amazing experience with A Better Plumber. We first met Travis (an owner) back in 2018 for a sewer cam. Not only was Travis professional and thorough, he was incredibly nice! When our laundry room drain was clogged, we immediately called A Better Plumber. The appointment was scheduled for the next day (at 8:00 a.m., I would add) and Danny was here right on time. Danny inspected everything and gave us a couple of good options. The first was a simple repair which got our washing machine up and running again. The second is a longer-term fix (to upgrade the plumbing) which Danny gave us a rough estimate to help us determine timing. In short - Danny built trust, right away. Jacob was great. Very courteous and competent. The issue was not easy to resolve, but he stayed with it until he cleaned the clogged drain. He cleaned up after himself and left everything, but the clog, the way he found it. Will use him again if needed.

I had a great experience working with A Better Plumber. The initial call was for a running toilet, and after determining it needed replacement they did not charge me for the first visit. I scheduled to have Jimmy install a new one and he was here right on time, very professional and friendly, and had the job done within an hour and a half. I had a great experience with A Better Plumber. I bought my house in May 2021 and the water heater had not been replaced since 1991 - needless to say that thing needs to be replaced, but instead of doing a full replacement this time around, I had A Better Plumber simply fix a pinhole leak in one of the copper pipes. Upon fixing the hole I had noticed, the plumber found another and quickly was able to fix that one too at no additional cost! I will definitely be using A Better Plumber once I'm ready for a full system upgrade! I called Jeff at A Better Plumber after another well known company had failed to show up during their promised 2 hour window of time (and when they asked for another hour to show up, they blew that too!) . They came out late last year to fix our leaky spigot and figured out the water pressure was too high on the meter coming in from the city. They configured a horizontal piping configuration to control it.Fast forward to a cold snap from winter and our spigot was leaking again. Beau made it the same day we called and replaced the faucet and the pipe back to the shut off valve. He explained everything and had us back to normal in no time. Great customer service! I appreciate knowing the cost up front too!

I called A Better Plumber after my toilet sprung a leak. Avery was the tech that came out. It didn't take him very long to figure out what the issue was and give me multiple solutions. I ended up going with a new toilet install. Avery came back the next day with my new toilet and installed it in about 30mins. Honestly I figured it would take longer since he still had to take out the old toilet. He was fast and very professional. 10/10 would recommend! If I do ever need to have something else fixed or replaced, I know I will be calling A Better Plumber back again.

When I first called a few days ago they quickly answered and got my an appointment booked to replace my fault. The person who I spoke to on the phone was extremely friendly and responsive. Our technician was AMAZING! His name was Danny and he came out because my disposal wasn’t working and was causing my dishwasher and sink to back up with gross old water. He was supposed to be here between 1pm and 3pm and I received a text that he was on the way not even 5 mins after 1pm. He was very polite and professional and fast! My disposal had a screw stuck in it and rather than suggesting I spend $900 on replacing it he took it a part and got the screw out! It was extremely cost effective and I will definitely be using this company in the future and I will recommend them to friends and family!

This company gave me a quote of $6500 for a new 50 gallon water heater. The plumber could not tell me where or if a leak existed, neither did his quote or picture. I had 2 other reputable companies come out and, guess what, no leak was there. The water was just not flowing to the drain. Not only did he have no knowledge he was double what everyone else was, if I was to happen to have to get it replaced. Do not go with them. Get a second opinion, especially when they can't give you an answer. I never write reviews, ever, but how dare this guy try to steal from me. Heater has been work and corrected for a while now. This shouldn't even be legal and I trust people as a 37 year old Marine. Thank goodness I contacted others even losing hot water for days because they told me to keep it off. Absolutely crazy!!!! I have quotes and pics if someone is looking. The other plumbers were baffled to his diagnosis.

We had a plumber who came out for some drainage issues from water/waste backing up into the bath tub. He came out for about an hour, used an electric snack to clean it out. About 3-4 months later the same problem had occur and this time it was also leaking out of my toilet(which was not there before) We called A Better Plumber!Danny came and did an excellent job with his plumbing services. He was detailed oriented, thorough, and took his time. He was very good at explaining the problem, and turned out we had a bigger problem. Ok, fine, get permission.Told us to get our tile guy to remove two tiles so they could access the rough plumbing. Ok, tile out, come back.John comes again to fix the messed up repair. July 15. Re-roughs the entire shower wall. Says have the tile guy come back and patch tile, then they'll come back to do trims. Ok, $500 in tile repair plus the original $4000 in plumbing charges, and still no functioning shower after 2 weeks.Tile guy repairs tile. Plumbing company sends out Dylan today 8/1 to do trims. Supposed to show up between 5-7pm. Shows up at 7:15pm.Dylan proceeds to lose a screw to one of the shower handles, ad lib by using two random non matching screws that he found laying around, strip both screws out completely so they're stuck in the valve, and leave the whole thing with two shower handles hanging crooked out of the wall without any way to get them out due to the stripped screws, and the third handle not installed at all because he broke off one of the screws inside the wall valve. $2000 in kohler valves and trims now ruined and useless. He finally left our house at 10:15PM on my insistence, and we immediately called the company and we're told it will be escalated to management which is what we've been hearing for 4 weeks and 5 total visits from various techs. A full month after the initial visit and still no functional shower!!Don't hire these guys. You might get a master plumber or you might get a complete moron- it's not worth the gamble. My dog could've done a better job.

I had a toilet leak and had called another company which didn't show up 2 days straight which was bad because my tenant had waited all day twice. So because of the waiting and the toilet leaking causing possible damage I was desperate to get it done. I had allready purchased the new toilet and just needed the old toilet replaced. I called they told me that they could be out the next day which was great. They told me that they couldn't quote me over the phone which should have been a red flag. The plumber came out and he quoted me $524.00 which keep in mind I had already purchased the toilet. I thought it was outrageous but because of the circumstances I needed it done. The guy replaced the toilet and told me that one of the bolts that attaches the toilet seat was broken during shipping. He also told me that he didn't have one which I was told by the company that their plumbers keep spare parts in case something was needed. He told me to go to home depot and pick up one and install myself. I contacted my tenant and told them that I would get the bolt and install it. My tenant told me that he took care of it and he did it because the plumber had the bolt but wanted to charge me for it and the tenant felt it was wrong especially for what they were charging me in the first place. So the toilet and instsllation costed me nearly $800.00. And $523.99 to install and they couldn't throw in a plastic bolt and lied about it was shocking and disheartening to say the least. I truly believe that if the bolt was broken he broke it himself to charge me for another one. A year ago I had a leaking bath tube which I forgot that I had called them for an estimate. The plumber that came out told me that the tub needed to be replaced and it would cost $17,000.00 because they needed to remove the floor and tear apart a wall. With $17,000.00 you should be able to do a complete bathroom remodel. I had another company come out and the problem was the drain needed resealing and I also had them recaulk the tub all total $150.00. Stay very clear of this company.

February 25, 2022 dawned cold with 4 inches of snow on the ground when a team of highly skilled workers from the Denver firm, A Better Plumber, showed up at 8 am to install a new 63 foot sewer line. A Better Plumber used a sewer replacement method that pulled the new line through the existing line. Eight hours later we had a new sewer with very minimal damage to our lawn and landscaping. The installation was more complicated than originally expected as the sewer exit location from the house required the removal a section of the entry sidewalk. The Better Plumber workers took the extra challenge in stride and still completed the job on schedule. We now have a new sewer line and you need to look twice to see any damage to our lawn. They had to remove one of our favorite rose bushes but did so in a caring way so that we think it will survive transplanting. If you need a new sewer, or need it opened, be sure to call A Better Plumber. The workers are skilled and efficient and the price is fair. You won’t be sorry.

I called around 12:30pm because our shower faucet would not shut off. Derek D. came out within 3 hours. I was amazed that they could get someone here that fast.Derek did a great job on the repair. He had it fixed very quickly. He was friendly and very professional. I thought I could fix my dishwasher myself, but as I dove deeper into the project to replace some parts, I realized the valve to turn off my hot water was broken and wouldn't turn off the water supply all the way. I called A Better Plumber and Dylan W came out to help me the next day (mind you this was the week of Christmas, so I was shocked when they could help me the next day!). Dylan came out and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He didn't just replace my valve, but gave me a few options of how to fix the issue, showed me all my water supply lines, my water shut off options, and explained everything he was doing as he did it, so I was always informed! We had a great conversation and even helped reassemble my dishwasher so it was working by the time he left. I HIGHLY recommended this company and ask for Dylan!

I was very satisfied with the service I received from A Better Plumber. We had a clog in the main drain for our house that caused the washer to back up into our laundry room when it dumped. Danny S. and Jacob arrived before our scheduled appointment and were able to quickly unstop the drain. They also provided detailed information about the issue and recommended an appointment to do a free camera inspection of the piping. Gary showed up promply within a few hours and quickly was able to identify a broken pipe beneath our laundry room that will eventually cause issues. We were also given a flash drive with the video of the inspection. He then stayed to get us a prompt quote on how much it was going to be to repair and what repairs would entail.All in all I was very satisfied with the level of performance and customer service that I received from A Better Plumber and their employees. The cartridge on our shower valve had completely failed. Beau was able to swing by and quickly diagnose the issue. Came out the day after I called for a diagnostic. Came within early part of time frame. Jacob was great and professional. My kitchen drain was clogged and it took a few time so I clog it and he tested it multiple times to make sure it was completely cleared out. Austin was so friendly and accommodating and knew what he was doing! He installed a brand new water heater since our old one was leaking and it was 21 years old! he also installed a copper water line for our new refrigerator. He recommended a copper line instead of plastic and suggested to use a new upgraded valve system and flex pipes for our new water heater and a new expansion tank. Austin showed up at 8:15am and left around 9am to get the Water heater tank and supplies.The job was completed within 4 hours around 1:30pm. I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship! Overall poor experience. Issues include not conducting free camera service the first time around. Employee was too lazy to do it the first time it was scheduled and it came back to haunt me a few weeks later when sewer back up started up again.Broken promises to complete the job on a specific day because I was leaving town and had Airbnb guests arriving. Had the “my dog at a light fixture” excuse from Jansen and then promising to come out but didn’t fix anything. Had to inconvenience my airbnb guests and stress about repairs while out of town.Vague invoices that didn’t reflect the actual work done on my unit. Requests for a more specific invoice went ignored. Price was outrageous based on the actual work done (four hours of actual work with three employees and ten feet ofreplacement sewer line) should not cost $3500.00.Damaged my washing machine when moving it from the crawl space area where the plumbing repairs were completed. Played the blame game (blaming the age of the washing machine) when in reality it was caused by A Better Plumber employees grabbing the top of washing machine door causing it to come off track and continually reset when trying to use it. Got rude vibes from Kyle Rubino when I challenged his excuse as to why my perfectly fine washing machine didn’t work now after they moved it. Had to pay another $99 to fix their mistakes.Lessons learned: 1) Get second and third quotes. 2) Don’t be pressured by high pressure repairs with time constraints; 3) Be persistent with getting detailed invoices for insurance purposes 4) Understand these are businesses all about “making money” and they will squeeze every last dollar out of you if you are under time constraints or stress to complete the repairs.

Avery was beyond professional and very easy to work with. I also cannot understate my appreciation for his kindness and love towards my dogs while he was in our home. He explained so much that I would have never even thought to ask about and even better he got us a new toilet! The Tech that came out Liberty was awesome, and he had outstanding customer service skills. He looked at my drain pipe and explained my issue in simple terms and how this issue should be resolved. Yesterday, I scheduled a preventative main drain clean-out. I had called several online ads and was frustrated with the fact that no one would give me an estimate on the phone. I was dreading the up-sell that might occur.Then, I reached Ashley at ...A BETTER PLUMBER...and had a wonderful experience with her. They had a special going on so I went forward with A BETTER PLUMBER. She scheduled Danny for this morning between 8 and 10am. Danny arrived at 8:00am and was incredible! I have done preventative maintenance 7 or 8 times over an 13 year period...but Danny set a new high bar. In this time of Covid he arrived wearing a mask, and with booties that he put on each time he entered the house, a mat, and towels and cleaning supplies!!!! He was able to answer every question I asked. Everything was done on a tablet and emailed immediately before Danny left. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Run away as fast as you can. They gave us a time and did not show. Changed time and did not tell us. Yelled at us on the phone for their mess up. Did not even start the job, then billed us $299 for work not started or completed. I will never use them EVER again.

For the estimate he spent extra time with me answering my questions so when he left I was comfortable with what needed to be done, what parts needed to be replaced, etc.I wasn’t expecting him to be the person doing the repair, and was really excited when his picture popped up in the text telling me he was on his way (really like that ABP includes a picture of who they’re sending).He did the job, saw the shower handle was slightly off and redid the job. Since it’s my guest bathroom shower, he could easily have left it and it could have been years before I noticed.ABP was the second company I called about my shower. Had a bad experience with first company - who charged me to fix something that wasn’t broken and left it in worse shape than when they arrived.My experience with ABP was the exact opposite extreme. I really appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and the quality of work.I would go on, but I need to go jump in the shower! 😉

Avery arrived on time, at the start of the quoted time-window, and was easily able to assess the problem and give us many options.We choose to completely replace our water heater, which they not only had on hand, but could do it immediately w/ no turn around time.Avery worked very efficiently, and was very professional, courteous, & thorough. We unfortunately caught a Better Plumber during a busy week & technician illnesses. However, the management/owner issued a credit on the final bill for cancelled appointment & delayed visit. That speaks to the good business practices & customer service focus of this company. We had 2 technicians visit our home. Both were knowledgeable, competent & efficient. The first technician diagnosed the problem - a leak where the circulating pump timer was installed by the builder. Since it was a Sunday, another technician came on Monday to execute the replacement & repair. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend (I already have) this plumber to others.

This business is fantastic. I woke up to a clogged sewer on a Saturday morning. Within 45 minutes of my call, I had a very professional plumber here. He looked at the entire plumbing setup and shared his work plan in detail before starting. After finding and removing the clog, he systematically checked and rootered the rest of my sewer line (he didn’t need to) and then checked every toilet, shower and sink to make sure everything was clog-free before leaving. I highly recommend this company’s service!

A Better Plumber is in short, the best home repair team I have ever worked with. We have now had two major issues at our house that the team has easily taken care of. Both Beau and Meris were both professional and knowledgable. Its the small details that make the huge difference between this team and others we have worked with in the past. The care to not track dirt in to the house as they went back and forth, spending the time to explain what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed and most importantly taking the extra few moments to make sure that the issue is fixed and that we were going after the root cause not just a symptom. We had a busted pipe connecting to our sump pump. Scheduling was easy and Beau came out quickly and got us all fixed up. The pricing was extremely reasonable and far below what I expected to pay having used other plumbing companies in the past. Beau was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything to us and provide us with some pricing in case we decide to replace the sump pump in the near future. I called to get a shut off valve replaced, they sent Beau over the next day. He arrived promptly and replaced the valve, and he was very nice. Definitely my new go-to plumbing service.Edit: I had a small plumbing emergency with my condo's water shutoff valves. Beau was awesome! Showed up right on time and was the perfect combination of friendly and professional! Our pipes froze and we knew one had burst but wasn’t sure where it was. He was able to find the burst pipe within our walls and fix it no problem, giving us back our running water within a few hours of him showing up. He also was super helpful with the knowledge he shared of how we can prevent the same situation moving forward, and even helped insulate the wall better with some insulation we had on hand before he put our bathroom back together for us. What we thought was going to be a long drawn out and strenuous process, Beau turned around no problem, and with a great attitude. Would definitely recommend.

Diagnosed the problem quick and didn’t delay on getting the parts needed for the fix and remedying the issue itself. My experience at A Better Plumber was a good one. My water heater went out on a Sunday and when I called, Mike answered the phone and said that he could get a technician out that night. Dylan showed up at my door about an hour later and assessed what needed to be done. I was hoping that it was just a small fix, but turned out to be a replacement. I was quoted at a couple different prices and decided to go with me one of the more reasonable quotes. Come to find out the next morning that the option I chose was not going to be an option for my space. However a better plumber honored the more reasonable quote and got me what I needed down in my crawlspace. Dylan performed the work that ended up taking a little longer then expected, due to the nature of the install. I did notice a leak that was under my sink that was caused by some new piping that had to be installed before Dylan left. Dylan then proceeded to fix it and I didn’t double check when he left that it had been resolved. About a week later I noticed that the leak hadn’t been fixed. In turn, it caused some water damage to my freshly installed vanity. I called Mike at a better plumber, and we worked out a resolution to get the leak fixed, as well as a solution to the water damage in my vanity. The next day Avery came out and fix the leak and triple checked that there was nothing for me to be concerned about. Avery was quick and efficient. With this experience I am still giving the company a five star review, for honoring their word and doing everything they can to make it right for me quickly and without conflict. I will definitely use a better plumber again in the future. Thank you for everything you have done.

We could not recommend A Better Plumber enough! We had a really bad issue with our whole kitchen line a week after buying our house and Israel and Daniel tackled it fast and with great professionalism. They were very thorough in showing us step by step what the issues were and how they were going to fix them. They approached every step of the job with suggestions on what would be the least invasive approach. We never felt like they were trying to upcharge us. Unfortunately our issue turned into a major and unexpected job that required jackhammering 30ft of cement floor. We are still amazed at how fast they took care of it. They even went the extra mile and brought us a steam cleaner to take care of the few inevitable stains on our carpet. They wore facial covering at all time and made us feel safe and comfortable. They showed up on time and were also fun to hang out with, which is a plus given the stressful situation we were going through. They also provided us with detailed documentation of the work they did so we can go back to our selling agent and request some reparations from the former owners. We are so impressed and grateful for their help during this difficult time.

Muris was fantastic and everything you hope to find when you have to call a plumber. He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and he wasn't pushy at all. I told him I wanted to get a second opinion and there was no pressure, he just told me to give him a call back if I wanted them to do the work. Turns out his bid was less than half what our nearby neighbors paid for a similar service recently, so I was more than happy to call him back and he had it done the next day. He left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived despite jackhammering up a bunch of concrete and dealing with sewer pipe, and he left me with some tips to help avoid having to call him back for anything less than a major catastrophe. Dude is solid and I recommend 100%, he is the only plumber I will be calling from now on.

while I try to give companies the chance to correct issues this can't always be the case. I originally gave this company a 1 star review based mainly on the fact that while the pricing seems to be affordable upfront it is far from that. Their customer service rep who's main job in my opinion is to solve issues with reviews, hence the high star average. Since at the time this complaint had mainly to do with excessive cost we came to an agreement. I would also like to state this is a rental and all I saw were pictures. So 6 weeks have past since the repair and I get a call from the owner in the below unit about a water leak in the except same location. Upon investigation 2 things were noted. The toilet should have been replaced in the first place since the tank had a hairline crack that was leaking but the bigger issue at hand was the toilet flange that A Better Plumber installed and charged excessively for. The flange was installed with wall mollies. Not sure when that became the standard..........never BTW. What was at best an hour repair if you were working very slow yielded a bill in excess of $600.- I think what their name implies is that you will need A Better Plumber after they do work for you.

Jacob was responsive and perfessional. He did a GREAT job and we were lucky to have him help us. We signed up for the membership and look forward to works Ng with Jacob again.

UPDATE: Had to call these guys again when I had an issue with my washing machine draining into my bathroom! Again, A Better Plumber came through! Jeff was prompt, friendly, and so helpful! I don't love having to call these guys, but when I do, I love the service they provide!Travis and Beau we're absolutely wonderful! They were on time for our repair and got the job done extremely well! They were true to their estimate. There isn't enough praise I could heap on the company and everyone I worked with. I have water again and it's because of this great company!

Had a leaking indoor water pipe, and they sent someone out that morning to fix it. Pipe was in a tight spot, which made the repair difficult, but my plumber Beau did a great job with it.

Gary was the best plumber. He showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I remodeled my bathroom and removed a jetted tub. Additional work was needed on my part before a new tub could be installed. He could have cut the floor joist without me knowing about it to make the new drain fit (as assume some other plumbers would do), but he said that would not be correct or structurally sound. He came back after I did my part to shim out the wall a little and the new tub and plumbing went right in. Thank you Gary for your honestly and excellent work. I will call A Better Plumber for any future plumbing work.

I worked with a Dylan D. and beyond doing great work on not only installing my water heater, but also taking the time to explain maintenance and care of my new water heater, he was on time and notified me before arriving. rick smith showed up to my house and it was a mess. he was really calm and professional and got my leak fixed and water back on right away. he was such a nice guy and really pro the whole time (from the little booties he wore in the house to the way he handled the leak). i would definitely use this company (and rick) again.

Purchased their membership in July which saved me a ton of money when I called them out again this month. They also offered me a free sewer cleaning that was included in my membership. Doing a basement remodel and adding a bahroom in with an existing line in placebut never used. Had the line scoped, cast iron was split and needed 38ft of concrete dug up and new line. They were fast and took care of us until they walked out the door. Took 5 days to get an invoice from them but took a check walking out the door to the tune of just under 12000. Our contractor then informs use they left the toliet flange to high for the flooring. Probably a question that should have been asked like tile or vinyl floor so we know where to set the flange. Finally after 5 days they come back then question who our contractor is and explains how to shim the toliet to my wife who has no clue about this. For the amount of money we spent I expect it to be right and not me fixing their mistake. Travis is a fast talking salesman who makes you feel comfortable then kinda disappeares when money is exchanged. This is been my experience with them

Probably wasn’t a good idea to not get another estimate, but i didn’t feel taken for a ride either. The availability, experience, guarantee, warranty and insurance warranted an honest increase. Dylan did great work accessing a hard-to-reach spigot from our finished basement and it took less than 1.5 hours. Overall, I’d recommend this service, may be good to get a few estimates though.

As newer homeowners of an extremely old house, we wanted to make triple sure all was golden with a gurgling toilet issue. I had Better Plumber out to install a whole house water filter. I'm super happy with the finished product. After the install I found a very slow leak from one of the connections...totally normal for that to happen after pressuring up a new system, these things happen. They came out the next day, tightened the connection and it's been perfect since. I can imagine that some other companies would have made this not as easy and care free. I will be using them again in the future.I would 100% recommend.
