I had Blue Sky out to install a new humidifier and air filtration/purification in my home. Vinny and Dustin did an incredible job. They even redid my ductwork to make everything look nice and function properly. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. James also did a wonderful job running the new electrical that was needed. I noticed a difference in air quality in my home almost immediately. Could not be happier!!

We have used Blue Sky in the past and this time our technician Gareth was fantastic. He responded within an hour as we only have one bathroom in our home. He was able to install a new toilet for us as the previous one was old and not functioning well any longer. Our floors are a challenge as it’s an old home and they are uneven. Gareth’s final install turned out great and we won’t hesitate to use Blue Sky again!

Had what I thought was a shower drain leak causing water to come through my ceiling - called Blue Sky on Sunday and they were able to schedule an assessment for the next day. Eric G. came out to my home and was very punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to deduce very quickly that my issue was more minor in nature and performed the repair all within that first 30 minutes. Thankful for the service I was shown and would recommend these folks!

Great company and great, fast service. A little pricey, but they do a great job and when it comes to plumbing, it is mandatory that it is done right the first time. They offer a family plan which gives you a discount and free service calls which is nice. They also operate around the clock and have emergency service. We bought a new home and it had leaks in multiple places. Bill came out on a Sunday in less than an hour and solved all of our problems. I then had toilets that I wanted replaced and Dan came out to install and also did a great job. Both worked quickly and were extremely knowledgeable in their field. I feel they both went the extra mile and I am grateful to have called Blue Sky. It is definitely worth the call and worth the service. I would highly recommend Blue Sky to anyone who is in need of plumbing services. I have zero regrets, and I'm a happy life-long customer.

We are located in a Colorado mountain community and during a snowstorm, experienced a minor issue that caused some property damage. I worked with Megan, the Customer Service Manager who was so gracious, followed through and provided support for repairs. Bryan, the Service Manager came to our home in person, offered solutions and followed through with resources as promised. Jr. and Hunter were tasked with the repairs who provided excellent, quality work and so courteous.None of the above was related to typical services rendered by Blue Sky however, all involved were excellent representatives of a professional and integral business! It is clear that Blue Sky promotes doing the right thing and provides its staff the autonomy to do so. It's also a choice made by each employee to embrace or reject. Wyatt and Dustin were amazing. They came to fix my swamp cooler. It was user error on my part and a simple fix. They went above and beyond. They thoroughly checked the entire unit, even crawled in my attic to check for leaks. They took extra time to explain how the system works and also explained other things. Then only charged me the trip charge. What wonderful service people. I would use them again if I need more work done.

I gave 4 stars because of the experience with customer service NOT the plumber. Our pipe burst and blue sky was able to come within 24 hours, which is great! Our plumber, Robert, was amazing. He fixed our pipe, was knowledgeable, and was super friendly and helpful. We had to call customer service for something our insurance needed but they were so rude to me. After I gave a bad review is when they actually helped, which is unfortunate. It felt like they didn’t care after I paid for the work. Outside of the customer service, the plumber is definitely someone I would like to hire for future needs.

I recently had Blue Sky Plumbing do multiple jobs at my condo. I originally had Gareth stop by to fix a shower issue that he was able to tackle immediately, but also asked him about another issue I had that he was also able to fix that day and I’m extremely happy with the end result. Following that visit, I requested another visit for a separate electrical bathroom exhaust fan issue I had and worked with Chris. His first visit he was able to fix one vent and diagnose the other. He returned this week with Aaron and was very detailed as to what he found and what needed to be done giving me options and being very honest. They did a great job and I appreciate their work. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Blue Sky and would recommend them if you’re in need of plumbing or electrical work. Thank you to Gareth, Chris, and Aaron for your work!

Heath, Eli and Chris were exceptional. I work with many contractors on a daily basis, and these guys did all of the right things. Fair priced, did exactly what I initially asked of them, professional and friendly. Great craftsmanship and were careful to clean up along the way. Over the last few years we have used Blue sky for a variety of different issues within our home. Blue sky is always professional and on time. I've never had a tech come to my home and not do an amazing job. They scheduled us with Marty to get some plumbing fixed and he was so nice and worked fast and made sure we understood what was being done. Most recently William D. came to service our furnace and was completely transparent with pricing and everything that he was doing. I could not recommend blue sky more!

Robert came out and had to navigate a tough situation with how little space he had to install the reverse osmosis water filtration system that I ordered. He had to adjust at one point but was able to get the job done and even realized my original plumber incorrectly marked the hot and cold water, so he corrected those hookups for me as well. They texted me to see if he could come early as he finished a job early, so I appreciated that. Great service and great tech they sent out.

We had a great honest experience with blue sky. Isaiah and Tanner were very personable yet professional. They immediately diagnosed our problem and corrected it efficiently. We never felt taken for a ride or the problem made out to be bigger than what it really was. Fantastic experience, company and technicians.. highly recommend!

We found Blue Sky’s prices to be very reasonable. The quote from another “local” HVAC company was almost four times the price Blue Sky charged us. Eric W was very empathetic when we told him we had been out of hot water for six days. He found the part we needed and picked it up the same day so that we could have hot water over the weekend. He also shared his knowledge of how our boiler system works so we can better troubleshoot issues in the future.

Blue Sky Plumbing has earned all of their fabulous recommendations. Troy, a true professional, has definitely earned my accolades. After we were ghosted by multiple plumbers and not having had a working bathtub for over a year, Troy from Blue Sky not only showed up on time (twice within seven days!), but was able to fix our tub in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. He was calm, competent, and reassuring about an issue previous plumbers had balked at. Everything about this company has been respectful, communicative, and above board. I wish I had seen their truck and called them in January 2022!

Jake arrived to modify a connection with my swamp cooler. We went on the roof to look over the issue and discuss options, including any interest in ac (no, I have baseboard heat).Jake was courteous and communicated well. Once he had the various parts, we again discussed options to ensure I could indicate my preferences.Jake was very thorough and conscientious. Worksite was tidy and clean. Very happy with result - thinking outside the box is always appreciated.Will continue to use Blue Sky for future needs. 🤗

I called blue sky plumbing hoping to get an appointment for a leak shortly before 1 pm and they had someone at my door between 2 pm - 4 pm on the same day. Working with Matt was great, he was on time, professional, kind, etc. Matt also tackled a really tough job and ran to Home Depot and worked into the evening to make it work and ensure we had hot water. I am so appreciative of blue sky plumbing. They do great work and are super consistent.

Everyone who came to work on installing my sump pump was great. The electrician James G. was friendly and efficient. Tyrone S. and his helper Chris were very hard workers, and they did an excellent job and cleaned up after they were finished. Tyrone was polite and answered all my questions. He knew what he was doing and he did it well. I highly recommend this company!

James King came up to Idaho Springs today to help me with some issues at our motel. Gotta love when guests flush things they shouldn’t! Anyway, of all the times we have called plumbers up here I’ve never had the experience that I have when I call Blue Sky. James was very professional and thorough and made sure to explain things in a way that I actually understood. He also found an issue we weren’t even aware of that could have been a disaster for me in the future. SO thankful. We have used blue sky many times and the membership has proven to be worth every penny! I don’t often leave reviews, but up here in the mountains it can be really difficult to find good help. So if you are looking for a good plumber, definitely call blue sky and ask for James. If he isn’t available, I am sure they will send someone just as knowledgeable and helpful. Dominique was great. Very kind and knowledgeable. However they charged me 285 dollars to snake a drain and were here 15 minutes. I know it’s the owners pricing so not blaming them but that is absolutely ridiculous and for that reason will probably not be using them again or referring them. I should have done some more research and gone with a different company.

I had my air conditioner replaced, and Blue Sky did a fantastic job. David and Eduardo were courteous, professional and kept me updated throughout the installation. When they were done, David walked me through the work they had completed and explained the new system to me. They were outstanding. I will be recommending Blue Sky to all my friends and family.

Dan and Mason did an expert job installing my tankless water heater. They were very professional and detail-oriented. I appreciated their care as they worked in my home. Heath also was very responsive in setting up the installation and following up with me. All three worked hard to do the job right.

We have been using Blue Sky for a couple years for various home repairs. Some technicians are better at solving the issues than others, but Alex, the electrician, who helped us with some updates went above and beyond! We needed him to remove and prep fixtures prior to insulating our upstairs loft, he then returned to install new fixtures, dimmers and fan. He was very knowledgeable and detailed, and made the whole process very easy! He even helped to diagnose an issue with a kitchen outlet that other technicians haven’t been able to resolve. I have relied on Blue Sky twice in the past month and both times I was lucky enough to have Chris Conley dispatched. Chris was very professional, friendly, and efficient completing the needed repairs. I will definitely call Blue Sky for future plumbing, heating and electrical work that are beyond my skill sets.I called upon Blue Sky again last month to replace my leaking water heater and was lucky to have Troy Littrell and his assistant, Matt, dispatched. Troy and Matt were excellent, providing clear explanations on my options. They completed the installation of the new water heater very quickly and were very respectful of my home and property. Jake from Blue Sky Plumbing fixed 2 problems with our air cooler: the water was draining on our roof and the vent cover in the house was abnormally noisy. We were so pleased that he took the time with both problems to find solutions. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he did and gave us good information for shutting off the water and system in case of an early freeze.

98 degrees outside and 85 degrees in my house when my swamp cooler went out.. Paul, aka pokey little puppy, came out and fixed the issue same day! Paul was fast, efficient and extremely knowledgeable in his trade. He is one of the many reasons I will recommend Blue Sky to family, friends and anyone reading this review.

The whole experience with blue sky was amazing from start to finish. Right upon making a request for an appointment at 9pm, I received a phone call from a very nice person confirming the time for the next day.Chris was able to come the next day and was efficient, helpful and super kind! He fixed a leak in our pipe in record timing. He also provided insight for another project we are hoping to start soon and offered us an estimate for when we are ready to start. 10/10 experience!

James diagnosed the problem with the pressure in our shower and fixed it! James does great work, taking the right steps to get to the root of the problem. This is the second time we have used Blue Sky for our home needs. In both instances, they have worked to repair our issues first, without pitching a brand new replacement right from the beginning. We have found many other companies cut straight to a sales approach and do not take the time to diagnose the true problem. Eric and Isaiah helped us fix a leaking shower in the most cost effective manner as possible. They were friendly, professional, and performed quality work. We would highly recommend Blue Sky.

It was easy to make an appointment online.My technician Bill C was excellent - showed up precisely at the start of the scheduled window, diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, and had me on my way in a half-hour.Not the least expensive crew out there, but I’d use them again without hesitation.

Blue Sky installed a sump pump in our crawl space. Their price was good and installers Josh, Chris and Eli did top notch work and kept us well informed every step of the way. We were pleased with every aspect of Blue Sky, from arranging a time to get a free estimate, all the way through final clean up by the installers.

The installation guys were great and the administration very nice on the phone. . The estimate and sales process was not good—I did not appreciate that they used a classic bait and switch approach, scheduling a new furnace installation when we were desperate (furnace totally broken in winter), and then insisting that we had to replace our electrical box for an additional $7k+ in order for them to do it safely. (We did not opt for this as the jeffco inspector assured us it was false). Then they did not do everything they said they would when they gave the estimate. (replace the return air duct and replace the water pump). I feel like I could have paid a lot less and gotten more—but, didn’t have the time to shop around with no working furnace.

Wyatt was actually a little bit early which was great. He was he was thorough and considerate. Always put shoe covers on when he came into the house. He was very clear and explaining the process and what services he was going to do. As he learned more about the situation, he was up front and told us what he was finding and gave us options as the best way to solve the issues. We are very happy with the service we received today and confident that we will work with this business again in the future.

Chris showed up on time and gave me a good breakdown of the work. It ended up costing less than anticipated and he finished the job in a timely manner. I will definitely be using Blue Sky again based on this first experience.PS. I tried to book two other companies prior, based on reviews and using them previously but both flaked. Blue Sky was easy to work with and didn’t give us any of the problems we got elsewhere.

I had a shower water valve that broke on me on Saturday which of course had to be on the weekend. I gave Blue Sky a call and they had Eric at our house within about a hour to a hour and a half. This was an emergency since I had to shut the water off to the house. Eric did an awesome job replacing the valve in our shower. Eric was very professional and courteous and went above and beyond getting our shower repaired. I was very impressed with Eric and the work he performed. I was not pleased with having to pay $1600 dollars for a top end $500 dollar repair but I get it this was an emergency and it happened on a weekend which was not ideal and honestly I was extremely impressed that Blue Sky had a plumber over here at my house in such a short period of time so Thank You Blue Sky for getting my repair done so fast and professionally. I will only use Blue Sky for all of my future repairs !!! Blue Sky your company is awesome and again I cannot speak highly enough of Eric and the quality of work he performed !!!

I am a first time Blue Sky customer. Jake came out to evaluate why my sump pump alarm sounded and to test my sump pump to see if it was working properly. He found it was working just fine and showed me why the alarm likely sounded. He was super professional, very efficient, and took time to explain everything to me. Moving into a new home can be stressful - within the first two weeks we had to call Blue Sky multiple times. With three large dogs I am always worried how people coming into our home will react. Alex Krohn was the kindest, most friendly person we have had work on our home yet. Not only did he take time to explain the work he was doing, what he was doing and where, but he didn't mind the pups one bit - better yet, they even loved him! Blue Sky’s technician, Eric, was extremely professional and honest about the work that needed to be done. We thought a ceiling pipe broke due to turning the house main water supply back in too quickly. He identified faulty new shark bites/vanity water lines that caused water to leak through the downstairs ceiling and fixed the problem quickly without having to cut hole in ceiling and inspect anything further. I would highly recommend Blue Sky plumbing and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs. Thank you!!

They came in and diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and because I needed a new toilet they came back the next day and were very professional and speedy in replacing the old one. Our heater for our house kept having issues and we called blue sky. Not only did our service technician show up early, but he completely fixed our heating issues before a cold front. On top of that he did the job perfectly, in a timely manner, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. (also a cool guy in my opinion) If we ever have an issue again I’m requesting the same technician who’s name is Bill Connor. I highly reccomend if you ever need their service to request Bill 😁👍🏼

Terrific experience with Chris from Blue Sky. A family run business that treated us like family too. What we were afraid would be a very big and expensive project turned out to be not bad at all if you know what you’re doing. Just a great job, we’re very happy.

GREAT SERVICE! They answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon and came out for an emergency repair, got our leak fixed, and the water back on. I didn’t wait long for Eric Gibson to show up. He was polite, professional, and conscientious about his work and cleaning up after the job was finished. He tackled a challenging task and did a great job for us. I’d recommend their service and I will use them again if the need for quality plumbing service arises again.

Chris Conley from Blue Sky came out and explained our options for things to repair or replace. Absolutely no pushing us into spending money we didn’t need to. He replaced the parts we needed and explained how things worked and did an excellent job in my opinion. I have never used Blue Sky before but will keep their card handy for the future. Very happy overall!

James and his team came to replace a boiler for us. They did a phenomenal job and remedied a good amount of the previous owner’s DIY plumbing that was causing additional safety hazards. The team was knowledgable, professional and quick. Thank you!

I’m a Realtor who tried to schedule an appointment for a job for client who lives on the western slope. They were recommended to me by the company putting in the chlorine injection system. However, they would not schedule without the Client’s ok - client is deceased (probate home). The woman I spoke to was very rude and all of a sudden when I asked for a supervisor, she all of a sudden said she was a manager. I asked for her boss’s contact information. She didn’t like that very much and put me on hold. I hung up. Very poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Our technician was Mario! He came to service our HVAC system and was professional and courteous! Great attitude, happy to help. He fixed our AC efficiently and we’re VERY happy to be enjoying cold air at a FRACTION of the cost that we were quoted by other companies for repairs. 10/10 recommend Blue Sky and Mario!!

Christopher and Johnny were excellent. Friendly, courteous, and always announced when they were coming into my home. I appreciate the courtesy and respect they showed while completing work on my home. They were on time and worked efficiently throughout the day. I'm a return customer of Blue Sky and have always had great service.

We had our hot water heater go out, and Isiah and Shawn were out the very next day to do an inspection. They determined we needed a new water heater, got the new unit and the parts, and installed it that very same day. They were very kind, professional, courtesy and respectful of our home. They walked us through all of the work they completed and were very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend their service to anyone in need of an excellent plumbing service!

The technician had me sign but did not tell me I was signing off on the job and that I was satisfied. However, I was not satisfied with Andrew who put my furnace door on upside down. I contacted the business and was told someone would call me back, but after 2 days no one did so I tried to return the door to the correct position but I sincerely believe Andrew broke my door. The latch is broken and the door will not go back on.

Chris came out to fix our boiler system and did an incredible job. He was very timely and professional and explained the entire process! I have used Blue Sky for years and Chris is one of the best that has ever serviced my home! 5 stars!

I’m in a 1937 Boulder vintage home .The Blue Sky electrical technician was very thorough. My dining room ceiling was questionable to hold a new ceiling fan. Johnny Vargas was so careful to make sure he ➖reinforced➖ that old ceiling so I would not have an accident if my old wallboard in the ceiling weakened.You’ve got a GREAT caring employee.. James was great. Blue Sky has been a reliable company for my AC and plumbing, and schedule services quickly. They just fixed up my tankless water heater. I’m always given good advice on maintenance to avoid problems in the future.

(For some reasons my write-up didn't appear so I'm editing it to add)We had Jay out to help us with a blockage somewhere between our house and our septic tank. He was professional and so very patient while determining the correct fix. This is a problem that we have from time to time and he was the first person to not be intimidated by a septic tank and to take the time to make sure that everything was done correctly. He was also able to help us by adding on a screw top lid for our clean out to help us troubleshoot if/when this happens again in the future. So glad we called Blue Sky! We were able to get someone one within 12 hours of our initial call, Jay was on time, and pricing was clear with options presented up front.

In the past 6 days, I have had Chris C. come out to my parents' very old house twice to do plumbing work. First, Chris replaced the almost 23-year-old water heater. He also put in new pipes and shut-off valves which are much easier to see and get to for turning off the water and gas. He removed the old, scrambled pipes and made the whole installation look much better and less cluttered.Chris also re-seated an older toilet so it was level and even with the wall behind it (not the case before!); he fixed the leaking hot and cold water valves in the laundry room; and he installed a new kitchen faucet for me.Chris is extremely polite and always asks what I want, plus he has me check his work to my satisfaction before he bills me. I am developing trust and rrespect for this master plumber. Chris is very knowledgeable and efficient.I highly recommend Blue Sky Plumbing/HVAC and especially Chris C. Thank you to this company for your fantastic customer service!!

I can highly recommend Blue Sky and Johnny Vargas after he replaced my aging electric service panel. Johnny came out and provided a clear estimate and answered all my questions on the same day I requested an appointment. When anything major in our house breaks, Blue Sky is the one and only company I now trust to make the necessary repairs. The Blue Sky staff is friendly, dependable, knowledgeable and provides a top-notch work product that you know will be done right the first time. In fact, thanks to the Blue Sky technician, we narrowly avoided a potential catastrophe. We called about an issue with our shower not draining/backing up when we ran the washing machine. We thought it was some sort of clog but it turned out the prior plumbing company we hired to put in a new sump pump had installed it incorrectly. We are lucky that this was caught before we got hit with any big rain storm because it is very likely our basement would have flooded and caused $10,000’s of damages. We had a leak from our fridge that flooded into our basement and the valve wouldn’t turn off 100%. Chris Conley showed up the next morning. He was super polite, professional, personable and worked on the issue not just to put a band aid on it but to fix it completely. He even returned the next day to fix a calcium build up that decreased pressure in the sink. I would request him if ever needed again. And I would recommend him to anyone of my neighbors or family.

Jake, the HVAC technician, was very professional and responsive. He encountered an unexpected problem, but even though he was under time pressure he got everything taken care of. He was knowledgeable and good at problem-solving.

Shawn Woodward cleaned my kitchen drain. He checked for the problem and then gave me a good description of it how he would proceed and what the total charge would be. He was knowledgeable and efficient and when the drain was clear he gave me a good report of what he had done. Good job and good experience from a company I've used several times.

Major kudos to Blue Sky Plumbing and especially my tech Daniel Downing! During the major rain storm in May 2023 our sump pump stopped working and we ended up with substantial flooding in our basement. I was working for hours during the worst of the storm, into the late evening with a shop vac just to keep up with the inflow of water. The next morning I called Blue Sky Plumbing & Heating to see if they could help. Amazingly, they got me on their schedule and Daniel showed up within a very short time to help us. He removed the old sump pump, installed a new pump that was custom fit to our space, tested the pump for proper functioning and cleaned up in roughly an hour. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. It is times like these that you really want someone who knows what they are doing to help you. I have had an issue a few times where water was backing up into the basement. I had the same tech Jay show up for the last couple of times this happened. He was able to snake out the pipe to the main and recommended a camera to look in there. They came out at no charge to run the Camera. Mason Reynolds, came out and answered all of my questions and gave me a few different options and estimates. The service and expertise were amazing. It looks like I'll need a more permanent solution for the root problem I'll be calling on them to do this repair for sure.

Marty and Isaiah came to our house to repair our tankless water heater which was not working properly. They were on time, knew exactly what they were doing and fixed it in short order. They were personable and efficient at the same time. Blue Sky was not the original installer. They gently advised us that we should be flushing the system annually - which we had never been told by the original installer, and which we had never done during the 13 years since we purchased it. We were more than completely satisfied with their work and approach. The water heater is working perfectly now.

This was a weekend emergency call for a leak originating in an upstairs bathroom and running into a basement bedroom. I was able to get a same day appointment within 2 hours of my morning call. Edited 5/2023: Needed them in a pinch over a holiday to fix a small leak. $300 for 30 minutes of work, WOW! Though In fairness, he did tell me that's how much it would cost before he started the repair. At that point, I thought shoot he's here let's do it. After seeing what he did I could have bought the part for $42 myself and done myself in the same amount of time, was basically just a shark bite valve.

I have used Blue Sky for several years. I recently had a 50 year old boiler replaced. I am very happy with the work performed by Laramie and Brett. clean, detailed, and delegent techs...did a great job. I also had Bill C and Eric O do some work on a water pump, and some warranty work. Again, very happy with the service. A couple things to note, Blue Sky is very good with follow up and warranty issues. There is good comfort with that. Second, if you look at Glassdoor reviews, the employees give Blue Sky high ratings. Happy employees do better work!

Wyatt came out to get my swamp cooler set up for the season. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond cleaning it, rearranging the pads for maximum performance. He was very professional. Best tech I’ve had.

Our water heater went out last night and we called Blue Sky around 8pm and got the after hours receptionist. She was so kind and put us on the next day emergency after hours appointment between 4-6pm. I received a text this morning at 6:30am saying they had a cancelation and could come between 8-10am. Matt Pray showed up right on time. He diagnosed the possible problem and had it fixed shortly after. He was extremely knowledgable, polite, and kind. If we ever have future plumbing problems, I will definitely call Blue Sky and would like to request Matt as our technician.

Blue Sky did an amazing job replacing our furnace/water heater. They were prompt, courteous, fairly priced and did a wonderful job redoing our entire furnace closet - electrical, plumbing and the new unit itself. Even though what they had to re-do was a huge job with a lot of particulars from screwed up things from the actual builder as well as a previous faulty installation years ago, they still finished the job when they said they would.We will definitely use them again and recommend them!

My boiler had failed to fire up for heating mode and our house was very cold. Blue Sky sent Eric White out to my home the same morning I had called. He arrived within the window of time they promised. He spent about an hour performing diagnostics as this boiler is somewhat complicated. He determined the problem, went down the hill to get a new circuit board, returned and promptly installed the part. The boiler fired up and worked properly. Eric was patient, knowledgeable professional and informative. I would strongly recommend Blue Sky and Eric should you require these services.

We called for an electrician from Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric to take care of a few of the electrical repairs around our house. Johnny Vargas arrived early in the time frame given. He was professional the entire time from the boot covers, which I appreciate. Johnny's hardwiring work on our new dishwasher, was clean, safe and gave us piece of mind. He quickly solved the problems of a couple of non-functioning outlets and provided us with an estimate for a security system install; as well as other electrical advice for our home. All was done in a timely manner by Johnny. We're also part of Blue Sky's family plan which helps keep costs down since we live in the mountains.

blue sky was amazing!!! our ac stopped working last summer, over the last 7 months we have probably had 8 different AC companies out. every company told us we needed a full new system, with quotes ranging 20-30k. we heard different advice from every company who bashed the priors. our current system was great, but stopped blowing cold air. it appears our space pack/unico? is a rare system and many were unfamiliar with and wouldn't even budge when we asked to repair our current system. Daniel came over, looked at our vents, and knew exactly what they were., first impression- we were impressed. he was the salesman, and he didn't sell us on a new system like the rest- he ran some tests on our outdoor unit and said it simply needed a few replacements. paul then came over and fixed everything within an hour or two, and under 1,000 dollars!!!! we are so so happy and impressed with the knowledge and honesty of blue sky!!!

We had a water pipe leak in our old 1908 three story house that ran from the 2nd floor down to the basement. Blue Sky was able to send a man out who was able to identity leak. Two days later Clint Marlow and his assistant Matt came to repair the leak. It was a very extensive and complicated process due to age of pipes and many iterations of additions to the house over the years. Clint and Matt were extremely knowledgeable, professional and worked long hours over three days to identify the exact locations of multiple leaks and fix and restore the system. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, were extremely neat and treated our house as if it was their own. Complete rip off - $155 for nothing but a lot of sales talk. The tech talked a bunch about the other services BlueSky could provide but he took no ownership to get us up and running again. Quick and dirty attitude and clear that all that Blue Sky is interested in is money. It used to be that Blue Sky was expensive but very skilled, caring and they never failed to fix things without a lot blather but alas those days are gone. Now, they are just greedy and don't care.To summarize, we called because our AC was not working. Yesterday, the tech's first concern was collecting money for a diagnosis. He then verified that there was no power for the control circuit [the power light was off. He then offered for another fee to diagnose our circuit breaker panel which I declined. Ownership by the technician would have meant that as a part of his diagnosis, he would have removed the breaker panel cover to diagnose why there was no power which turned out to have just required tightened the wire connecting screw on the circuit breaker.As he departed, he incorrectly told me that once the control circuit power was restored the AC, Honeywell control unit's WiFi would automatically sync with the Honeywell thermostat.Once power was restored (by tightening just one little screw), the AC WiFi panel still did not connect to the thermostat. I removed the cover on the Honeywell WiFi control unit, pushed the flashing connect button and voila everything worked.I almost forgot to mention that the tech did not properly screw the cover on the control circuit's on/off switch so it is loose on the wall. Time for me to break out my screw driver to clean up after Blue Sky's quick and dirty technician.

We have been nursing an older furnace along for a while now and we needed a minor repair today which was causing us to not have heat. I have heard about Blue Sky and decided to give them a call. From the first call I could tell they are different. They checked with dispatch while I was on the phone and sent William D. to our home within the hour. He immediately confirmed the diagnosis I reported -- I know how to read furnace error codes, but repairing them is another matter. He left to obtain the needed part, came back and installed it. He didn't seem bothered by my hovering to watch him do his work, he answered all my questions, reminded me about furnace safety (to test our carbon monoxide detectors), showed me a few things to educate me about furnaces in general and ours in particular, while he tested it to make sure all was well. Within two hours of him first arriving, we were up and running, including the time it took him to drive 30 minutes each way to get the part. This is probably the best experience I've ever had with a furnace repairperson, and I've had many. I've also seen many in my 20 years as a Realtor. Blue Sky will now become my go-to company for all things HVAC. I'm putting them on speed-dial and will request William for all future work on my HVAC system. Thank you William for your good and honest work and being patient with me while I asked many questions! You're the best!

This business overcharges. We needed a simple garbage disposal replacement. The bid was $750 for a 1/2 hp disposer. We asked how much the disposer, itself, costs, and it was about $250. That means Blue Sky wanted $500 for 1 hour of work. We declined to use them and had to pay a service-call charge of $89. Since when does plumbing cost $500 per hour?

Kristopher was very professional. He was respectful of our home and kept us informed throughout the process as to the status and price, before he repaired anything. He serviced the A/C and was done at the time he estimated. Great job!

First, our needs: Main water shutoff replacement, guest bathtub leak repair, sewer leak repair and a new tankless water heater to replace our 20yr old gas low-boy water heater which included a new dedicated circuit and electric line.Marty spent the time to identify and explain the issues of our current setup and how the repairs over the years created the issues we see today. This even included locating some sewage venting problems that were escaping into our walls and incorrect pipe fittings; things that other companies didn’t even bother to check for. If someone’s going to take the time to “dig in” to follow the flow and all points in between just to provide an estimate, then you know exactly what you’re in for and what the solutions will be. That initial attention to detail is what sold me.The team of Eli, Matt and James (electrician) took it from there and did an outstanding job. Very courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They actually went above and beyond the basic job to make things perfect. The project took a solid 3 days (from 8:30am to 6:30pm) to complete. But with an entire sewer assembly reconstruction (minus the sewer line from the house to the street), water main replacement, tank removal, old water line removal, new copper piping, new venting, new gas line and a brand new tankless water system, those 3 days were filled with a tremendous amount of quality work. They made it a point to get us up and running after the end of each day too.Now we can breathe easy knowing there are no more leak issues or waiting on an old water heater to fail. And the price was definitely right. Add that to the craftsmanship and the quality of the crew and we’ve got a winner we’ll continue to go back to.Thanks Blue Sky!

Blue Sky is the best. This is the second service we have used them for. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Their bid was fair and on point. May not be the best if you're buying property and trying to get estimates on new installs. They aren't willing to meet with you until you own the property, even if you have access and plan to have the work done after you posses the house. Lady was pretty blunt and rude about it. Seems like a missed opportunity for larger projects. I guess they are a maintenance kind of company who wants to put you on one of those subscription service plans.

Robert was great, professional and very helpful. He was quick to arrive and help with a leak over the weekend that took down part of our basement drywall. Blue Sky helped prevent further damage and solve the issue at hand. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a plumber!

These guys were great to work with. Alex was very knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly to replace a defective breaker in the panel that was causing an electrical outage in one of the rooms in the house. Was also very courteous by consistently putting on booties to not track dirt into the house, and got along great with the dogs!

Paul and Robert arrived promptly even though a holiday weekend and they were swamped with calls. The preliminary determination was addressed and steps taken for a temporary fix for the leak until Robert could come and make the repair. UPDATE: We will not be using this company anymore. They seem to be jacking up the cost of repairs, their bids are so much more than others who we end up hiring. For example, Blue Sky replaced a water pump on our Evaporative Cooler a year ago for more than $700. The pump quit working this year and, because we felt ripped off by Blue Sky last year, we had another company replace the pump this year, for $335. They also told us that Blue Sky installed the wrong pump last year, which may be why it failed. We also felt huge pressure last year from the Blue Sky service guy who was trying to get us to just purchase a new EC instead of repairing our current one. We felt like he was taking advantage of us, being seniors.ORIGINAL REVIEW: We have used Blue Sky since they installed our evaporative cooler eight years ago, or so. They have always been prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We will continue to use them.

I can’t speak highly enough of Blue Sky’s services and their excellent communication. I highly recommend Blue Sky. While nobody wants to be told they need a new furnace, the compassion and professionalism that Andrew and MJ showed me (I’ll admit, while fighting back tears not because of them but knowing what I was about to be in for cost wise) was not at all what I am used to when dealing with home repair services/companies and it meant the world to me. MJ walked me through the entire process and explained all costs associated with the installation, and it was actually less than what I thought it was going to be so that was a huge plus!. MJ even offered to bring me a space heater because, of course, my heater decided to die on a snowy and freezing cold spell. Like, who does that for their customers! So cool! Not even 24 hours later, Tucker, Laramie and JR were at my house and immediately got to work removing the old furnace and installing the new one in freezing cold weather and in an extremely small, hard to get to, icky crawl space. I had Johnny the electrician come out to install electrical disconnect for a new hot tub. The company called and gave me a time for when Johnny would be out on the day Johnny showed up on time completed all the work that it was needed in a very professional manner and cleaned up after himself very communicative and I would highly recommend him again.

I liked this company at the time. April 2021 they replaced an ignitor and flame sensor on my gas furnace. Those parts had worked for 8 years, and they are rated 5-6 yrs. Now, less than 2 years later, same parts have failed. I will NOT spend over $400 for Blue Sky to come and do the same work over. This is $45 in parts on Amazon, and I am fixing it myself.

Chris and helper arrived on time and were very understanding and helpful in all aspects of installing a new dedicated line for a new electric fireplace insert. My boiler was having problems that were persistent and complex. Eventually, Blue Sky sent in the cavalry, also known as Mario De La Cruz, but we call him Super Mario. Mario would not give up and continued to apply all necessary resources to get our boiler operating properly. This boiler was purchased from and installed by Blue Sky five years ago. Since then all service and maintenance has been done by Blue Sky. They stand behind their work and genuinely care about their customers. We really appreciate the help they have given us.

We had a great experience with everyone at Blue Sky. We had a new Air Conditioning system installed. They were on time for the initial estimate and completed the job on time. They did an impressive job on re-routing the ductwork and dealing with the quirks of a house that's almost 100 years old!We're planning on getting a new electric induction range and they will also be upgrading our electrical wiring and installing a new oanel. Working with a great bunch of professionals at Blue Sky makes home upgrades and improvements easy and worry free!

Unexpectedly, our water heater went south on us mid morning on Saturday. I did the usual internet search for a local plumber. After calling numerous local services and not having any luck, one of the local plumbers suggested I give Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling a call and I spoke with a very cordial representative. I explained our issue and needing to have the water heater replaced the very same day. She mentioned that they were very busy but she would try and find a plumber that would be able to perform the replacement. After a short time she returned the call and had found a plumber that would be able to complete a service call and give me a quote on what it would cost to replace the water heater. I indicated that rather than doing a service call that I would prefer to just go ahead with a replacement service. She agreed to my suggestion and informed me that the plumbers have the necessary equipment and parts already on their trucks. She asked me for some details on our existing water heater and forwarded that information onto the plumber doing the service call to make sure the plumber had the correct replacement. She then informed me that the plumber would arrive between 11am and 200pm and the plumber would call me when he was enroute to our residence. The plumber (named Marty) called us and arrived around 1 pm. Marty was very courteous and professional. He did a thorough investigation of our house plumbing and after discussing a few items agreed that replacing the water heater was the way to go. Marty started right away and I was impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. The replacement process was done correctly and neatly to our satisfaction. I thanked Marty for doing such as good job and for being able to come out on such short notice. Thank you Blue Sky for such good service on such a short notice. We returned from a vacation on New Years Day to find our Boiler Heating System was not turning on. I called around and Blue Sky was the most responsive and eager to earn my business. They came next day and the repair technician diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the zone valve. The heater is working great. This company is professional, not over-priced and responsive. We contacted Blue Sky for furnace maintenance, they have great customer service with making the initial appointment but more so we were very pleased with our tech William. William is a nice guy, very professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and was very thorough; he made sure all of our questions and concerns were taken care of before leaving. I wouldn’t mind working with him again in the future.

Johnny is the best! Very personable and thorough… he didn’t rush, he explained everything and did a “demo” with us at the end of the appointment. We had dimmers light switches installed all through our house. We are always please with Blue Sky… we use them for heating and plumbing, too.

Mario was very quick to respond to my call, and was very professional and informative once he was here. My AC was fixed and is still running properly!

Tech, Tony, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was able to contain the leak in the under sink hot water heater and replace the faulty faucet in a reasonable time and explained what he was doing throughout. Also, Blue Sky was able to get him to us very quickly, which minimized the water damage.

Isiah came to the house with an issue of a clogged washer, machine line. He got to it, he figured it out, he fixed it, he did a great job. Not only did he catch a defective gas valve that was causing a dangerous leak (I guess he has the Force on his side), but he also helped source a replacement part overnight instead of making me wait 6-8 weeks like some kind of intergalactic bounty hunter.And let's talk about Andrew for a minute. This guy is the real deal. With his Star Wars Mandalorian wedding ring and impressive beard, he's like a cross between Han Solo and Obi-Wan Kenobi. He even hails from Chicago, which I can only assume is a planet in a galaxy far, far away with a lackluster football team and second rate pizza. He was even gracious enough to leave us a few space heater droids to help heat the rebel base while he waited for parts from Peli Motto.In all seriousness - very appreciative of the work. It was a bummer to be without heat for the night, but the borrowed space heaters worked great. Andrew was back the next day, and finished the job even faster than expected. Big thumbs up.

We recently needed to replace our boiler which is a huge expense. After receiving estimates from a number of other companies, we chose Blue Sky. The team that installed our unit was so amazing. However, we continued to notice an “exhaust” smell coming up through the house. After two months of going back and forth with the company who kept sending someone out only to be told it wasn’t the boiler, they “didn’t smell it”, etc. we FINALLY had a technician, Paul N., come out yesterday that changed everything for us! He was patient as my husband explained once again that our laundry room, pantry and bedroom closet smelled like natural gas and spent time searching for any signs of a gas leak…which he found!!!!! Paul spent hours fixing it and I can say that today are finally free of that horrid smell!!!!Blue Sky is an amazing company that doesn’t forget about the customer after the job is done. We are so grateful and Paul deserves a huge raise for his efforts.

Over the course of this project I worked with six Blue Sky employees from developing a cost estimate to installation of a new HVAC system. Every employee was professional, helpful, pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. I would especially like to call out the installation crew (James, Ryan, Craig) and follow up technician (Omar). I am 100% happy with their timeliness, thoroughness and housekeeping (left the place better than they found it). They installed a new AC and furnace and could not have been any easier to work with on this project. Had a couple punch list items after Omar performed an inspected of the job and these minor issues were resolved by 8 AM the next morning without prompting. The most important aspect of buying a new AC and furnace and having it function for years is a quality installation and Blue Sky delivered. Simply stated a great contractor starts and ends with great people and they delivered. Kudos to the whole team from start to finish. Highly recommend Blue Sky.

Our furnace started making a bad noise on a holiday weekend. Blue Sky came out quickly on the same day, diagnosed the issue (bearings were going out on the inducer motor), ordered the part and replaced it a couple days later. Both the back office and tech were helpful and the installation went quick.

We've had William Doering over multiple times for a variety of bells and whistles we wanted to add to our HVAC along with some maintenance. His work has been excellent, but as first time homeowners we are especially grateful for his willingness to explain every little detail to us and give us honest advice that isn't about making a sale. We've had so many great experiences with Blue Sky that we are family plan members and it is worth every penny.

If I could give a 10 star review, I would. I have had them do multiple projects on my home and they have consistently been incredible. But, recently I experienced a problem that they helped me with where they really went above and beyond. A leak in a line to a basement radiator was clearly another company's fault and they advocated for me with that other company. Blue Sky has been my go-to plumbing company for years - and now I'm adding HVAC!My furnace went out last Friday evening, and the temperature was dropping. Gage Niles came out after hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered us options on the repair, and got us up and running again. He was warm, competent and thorough - everything you want or need in an HVAC repair technician.Blue Sky performs quality work, recommends upgrades that will save energy or money over time - and stand by all of this over time.

Our furnace went out 2 days prior to expected -16 degrees night. I was able to make an appointment with Blue Sky. Their technician Jake Canady came at the appointed time was very professional and fixed our furnace in under 2 hours. We are very pleased with Blue Sky and will use them and Jake when we need our air conditioner serviced.

Chris was great, explained everything and was on time. He quickly moved through a few issues I had and fixed all the annoying plumbing issues I had, very effectively.

We had a sump pump emergency and they were quick to schedule and got to our property earlier than scheduled which helped us a lot. Thanks Blue Sky!

Barb scheduled my appointment and Chris showed up for the appointment on time and fixed my leaky water filter the same day. Fully recommended.

Update, June 19, 2023...Blue Sky came to check my furnace after it wouldn't light up a few days ago. The tech found nothing wrong, but then mentioned having the furnace checked, cleaned, etc. It was at this time the tech found something that could have caused the problem and fixed it. I was relieved that I didn't have to spend big money on a repair, and now have the peace of mind that the furnace has been evaluated and cleaned. I definitely recommend Blue Sky.Update, April 20, 2023...Blue Sky replaced the gas pipes in my house. It wasn't cheap, but the job looks terrific. You get what you pay for. Marty and Dan(?) were the techs. They were professional, effusive, and helpful. Outstanding experience all the way around Blue Sky has the BBB logo on their trucks with an A+ rating. BBB is the way I found them in the first place. As a side note, I have a dungeon play room in my basement, and they didn't bat an eye.Old review...As I was recommending Blue Sky to a friend last night, it occurred to me I'd never given them a thumb's up here on google reviews.Blue Sky installed a rooftop swamp cooler for me last year, so sitting here enjoying the cool air. Their advice was excellent, got me the unit that was ample (or more than ample) for my house. When I first called them, the earliest time they had available was about three weeks away, but a time slot came up within a week, so I was in luck!Service was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

Jon Harris arrived on-time and immediately diagnosed our sewer back up issue. Not only did he provide a near term solution, but he set us up for success going forward with their attractive family plan and set up a follow up appointment to assess the long term solution. I am very grateful to Blue sky plumbing. I turned my furnace on for the first time this fall and of course something was wrong with it. I made a handful of calls to other companies who were too busy to come out for weeks or who were not taking new customers. Blue sky sent Steven out within hours. Steven worked quickly and efficiently and explained everything that he was going to do. Thank you for treating your customers so well and for a job well done.

For months a gas leak that we were unaware of while inside the house finally became evident. I returned to the house on the first cold day of this year's fall season to a faint smell of gas.I called Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating, the only company I've found on which I can rely.This was an insidious set of leaks which took three technicians to find diagnose and repair. Dylan came first and discovered and repaired several leaks. The gas smell had cleared. Several days later on a Sunday, I called Blue Sky again. The smell of gas had returned.Blue Sky sent Clint out right away. Clint found another leak tightened the loose fitting and aired out the house with a fan.Clint didn't charge me for this saying their main priority is the safety of their clients.On a third occassion a week later we again smelled the now familiar odor of natural gas!I was distraught and tearful, about the potential cost of having to replace the entire gas line and more importantly about the fear of having my daughter exposed to a gas leak of some sort for who knows how long!Blue Sky returned immediately. Troy assured me that Blue Sky was determined to make sure the problem was solved because the first priority was my family's safety. A valve inside the furnace wasn't shutting off completely between heating cycles. Troy noticed the furnace was under warranty and took the time to invoke the warranty and find the covered part.My initial fear that it was going to be a $5800 repair was never realized as the Blue Sky team persevered to do the job honestly, accurately and cost effectively. Thank you Troy for putting my ongoing fears to rest. Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating stuck with me until my family was out of danger.

Blue Sky has been wonderful all year. My furnace started to have problems a couple of years ago. They told me to prepare to replace it since it was 18 years old. So a couple of days ago they came to replace it. Very respectful and helpful with the install. They cleaned up messes and did an excellent job. Helped set up the thermostat etc. Very pleasant ! I will continue to use them for plumbing and heating issues.

Blue Sky Plumbing was great to work with! They got us scheduled in a timely manner the day after Thanksgiving and Troy Littrell (technician) was awesome to work with. We had a problem that was incorrectly diagnosed by another plumbing company, so we called Blue Sky for a second opinion and we’re so glad we did as Troy from Blue Sky correctly diagnosed the issue and efficiently solved it.

Isiah and Shawn helped clear our main sewer line which was severely clogged and required a great deal of work to clear. They were great to work with.

I would highly recommend these guys. Had two techs come fix my problems, they gave me an estimate which was reasonable but when they finished it was less than they quoted! That doesn’t happen.

Alan Snyman is a good man. He helped me out of a couple of real jams that a previous company had put me in. Alan is professional, knowledgeable and likeable. I have a 25 year plus old boiler hot water heating system which up until now has needed very little maintenance. I had hired another contractor to get the unit back on track and they made a mess of things. Alan was able to help me get everything straightened out and running smoothly.I could not ask for a better experience. Alan and Blue Sky have been professional and responsive. Job well done.

We had a difficult time finding someone to service our steam boiler, but once we got in contact with Blue Sky, everything went smoothly. Had some corrosion on our unit and Eric was responsive and knowledgeable. They did a great job!

The technician Jay was very responsible and professional. He did a great job communicating with me about what had to be done and was prompt in doing the repairs or replacing what was necessary. I will be requesting him in the future if I need to have any more plumbing problems addressed.

We take a lot of things for granted. Heat in your home for example. Our hot water heating system just quit working. Nothing to be shocked about since it is original equipment and almost 25 years old. We called Blue Sky and they had us going in no time. Clint even came back the next day (on a Saturday to make sure we didn't risk having no heat) to install a relay. Excellent professional service!

The Blue Sky team was very good and did a fantastic job. They explained everything and responded to questions.

I called 2 other companies which I have used before to snake out my kitchen sink. It was a Sunday, and the other companies said they couldn't come until Monday. Blue Sky sent someone Sunday, he was early, very pleasant and professional and the pricing was reasonable, especially for a Sunday. I will definitely call them again.

In June 2017 Blue Sky installed a new evaporative cooler at our home. Blue Sky showed up on time, were polite and communicative. We especially liked Patrick, who made sure we were regularly updated on the progress of the install, since it took most of the day. The crew were courteous and cleaned up completely. We were very satisfied with every phase of this process.

My 35 year-old furnace gave up the ghost and Blue Sky gave me an honest estimate on a new one, and 5 days later installed the replacement in just one day. That included a new thermostat, adding two CO monitors, and bringing everything up to current code compliance. The installation crew was topnotch, and their electrician (Jim) even added an outlet in the furnace room. The new heater is half the size of the old one and it runs quietly too! I'm very satisfied - these guys are great!

Responded to emergency plumbing leak on a Saturday afternoon and arrived within an hour! Problem fixed in even less time - saved our weekend!

Blue Sky is always great, and the service tech Mario was no exception. He shared plenty of great insight about how to improve my system and the airflow in the home. I felt like he went above and beyond to solve this issue we were dealing with and provide tips for how to avoid or mitigate it in the future.New update:I had the Blue Sky Team install my tankless water heater on 2/21 and 2/22. They came back the following week to put the finishing touches on the job.The entire crew was fantastic and they worked their tails off for 2 full days on the 21st and 22nd. They fought through bitter temps (less than 5 degrees outside) to install a new gas line and ensure that my water heater was installed properly.Great attitude the entire time, good communication, and transparency I appreciated about the scope of work and the cost involved.Shoutout to Josh, Eli, Wes and Aaron for all of their hard work

This kind of excellent customer service is almost nonexistent these days, but Blue Sky has not let me down, not once. The power company shut me down because of a gas leak, but they didn't know where it was, nor would they look. Blue Sky found the leak, gave me options to choose from on the repair, and JAMES was an awesome technician, ALWAYS telling me what he was about to do, then doing exactly as he said. Dylan (sp?) also deserves a shout-out for explaining things to me and even showing me what/where the problem was. Brian was willing to help out on a weekend! YOU CAN TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Blue Sky is a top-notch organization! They have been providing excellent service to me since 2019. They installed a brand-new heating system in my home. The staff is professional from the time you call until the end of the job. The installation was flawless and passed code immediately. They have been back a couple of times on routine maintenance calls and they are always responsive and considerate of my time. And, get the maintenance plan -- it offers many perks and you will use them again!

I had a great experience with this company. The scheduler was friendly and able to get me right in. Brad was running early which I was happy for. He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. He gave me recommendations for the next furnace check-up and when to replace the filter. Overall, it was a great experience and Brad was great during this visit!

What we thought was going to be a big expensive issue turned out to be easily taken care of. Blue Sky sent us three different techs with three different specialties. Each on took the time to review the issues and provided honest advice. Isiah R. was the last tech to come and he solved the issue in a timely manner. He was personable, honest and respectful. He fixed the issue and explained everything to me before he did anything. He made this experience less stressful and you can really tell he enjoys what he does.

Our house’s pipes froze, and there was a cracked cartridge and burst pipe behind the shower. Cesar was really helpful and got both repaired quickly. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work you need.

I’ve used Blue Sky for AC replacement, outlet installation, and a couple of light fixture installations. The most recent light fixture arrived with internal wiring problems that weren’t apparent until it was installed in a very tight space with 18’ ceilings. Fixture was custom and trying to return/exchange would have been a huge headache. John & team were complete pros in taking the fixture down, tracing the issue, correcting the manufacturer’s QC error, and re-hanging (essentially having to do their work twice to fix the manufacturer’s error). The job required a second trip that Blue Sky was able to work in within a few days and they didn’t charge me anything additional. When finished, the team ensured the fixture and worksite were clean and everything was to my satisfaction. 10/10. Consistently impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and fair pricing.

We live up in ID Springs, and have had 2 great experiences- our place was re-piped with water pressure valve installed, which has worked awesome, and then our furnace was serviced when it stopped working one very cold and snowy day. This company is one of the best out there. I called them for a cleaning and service to our air conditioner. Jake Canaday was our technician. His knowledge of air conditioning was outstanding. He had all the tools and parts he needed. He explained the options for our system and made several suggestions that turned out to be what I had done. Our work was finished quickly and I was able to get to work. Jake is the person I will ask for if we have another problem. He was one of the few service people who was honest and didn’t try to tell me we needed a new system. He also really seemed to like his job! Spoke well of his company and made me feel my problem could be fixed the first time.

Gareth took the time to explain what he felt was the best solution. He reviewed his information and recommended a change which made a lot of sense to us. Eric with Blue Sky Plumbing has made a couple of repairs for us and is always professional and does fantastic work! Blue Sky Plumbing is a great company that can schedule quick appointments, has great follow through and communication, and reasonable prices.

I called them because my water pressure was getting worse. They came out that day which was nice. The employee turned my sink water on to see the pressure, then went directly to the water pressure tank and told me it was broken. He quoted me 2300 to replace it and installed it that day. He then left without checking the pressure again. It was the same. We called and they had another repair person out the next morning. He took off the screens on our faucet and pulled the sediment out. Water pressure is fine now except the shower, we just need a new shower head. I feel taken advantage of, or even that the repair man was inexperienced. He never once checked the screens. I feel as though I paid 2300.00 for a tank that I didn't need, had he just done some due diligence it would have cost me less than 200.00. This was a very expensive lesson. I will not use Blue Sky in the future.

Alex came to investigate some electrical issues we were having. He figured out the issue and fixed it quickly while also giving us a thorough explanation of what the problem was so we knew how to proceed should it happen again. Blue Sky staff are so knowledgeable and have the best customer service! We use them for everything we can because they make it so easy! Highly recommend them!

WHAT A PAIN!!!The furnace was not working and blinking a pressure code so we called Blue Sky. A kid by the name of Gage came out and spent a couple of hours, CUT A PIPE and still couldn't find the problem even with calling his supervisor numerous times. Gage told us they needed to come back with a camera to go on the roof and look down into the exhaust vent and that would be $300 without any repairs and charged us $200 to do nothing but cut our pipe and left it like that!I then called Smith and Willis they came out and fixed it easily and they were baffled why the pipe was cut!2 MONTHS LATER several phone calls and emails later they refunded my $200 and sent Gage out to put a coupling over the pipe! I sent him away and they sent another tech the next day who was also just going to do a coupling over it and my husband told him that was unacceptable so he FINALLY replaced the pipe!Final note...both techs reeked of cigarettes!!!

My wife and I are completing a kitchen remodel and needed a dishwasher, faucet, water filter and disposal installed. In addition, all new waste pipes and fittings were needed. We chose Blue Sky Plumbing based off previous reviews and we certainly were not disappointed. Blue Sky’s overall service experience was excellent. Update: The company called and apologized. The also refunded the $119.I requested a service and explained the issue with my pressure switch. They decided to send a plumber. The plumber didn't know what to do and said we needed an electrician. I was charged $119 and then they said I had to wait 3 days for the electrician. This was an emergency call because we had no water in the house. I called a different electrician and he came right away and fixed the electrical issue but still no water. We called a well specialist who charged me another $500 to just opened a valve that the Blue Sky plumber had turned off and left it like that without mentioning it. So this company cost me a lot of money because they sent someone who didn't know what to do.

Our air conditioner stopped working last night. Blue Sky was able to come out first thing this morning. Jake was able to quickly replace a bad capacitor, add coolant to the system, confirm proper operation and give me some additional pointers in a two hour service call. We have used Blue Sky for previous HVAC needs and we continue to be satisfied.

Wyatt, technician of Blue Sky plumbing did a great thorough swamp cooler winterization. He was meticulous and careful at respecting property and was knowledgeable and professional. Please make sure you join the family plan that saves you the dispatch fee of approx $60 each visit. Thank you!

William knew what the problem(s) were and explained repairs very well, complete with photos of the problem. He repaired our furnace and fixed a problem with the humidifier coincidentally. He was knowledgeable. Thanks.

Needed a main water shut off replaced, previous owner branched a water line to the laundry before the main shut off valve and also attached a saddle valve for a ice maker below the shut off as well. Clint came out at 1030am of my 10 to 12 window and was done in maybe 30-40 minutes. He also did some extra work to offset the water line, so it could bypass the shelf of the mechanical system and make it easier to reach the shut off. He used those cool new crimp fittings and left zero mess. He was able to give me a quote about water heater replacement too so I can start preparing for that. I think he did great work but I wish their system for scheduling does that thing where they can attach a link to sync to your calendar. It was pretty expensive (just shy of 1k) but the work was superb and included more fittings than just the shut off valve and he shut the meter into the row off so take that as you will I'm happy with the value and the great quality.

The plumbers were friendly and efficient. They provided pictures of our plumbing to explain what they were going to do. There was some confusion about the scheduling, but it was rectified. The plumber came back the next day and completed the service. We will use Blue Sky again.

All members of both the electrical and hvac crews did an excellent job. I don't know all their names but elect. Alex, Hvac Bill, Junior V, Laramie B, Ryan N and others gave 100%. Thanks to all!

Tankless water heater maintenance.
Gage took the time to figure out the filter wasn't seated properly. He adjusted it, then stuck around to ensure it was working properly. He did an awesomeness job helping me to understand what he did to address the issue.

Update: I'm updating my rating to 3 stars from 2.Blue Sky did promptly respond to the complaint and offered to send a different plumber. The plumber upon seeing the issue referred me to one of their HVAC specialist. Both of these specialists presented themselves as highly experienced and took the time to answer my questions. I would have no reservation using either of them.Long story short: The water heater vents need to be moved or the AC condenser needs to be moved. I was told if neither work was completed, the water heater would likely fail within a matter of months.Even with the follow up, I was not presented with a viable answer to the water heater venting problem. Given that they were trying to get this post resolved, I found it surprising.I was given a quote for unrelated work on the furnace that I had asked about. I felt some of this work was too expensive and declined the quote.---------------------Original post:Technician came to my house, talked endlessly for 2 hours, and refused to clean Rheem tankless hot water heater because I might break it, make it worse or scratch my hands. These units are too hard to take apart. This from a Master plumber.Nothing was done; just a sales call using scare tactics and a lot of double speak.And then no follow up emails and calls from the company except to try and schedule an electrician for possible new unit.

We received service to service to fix a kitchen sink. The plumber used our air compressor and dislodged block. The cold water flow was fine and the hot water had poor flow. We called to get this corrected, again, were told 'it was fixed when we left so nothing we can do' so zero accountability and unethical. UPDATE 11/7: unfortunately the company has yet to respond to our concern and we were not offered reimbursement or a remedy to the problem

Jeromy did a great job doing the annual maintenance on our wall hung boiler. He was very knowledgable and professional. He found an issue with the boiler that will require another visit and will be expensive but that is the purpose of the preventative maintenance. Better to fix it now than wait until it goes out and pay more.10-25-22 Jeromy returned to clean the interior of the boiler. He was very meticulous and careful and was able to thoroughly clean the combustion chamber.

Isiah R came out, assessed our problem, and reviewed our options with us. He was friendly, respectful, and answered all of our questions. He did a professional job, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

We had a boiler failure that turned out to be a very complex job. We were lucky enough to get Alan Snyman, who is by far the most informed, passionate and driven technician one could hope for. Alan went above and beyond identifying all possible issues for our obscure model of tankless water heater / boiler and explained very step of the process, issues and next steps as it became clear that our issue was more complex than we had anticipated. In the end, Alan was able to repair our system over the course of two days at a price that we felt was very fair given the issues he encountered and the time he spend resolving them. Alan clearly values the customer relationship above all else and we will not use anyone but him for boiler work in the future.

Troy was fantastic. Thorough. Explained several issues. Signed up for Family Plan and will call on Blue Sky for next plumbing or HVAC issue.

We had our sewer line replaced and requested an additional cleanout be installed near the edge of the property. It needed to have a traffic rated box installed over it. The box was not available at the time of the repair. I reached out numerous times to get them to come back to install it. When they finally did, they did not encase it in concrete as originally specified. They simply set it on the ground, with no attempt to make it secure. Now once again I cannot get a reply. It is very frustrating when you pay for something and you cannot get them to follow through.

Blue Sky was simply amazing to work with! Our furnace blower went out and needed to be replaced. It was an older unit that was hard to source, but they tracked one down and got us up and running with heat very quickly.They had a crew of two David and Vance that worked non stop 12 hours to get the new furnace installed. One of Blue Sky’s electrician , Ben , was also on site to do the electrical hookup. He even helped fix a faulty light switch for us for no additional charge.As the day wore on, another Blue Sky crew, Omar and Junior showed up to assist in the completion of the job! What team work!We had a weather system move in during the day and it started snowing pretty hard. David to it upon himself to shovel the snow off our driveway !These guys are professional, polite, clean and respective of premise. They do what they say they will do and then some. They are a true pleasure to work with.A big thanks to all the people at Blue Sky!!! Five Stars!

My furnace quit cycling on so the house was chilly at 9,000'. Called Blue Sky Plumbing and they had a technician out in 1 1/2 hours(Ryan S.) to Bailey. Professional, proficient, timely, and not at a rediculous price. Thank you! Recommend.

I called Blue Sky out to investigate and repair the source of a Gas smell at one of my rental properties. Technician came out, couldn’t find any source of a gas leak but hypothesized it was coming from the inlet/outlet from a tankless water heater. His solution (or guess rather) was to cut a piece of the pipe so it faced a slightly different direction. 15 minutes of work, $300. This didn’t fix anything, gas smell is still present. I contact blue sky multiple times, and finally they send someone else out. He comes up with a different solution and wants $600 to do more work, Meanwhile I still have a gas smell, down $300, and no solution. Additionally I signed up for their family plan which is completely worthless if they can’t come out in a reasonable time to address any issues. I’ve contacted them multiple times about these issues. Requesting a refund, and they just ignore my requests. I feel taken advantage of. I would look for other companies to work with who stand by their work. My experience thus far is a waste of time and money with very poor customer service.

Domonique the tech provided excellent service, explained everything he was doing throughout the process of cleaning a line and sewage discharge pump which was not installed properly by another contractor a few months ago. Definitely will use them again.

Editing a recent 1 star review**During my initial visit in Aug of this year, Wes came out and was extremely nice. He preformed more services than I booked, due to needing them, and I was extremely happy with the service.We had issues when we first turned on the furnace this last week, and I was initially disappointed in the dispatchers response when we called about the issues we were having with our furnace after servicing. This is what had prompted the first poor review- which needs corrected. AS SOON AS THIS CONCERN GOT INTO THE RIGHT HANDS, IT WAS FIXED WITHIN 24 HOURS. Thank you to Wes for the next day call, and to Bryan the service manager for promptly addressing my frustrations. It's hard to find a company who cares about customer service to the extent they do!We were very glad that we got the same Tech Wes to come out, you can tell he's extremely knowledgeable and showed major empathy. I want to reiterate that he had always done a great job and was never the issue. Our frustration stemmed directly from the dispatcher, all other interactions with Blue Sky's team have been the best customer service we've received. I stand corrected when I said the company does not uphold their work, as they took care of the issue for us after seeing what was wrong. Go with this company every time, and if you have an issue for any reason ask to talk to the service manager, they will not let you down.

I use Blue Sky for all my plumbing & electrical needs. They are honest, transparent & always speak respectfully to me. They don't assume I'm ignorant of household maintenance because I'm a woman, taking the time to provide clear and detailed explanations of the work needed.They installed my new swamp cooler last year, which I LOVE LOVE! Literally maintains itself once started for the season. Only takes 10 minutes to take it down for winter too (this part I do myself). This project also required both plumbing & electrical work. Everything went smoothly and was done in less than a day, even though there were multiple resources to juggle.Blue Sky also does my annual tankless water heater cleaning, as well as starting up & cleaning my swamp cooler for the season. When I need work on my heater, I know who I'll be calling.

Blue Sky came through for us when we had a damaged pipe from our boiler, they were at our address with a few hours of our call, gave us reasonable estimates and performed the repair in a timely manner. The technician Wes was very professional and walked us through many details of our heating system and provided good recommendations for the future. I've used Blue Sky Plumbing for years, ever since our hot water heater went out on a holiday weekend and they were the only company that called back. We called Blue Sky after being cancelled on last minute by Rooter Town, they arrived promptly, assessed the problem and scheduled a repair for the next day when parts would be available. Josh was our plumber and he was AWESOME! He was able to fix the problem for cheaper than expected and was professional and courteous. *Run*! Don’t walk away from this group. I called them for excess moisture. An employee named Ben comes out to inspect my unit. Without doing much inspection he immediately diagnosed a cracked heat exchange. He didn’t even take a carbon monoxide reading let alone a visual inspection of the heat exchange. He told me that my only option was to replace the entire unit! For a little excess moisture lol. This dude wanted me to pay $15k. Turns out it was a $3 hose that had split when we changed the humidifier filter. This dude calls up his buddy to try and sell me on a whole new unit. I just played along, but this is a classic scam. This guy even said: “this is worth going into credit card debt for.” This makes me think he was looking to rip me off, not just incompetent. Seriously, as a consumer look out for these guys. They are not even being subtle about ripping you off.

We had a water boiler issue come up and felt lost on the best way to resolve. Alan Snyman was really fantastic and was able to resolve our issues quickly and was very communicative and professional throughout every step. We will continue to call Alan for any future needs that arise.

Blue Sky came out immediately and did a great job fixing a broken valve that was leaking. Very friendly tech, fair price and excellent craftsmanship. You can go cheaper but you get what you pay for and I'd rather pay for quality.

I had the good fortunate of having William trouble shoot a harsh metal grinding sound emanating from my furnace.William was very professional, knowledgeable, and politely explained step-by-step what he was doing to diagnose the noise factor from my furnace.Turned out that the problem was worn bearings in the inducer motor. I had frozen shut off valves underneath a bathroom sink which forced me to shut off the water to the entire house when the faucet started leaking due to an unusual issue. Blue Sky was available on the day that I called and technicians came within the promised window and made the necessary repairs with what seemed to be good quality parts. No other plumber that I called was available that same day and many asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for a few days later which would have meant that I would go without water in the house for 2 days. The guys sent to do the work were very personable. However, the company charges a ridiculously high fee to show up on a Saturday even though they are open on Saturday routinely and that fee is not applied to the labor utilized to make the necessary repairs. The person who answers the phone tells you that upfront. The company also sent out 2 people for the service call which is appropriate for many types of repairs although not necessary for mine. If you want to use Blue Sky, especially on a weekend, it will cost you dearly but the work will be done well by personable people using quality parts.

The Blue Sky team was amazing. They were punctual, polite, and professional. Our AC died at the beginning of August, and Blue Sky was able to get out to see us weeks before the other companies I called. They did a thorough walk through of the AC and furnace, explaining everything that was needed in layman's terms.The removal and replacement of our AC and furnace took about a day and a half. They made sure everything was up to code. In fact, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a functioning AC before they left on the first day. After two weeks with no AC, this was a big win for us. Thank you Blue Sky team!

Blue Sky is a high quality organization. Their professional staff and always do a good job. They can always be trusted. Be prepared to pay premium prices for their work, though. For example, in addition to the service call charge, the charge to do the 3-minute job of replacing a bad circuit breaker was $300. There was no diagnostic work involved. I told the technician what the problem was. If you have a simple problem, you might want to get a local guy who is less expensive. Maybe I am behind the times, but in this case it seemed way over the top.

I tried to replace an outdoor hose bib and ended up somehow twisting the pipe. We were referred to Blue Sky by another company and will definitely use them again. Marty finished up another job early and was at our house about a half hour after I called on a Saturday afternoon. He was friendly, professional, and took a look at the damage I'd done and was impressed! The repair was quick and easy, and he even offered some advice about our water shutoff system so we wouldn't accidentally break the valve if we need to shut it off in the future.

I can't speak to the value because I didn't get multiple quotes, we just wanted our AC working after 2 days of dealing with 85-92 degrees temperatures on our 2nd floor. However, our tech Bill Connor was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We will be using Blue Sky in the future.

On a standard yearly furnace maintenance call for my office, the tech found the motor run capacitor operating slightly under spec. The additional fee, beyond the standard service they were there to do, for the $9 part and 2 minutes of labor was right around $300. A year and half ago, they tried tacking on an additional $500 to a seasonal A/C service at my personal residence. Same thing, $9 part and 2 minutes of labor. Blue Sky currently takes care of 4 properties of mine including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, but this is end of our relationship unless they change their business practices.

We had an issue with our furnace, it is a forced air water hot water fed unit, not many companies service these units. Blue Sky came out ran diagnostics on the thermostat and furnace found out our transformer and pump where both not functioning, they replaced the parts stayed until it was running as it should, cleaned up and followed up with a call. Excellent customer service. Alan was out tech, he was curious , thoughtful, wore booties and a mask and was very genuine about making sure we where happy with the work he had done. I have a Home Inspection business and I never refer out HVAC Contractors because I have not found one that is reliable or that I trust. We have been pleased with Blue Sky since the beginning when the rep came by with some good suggestions for us. We were very pleased with the install process. Omar and Mason were always professional and hard working as the worked throughout our home and they cleaned up each evening. The weather has been cool and damp since the install so we have not needed to use the equipment yet but have every faith that all will work well.

My AC condenser unit started running during the last Arctic cold streak we had and the only way to stop it was pulling the circuit breaker. It was really odd and I figured My HVAC needed some TLC. I called Blue Sky and got an appointment the next day. I got an text telling me that Ben was on his way. Super professional and fast. There were two pretty big issues that got taken care of quickly and now the system runs smoothly and quietly. Now I hopefully don’t have to worry about having a HVAC breakdown this summer. Blue Sky was great service. We replaced a tank water heater with tankless. We decided no more sopping up water for us. Blue Sky provided a quote that seemed reasonable for the work we wanted done. We had been looking at this option for years and decided to take the plunge and we received top notch service. There was a problem with passing the inspection but Blue Sky didn't even mention additional costs and were very quick to resolve the issue. Blue Sky kept us informed of arrival times and next steps. We just had a 220 volt service installed for our hot tub. We called Blue Sky, and were promptly scheduled. Ben arrived on time, explained the service, and started. His work was outstanding. He took the time to explain what was required, was professional, courteous, and efficient. Cleanup was completed, we took care of the bill, and he left. Outstanding experience from start to finish. We purchased the family plan after a previous service, and are extremely satisfied with this company. Their work is exceptional, their estimates are fair, and they take the time to explain technical information. I had a great experience with Blue Sky. We've been having trouble with our Rinnai instant hot water heater for months. Would fail to produce hot water or just produce it intermittently. And we'd often smell gas outside. Other companies had not been able to fix it and mis-diagnosed it as a faulty ignitor. Marty with Blue Sky was prompt, courteous, and professional. Within minutes, he diagnosed the issue as an incorrect setting with the air intake. Apparently, it was set to the factory setting (which is for sea level). After making this simple adjustment it works great! He also fixed a gap at the exhaust roof penetration which was letting in debris. All in all he was here for about an hour and charged only the diagnostic fee of $59. A great deal! We will definitely be using Blue Sky for any further plumbing issues and electric as well. We appreciate the great service. Thanks!

Just paid $400 dollars for a emergency main drain clean out! It was for my tenets so I had no choice but to say yes because there sewer was backing up in the shower. That price is absolutely ridiculous! I’ve never been quoted that much for a emergency main drain clean out!When my tenets asked about clearing out the shower drain the tech said that is considered a separate drain and would cost $200 plus more! Not happy with their prices I felt taken advantage of.Found a company to go back out and clean the shower drain for $75.I will never use them again!

THE WORST DECISION WAS USING THEM! Our furnace stopped working just before the holidays. They said the issue was a switch, said it’d be two weeks to get the part and turn our heat back on (in December). They told my wife that it wouldn’t be covered under warranty and would be $500 to fix and that it couldn’t be fixed any sooner because they had to order it. The reason the switch burnt out was because of our filter. We have dogs that shed constantly and the filter was really dirty. I’m fine with replacing that for our heat to come back on. We’re new homeowners and have never had these things happen before. We called them seeking additional assistance. They said they couldn’t help and would have someone call us back Monday, but didn’t call until Tuesday. Meanwhile my wife and animals are home alone with no heat. Then they came back out and said they could grab a switch down the street and change it that day, the same switch they supposedly already ordered and couldn’t get for two weeks. They changed the switch, charged us $500, and the furnace was still broken. Said they could fix it for another $1,000 although they weren’t actually certain what the issue was. I got a second opinion who diagnosed the issue, charged reasonable pricing & was amazing! They even said the original switch that was replaced by these guys is only $25-$35 and that we basically got taken advantage of by this company.

Marty was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my toliet also look at my valves for my laundry and helped me come up with a plan to fix at a great price... so I don't have another leak surprise. I felt very taken care of and he fixed it so fast. It was just a pleasure to have in the home. I recommend this company for any repair they offer. They will get you taken care of with love and a smile.

This company is outstanding!I contacted Blue Sky when our heating boiler went down and was relieved, they had the capability to work us into their schedule without a lengthy 2-week delay as another local company offered. Blue Sky Plumbing informed us upfront they charged $69 for a technician to come out and diagnose the problem as well as repair if they are able to within the timeframe of that visit. Our technician Eric showed up on time, was polite, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very patient in explaining the cause of our problem. Just as promised, he diagnosed our problem and fortunately for us was able to get heat going to 95% of our home within that initial visit! In mentioning to him our need for some additional work at another property of ours, he informed us they also offered a Service Plan for $149 per year that would provide significant discounts on their services at all of our properties in need of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Drain Cleaning and emergency services. Since this program was ideal for us, we chose to sign up that for that Plan the same day which then allowed for our $69 fee that day to apply to $149 Service Plan fee.Hands down, this is the best experience we have ever had when we have dealt with contractors for our boiler repairs!!

We needed some light fixtures moved and a new plug installed to accommodate some remodeling we are doing. We had the please of working with Ben Hawley and Brandon to be our service technicians. They were on time, communicative, polite and, most importantly, extremely competent in completing the assignment. They were thorough and cleaned every speck of dust they generated in completing the work. We had the pleasure of meeting Bill, who did a fantastic job of replacing (and relocating) our water heater as well as replacing our main water shutoff. He was absolutely professional and friendly throughout the entire experience. He was also very knowledgeable about building codes and best practices. I've very happy to have met him, and will request him for all of our future service calls. He did an amazing job of representing the company while looking out for our best interest as a customer. Poor value, shoddy work, expensive! Will never use them again!I had Blue Sky out for my annual winter furnace check. They would not provide a ballpark cost estimate over the phone. The technician arrived and jumped right in to check out my furnaces. Half way through, he wanted me to approve the bill: $550 for a routine winter furnace inspection, and that was without ANY repairs. I've had this done in the past every year by other Heating/AC companies that never was it more than $200 for an inspection of two furnaces. When I raised this with the technician, he said yeah, we've raised our prices a lot lately, but they didn't pass any of that along to us (technicians). I will NEVER use Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating again. Terrible value for the money, unprofessional, expensive, poor communication, unethical.

Kristopher was was excellent! He was professional, fast and really listened. He completed the work I needed done, no muss no fuss, and even coordinated with another contractor to install new wiring to best meet my, and the other contractor's, needs. I have more electrical work and will definitely call to have Kristopher complete it. Highly recommend.

Blue sky plumbing came out to service my HVAC unit on Friday. They spent 3-4 hours cleaning and trying to get it to work and wound up having to reschedule the visit for the following Monday.The tech had explained to me that with the membership it would be cheaper. So we paid the 150$ extra.Monday comes around and we get no call of a cancellation. I had to call them to find out they canceled the visit.Shady upsales tactics and the no alert as to a canceled apt for a member.Just go to someone who has a more modern system these guys only do traditional ac units with freon.Ground pumps and air pumps are the way of the future.

I couldn't be happier with my interactions with Blue Sky. One of the most honest companies I have dealt with recently. The first experience was during the winter when the furnace went out. Blue Sky responded quickly and were extremely professional. They walked me through all my options, but didn't try to upsell me or take advantage of the situation. The second time was just this last month with my AC unit. My air conditioner unit is 18 years old. The initial assessment was just going to be a little general maintenance. Unfortunately, some additional work was needed. Blue Sky once again walked me through all my options and were very honest. Would strongly recommend Blue Sky to friends and family.

Steven was right on time for the appointment window including his 45min call ahead. He quickly got to work diagnosing the error code on the furnace and even noticed an issue with the drain pipe leaking that he troubleshooted, cleared out, and rebuilt all in under an hour. I was very impressed and grateful to have a working system again! Very happy we went with a Blue Sky for our install and continued service =)

We have been loyal to Blue Sky for several years. The loyalty is based not only on the quality of work done but, primarily, on the people. From the initial scheduling through to the 'no question too stupid' patience of the technicians, you feel like you are in a company who values their reputation on all levels. Today's visit with Ryan was exemplary and the same can be said of all previous ones that we have had the pleasure to book. Another review mentioned empathy and I would agree given that a plumbing or HVAC challenge is frustrating and then having to think about the potential cost is lump-in-the-throat inducing. Blue Sky folk seem to understand this and arrive focused and ready to bring their care and training not only to the issue at hand but to the homeowner as well. Go with Blue Sky as they are transparent, fair, and honest.

Isaiah did an excellent job in clearing a clogged drain. He was very personable and competent. He explained everything he did. The repair wound up costing significantly less than three other quotes we received. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.

We had an unexpected leaking kitchen faucet this morning. Called Blue Sky at 8:30 am and Eric White was at our door at 11:00 am. Excellent, quick response by Blue Sky.Eric installed our new faucet quickly and efficiently. He has done work at our home many times. I had an issue with a furnace they installed last year. They responded quickly and even called to let me know they had earlier availability than my appointment. Once the tech arrived, he was quick but thorough and very professional. Took care of the issue and made sure it won't be an issue going forward. Great service!

Josh, arrived early to the scheduled appointment. He quickly got to work and removed the old faucet allowing the new kitchen faucet to be quickly install. Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating has been fantastic! My heating system failed and they were able to rearrange some people/other projects to get to mine sooner. Omar, Matt and Daniel were great to work with, taking extra time to get everything done with high quality and still concerned about our lack of hot water and heat! I have no concerns about asking them back for other work as it comes up--in fact they're already coming back to install a new pressure tank.

Blue Sky has completed numerous jobs at my duplex - ranging from heating, cooling and electric. I am very pleased with the quality of their work, and appreciate how friendly, honest and helpful their staff is whether it's via the phone or in person. But, when calling to make an appt. for the boilers and swamp coolers, I request Mario, as he exudes a very positive attitude about his work, answers direct questions truthfully, and you can tell he truly enjoys what he does! I highly recommend Blue Sky!!

I returned home from FL the previous night and woke up to snow and freezing temperatures. Only to find out my furnace stopped working. I called ya’ll and spoke with Barb. She was empathetic and quick to assist. Ben, the tech, was dispatched. They said it would be between 4-6 p.m. Ben was there at 4! He quickly found the issue. At first he wasn’t sure if he could get the part. However, he found a solution. He ran back out, found the part and returned within an hour. He finished up in under 30 minutes relieving me of TONS of worry. Solid job Barb and Ben! You and your company saved my night, the next morning, the following morning, and allowed me to get to my first day in a new career on Monday without any worries!

Ben was always prompt, professional, and used all resources to detect the problem and repair.
He should get some Nuggets tickets!

Update: We've been a Blue Sky customer since 2014. They installed the furnace in our home before we bought it and so we stuck with them. For the most part, we've been happy with their work. See my original review below about some great service we got from them. But, I have to change my review because of one very frustrating experience.We need a new water heater, so I called them to find out what their typical cost range is for this work, just a ball-park to see if they're in the range of our budget. They refuse to give me any idea of their typical costs without sending out a service estimator, but that will cost $60 if we don't go ahead and hire them. We already pay for their annual service agreement which does come with perks, but apparently a free estimate isn't one of them. It should be. The person who answers their phones and schedules service absolutely refused to even try to find out what they charge for the water heater itself regardless of the possible complexity of installation. She even tried to keep me from talking to anyone else about it. I'm not interested in wagering $60 on if I'll be happy with an estimate or not. I had to be way more persistent than a current customer should have to be. Finally I got to talk to a service manager who reluctantly told me that their typical gas water heater replacement charges are around $2,000 to $4,000. I quickly cancelled the estimator.This isn't the first time their receptionist did me wrong. The first time was when they came out to perform a warranty repair on my furnace. She told me that their labor would be covered by the manufacturer warranty, but when they came out and did the work, they charged me and said she shouldn't have told me that. They really should have stood by their word, even if their employee misrepresented them. It isn't the customer's fault.Again, usually great service, but with some very unnecessary frustration regarding their office employees.Original review:Kris came out to service our furnace today. It was due for preventative maintenance anyway but the blower motor was also making a rattling noise. Kris removed the motor for inspection and was able to knock some small debris out of it. Before firing the unit back up Kris cleaned and inspected the works. Once it was all back together, everything worked perfectly and no more noise! Kris was professional and very friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions, and have advice for our system. I've been using Blue Sky for years and this kind of excellent service is why.

Blue Sky has been fast and efficient whenever I've called in to make an appt. Today, they called and worked me into their schedule a day before they were scheduled after my AC stopped working. Alan S. worked quickly to trouble shoot the issue, make the repairs and recommendations to keep my house running efficiently. In addition, Alan also got me signed up with the Family Plan to help me save money on future repairs on my 1940 home.

I called Blue Sky Plumbing because of a very slow leak in my basement. Blue Sky was able to schedule a plumber within two days which saved me from paying emergency plumber prices. On my scheduled day, I was fortunate to have Mitch, the plumber, arrive early at my Northwest Denver home built in 1940. Mitch was patient waiting for me to arrive. He worked diligently to uncover where the leak was coming from while clearly communicating what he was doing along the way. Thank you Mitch and Blue Sky Plumbing!

Blue Sky did an excellent job with our heating and cooling system. We knew we had major problems involving our AC and furnace. When we called them to come out to recommend a solution to our problems and give us an estimate, they were very responsive. They gave us a reasonable estimate and committed to scheduling us quickly.They communicated with us both before and during the repairs which took several days. Chad accomplished the repairs and left us with a much better system. There were no surprises and we're very satisfied with the quality of their work.

Blue Sky performed a repair of an AC unit that a couple of other companies would not perform, as they (the other companies) were not capable of performing that service. The technician arrived as scheduled, made a careful diagnosis and made one return trip to the warehouse to get the necessary part. He returned in about an hour, installed it and performed a test of the functionality of the system. It has been working satisfactorily since then.

Had a water heater that needed to be replaced for a family friend that doesn't speak English very well. The dispatcher, Andy, completely understood the situation and helped make me the authorized person for our friend. Marty was the technician that arrived and installed the water heater for us, he was very friendly, knowledge and efficient. He did a great job. Would use this company again for plumbing needs.

We can’t recommend Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating enough. It was easy to communicate and schedule and our technician Wes was amazing. He was great at communicating and very thorough and resourceful at problem solving and making sure we could get our furnace running as efficiently as possible. Wes took the time to come back multiple times to make sure he had the correct equipment and parts so we had a longterm fix for clean air, operating ductwork and a functioning furnace. If you don't want to read the details, here's the quick summary from a long-time customer that paid a premium for Blue Sky's annual service plan: this company has gone dramatically downhill and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your heating needs.Not sure if it is the latest generation of ownership, but our most recent experience with Blue Sky caused us to decide we will never do business with them again. Their expert technician came to look into an issue we were having with our heat and hot water. He determined we needed to do 3 things: replace a valve, replace a gauge, and relocate the intake and exhaust of our system because of a deck we recently built above the original intake/exhaust. He quoted all the work and I followed up to schedule the appointment to complete the 3 items. The day the technician came back, he informed me he could only complete 2 of the 3 items and would need to re-schedule for the 3rd. The first two items were completed without issue and we scheduled an additional visit for the intake/exhaust relocation.The fateful day finally came and the same technician showed up with an apprentice to help him drill the necessary holes and run the new pipe for the intake/exhaust. Shortly after their arrival, the apprentice was wandering around looking confused. He told me that he didn't know where the technician was or what the plan was. Eventually, they got to work drilling through the first of the two walls they would need to drill through for the new pipes. After about an hour, the technician came out and told me they would need to charge me an extra $200 for the job. While not happy about being asked to pay $200 more than the original $1400 quote, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. They then left to get a bigger drill. They returned and spent the next 6 hours drilling 2 holes through a single 8-inch think concrete wall. At 5pm, the technician came out of the basement, and told me they had only managed to get through 1 of the 2 walls and would need to hire a core drilling company to complete the job. He said he would follow up with timing for that. So, postponed once again.The next day, the technician called and said the core drilling company could be at our house the next week and that the additional cost to complete the job would be $900. I told the technician that almost doubling the cost of a job whose scope had not changed was unacceptable. I followed up with a call to Blue Sky's office and asked for the Service Manager. The person who answered told me he was in a meeting with the other managers and that he would call me back when he was out of that meeting. Four hours passed with no call, so I called back. This time I was forwarded to the Service Manager's voicemail. I left a message describing the situation and my frustration and asking him to return my call. 24 hours later and still no call, so I called Blue Sky's office to let them know that I would be going with another company (one that quoted the same original $1400 for the job) and would no longer be doing business with Blue Sky.It's now been a week and I still have not heard from Blue Sky. I don't know if they have made a conscious decision to try to take advantage of their customers during the pandemic, but they clearly couldn't care less about retaining a long-term customer that was paying a premium for their annual service plan.Buyer beware - this company combines incompetence (I've spoken to multiple other companies that have all said it was obvious a core drill was needed for the job) with dishonest sales practices.

Eric, the Blue Sky technician, arrived on time, reviewed my problem regarding malfunctioning zone valves, discussed the fix with me, showed me the cost for the job--fixed, not an estimate--and went to work. On completion we went through a checkout to verify everything was working properly. Eric had come on three previous occasions and I knew he was competent, professional and friendly; that's why I asked specifically for him when I set up the appointment. I like the way Blue Sky operates and would recommend them to anyone.

Mario has serviced my radiators twice, always professional, knowledgeable-explains what he’s doing as he does it, courteous and always cleans up afterwards. I had AJ come out yesterday and evidently didn’t really check to see if problems were fixed, and they weren’t. Mario came out today and got it done and we discussed replacing the radiators and putting a bleeder on it. I appreciate the suggestions he made....and, will always request him for any future service calls. Blue Sky is great getting me scheduled in a timely fashion.

Mike and Marty were amazing! We had a leaking pipe from our bathroom to our basement that they fixed quickly and efficiently. We also had a poorly set up sewage system leading from our laundry to the main sewer line that was allowing sewage gas into our home. They were able to figure out the issue immediately and fix it. They expected the projects to take a day but it only took them half the day to complete. Very nice guys and would definitely recommend!!

Bob was a great technician. He gave me some recommendations that really will help me maintain my dream. I feel good that my drain is clean again and running well and he did not take a long time to do it either. I caught a blue sky because I trust them to do a good job and to be good at it.

I already posted this review on another site, but I would like to share it here also.My furnace blower motor seized up in the middle of the night. Blue Sky returned my call as soon as the office opened and had a repair tech on the way within 2 hours. Mitchell arrived right on time. He was very professional and friendly. He came prepared with replacement parts and had my furnace heating up the house again in less than an hour. If I need another furnace service in the future I would definitely ask for Mitchell by name and hope he is available. The folks on the phone were also very professional and the price was fair. I opted to go with the family plan so the total cost was $691. That may not be cheap, but I would prefer paying a small premium to ensure the job was done right. Besides, furnace repairs in general aren't cheap. All things considered, I am also confused by all the negative reviews. I intend to hire Blue Sky again when I'm ready to start an upcoming electrical project.

Blue Sky plumber, Darryl, did a fantastic job identifying and repairing two areas in our wall that had leaking pipes. Darryl identified the issues and fixed the pipes in about 2 hours. Great knowledge at a fair price. Thank you Blue Sky!We hired Blue Sky to also hook up 4 new sinks and faucets in our recently finished basement. Payton & Marty did a great job, were clean, and very respectful of our home. There were a couple of challenges that Payton and Marty handled on their own using experience and common sense which was very appreciated. Great job!

Isiah was amazing! He took the time to get the scope he needed to properly assess the situation with an outdoor drain pipe that backed up and flooded our basement. He was in time and very professional and took the time to explain what was going on and what to expect. He also set up an estimate to get the pipe system in question replaced. Brian was detailed and extremely knowledgeable in the problem-solving issue with my swamp cooler. I had two different techs and an electrician come out with no answers. Below are the details of my experience working with Blue Sky in repair and maintenance of a boiler system:9/21/2020: Tech visits to address lack of heating function to boiler, adjusts valve. I pay $59 for trip fee.10/26/2020: Tech revisits as any issue that was present on 9/21 was not addressed or diagnosed properly. I pay $747.86, including an unauthorized charge of $149 to join the Blue Sky Family Plan. Tech runs full diagnosis and cleans, provides no warranty for work completed and tries to upsell me on a wireless thermostat for $748.47.11/1/2020: The problem has still not been fixed as the boiler is not providing hot water or adequate heating. I contact Blue Sky and as there is no warranty on the work completed they attempt to charge me a $95 trip fee for an outside of business hour appointment the following day, despite that fact that this would be a third trip from one of their technicians in less than 45 days.For someone on the Family Plan I would expect a bit more willingness to be reasonable. I spent $552 in servicing a boiler that less than a week later was still not operating properly. This company not only is expensive but they could not complete the job and were unwilling to stand by the quality of work done by their technicians. I will never work with them again.

Ethan was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and why. He did a thorough check of all the safety systems of the furnace after he got it running again. Because the cause of the problem was not an obvious failure of any particular part on the furnace, he gave me a list of all the things that could be causing my problem with an estimate for repairing each of them. He told me what to look for if my problem occurred again so that when I called them, they would come prepared with the right parts, if needed.

**Updated 10/1/2020**It took the fourth visit to resolve our issue. We never had a problem with customer service, response to our calls, or long wait times for service. I still feel this could have been resolved in 1 or 2 visits, but our boiler works now. Our technician has been helpful and detailed.We have had Blue Sky out to our house twice now. Our boiler would not stay on after a single heat cycle. After two visits we have the same issue. I'll be happy to update this review once the problem is solved, but I don't think it should take three visits. I will say that the actually answer their phone, come out when they say they will and and explain things well.

Blu Sky has replaced a water heater for me and was the only company willing to help me in an emergency situation caused by my landlord that left my family of 5 including a newborn without hot water for a whole week during the pandemic. I am forever grateful to Jesse and his team including the lovely woman who answers the phone and took my order. Thank you, Blue Sky!

Mike and Dan were absolutely fabulous to work with! Renovations on a house can be hard and our master bath reno is no exception. I was given some parameters by my old contractor for the new tub so he could do the install. Unfortunately those parameters were a bit off when it came to the plumbing. Mike and Dan were able to make it all work and we were able to get the tub in and functioning. You two were faced with many problems you had to work out and you did it with sense of humor. It was a pleasure to have you two in our home.

From start to finish my experience was great with Blue Sky. I called in on a Friday morning because my furnace wasn’t working. The emergency time slots were from 4-6pm & cost more than a regularly scheduled service call. I was placed in that que but the nice lady at dispatch called me back after I had scheduled & said that she had a cancellation for 1-3pm and the cost would be half of what she had originally quoted me because now it would be out of the emergency slots.The technician that came in was friendly & luckily it was a quick fix. I’m happy with the service I have gotten with Blue Sky. Last summer I had a new swamp cooler & furnace installed. I always feel confident that they do their best to accommodate me & their customer service is top of the line. I can always count on their team to provide the best service possible.

I have now been saved by Blue Sky repeatedly at multiple properties through the metro area and even as far as Bailey (on a Saturday at regular rates no less)! From an overflowing sewer line to a broken heater and the resulting frozen pipes, all of the Blue Sky employees have been pleasant, responsive, professional, and have gone above and beyond to fix my various plumbing and HVAC issues. I also very much appreciate that when they quote a job, they do everything they can to meet the quoted price. They have come in at their quoted price every time. I genuinely appreciate the exceptional level of customer service and I highly recommend Blue Sky.

Tried calling them out to repair water leaking from furnace. They charged us a ridiculous amount for some refrigerant and then said it would be a 5- 6 hour job and cost over 4 grand. I had someone else come look at it and they found a minor leak at the suction schrader core valve and corrected the downward pitch slope to the drain from the condensate line. Cost just over $300.Absolutely horrible experience and I would never recommend.

Pin hole leak in copper piping behind toilet in the wall caused was found and resolved with expertise of Clint. He is totally professional and knows his stuff. Thanks Clint!Blue Sky answered my call and promptly found the time to do this in one day. Prices are given up front and make sense. Consider the family plan too.

Had a great experience with a Blue Sky. Was able to set up an appointment via text. Tech was professional and efficient. He kept a mask on, and wore shoe covers in the house. Our AC problem was quickly diagnosed, and the tech had an iPad with a series of photos from the work he performed and had images showing the problem. They were able to build a quote for the repair in the house, and walked through all the options. When the labor required more materials than quoted, we were charged the quoted price.

I've used this company for just about every service they offer; they are always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I'm a property manager with 100+ properties so having vendors I can rely on is extremely important and Blue Sky never fails to come through when I need them.

Ben and Brandon moved an outlet circuit to even the load since there were too many locations on one circuit and added two GFI outlets. They also repaired an outlet that was not wired correctly. Then added a separate outlet for the freezer and one outside for my pretty lights. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, kept everything clean and answered all my questions. They did a great job! Highly recommend Blue Sky. Everyone has been great from the first call to repairs. We are having them do additional electrical repairs.

Mountain Haven Property Management has been using Blue Sky for our plumbing and HVAC needs, not only on the properties that we manage, but also on our own homes. They are always super professional, with calling before arriving, calling while on the job to discuss options and cost, and then calling to follow up and make sure everything was completed to our tenant's and owner's satisfaction. We have never had a problem with them showing up during the 2 hour window, nor had a problem with a repair. Their service technicians are always prompt and courteous and happy to explain the details with us on the cost. They even sent someone to my home last night within half an hour of my call for an emergency situation where a potential fire hazard had developed. We've been very happy in working with them!

We had our water heater go out on Easter (after 12 years) and on Monday we called Blue Sky to get a quote. We decided to remove and replace the unit ourselves (to save some money) and have Blue Sky do the upgrades to the plumbing and gas lines. Their plumber Heath did a tremendous job! It was tidy and perfectly done. He suggested removing the saddle valve to the humidifier (always the right choice) and replaced it with a proper valve. It all looks great and our hot water is very appreciated!

Beside their semi-annual check up, they reviewed a recent inspection report (from home sale) to ensure all issues were fully addressed. They are very responsive, and were able to work with my schedule to get the needed service done quickly.

I have had great prior experience with Blue Sky, both residential and commercial. Recently Mitch assisted with a leaking faucet, toilet and a toilet install. Before his arrival Sarah from the office called and gave an update on his ETA. Then a few minutes before his arrival Mitch called. I really appreciate the communication. There were challenges with this particular faucet and the accessibility to the connections. Mitch showed professionalism and patience through some extremely challenging tasks. He was able to save our fixtures and get us back in business. Only draw back was the specialty cartridge they had to pick up for the next day. That delay that was out of his control. Mitch protected the surfaces and cleaned up extremely well.

The crew was very knowledgeable and communicative. Having an older house, there were a few things to figure out once they got going. They worked with me every step of the way. Very professional crew.After the install was complete, there were a few issues that came up with different areas having leaks. They were able to come out the same day I called with an issue to take care of it. Very good customer service.If I had to be critical, I'd say that the cleanliness could have been a little better. While they did try to clean up after themselves, I did notice a good amount of debris left over. Not sure if that was because they were in a hurry, but could have been cleaned up a bit better. I know that removing drywall is a messy ordeal, but a little more site prep could have gone a long way so that my wife and I didn't have to sweep and dust as much as we did. I had mentioned this to the estimator that came out. I would have been able to put down the protection if needed, but I was assured that they would take necessary precautions.All-in-all, though, I am very happy with the quality of work and overall experience. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend to anyone looking to have similar work done or just need a trustworthy plumbing company.

He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, I will absolutely be using this company again based purely off of my experience with him. I called because I thought there was a leak in my water heater. After setting my appointment online, with upmost ease, I received a call the morning of my appointment. Marty came on time, was friendly, professional, and thorough. He went through all of the possibilities it could be, testing water from different sources and watching to see what the pool up could be. He discovered that the water was from the AC unit backed up in the PVC pipe from the drainage pan. He was upfront about the price (quite reasonable and saved me thousands on getting a new furnace and possibly causing an electrical fire that burned my house down). I was shocked at how much water had backed up and how plugged the PVC pipe was, especially because I try to get annual maintenance on the furnace. I will continue to use this company in the future, recommend it to anyone I know who needs help, and turn to them for maintenance on the furnace going forward.

blue sky gave a quote to replace my old boiler for a hi efficiency/condensing unit for 28,000 lol. I had them come out 3yrs prior for the same quote it was 13,500... I would spend my money elsewhere. no boiler replacement with 5 zones should ever be 28,000 lol

So I bought a home this past March & on the first day of owning it the carbon monoxide detectors went off. The sellers called Blue Sky for an emergency Friday visit to fix the problem. They came out and the technician was only able to confirm a CO leak and shut off the furnace. They required that we make a separate appointment to have an estimate prepared for the repair - we get the estimate and immediately schedule the repair - this takes a full week. The appointment day comes and the technician (Different from the one that prepared the estimate) refuses to even go on the roof & claims he cannot go up because of a wet spot on the roof and conveniently tells me it was his partners first time doing this type of repair. (This is questionable but I let them leave). I immediately rescheduled for another appointment. When the technicians arrive (Different yet again) they again refuse to get on the roof, this time because it is too steep & apparently not worth their time. Since we have now been without heat for a few cold weeks we are extremely displeased that they are not willing to perform the repair. My husband offers to go on the roof and perform the half of the repair that required a man on the roof. My husband essentially did the work for one of their technicians for the sake of getting it done. We asked that since my husband essentially did half of the work if we could get a kickback of any sort (Gift Card, Discount, Thank you, SOMETHING). They said they would look into it - no word from the office after that. They also refused to do another CO test once the repair was completed without charging another $150 - which came across shady. So overall, they were pretty pricey, a somewhat simple repair took 4 visits (would have been more if my husband didn't help them), & they refused to perform a test to confirm the repair they recommended was successful. Next time I'll most likely find someone else.

Our technician was the best. He was knowledgeable beyond any tech we have ever dealt with, regardless of company. He strove for , and achieved, perfection in bring our brand new AC unit into conformance with the Xcel rules for receiving a rebate. Additionally, his ability to explain what was going on was exceptional. I never felt stupid or uninformed. He is a credit to Blue Sky .

The Technician Troy really did some nice work in getting our evaporate cooling system up and running quickly, and he was very professional.I only had one minor issue with the experience overall about the billing, but when Jesse at Blue Sky heard, he'd contacted me, and rapidly took care of the situation. The customer service here has been great.All in all I was pleased with the experience! I would certainly recommend them.

We recently had Eli and Matt out to install a gas line for our new gas stove. They were outstanding,! They were so professional, with minimal disruption, and very prompt, helpful, and accommodating. The line they installed had to be worked around ductwork among other obstructions. I was amazed at the finished installation, so clean and secure! The HVAC technicians are definitely better than anyone at Applewood doctor fix it AAA don't take my word for it give Blue Sky a call!!! We moved into a new home and the motor on one of our two furnaces was broken . The technician said the furnace was a 2012 and not under warranty any longer. Told me it was $900 to replace and he could do it right then. I recently had a different company come out to give me a quote on a whole home humidifier. That tech told me it was a 2019 and the furnace had a 10 year warranty. The motor problem should have been free. The tech took the broken motor and most likely submitted to my furnace company for a second payday. This company is SCAMMERS!

On the high cost side of services but your young men have talent and know what they are doing.

I had several lights and outlets not delivering power. The technician found the problem within minutes, replaced the bad outlet and the problem resolved. Quick on time service!

We had a difficult plumbing emergency and the technician, Jorge, sent by Blue Sky was very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and went about correcting it. The correction required a second scheduled service with specialized equipment. Blue Sky sent Jorge and a second technician, Troy, to complete the service. Both techs were very courteous and thoroughly explained the follow-up service. I am very satisfied by the work of these techs and would recommend them as well as the company to anyone.

A smooth seamless process from the estimate to completion of the work. I can't express how happy I was with the circuit wiring and installation of new kitchen lighting performed by Blue Sky and their excellent representative Ben, the work was done quickly and efficiently and I am very happy with the results. Jake did a great job fixing our leak, including describing everything he needed to do and providing a cost before he started the work. We're happy to have hot water again!Jake was also very helpful in discussing what it would take to install a water leak monitor and shutoff valve to protect our house from future leaks. Darryl came out on short notice on a Saturday to diagnose an issue we were having with our water heater. He wasn’t expecting to have to replace it but that’s what needed to happen. He made arrangements with his office to have someone deliver a new tank and stuck around to take care of the job. He never once complained in the 5 hours he was at our house and was even nice to our pets. My wife especially liked how he took the time to talk through our options without “mansplaning” it to her. We have trusted Blue Sky with all of our needs over the years and will continue to do so after today.

Our thermostat stopped working, turned out water had collected in a trap that needed to be cleaned and a sensor installed. The team worked well together and the repair was completed quickly. The problem and what needed be done was described. We watched each step, asked questions and were given a thorough explanation. Nice to be able to watch.

He took the time to not only figure out the issue but also to educate me on future issues and how to extend the life of my water heater. Company called at 09:30am to tell us the tech was on the way. What they didn't tell us was that he was going to make stop(s) along the way. He showed up at 11:10am. He added about 1 gallon of antifreeze to the boiler heating loop (took less than 1 hour, and the trip charge was already paid for) and wanted to charge $622! I was stunned, so he called the company and they agreed he should take $100 off. After he left I called George T. Sanders plumbing, since he was using their George. T. Sanders Arctik Snow Prop. Glycol 96 AS-PGD-96-I-5-P. They quoted me $278 retail for that 5-gallon container. Blue Sky probably has some kind of contractors' discount. Since only about 1 gallon of product was used, that visit was terrible value for me!

Marty was punctual and responsive. He assisted me greatly in a leak that was occurring on our outside faucet. I really appreciated how he listened to me and made sure that the job was done right.

I had a furnace installed by a different company a few years ago that always sounded loud but was told by other company it was the type of furnace. When I had Blue Sky come out today because the furnace kept turning off and on repeatedly-they not only knew what that issue was but recognized why the furnace was so loud and fixed everything! It sounds way better than it did even when it was new and is working perfectly. The technician Steven was very nice and professional. Really happy with results. Thank you!

They don’t fix the issues they do simple tasks and expect you to pay, they will add a ridiculous amount of charges for replacing a flange something simple 🤷🏻‍♀️ we had a bathroom leak and they said only the main line is warranted the line are all connected to the main line. Keep your money. There’s a worker from California big guy who is finding ridiculous solutions for ridiculous amounts of money 🤮 🤢

We had a clogged main that another company tried 4 times to fix and couldn't. Heath with Blue Sky came out, looked at the problem, made a plan that required another man. Kurt and Vince showed up, made a plan with Heath and they got to work. Didn't take long before they produced positive results. Ran the line a second time to be sure and that was that. Both Heath and Kurt are great reps for Blue Sky. Can't thank them enough.

My 25-year old boiler quit working, and Blue Sky Plumbing came out the same day to repair it. Mitchell was on time, very courteous and professional, and had the repair done in less than an hour. I live in the foothills and it is hard to find a company willing to do business in my area. I have used Blue Sky in the past, and have always had a good experience with them and know they will do quality work.

I bought a newly-rennovated house that was over 40 years old and still had the original gas-fired boiler providing baseboard heat to all 3 floors. After having a very negative experience with the company I initially hired to inspect the system, I was fortunate enough to find Blue Sky. (First company charged $150 for inspection and said everything was working properly. After I moved in a month later it became obvious that this was totally incorrect: the system didn’t work at all! I wouldn’t have completed the purchase if I had known.)It was a totally different experience with Blue Sky. They provided great service: prompt, very efficient, and the technician explained everything he would be doing and why, as well as answering all my questions. The system is now working beautifully, and the work was completed for a very fair price.Blue Sky came highly recommended and I can see why! I would recommend them without reservation for any similar service.

I called Blue Sky to install a plug in my garage, they sent Ben out the same day. Ben did a great job ! he came out, was very professional, respectful and efficient. I had all the drywall pulled off the wall but Ben brought a trashcan with him to clean up the mess that he made while installing the plug, and took all the excess trash that he had from the installation. it was a little pricey, but totally worth it. I will use Blue Sky again, in fact my mom had a issue with her air conditioner about a week after I had my plug installed, and instead of using a company my mom called I recommended her to use Blue Sky. She used them and was extremely happy as well. Thank you Ben and Blue Sky.

Dylan was our technician who came out for a clogged kitchen sink. After his thorough review of our plumbing he was able to unclog the sink and also identify a leak in our pipe in the crawl space. He came back for the repairs to put in a new pipe and fixed another issue with our pipping in our laundry room. He was courteous, efficient and very professional. He showed up on time and took extra time to explain all the repairs to me. I would highly recommend this company!

Isaiah came out and assessed our clogged kitchen drain. He had the clog cleared in short order and even helped us with a small fix on a bathroom faucet. We've never had any issues using this company and we highly recommend them.

After fixing the immediate issue, he recommended some further maintenance that could help the back up from reappearing. Easy to schedule, on time and extremely thoughtful and thorough technicians (both of them very impressive) and significantly more affordable than my first bid. Our Air conditioning went out during business hours in the middle of summer . Blue sky got out there super fast and fixed the problem same day. They kept me in the loop with what they were doing the whole time and explained everything very well.

Alan and Steve were great. On-time, very professional. I don't always like having contractors in my house while my husband isn't home but that is not a worry with these guys.I've had a few hiccups with the scheduling and most of the time they fix the issue. So if you run into the same scheduling issues feel confident it doesn't reflect the quality their work.

Omar Amador, Service Technician for Blue Sky, provided EXCEPTIONAL service in both assessing and fixing my air conditioner and detecting the problem I had with my water heater that if I did not replace it, would cause disaster.First of all, his technical expertise in detecting what still needed to be done for the air conditioner that now enables it to run powerfully and peacefully is far beyond the former company I had come and do that service work.Secondly, Omar amazingly observed several problems I had with the water heater -- that was adjacent to the air conditioner operating system - and then rightly recommended I replace it.Thirdly and finally, he came within a week or two later and replaced the water heater. It was unfortunately for him such a challenge in terms of work to be done (not in any way challenging his expertise!), yet he stayed determined, motivated, persistent and energetic in solving all the problems that the former owner neglected. Making an appointment was easy and the date for scheduling an appointment was close to the day of my call.Troy has been our service person since we started working with Blue Sky several years ago. We always request him because he is knowledgeable, conscientious, and thorough in his work. He makes reasonable recommendations for completing the work. Once done, he cleans up the work area.He is always congenial during his visits.

I had a shower pipe sheer off and the remnants were left in the wall. Daryl came up and was amazing! He was able to get the remnants pulled out which was not easy to do and managed to do it without cutting into my drywall. I was elated as I was fairly confident we were going to have to cut out dry wall. Overall second time I’ve used Blue Sky and both times the service was great and helpful! Will definitely use for all future plumbing needs..... UPDATE - we had another technician Wes came up and rocked out my Rinnae tankless hot water heater. New motor and working great. Thanks

Worry remains about promises made, because our problem remains, but we valued the service a great deal, were fairly charged in the end, and would give Blue Sky another chance to do great work for us.Original review:Relying on this company is a major mistake you should avoid. Quick to diagnose problems and charge you. Zero (ZERO!!) follow through. Not from technician, not supervisor, not manager, no part order. Plenty of apologies from admin doesn't fix the hot water heater. Going on a couple of weeks waiting.

I had an electrical emergency when a tree fell on my house. Ben responded so fast and was able to help me navigate my situation. Ben is one of the most honest and competent electricians I have ever worked with. He is thorough and very thoughtful. His work ethic is most admirable. Great experiences with this company! Matthew Garcia was very professional and kind. He repaired our furnace last year while we were away and worked with one of our friends in our absence. It was good to meet him when he performed a furnace system tune up. He is a good face to the Blue Sky company that seems to do honest hard work.

Jon was great. he helped us fix a few drains that were clogged and slow. He was very efficient and cleaned up everything.

Ben is an amazing electrician. He explained all that he was going to do, before and after, as well as other questions about electrical work during. He is very knowledgeable, and explains in a way that makes sense. He took the time to explain everything I had questions about, and waited until I had asked everything I could think of. CSR I worked with was very thorough during the appointment setting process. Although my initial appointment window was not met, Jesse & Shay reached out to me in order to remedy the situation from a managerial standpoint. The next day Mario, a service tech, showed up first thing in the morning & did a great job from start to finish. He was very thorough in his explanation, educated me in some areas I had questions about, and was very professional, as well as courteous. Had an air conditioner problem and I called # to schedule an appointment on Sunday evening and actually talked with a live person!!!! Got scheduled for the next day too which was a surprise but great. Mario was the technician and he was outstanding. Best customer service I’ve had in a long while. I am updating my original review. 1st one was a 1 star, now I am changing to a 5 star. Spoke with one of the higher ups today. He understood my concern and 1st words out of his mouth was we have some training to go over or something along those lines. The fact he realized there was a problem, agreed with Mr, and is retraining his staff so this doesn't happen again to someone else. That I'd what management should do. I really appreciate the professionalism by him, he showed he cared for us as clients and he showed he cared about his employees enough to retrain them vs, getting them in trouble. Wish more managers are like the gentleman I spoke with this morning. I will be using you guys again. Thank you for being honest and having integrity.

This company is outstanding. Mike and Tanner were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and performed the repair in a timely manner. They worked on our Rannai heater. They are heads above prior service companies we used. We are now loyal customers and will always rely on Blue Sky!

I had a toilet replaced and a drain cleared recently. Dylan was very courteous and gave me a couple of options on how I wanted to deal with the issues I had. He arranged to complete the installation on a following day and that went off as planned and was performed very quickly. We haven't had any issues since and we have a brand new toilet that was perfectly installed.

Blue Sky is my go to for HVAC and plumbing needs! I use them multiple times a year for several properties! Most recently, Bob repaired a kitchen disposal that was not working properly. He was very professional and efficient. I cannot recommend Blue Sky enough!

I think Blue Sky tends to be very expensive. However, they always answer the phone and return phone calls, and they always arrive when they say they will. I have never had the experience with Blue Sky where they made an appointment with me and then didn't show up. This gives them a huge advantage over many plumbers in Evergreen. My experience has also been that there technicians are experienced and know what they are doing. Finally, their technicians are very professional. Darryl came to my house today and was a pleasure to work with.

My air conditioner was not functioning. I had it repaired in previous years. Alan, from Blue Sky, was terrific - very thorough and knowledgeable. He noted the system was overcharged and there was an obstruction in the system. He pulled out some refrigerant and cleaned out the furnace. It runs the best it ever has.

Heat went out, could have setup same day but took the next day. Automatic text offer to move up appointment, they were on time, informative. Tech was able to diagnose the issue, acquire components and repair in a couple hours.

Bob did a fantastic job fixing our leaking drain pipe. He was on time, asked good questions about the issue, correctly diagnosed the problem, and then fixed it at a price below what I thought the repair might cost. Thanks to Bob, my wife has her shower back, and I have peace of mind!

A good experience with Blue Sky. They remedied an issue we we having, were pleasant when we didn't understand and listened to our concerns. They sent two fantastic guys (Patrick and Dalton) to do the job. Patrick went to great lengths to show me what he was doing and what we could expect. Daryl also came to install an expansion tank - he was similarly wonderful.

They arrived early/on time and they give quotes before they start any work. We didn't end up going with Blue Sky, however the associate was extremely nice and knowledgeable as were the owners/managers.

Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating just finished replacing an old heater and air conditioner. While their estimate was the highest of the four I got, I feel that their knowledge of the products, their long service history in the Denver area, and their professionalism were well worth the extra. The tradesmen were extremely courteous and hard working. They thoughtfully worked out the space issues and explained the new system features, assuring me that they are available to help at any time there might be a problem. I would call them again and would highly recommend them if asked.

Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric provided outstanding service on my wall mounted modulating boiler. But, most importantly, the technician Mr. Wesley Rickert was exceptional in his knowledge, personal interactions with us. He noticed items that were not obvious that needed adjustment or repair and was prompt with his company to obtain the time necessary to make such repairs and a very reasonable cost. In the future, it would be my preference to have Mr. Rickert make any future yearly inspections or repairs as needed. He is welcome back.

Casey did a great job working on and installing our new electrical box. He helped us name all the electrical switches and fixed outlets that weren't working right. Also, Omar did a great job helping with the new electrical box, humidifier, furnace and air conditioner. My experience with Blue Sky Plumbing was amazing! I had an emergency, and called Blue Sky. In two hours Troy was at my house and located the problem. Brian was great, he got the ball rolling (I had no water) and had a crew out the next day. Chris and the crew did an excellent job, from preparation to clean up. Everything promised was done, and the cost was exactly what was quoted. I highly recommend this company.

I called Blue Sky to install two new outlets (behind the wall mounted televisions). Ben was able to work around the obstacles of an older house and the chimney to get the outlet installed and out of site. He also installed a new outlet in the basement for the second wall mounted television.The estimate was given before the work began, giving me the option to have all, part or none of the work done.Ben was professional, friendly and courtesy.The receptionist at Blue Sky was also very friendly and helpful.

We’ve been in our house for several years and I’ve avoided having annual cleaning and maintenance on our furnace as it is working fine. I decided to be safe rather than sorry and called Blue Sky based on some recommendations from Nextdoor and was very impressed with our technician, Omar. Typically I would show him where everything is and then go about my day but he suggested he could walk me through the cleaning/maintenance process if I was interested. I spent the next hour or so in the basement and he walked me through everything he was doing. He was incredibly thorough and informative (as you would expect) and explained everything to me in detail and in my opinion went above and beyond what was expected. I will certainly be using Blue Sky and hopefully Omar for both our annual air condition and furnace servicing going forward!

My experience with Blue Sky was exceptional! My water heater began leaking (2 year old unit) and I contacted the original installer for replacement since the unit was under warranty from the manufacturer (12 year warranty/3 year labor warranty); the company not only seemed clueless that they installed the unit but they told me that a tech would come out to look at things and maybe a new unit could be installed the following week.This resolution was not acceptable to me so, I contacted Blue Sky after I spoke to Rheem's warranty department and I was told that I could file a claim for reimbursement myself and use any installer I preferred. I spoke with April at Blue Sky, explained my situation and she facilitated replacement of my water heater the next day. The tech, Bill, that arrived at our home was very friendly, knowledgeable and obviously takes pride in his workmanship.I am very pleased with Blu Sky and would recommend them to my friends and family! Thank you Blue Sky for your exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

We needed to replace an old AC condenser fan motor with a new one we ordered to spec online. Blue Sky responded very promptly, listening to our request, and explaining exactly what part of a service visit would be under warranty. Specialist Dan was dispatched, who provided a reasonable estimate, and replaced the motor in a very timely, professional, and courteous manner, including checking all components that might affect the behavior of the motor. I had a whole new system installed in my house last year: furnace, air conditioning, hot water heater, steam humidifier, and a water filtration system. But it was late in the season so we never activated the air conditioning unit. So Omar Amador with Blue Sky came out to service it.I want to say this young man is awesome at his job! He gave me great customer service. He took extra time to make sure I understood how my new system worked and he made sure everything was working properly.He found that I already needed to replace the filter in my steam humidifier because I have well water, and the filters in my filtration system were installed backwards.Omar went above and beyond on this service call and that is exceptional to me.

I’ve had both Bill and Darryl in my new house this month and both went above and beyond to provide excellent service while finding the lowest cost billing options. 5/5 will always call these folks

All I can say is that this place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THE receptionist was very arrogant and prideful. They weren’t willing to listen and see how they were wrong.Please do not go to this place.

We were very pleased with the service we received. It was thorough and great detail was provided regarding our water heater and it's configuration. Instructions were provided on how to prevent further issues. Price was fair and service person was wonderful.

In my experience, is not common that you can actually say you are super happy with your plumbing company. With Blue Sky, our experience has been very different. They are responsive and good at solving problems, not just putting a band-aid on it. We worked with Zach on a large project for our condo and he was extremely helpful. We highly recommend Blue Sky Plumbing.

I see now why this business gets mediocre ratings at best. Requested a tech come out and take a look at our furnace, it was kicking on and off and not coming to temp, just as we were planning to close on selling our home. This had happened before when the filter just needed replacing and the unit was starving for air (my fault). But it has been sometime since the unit got serviced; although after I replaced the filter it was working fine, we kept Blue Sky scheduled to come out and what we thought would be a visual inspection for $59. What we got was a guy who stood on the porch, convinced my wife that because we haven’t had “annual maintenance” that it was going to be an additional $192, just to put his hands on the unit. Never got in the crawl space, spent about 5 minutes on my porch. This pandemic puts us all at the mercy of scheduling. Unfortunately I wasn’t home, and this tech took advantage of my wife on a business call to tell her he couldn’t look at or touch the furnace without paying another $200. This place will use the service call fee to determine whether or not they can profit off of your needs, and utilize the situation to the best of their ability not to actually help people. We had made an appt for these folks to come look at our new place that we closed on while all this was happening, after this interaction we promptly canceled the appt. Good luck with what you get with this company.December 2020 follow up from business response: I reached out to the service manager as requested, Crystal. I called and told the receptionist I had left a google review and was told to reach out. She stated that Crystal was in a meeting but could leave her a voicemail. Which I did leave a voicemail, letting her know who I was and would like to discuss my experience. I never heard from her, she never called me back...

We have used numerous plumbing/elec/HVAC companies in the NW Denver area over the years. Our recent experience with Blue Sky as first time customers was outstanding. It is clear to me that this company prioritizes hiring top-flight staff. We needed both HVAC and electrical help. The techs were technically skilled, willing to explain the issues found and (most importantly) obviously concerned about doing the best possible job on our behalf ! Pricing was transparent and reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this company. They seem to be very successful in our area and now I know why !

Today, Blue Sky earned my future business! I own a small apartment building and had a sewage backup in one of the units. I called a company to come out and jet my drain lines. Jetting didn't fix the problem and they sent an expert out to diagnose the issue. The expert told me I needed to replace the main drain in the building and quoted me $11,500 to start the repair. Aside from the money, this would be a huge inconvenience for my tenants as the project would start with jackhammering out the concrete floor to expose the drain line.I decided to get a second opinion. A friend of mine recommended Blue Sky and I'm really happy they did. Blue Sky sent a master plumber, LD, out to diagnose my problem and advise on how to best fix it. LD was prompt, smart, personable, and professional. He took the time to figure out my problem and explained it to me in a way that made sense. He showed me on camera that there was no way to tell if I needed to replace any pipes until the standing water was drained from them. He suggested I call the original company that jetted my drain and ask them to come out and warranty their work. I took LD's advice.When the original company came back they jetted my lines again and cleared the blockage. Once the lines were cleared they scoped them again and told me everything looked great. I asked the gentleman if he thought I needed to replace my main drain, he said, no, why would you do that? When I told him that was the recommendation of HIS company, he was upset and apologized. He told me that is what happens when they send a plumber out to check on a drain cleaner's job.Blue Sky proved to be honest, competent, professionals. They could have screwed me, but they didn't. Today, Blue Sky earned my future business.

We hired Blue Sky to replace our worn out evaporative cooler. It was a relatively big job to remove the old unit and install a new one meeting all current code requirements. In the process we met quite a number of on-site workers and talked with several office people. EVERY person we met was a class act. They were courteous, capable, and professional. It was an exceptional experience! We would hire Blue Sky again in a heartbeat.

We have used BSPH for many years and have always been very satisfied. The plumber came on time yesterday in the middle of an historic wind storm. I had two items, and he convinced me to defer service on both. I only had to pay the service fee.

We've had the pleasure of having Steve G. from Blue Sky fix both of our furnaces this winter and the service we received was outstanding. Blue Sky Service technician Bill Connor called that he was on his way and showed up right at the beginning of our time window. We had several items from ac to heating to plumbing for him to do. After assessing the challenges, he worked through all of the items with professional and technical understanding. He gave us choices as to the level of repair and upgrades that were available. We were impressed and thankful for our time with Bill.
