This is my 2nd experience with Plumbers Near Me (I just love their name). They were able to come same day for a non emergency repair of an outside Spicket. I’m sure I just got lucky but I was very impressed! Carlos was cheerful, professional and had the replacement completed very quickly even with a tricky access. GREAT JOB!!

After the last 2 months of rain, we started having main line issues. After running a snake myself, about 40' out and getting nothing, it was clear that the problem was further down. I called this company and was able to get a morning appointment the following day. The initial call was professional, courteous and friendly. The rep took time to listen and answer questions and gave accurate quotes, for the work.
After scheduling, I received email and text confirmations.
The day of the appointment the company texted to say the technician was on the way and then the Tech (Carlos) called shortly afterwards to relay the same message. Great communication.
Carlos arrived, listened to what was going on and then got to work. My situation was not out of the ordinary, but, we could not find the outdoor clean-out and had to go through one, in the basement utility room - that was about 5' off the floor. If you have ever pulled a drain snake, you know it's harder to do, at head/shoulder level. We agreed that running the camera down first was the best course, to see what we were dealing with. This also allowed us to see if there were odd angles, that the snake and cutting tip might not be able to navigate. There were about 7 curtains of roots blocking the last 60 feet of pipe, by about 80%.Carlos pulled the camera back and went to work with the snake and cutting heads. He was able to get all but 3 blockages, open to 80%. The remaining 3 were at 60% open (the remaining roots were hanging from above).
This all took about 2.5 hours. During that time Carlos sent the camera down 4 times to check the progress and the last time was to make the video.
In the end, we had a flowing mainline, that could now be maintained. Bear in mind, I have owned the house since 2006 and this was the first time ANY sewer line work had been done.

Carlos did a great job, was very informative and respectful of my home and surroundings. He did not try and push or upsell anything. He was only interested in getting the drain flowing, doing a respectable job and leaving the customer satisfied.

I will definitely recommend this company and Carlos, to friends and family and call on them again, in the future.

Carlos from PNM did an excellent job. He was courteous and patient. Discovered a different way to access the plugged up line in our 1970's home, and resolved the issue explaining every step he was taking before taking it. We are confident we'll call this local business again if the need arises.

My Sewer line was backing up. Carlos showed up on time, cleared the line quickly and stuck to the estimate. And he was both personable and gave great advice for the future.

“Plumbers Near Me” is the worst plumbing contractor I’ve ever used. Asked them to install my new disposal. Nothing complicated, but the person this company sent out did not follow the manufacturer’s instructions and photos. He installed the disposal wrong for $223.90 and later it leaked. I called another plumbing con-tractor who took pictures of the obvious mis-takes, and reinstalled the disposal correctly for $175. I asked the original plumbing contractor, “Plumbers Near Me,” to reimburse me, and Saul Mejia, I presume the owner, apologized and said he would reimburse me. 83 days later no reimbursement despite my emailing Saul and calling him several times. Never again for “Plumbers Near Me.”

This is the kind of locally owned business you just have to love, and I will call them again and again because I trust them! I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I got a next day appointment, I was notified before they arrived and they arrived on time, and they worked quickly to fix my issues. But the BEST part was Jonathan’s helpful advice in troubleshooting my concerns and his amazing and down to earth attitude. I could tell he wasn’t trying to sell me on anything I didn’t need, and he even offered helpful advice on the items I can try to take care of myself. What a rare and valuable thing to find in todays “take advantage” world! Definitely recommend giving them a call for any plumbing concerns.

We have used plumbers near me a few times, and they have been good. I recently had a very frustrating experience when trying to work with them. I wanted to have a water softener installed in our house, and asked to get a quote. I was told to send them what water softener we wanted installed in order to get the most accurate quote, which I did. After this point, I never received a quote. I tried calling back 4 times over the course of 1.5 weeks, and the person who answered always said his technician was not responding to his requests for the quote. This truly baffled me, and it seems the business does not know how to internally communicate. Simple changes to their internal structure would likely make them a better company

Great experience. Called these experts for a main line cleaning after our in-floor basement drain over flowed. The plumber was early, professional, and very knowledgeable. After the service he walked me through my plumbing system and explained how I can maintain the old system and pipes for further use. Fair prices and professional, I think I found my homes go to plumbing company.

These guys are incredible. I had a larger company come out and quote me nearly $10k for an unnecessary job, using scare tactics to get me to buy in. We had a leak from an 80-year-old galvanized pipe that was 100% rusted and located behind a wall. The access was extremely difficult. Carlos was fantastic in dealing with the pipes that were almost impossible to separate due to the corrosion. He worked tirelessly on the project. At the end, he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. PNM was able to get address the problem on a late Saturday afternoon and they completed the job on Monday. We couldn't be happier with the service. Their estimate was upfront and their fees are very reasonable. A million Thanks go out to Carlos and PNM!!

I recommend Plumbers Near Me. They are very professional, courteous, and easy to do business with. I received email and text messages regarding my appointment, and a text when the technician was in route to my house. The plumber was knowledgeable and professional and very quickly and correctly resolved my problems. My ONLY concern is their pricing is a bit high and I'm not a fan of trip charges being added to the bill (It's not like I can bring my house to you). 20 minutes of work cost me $225. I hired them to inspect a leak in the crawl-space and asked them to inspect with a camera and they discovered a clogged sewer line with a missing cap. They replaced the cap and I was quoted a good price for 2 sewer line clean-outs to be installed in the backyard, which the house had been needing since rooting costs were always high in the past due to not having easy access to the sewer line. They were very friendly and professional installing the clean-outs and rooting the line afterward. Would highly recommend!

This family-owned company is as good as it gets!  I will never use another plumber again.  I found them because I actually searched online for a plumber near me.  Very clever name for this company.  They squeezed us in on a Friday night.  Jonathan and Christian not only came out at 8:00 in the evening but stopped by a hardware store in order to get the part we thought we needed.  Unfortunately, because our house is 120+ years old, it needs special faucet fittings only available at plumbing supply houses.  On Saturday morning, Jonathan made trips to two open places both of which said they had what we needed, only to discover they didn't.  He kept in touch and Monday morning was back with the right thing!  He did a great job at a reasonable price.  $405 included the cost of the faucet and all of his work. From my first phone call to Saul at the office to each of our encounters with Jonathan, the people at this small company are pleasant, competent, courteous, and helpful.  They even offer a discount for community servants (police, firefighters, teachers).  You cannot go wrong using their services.

Called them up explaining we needed repair work done on our water line going to our refrigerator and some work done to install a bidet on our main toilet. We were given a basic estimate of $175. So we made an appointment for the soonest date possible. A young man named Johnathan, showed up to our townhome on time. We explained and showed him the repair work we needed done. He correctly, within code took care of all of our repair work in a timely manner. After the repair work was done, we were very easily able to pay for everything using our credit card. It was great talking with Johnathan. We are very glad we had our plumbing work done by Plumbers Near Me LLC and especially happy Johnathan was the service man who took care of our repair work. Afterwards, we asked for a quick estimate on replacing our hot water heater located in the basement. Our overall impression, is Plumbers Near Me LLC is one of the best companies available. We will definitley use them again in the future.

We found Plumbers Near Me, and they were able to get us next day service. Jonathan showed up on time, without a trip fee, assessed the situation, gave us the breakdown of how repair would go, and even researched what valve would be best to go with. He timed buying the equipment so I could pick my kiddo up from school, and then successfully repaired our valve even though it was in an awkward place. Just want to say this company is great to work with. They're responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. They helped me with sewer inspections and unclogging my sewer line. Since i wanted to alleviate my concern of future root infiltration to my sewer line, I decided to have them replace most of my sewer line using the pipe bursting method; a method that works very well and saved me a lot of yard repair and potential root damage to the tree we have in our front yard. We hired Plumbers Near Me after discovering a leaking pipe in our basement, which turned out to need replacing. While they did a good job, they were overpriced and not entirely honest in their estimate. They gave us a quote with an hourly price and an estimate of 3-6 hours to complete. After completing it in less than 3 hours, they charged us for the full 6, saying the estimate stated 3-6 hours with the assumption we would pay the same price whether it was completed in 3 or 6. While they did discount the total a small amount after we shared our displeasure, we still paid far more than the hourly rate plus parts. And the parts were marked up to double. Even our insurance agent felt they were far overpriced. We need some further maintenance work done now (preventative), but we will be looking for someone else to hire. It's too bad, because we were happy with the work and would have used this company again if we felt they were fair.

We got lucky finding these guys, my wife was at our daughter's new home in Denver and there was a bad leak from the shower into the basement, she called PNM because they were local - Jonathan responded and got there quickly as he was free. He spotted the problem, a bad seal, and fixed it and out the door in under an hour, about $170 parts and labor.

I had called Applewood Plumbing and they charged me $29 to come out and gave me a bid for over $900 to replace a garbage disposal. I then called Plumbers Near Me and they gave me an approximate cost over the phone and then I scheduled for them to come. They were here right away and within a short time replaced the disposal. I had bought my own disposal and they charged me $174 to take out the old one and install the new one. They did a great job with no mess and even took the old disposal to dispose for me. It is a family run company that I would use again.

From beginning to end these guys are the real deal. Johnathan is a genuine and detailed-oriented expert. They give you options and the inside scoop on what to do. I had some issues with my toilets. Because we had an additional working toilet in the house, it was not an emergency. A human actually answered the phone, and an appointment was set up the next day. Juan is great! He was incredible helpful! Even though he was not able to come to my house he called other plumbers to try to find someone to come. When spent also spent time diagnosing the problem so I would be able to tell the plumber who came what the issue was.

Used them a couple times now. First time they saved us $2,400 by just unclogging our sump pump rather than making it a huge project the first company we called wanted to do.
