We contacted King Rooter & Plumbing with a very complex and tough job and they stepped up to the task. They water jetted our pipes, did a repipe for our main lines, put in a p-trap for our washing machine, and replaced our hot water heater. The manager, Hank, was very helpful and communicative with us and gave us a fair quote. Kevrick and Hunter were the two technicians who came to our house and they were very polite and professional. The repipe was very complicated but they stepped up to the task and did a quality job. I am writing this review a month later and we still have clear lines! It's hard to find a good plumber these days and I'm so thankful to have found them. I highly recommend this company and we will be using King Rooter in the future.

We had a small, but impactful issue and needed a plumber fairly quickly. I contacted King Rooter right when they opened and was contacted by their scheduler right away with a two hour window for that afternoon. The scheduler called back to say that the plumber could show up even earlier than planned, which was fantastic. The manager even contacted us before the service to touch base and make sure that they had all of the necessary info. Kevrick was our on site plumber and he was courteous, efficient, and honest. He resolved our issue quickly and charged an extremely fair price. I would recommend King Rooter & Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

I just had the sewer pipe underneath my driveway repaired with the lining process. It sounds and looks easy on U-Tube but in real life there are always bumps. The crew, whose lead I now forget his name, was able to resolve some inherent problems and complete the job efficiently. During a recent cold snap, our main kitchen drain backed up. We called another local plumbing company who came by and spent 15 minutes and told us we needed to replace our drain system for $1800.

I decided to get a second opinion and contacted King Rooter and Plumbing. They sent Jonathan the next morning to assess the issue. Jonathan attempted to unclog the drain using a traditional snake and had issues due to the bends in the drain pipes.

After spending several hours trying to clear the drain Jonathan also indicated there may be a need to replace the copper pipe but wanted to try cleaning with a water jet. He didn't have it on his truck but said he would return the next morning. Jonathan showed up and worked for almost 2 hours cleaning the drain. He successfully cleared our drain without needing to replace anything.

Jonathan went above and beyond and exemplifies superior customer service. We will be asking for Jonathan for any future plumbing work we need.

Awful experience with this company. We had a supply line burst and it's been over a week since they first evaluated it, had me open up all these walls and then continue to reschedule us for 2-3 days out of their previous schedule.

Showed up on Wednesday
Late Thursday cause of covid, new tech shows and demands abestos tests, we do the 8 hour rush so we can get them back in Friday. We pass. They show Friday with 3 vans and only work for 4 hours then say yeah no way we can do the rest of this today, we can come back first thing Monday morning

It's Monday and now they pushed us to Wednesday. Half the waters off, half the apartments open and they don't seem to have a care in the world.

Use someone else, their employees look for excuses not to work.

That is a complete lie. The walls were opened up as soon as you guys showed. The wall in question was a brand new cedar ceiling in the bathroom your team should have been able to do without destroying a newly renovated bathroom.

In fact, we had to call High 5 plumbing after you failed to show this morning. They sent 1 tech, stayed on site all day and completed the entire job in 6 hours WITHOUT NEEDING TO DESTROY A BATHROOM. Even better they did it for $2500 less than king rooters original quote.

Water is on and everyone is happy now. But keep blaming your customers and banking on them not knowing anything about plumbing.

My toilet was backed up and I knew I had to get a plumber over immediately. I called the number on the sign in my window. I was able to get a plumber over the same day at a great rate. I am so glad I called King Rooter & Plumbing. The plumber was very nice and kind. He was efficient and very hard working. He did a great job. He was very careful. It was a long day at work and when I came home I found that my kitchen sink was backed up. I didn't want to wait until morning to call a plumber, so I found King Rooter & Plumbing and I called them. They send someone out to access the drain and schedule the work for the next day only to forget the equipment they were suppose to bring.

Next day they show up with 3 vans. 2 of those vans were useless because the guys just stood outside, vaped and chatted on the phone.

Not sure why they were needed, seems like it was an excuse to charge us more.

I have never used a plumber before and was not sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. The plumbers were prompt and very friendly. They handled my clogged drain and kitchen sink mess quickly and efficiently. I am happy to recommend this company to all my family and friends.

My 18 year old water heater was leaking. King Rooter came out within hours of my call, and diagnosed the situation. The water heater needed to be replaced and they got it done the same day within hours. Put in a nice Bradford White Defender series water heater, water pan, and installed an extra water valve so we can turn the water off to the water heater if needed, but the water will still run for rest of the house.

As the owner of a vacation rental in the Denver area, I know I can never have enough plumbers in my contacts list. I love how thorough they are when they do a job and they don't leave until they've done a stellar job. Their plumbers are all so friendly and professional.

David was awesome, he quickly identified the cause to the problem, and was able to get it working again just by using an allen key. The issue I have with the service is that it was ridiculously overpriced. Since my garbage disposal wasn’t even broken, I don’t think I should have paid $200 dollars to un jam it. It just took a few minutes for him to do it. The average cost for what I had done is about half the price the price I paid, so be aware. David was honest about the pricing and the way this company can be, so I don’t blame him. I just wish I could have gotten a fair price.

We had pipes backing up on a Wednesday in our business. They came to fix it, put in a camera and saw that there was a blockage. That they had to drill a hole into the floor to get to the pipe that was blocked. Cut the pipe open, retrieve the blockage and repair it. They were here the next morning at 9 AM and had it fixed by 2 o’clock! I highly recommend king Rooter plumbing for any of your needs!

They were able to fit us in the same day we called to see if someone could come out an look at the pumps. Their technician, Derek, was able to accurately assess our situation and informed us that one of our sump pumps had completely failed and that the flotation device was not working properly with the other one. Given the age of the failed sump pump, he recommended that we replace both of them. Derek and Robert returned the next morning and installed the new pumps. They also fixed a couple of other minor plumbing issues in our house. They were very patient and answered all of the questions we had. Technicians treated an old clay pipe system that needed 35 feet of plastic liner to refresh it. They worked over a three day period to put in new clean out valves and line the sewer line to the city main with innovative coating that makes the pipes perform much better without tree root invasion.

I call today (after several emails) the lady told me it was my fault that I didn't ask for pictures. And I would have to pay another fee for them to come back out and take pictures. King Rooter ended up being our choice for a plumbing and sewer line issue in our home. This was because they were one of only a few vendors in town who offer epoxy lining replacement as opposed to the invasive trenching and having our basement walls torn up, as suggested by other companies.

King Rooter did amazing work that has had us up and running again for over a month with no problems. The only reason I have given a 4/5 rating overall is because there were issues coordinating the time slot and days for the work to take place. I was on hold for 45 minutes...all the while the automated system saying you're next in line. At the 45 minute mark, they hang up on me. What??? I waited all that time and you hang up?

Warning: This company will severely overcharge you for services rendered and attempt to sell you services you are not in need of. We used this company to unclog our sewer line to the tune of $570. They charged us an exorbitant amount for this service and then told us that our pipes were so damaged we needed $18,000 worth of repairs. We then contacted another company for a second opinion and were shocked to find that a) they only charged $165 to unclog a line and b) there was absolutely no need to repair our sewer lines. Too bad the ratings don't allow for zero stars because this company doesn't deserve the one star review.

We had water leak in the basement from the main water line into the home. The crew from King Rooter & Plumbing (Al and his crew) did a fantastic job of digging through the yard, pulling the old pipe out and putting in a new copper pipe for the water. They had to drill through the concrete in the basement and the crew did an awesome job of fixing the pipes and concrete. They cleaned up the yard and the basement really well after the job. Would highly recommend them. Their price was reasonable.

Our sewer line had a HUGE meltdown that came out of nowhere (or so we thought). The line had been inspected a year prior when we bought the house and it was *fine*. It was 100% not fine. After cleaning up a lot of poo, we called King Rooter on the recommendation from Good To Go Sanitation and they not only helped us, they came out that week and did a trenchless sewer line repair. Our line was a bit of a bear and had some surprises (sorry, King Rooter!), but it's done and we're happy! Thank you!

I've never been more afraid for my life then I was today on i25 when a man in a KingRooter van pulled up extremely fast on me in the middle lane, so I moved over. After about 5 miles I knew Denver traffic was about to begin so I merged onto the toll way. Upon driving through traffic I see said KingRooter van weaving in and out of traffic with no care in the world for his life or others on the road, I ended up passing him and bunch of traffic but for some reason he felt the urge to cut across four lanes and make an illegal cross over solid lines to ride up on my back end the swerved around me and proceeded down the toll road, and just seconds later he started swerving in and out of traffic with no regard for anyone else. I sure hope this get handled proportionally to the drive and not the company as a whole.

We had a most unusual problem - a 2x3 foot long piece of wood stuck in our main line at the city sewer juncture which must have dropped in during the construction of our home. We had multiple plumbers come out to try and figure out what to do. We were going to have to excavate through concrete but Derek and team were able to unclog it. It’s a miracle. Do not use this company, owner is not ethical in his tactics or pricing. Had two guys come out to do a repair on drainpipe in basement. Guys doing the job had to call owner to price the repair, basically cut out 3 foot section of pipe and fit 2 elbows. Initially the owner tried to say $2,100 and I objected that was outrageous, his own guys even agreed but said that their hands were tied. So after some back and forth he agreed to do job for $1,000. Guys repaired what was easily accessible and there was still a slow drip coming from next bend up at ceiling, took them 45 minutes max to do work. I asked for a break on pricing given time it took and the fact that the repair still did not fully fix leak. Owner basically said not his problem there were more issues than expected that I agreed on price for what they attempted to fix and short amount of time it took them was irrelevant. Techs working for him both apologized as they knew this was robbery and not a finished job.

After a not so great experience with another company, King Rooter and Plumbing came to my rescue. They answered my call on short notice and installed a water heater at half the price of what I was quoted by a competitor. Their prices are fair, their service great, and their staff very friendly and knowledgable. I truly apprecaite Al and the thorough job he did! Thanks again for the great experience.

Contacted Jeff Lane, owner, and explained a situation I was having with my 28 year old hot water heater that had been leaking. I had considered using Home Depot, but after speaking to Jeff, I realized my best option was using his services. He had his tech, Don, out to my house the next day. Don ran into a few snags due to how the original water heater had been installed by the builder. Jeff called to explain what Don had run into and got my approval to proceed with the work as well as on the revised quote to insure everything was addressed. A few of the issues Don ran into were that the gas line shut off valve was not easily accessible and the humidifier and ice maker in the kitchen had been tied into the water line attached to the water heater. Don repositioned the gas shut off valve, replaced the shut off valves for each water line and tapped into the sump pump in case of any future leaks. He made everything easily accessible. Everything was brought up to code and a thorough job was done. Don cleaned up after the work and now we have a new water heater. Thanks for your attention to detail and remaining in contact with me until the job was completed.

Our water heater was leaking and needed immediate attention. We called King Rooter and they were able to come out the same day. The water heater was 10 years old and needed to be replaced. King Rooter & Plumbing installed a new Bradford White water heater, brought it up to code, and passed inspection. We are extremely pleased with their service and quality, and will refer them to our friends.

I've heard nothing but great things about them. I know a few people who use them for Water Line Repair & Replacement. They have a great technician team.

King Rooter replaced our 55 year+ clay sewer lines (cracked pipes, roots in line, bellied pipe under sidewalk, etc) by digging up the road/sidewalk and replacing the sewer pipe from our property to the mains (25 feet), installing clear outs, cleaning out our existing pipe with high-powered spray wash, and lining the pipes from the inside of our property to the connection with a Nu Flow liner (~30 feet). They were always here on time, respectful of us and our property, had a sufficient team onsite to get everything done, and really provided a comprehensive and super high-quality job. Alfonso lead the team and always kept me connected with what was going on, letting me watch the many scoping videos of the line and take pictures of the work. He was very conscious of our landscaping and cause zero damage to our trees and plants. Alfonso handled the subcontractors who dug up the road/sidewalk (and did a fantastic job) and the whole King Rooter team without a hitch. This was not an inexpensive job but we clearly got the gold standard of work. Now we don't have to think about our aging clay sewer lines anymore!

They told me they charge $29 to come out to give an estimate. WRONG! The guy called me while at my house and told me I'd need to pay $212 in order for them to give me an estimate. Had I known, I would have never had them come out at all. Interesting how I had another plumber come out the day before for a cost comparison and his flat rate fee was all he charged me. I obviously didn't authorize the work. They then send me an invoice for the $29 and a second notice all in the same day! What a joke business this is!! I do NOT recommend them. They are unprofessional and rude on top of lying about the cost to come out and give an estimate.

I had some corroded copper pipes after moving into a house with a really old water heater. After we replaced the water heater last spring, John suggested next on the list is that they put in a Halo filtration system, replace my non-working sump pump, and repair any areas where there were signs of corrosion. We live in the mountains just west of Denver and we were having a difficult time having anyone who would service our area. When we were able to get a company to come out previously we felt they would try and use scare tactics to increase their scope of work because we were held captive. We had Jeff come out and jet our line after we had other companys come and recommend ridiculous an outlandish repairs.
Jeff is a third generation Master Plumber. He recommended Jetting our line to get a “Clear picture” of what was really going on in our line. Our line was sparkling white after the Jetting and we could see every joint, and connection, a very clear picture! Jeff was great. He was patient and answered all my questions. I felt educated and well informed about what was really going on in my sewer line.

Found leak at 10 a.m., called King Rooter at 10:15 a.m., appointment for noon to 2 p.m. the same day. Devon arrived at noon. Narrowed lead to water pressure relief valve. First tried to tighten bolt. Didn't work. Gave me two estimates; one to replace a washer, second to replace the valve. Washer replacement didn't work. Installed the pressure relief valve. Complete and cleaned up by 12:45 p.m. Needless to say, I like these folks and particularly Devon. Wish there was room for more stars.

The sewer water was coming out of my bathroom sink and bathtub. I called King Rooter and they sent their best technician. He solved my problem and installed the best sewer pipeline system in my house. They solved my sewer problem in a few hours. I am so happy with their services.

Our plumber was terrible and overpriced. First off, he gave us a quote of over $900 for some simple plumbing work. This was more then we paid for similar services. We were immediately able to talk him down, but my wife accidentally closed the Payment window and noticed he had checked the price of our house out on Zillio before giving us a quote. We live in kind of a fancy area and he obviously charged us a “house tax”.

He did what was expected plumbing wise but did not finish sealing the outside fixture he replaced. When we asked he said “we don’t do that”. Again this was a first and for such an expensive service, it was unexpected. Don’t use this service if you are in an expensive area and be wary of lazy plumbers.

I called to get a quote on a new water heater. It's not broken yet just doing preventive maintenance. They said they'd send someone to give an estimate and their website says free estimates. Then when they get here they charge a $50 trip fee. This is completely misleading and dishonest. Saying it's free, then saying you'll send someone to give a quote, then charging is lying. I will never give them my business.

Probably the worse company I have dealt with in 75 years. We called due to a sump pump failure that was creating water in the basement. Since it was an emergency we did not seek cost comparisons, etc. We did make sure the had a sump pump on the truck. The arrived late with no pump. I had a spare the used temporarily and advised the would be back the next morning first thing to put in the correct one. During the night the connection from the pump to the outside pipe failed and again we were faced with about 2 of water in the basement. They arrived around 10:45, put in the new pump, left their camera equipment by mistake and failed to put on the lid to the sump pump. For all this I was charged $ 1185.00. When I called to challenge the amount and get a breakdown I was advised they only have one price and buy by bulk so no breakdown was available. They were rude and argumentative and offer no assistance. If you are looking for someone to work for you I would avoid this company at all cost. AND THE COST ARE PLENTY!!!

I could write paragraphs in this review on King Rooter & Plumbing, but for greater ease of reading for potential customers, I will just outline main points. To give background, we worked with this company from July 2016 through January 2017 on a garage conversion which required underground and above ground plumbing for a new guest suite.
1.) They used day laborers and sometimes left them without supervision to dig on our property. Early on, one worker proceeded to hit on a couple friends who were visiting. When they told him they were married, he said “that’s ok. We’ll keep it on the down low”.
2.) The laborers took many breaks. Sometimes there were 2 laborers present, but often only 1 would be digging while the other one would sit and watch. The project was significantly delayed between their many breaks and numerous very short work days by the tech.
3.) The company did not camera the sewer line from our house first to determine the location of the sewer in our yard. So when they found it was further than they thought, they charged us an extra $1400 to complete the digging and required the money before they would continue the work. They said they were giving us a deal (originally planning on charging an extra $2100 beyond the estimate), even though the digging mostly just required paying minimum wage day laborers a couple extra days of labor.
4.) The main tech on our project would often work 3-4 hours a day, often leaving early. A couple times it was to “go get parts”, but he would never return. I had a strong feeling that his short days were because he was pulled by the owner to do other smaller jobs to keep bringing in money. It didn’t seem to matter to them that we were on a timeline. Our job, since it was bigger and would take longer, didn’t take precedence because they wanted money coming in every day. But no one would be honest about where our tech kept disappearing to – he would just disappear and then they’d give excuses. One day, no one showed up at all and no one called. Even though they were clearly scheduled to finish out a major part of the project that day.
5.) They seem to operate from a distrust in customers right off the bat. This was evident throughout the process, such as refusing to continue work until more money was paid (even though ½ was paid up front).
6.) We failed our final inspection and needed something fixed. We got push back from the main office person, because “I was under the assumption that yesterday’s visit was supposed to be the last”. They asked to speak directly with the inspector (as if I was lying), and then took several days before coming out to fix the problem. Then the office person asked for final payment the day it was fixed. I denied them the payment and said I would pay it after final inspection/approval.
7.) Per contract originally completed by tech, I was to pay 50% of total up front, then 40% of total balance after top out completed, then the last 10% of total after final inspection. The front office person changed that and insisted it wasn’t worded correctly. Rather, what it meant was pay 50% of total up front, then essentially 90% of what was remaining so there was only a small fraction left of total due after final.
8.) By the end of this ordeal, I felt like I was the crazy one. It felt somewhat like an abusive relationship in which the perpetrator keeps lying and mistreating you, but you end up feeling like you must have done something wrong. Their interactions felt very toxic.
9.) Super poor customer service overall. Project significantly delayed by months. We have worked with many contractors and personally built our own detached garage from the ground up. We’re not dumb, but they seemed to think they could pull something over on us since we’re women. Very unhappy with their service.

Were able to respond same day within 1 hour. Other companies advertising same day advertisements could not. Solved issue. Great.

After showing up 2 hours late from the window the office gave me, the technician would only up sell me on services. he refused to meet the industry standard of ~100.00 to clear the main line, wanted 250.00 and said there would need to be a scope added to that. More frustrating, he wasted my whole morning waiting around to get this service and I needed to call someone else in that would do the same job for less than half of what he wanted!

The process from start to finish was very professional. From the bidding to the scheduling it was very easy to get someone out and to schedule the work under a tight time crunch! Christopher was knowledgeable and did very clean work! I would highly recommmend!

I have to give Al huge props for this one! I had 2 x 30 year old water heaters in the house we purchased a year ago. Being handy I knew in the back of my mind it was only a matter of time before something gave.

Well, needless to say one tank gave up the ghost, so we decided it was time to replace both tanks. Al was on point with the quote, had the parts in hand and was back the scene the next day. With no real surprise the pressure regulator and main shutoff valve had to be replaced too because it leaked, so Al and I had to wait until the water utility showed up to locate and shut off the water...

Needless to say it was a long day for poor Al but he was a trooper to the end. He sweated in all new hardware, took away the slag filled tanks of old and delivered the goods. Really satisfied with the work guys, will recommend and use you again in the future!

First off let me be clear to all that read this I used to work for this company and some of the reviews are about me all of which stating how good of a job I've done and the extensive knowledge I possess! That being said I'm Mike. Anyway I am a master plumber in more than one state and have numerous other certifications in the plumbing area. I'm an honest caring individual and know how most of the public view people in my trade, I have strived throughout my career to be fair in my pricing and give the best professional clean and uncomprimised job to all my customers! That being said when I moved to Colorado and began searching for employment I was what I thought was thorough in finding an employer who had the same integrity as myself. I talked to at least 30 companies and I was offered jobs from every company I spoke with, eager to snatch me up for my abilities. I ended up choosing King Rooter on the basis of I pay my bills on time, I've never screwed anyone over, and I never lie! Well after my 8 months or so of employment wow was I wrong for going with my gut! First off everything is shady about JEFF and his company. There is no transparency whatsoever. I've been told by another former employee that JEFF added extra money on a job we did so he could make some more money himself. No big deal right? Well since you pay your plumbers commissions it's a huge deal to them! Oh and speaking of commission when you tell a guy you are hiring this is the percentage I'm paying and then when the first check comes it drops 3-5 percent I'm pretty sure that's a lie! I'm gonna get you health insurance, vacation time... Anyway back to the review as a warning to potential customers. I've owned my own plumbing company before and that being said if you'll lie to your employees imagine what they say and do to your customers! So when JEFF comes over and says let's just break up this 2-3 feet of concrete for $1800 you can be 99.99% sure that's gonna cost you $6000 or better! Listen to the way he talks it's all about how great he is and God forbid how he talks about the competition! Better yet call a plumbing supply house and hear how the guys in there talk about him! He's not even what I or others in the industry would call a decent plumber, just another guy who purchased a plumbing license! Just beware folks most of you have good intuition, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is! Oh and by the way I didn't make it the average year most of the guys make it here, I was far to fed up after 8 months! One last thing when an employee backs into a vehicle doing slight damage and calls the owner to let him know and the owners immediate response is did anyone see you do it? What does that say? Just a little food for thought!

Had quite a rude encounter with one of the servicemen. I own a gas station and this driver decided to park on a spot where deliveries come and go to eat at McDonald's. I kindly asked him if he could park elsewhere and he refused. Unfortunately a delivery truck came and had to park and blocked him in. After done eating his meal he was very rude to us and our delivery driver and was aggressive on making his way out. Well maybe you shouldn't park on a spot that says no parking to begin with and especially be rude back to a potential customer when you are in your company's uniform.

Their motto is: Where we treat the customer like royalty. If this is how they treat royalty, I'd hate to see how they treat the peasants.

Nice guy, James, who came to put in a new water heater. But when I returned from out of town to see the work done, the water heater was standing in a half inch of water in the pan under the unit, metal shavings and other debris were left on top of the unit and on the floor, and the unit was bent/damaged around the door to the burner with the door lying on the ground.

Cost was $1,849. Seemed high. I checked on the Internet for the cost of the water heater they put in, which was $799 retail. Assuming they actually paid retail, that means around $1,000 for labor. I asked their secretary very nicely for an itemization--like is done whenever your car gets service--and they said they do not provide that. One has to wonder why.

Then suddenly, Jeff, the owner, began calling and texting me the next day because my wife's credit card number wouldn't go through. They had written it down incorrectly. In a text he wrote, We need to get this credit card thing fixed today. I gave him my credit card number immediately and resolved that issue. But when I left Jeff a voicemail to call me as I wanted to give him some feedback, he did not return my call.

So in sum, pretty poor quality work, at a very high price, and sub par customer service.

I keep getting water in my basement and I needed to know what was going on and I am so glad that I had these guys come out it was I think they were a 5 star company I had to pay them myself because I don't have insurance but it was well worth it.

Had a big clog in our main line and John did a great job finding it and getting it unclogged. He even gave some tips on making sure it doesn’t happen again. Very polite. Great service.

Honest about what was going to be done and the length of time to perform the service.

The first guy arrived before the expected time, but wasn't able to do the job bc his previous job had caused damage to his equipment. The next guy arrived about 40 minutes later, but when he walked in my carpet with shoes that had stood in sewage and the quote was $200+ over what home advisor said was an expected cost, I paid the service fee if$29.99 and decided to get a second opinion. The next quote was almost $200 less.

King Rooter and their Field Tech Alfonso were a pleasure to do business with. Very competitive in pricing and expert in the workmanship. Will hire them for future jobs, big or small!

I had some work done a couple of weeks ago. Cliff was on time, friendly and explained everything he did. If i need a plumber again I'm calling these guys. Very reasonable pricing too.

I deal with a bunch of contract companies. I can not recomend these folks. Tried to over charge my client for repair that was not verified. Verified there WAS not issue by a different reputable company. They charged for a service that was never completed and refused to refund the charge. NEVER SUGGEST USING THEM

I give a high five to the gentleman that explained why things were happening and doing an excellent job of fixing the problem. Now the office staff, they dropped the ball on billing but things have now been handled accordingly. I'll still use them if needed.

Had these guys work on my shower/tub valve in Westminster and they put a little tilt on the valve, therefore when I put the plate around the valve it would not tighten around the surround at the top end...asked if they would come back out and look at it and they asked if I would take pictures and email them the pictures...decided to give them this review instead...

Was supposed to have a plumber to come out to check for leaks cause my water bill has been high. Scheduled for today at 12pm, already 2pm, tried calling to see if I was still on for the schedule no answer. Waste of time waiting.
