Used Hyper Flow Service Company to correct some issues found during a inspection on a home in contract for sale. Their technician James did a fantastic job handling the job and was done in no time with an invoice that included photos and a summary of the work done. James also went out of his way to help answer a question about a washing machine not functioning properly. He found a problem with a supply line and scheduled an appointment for the next day to get that handled as well. Great service and fair pricing. I'll be using them again for sure.

Had a great experience with hyper flow. I had someone else tell me it would be $$$ and they offered a simple cabling of the drain line which solved the problem immediately. Jeremy P. was professional and courteous and got the job done in 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend their services if you have a similar basement drain backup like I did.

We had a sewer main line that was backing up and flooding our basement. Of course it happened on a Saturday. After reading positive reviews, I called Hyper Flow and got on their schedule for the next day (it was already pretty late on Saturday).

The next day Jeremy called and asked if he could come out early, which was great. He arrived 20 minutes later, did a quick video check of the line and determined that a tree root was causing the issue. He then ran a rooter down the line and cleared the clog. He also discovered that the root had penetrated the clay pipe and recommended that we consider replacing it. In addition to the invoice (the service was very reasonable), he also included an estimate for the pipe replacement. He did not recommend water jet cleaning as it could make the problem with the breached pipe worse (even though he came prepared to do so if needed).

Dealing with Jeremy and Hyper Flow was a really great experience, and they got us back up and working quickly and efficiently. Jeremy was extremely polite and took care to keep everything clean as he was working. I highly recommend Hyper Flow for rooting and jet cleaning!

I really appreciated them for having an appointment available next day without a price gouge.. the technician Allen communicated clearly, was timely, pleasant and professional.. he solved our problem in less than 45 minutes. I was afraid of getting a fake high priced bid but he immediately gave a clear price and I think it was fair. I've used Hyper Flow Service Company twice with great results for home drain tasks I was unable to complete myself. The first time was a kitchen sink that would no longer drain the day before hosting Thanksgiving dinner... Hyper Flow was able to dispatch a service tech (Carlos) the same day who was very professional and did a great, clean, job fixing my sink drainage issue.

More recently they helped clear a very clogged underground drainage pipe used by my gutters that had filled with years of debris. This time I got a different technician (Jeremy) dispatched the same-day who was amazingly polite, professional, and thorough. The equipment Jeremy had with him could not do the job so he immediately scheduled a visit for the next day with the equipment necessary and was able to clear the drain. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and as quickly as possible.

Both experiences have exceeded my expectations for promptness, professionalism, and even cleanliness for what is typically very dirty work. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

First they were able to come see our issue day off, had text updates for arrival, and sent name of the team member that will be arriving. Jake was our technician, great guy! We had a main line sewer backup that was cored and in need of jetting. This happened on a weekend, and Hyper Flow Service Company was able to send Jeremy out the same day when I called on Sunday. Jeremy jetted the line and got it unblocked. He also showed us the entire line on the camera once it was clear. He was very helpful and very quick and efficient!

I'm so glad I found Hyper Flow thanks to all the positive reviews, and happy now to add one of my own. I had a leak in my basement that was sewage pipe-related, and that's about all I knew. After dealing with three useless plumbers from my home warranty company, I called up Hyper Flow to come look at the problem and Jake was here the next day.

Jake looked around in my basement and within a few minutes he already had everything mapped out and knew what to do -- which pipes were in the wall and where, which pipes were below ground and where they connected. It was like he had a 3rd eye that could see through concrete, and he gave me a proposal what what should be done to fix the problem. It was a jackhammer job that required excavating the basement, which is exactly what I was hoping it wasn't going to be, but after the consultation I felt confident that Hyper Flow was going to handle it correctly.

Less than a week later, Jake and his crew showed up and knocked out the job within about 6 hours. They were very respectful of my property -- being sure to lay tarps on the ground to cover up their footprints (Jake was also the only contractor I've had in my house who bothered to wear booties over his shoes during the consultation). Jake went over everything again with me after the job was done and made sure I was satisfied. This sewer excavation was a walk in the park for them -- something that the previous plumbers I had been assigned through my warranty company were not equipped to do.

I also got a chance to speak to Kyle, Jake's cousin, a couple of times. He did me a huge favor by getting on the phone with my home warranty company in the hopes of getting me a reimbursement from them. And it worked! My home warranty co. is reimbursing me the full amount, so thanks to Kyle for dealing with them on the phone multiple times.

I would not hesitate to use Hyper Flow again for any sort of plumbing issue and I highly recommend giving them a call if you're thinking about it.

Just had to have hyperflow come out again sadly to fix a kitchen drain issue! Two years ago had them hydro jet the pipes (five stars back then too) and now had a less severe but a blockage none the less occurred. Jeremy P cabled the drain to fix the issue and then also scoped the drain (since we were due for a recurring proactive 2 year scoping anyway) to make sure the drain was cleared up! Very much appreciate their service and I would recommend them anytime.

I feel like it’s really rare to have a service provider arrive at the early side of an arrival window. Jeremy arrived at the very start of the window, and was polite and professional throughout. Hired HyperFlow to hydrojet our sewer line. They were very responsive, provided a free estimate (including a sewer scope!), and were very organized. They were willing to help us get the project done on a short time frame. The tech even tried to talk me out of the service, since our sewer was in good shape! We proceeded, however, as mandated by the buyers of our property. HyperFlow's pricing is very reasonable. They were clean and efficient once the work started.

While doing a load of dishes this morning my kitchen sink started to back up with water very quickly. I have had some pretty serious issues with a blockage outside the house in the past and started to panic as it was a fairly costly repair. So, I jump online and look up plumbers and found Hyper Flow. I sent them a service request through their website. They called me back within an hour (I sent the request before they open) and described the issue, they said someone could be out today.

An extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable technician named Allen showed up right on time. I told him more about my problem and his guess is it is just a blockage in my disposer (because it stopped working about a month ago). He literally just gave the rotation mechanism a good few spins with a wrench and now my disposer works again (which wasn't even the problem I called about, but was still a problem and is now fixed) and my sink drains just fine too. He also gave me some quick tips on things to look out for if I ever have any further blockage issues.

Allen told me that this would just be a courtesy call since no major repair was performed and didn't even charge me. Where can you find service like that these days? I mean, he came to me.

I definitely recommend this company and will be holding onto their number. Of course, plumbers are not people you really want to have to be calling, but I can at least feel good about finding a great plumbing service just in case.

Had a great experience with Jeremy. My pipes were clogged in my condo unit and he was able to get it cleared up quickly. Pricing seemed reasonable too.

These people were beyond fantastic. I called 12/23 with a sluggish toilet and they sent Allen out that same afternoon. He worked for about an hour 1/2 and ran into an obstacle his machine couldn't get past. He recommended further options and helpful suggestions. The situation ended up needing some major excavation work (being done by another company), but Hyper Flows response was fast, appropriate, and because he couldn't solve my problem, he didn't charge anything for the work. I was astonished. I will use this company again and highly recommend them for their expertise and integrity.

Brian, Master Plumber, was a delight to work with. His assessment of our guest bathtub plumbing issue was succinct in the work needed and a reasonable quote. No up-selling and no guess work on what the issue might be. When he did the work, he was on-time, professional, performed the work in the time-frame quoted, and cleaned-up. He was conscientious in doing the work without busting tile, which is what we were prepared to have done. The peace of mind we have with the work done, has us speechless. I can’t say enough about the service, it was above and beyond. I called the main line on a snowy morning with a backed up drain. Carlos picked up and said he could send Garrett out at 2:00 pm. Same day services, I felt quite lucky. Within 30 minutes, Garrett called to inform me of his schedule and said he could probably get to me soon (the earlier the better as my pregnant wife wanted to take a shower). I was at work but told him to give me a heads up so I could meet him. About an hour later, Garrett called (10:30) and said he’d be there at 11:00. He diagnosed, educated me, did not pressure upsell services I didn’t need, and got the job done in a timely, professional manner. Would recommend this team 100%!!! Above and beyond

Our work was completed a few days ago and I think I can safely say everything went exceedingly well. We had a very unfortunate leak in our main water service line and our house is quite old with some (likely) original piping, making our job pretty complex. No other companies really offered a solution that seemed reasonable, besides Hyper Flow. I had several plumbers out to give ideas and quotes (anyone with good reviews!). Kyle was also one of the few who seemed to simply provide information and didn't seem like he was trying to scare us into spending more money or doing more work. Kyle provided great explanations of what would happen, what our options were, why other options weren't feasible, and answered questions really clearly. I felt like I was in good hands, as you could see how methodical and organized he was in his approach. We had some scuffs on our walls, etc after the work was complete but our living room was jackhammered through and basically a construction zone, so I'm not sure that could've been avoided. They also worked on our house for about 12 hours to have everything complete in one day, which I feel like was really an extra step, instead of coming back a second day. I feel pretty thrilled to have found a reliable plumber. I will definitely recommend to others and contact them first for anything else we need.

This company has dealt with two emergencies we had in Aurora Colorado. They showed up quickly, on time, and promptly addressed our problems for a fair price. We will use them again without question should the need arise!

The BEST service. Carlos Rios is amazing--prompt and knowledgeable. The plumbing in my house was a constant headache with sewer backups at the worst possible times. Prior to Carlos coming out, I had to get the main line cleared at least once a year which was a big production due to the line length and the fact that the previous owner did his own plumbing. Not only did Carlos find a buried sewer clean out that NO ONE else had ever found (and I've had SO MANY plumbers come out) but the line has been clear ever since Carlos came out. I cannot recommend Hyper Flow Service Company enough. It is money well spent with superior equipment and staff. PLUS they stand by their warranty. I thought I had a sewer backup (because I had house guests coming and I'm paranoid having had so many problems) but it wasn't their line at all, and Carlos came out to the house to ensure there were no problems. I cannot recommend Hyper Flow and Carlos enough.

Kyle got Jeremy out on the road ASAP to run a camera for me. Jeremy found out the Denver sewer main line was plugged, went above and beyond to help clean up and prevent the house from getting flooded. Thanks a ton guys! Their prices were WAY better than competing companies as well.

Hyper flow sent Jeremy out quickly after a clogged drain resulted in water spilling out onto the floor after doing a load of laundry. Jeremy was on time, professional, and quickly determined the source of the problem and got it fixed. Have done several loads of laundry since he left with no issue. I recently purchased a home in Littleton, CO and had Carlos Rios from Hyperflow come out and do an inspection on all of the plumbing and sewer lines. They were at home within one day from when I called! He was extremely polite, professional, and informative. He explained everything to me and how to prevent future issues. The inspection was relatively quick and easy and ensured that I did not have any issues or concerns before buying them home. Carlos explained how a sewer line that is not functioning properly could cost over $20,000 when you have to break the slab of concrete and fix drainage lines. I was very happy that I called and have the peace of mind now. I would highly recommend Carlos and Hyperflow for any plumbing issues and/or home inspections.

Recently had Carlos with Hyper Flow to replace a few toilets , garbage disposal and other drain issues. The guy is a true tradesman. Plus was real personable around my kids. 5 stars. Was nice to get my wife’s honey do list done!

Carlos came out to clean a shower drain for us. He came out the same day we called him, he was on time, and the first thing he said when he arrived as “thank you” for trusting us to take care of your clogged drain. My water pressure at the service valve was running at 120 psi. It should be somewhere near 60 and 80 psi. Because of the high water pressure, the faucet fixture hardware and things like diverters were getting worn out which causes malfunctions and disruptive sounds.

This company was quick to respond, with the ability to come out within the next few days.

James was our plumber. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained everything and was focused on getting the problem solved as opposed to trying to upsell in the process.

He installed a water flow restrictor, rechecked the pressure and cleaned up.

I will be doing future plumbing work with Hyper Flow going forward.

David came to look at my 9 year old Rannai tankless water heater that wasn't keeping consistent hot water. David said the error codes indicate all parts int he unit needed to be replaced and Rannai is notorious for this problem. He suggested a better unit made by Navien and quoted over $4100. I asked if my unit was under warranty and he said no.
I called Rannai and they have a list of plumbers certified with Rannai. Water Pros came out to look at my unit. The technician cleaned debris from the unit and now it's working fine. $270.
Paul from Water Pros let me know Rannai is very highly rated, has a 10 year warranty, and is a workhorse!
I can't comment on the integrity of Hyperflow as a company, but a company is only as good as their employees. Their technician, David, was dishonest to say the least!

Called them when I landed at Denver airport. They were at my place before my train had even made it home. I gave them the garage code. They got in, found it was a simple issue, fixed it before I was home, and didn't charge me anything. And I still have time to write this review from the train. Alan was awesome, honest, prompt, helpful. Feels good to say I've found my plumber for whatever else I need in the future!

These guys are amazing - very kind, respectful, and humble - and very reasonably priced. We were discouraged by no response from another company recommended to us - my husband contacted Hyper Flow and Kyle communicated with us right away. Our issue was not urgent, but we still got an appointment within 48 hours - they explained very clearly what needed to happen and why. We scheduled them to come back within 48 hours and now I have cold water in the fridge again! Definitely will be our go-to company and definitely will be recommending.

Excellent service and experience with Kyle! He came out the same day to fix my outdoor hose spigot issue after a failed attempt to fix it myself. He was friendly, quick and super professional and did all the work afterhours when he totally didn't have to. I 100% plan on continuing to use this company for all needs in the future. Kyle cares about his customers, is willing to work late to get the job done and makes the experience as pain-free as possible for his customers. While they probably aren't the cheapest option out there, they are close to my house, easy to work with and don't take forever to get out to fix the issue and are reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend this place and the other reviews obviously agree that this is an excellent place to do business with.

Hyper Flow is amazing! They came in and saved the day after another plumber could not fix the issue. Carlos arrived earlier than expected and was courteous and clean, always wearing shoe coverings when coming into the house and just being kind about my house and carpet. Had a drain on the sewer line in the basement backup early morning. Called HyperFlow based on the Yelp and Google ratings. I called them and Roto-Rooter hoping to get help fast since I couldn't use any water in my house and Hyperflow got here first!

In addition to the quick response, everyone over the phone was friendly and responsive. Carlos was the technician that helped me and he friendly, knowledgable, and capable.

All the work was done at a great price too. I've had other plumbers come in for other tasks that I thought were less challenging/intensive than the power jet work Carlos did and paid twice as much as what I paid HyperFlow.

We had a back up toilet and tub. We called another company and they charged $400 to snake it and scope it just to tell me we needed to replace everything for $7,000. We called Hyper Flow for a second opinion. Carlos came out the next morning right on time. He scoped it FOR FREE and showed me the whole time explaining everything (the other company did not show me anything). Carlos was very knowledgable, efficient, and was up front about everything. Would highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

I called Hyper Flow while shopping for quotes to root my main sewer line for preventative maintenance. I also wanted to scope the line with a camera, for peace of mind.

The lady I spoke to on the phone (I apologize, I forget her name) was very pleasant and professional. She quickly gave me the rates to expect for the rooting as well as their flat rate for the camera scope. With their competitive prices, I did not hesitate to set up an appointment.

Not only were they able to show up the very next day, but my technician, Jon, showed up ten minutes early! He reiterated the same prices quoted to me over the phone, no nickel and diming.

Jon was professional, prompt, clean and informative. In these weird times, he had no issues wearing a mask the entire time, which we appreciated. This company is great and I will be recommending them to anyone needed exceptional service! We had our main sewer line back up and needed emergency service. Justin came out and diagnosed the issue the same day, even though it was a Friday night. He was informative and helpful. We decided to get the line hydro-jetted. He came out the next morning and completed the service. It is nice to know we won't be having any issues for some time and that if we do we know a company we can rely on to get it fixed.

Contacted Hyper Flow based on YELP ratings. They delivered! The first appointment they had available was the next evening, but, they surprised me with a slot after a cancellation earlier in the next day. Jake arrived and got to work. Cleared my clog in my old house and gave me details about what may need to happen in the future, along with a quote for that work. Communication was on point and Jake was terrific. Price was in line and no attempt to push extra services. LOVE THEM. 10 out of 10, will use again!

Solid company. I was skeptical of consistent 5 star reviews, but I get it - they're ethical, fair, and transparent. My home inspector recommended hydro jetting. I called around and found a few companies that offered the service. Hyper Flow was the only one to come on site to give a free quote, and as a bonus, came out same day. When they came out, they were upfront that it was not the best solution for my situation and gave me other options before going down that route. They didn't charge me anything for their time, whereas the other companies I called wanted to charge just to come out, and I'm guessing would have had no problem doing what I thought I needed even if it wasn't the right thing. My mom had another drain cleaning company out to her house. She was told that they couldn't clear the line and that 8 feet of her main sewer line needed to be replaced (for a charge of over $5,000). I had a plumbing issue: my backyard spigot rusted, and the water would not turn off. I called Hyper Flow, and Kyle scheduled work on my house for a two hour period later in the day, despite the fact that it was a Sunday and Mother’s Day! Manuel came out and offered an honest appraisal of the job, including a worst-case scenario. Turns out the job was less complicated, and the spigot was replaced no problem, with less cost than originally estimated. I did not have a good experience with this company. We did a bathroom and kitchen remodel and needed plumbing replaced. The plumber made significant mistakes that they came out and fixed twice. The plumbing under the sink in the bathroom and kitchen are completely not compatible with the sinks and faucets we provided and had to be replace by us at our own expense because we have lost complete confidence in their ability to perform the requested tasks correctly.

Kyle was very professional and did some excellent work for me when I had a leaky pipe. Very prompt and thorough throughout the whole process. Prices are fair. I will be using this company for all my plumbing issues from here on out!

I worked with Kyle and Carlos on figuring out why my basement floor was wet. I wish I just spilled coffee or something, but apparently one of the sewer lines below the foundation was cracked. On July 5th, 2020, I had a faucet bust in my kitchen, I called 5 different 24 hours plumbing services. Hyperflow was the only place that called me back and scheduled with me right away. Used Hyper Flow Service Company to correct some issues found during a inspection on a home in contract for sale. Their technician James did a fantastic job handling the job and was done in no time with an invoice that included photos and a summary of the work done. James also went out of his way to help answer a question about a washing machine not functioning properly. He found a problem with a supply line and scheduled an appointment for the next day to get that handled as well. Great service and fair pricing. I'll be using them again for sure.

Had a great experience with hyper flow. I had someone else tell me it would be $$$ and they offered a simple cabling of the drain line which solved the problem immediately. Jeremy P. was professional and courteous and got the job done in 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend their services if you have a similar basement drain backup like I did.

We had a sewer main line that was backing up and flooding our basement. Of course it happened on a Saturday. After reading positive reviews, I called Hyper Flow and got on their schedule for the next day (it was already pretty late on Saturday).

The next day Jeremy called and asked if he could come out early, which was great. He arrived 20 minutes later, did a quick video check of the line and determined that a tree root was causing the issue. He then ran a rooter down the line and cleared the clog. He also discovered that the root had penetrated the clay pipe and recommended that we consider replacing it. In addition to the invoice (the service was very reasonable), he also included an estimate for the pipe replacement. He did not recommend water jet cleaning as it could make the problem with the breached pipe worse (even though he came prepared to do so if needed).

Dealing with Jeremy and Hyper Flow was a really great experience, and they got us back up and working quickly and efficiently. Jeremy was extremely polite and took care to keep everything clean as he was working. I highly recommend Hyper Flow for rooting and jet cleaning!

I really appreciated them for having an appointment available next day without a price gouge.. the technician Allen communicated clearly, was timely, pleasant and professional.. he solved our problem in less than 45 minutes. I've used Hyper Flow Service Company twice with great results for home drain tasks I was unable to complete myself. The first time was a kitchen sink that would no longer drain the day before hosting Thanksgiving dinner... Hyper Flow was able to dispatch a service tech (Carlos) the same day who was very professional and did a great, clean, job fixing my sink drainage issue.

More recently they helped clear a very clogged underground drainage pipe used by my gutters that had filled with years of debris. This time I got a different technician (Jeremy) dispatched the same-day who was amazingly polite, professional, and thorough. The equipment Jeremy had with him could not do the job so he immediately scheduled a visit for the next day with the equipment necessary and was able to clear the drain. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and as quickly as possible.

I'm so glad I found Hyper Flow thanks to all the positive reviews, and happy now to add one of my own. I had a leak in my basement that was sewage pipe-related, and that's about all I knew. After dealing with three useless plumbers from my home warranty company, I called up Hyper Flow to come look at the problem and Jake was here the next day.

Jake looked around in my basement and within a few minutes he already had everything mapped out and knew what to do -- which pipes were in the wall and where, which pipes were below ground and where they connected. It was like he had a 3rd eye that could see through concrete, and he gave me a proposal what what should be done to fix the problem. It was a jackhammer job that required excavating the basement, which is exactly what I was hoping it wasn't going to be, but after the consultation I felt confident that Hyper Flow was going to handle it correctly.

Less than a week later, Jake and his crew showed up and knocked out the job within about 6 hours. They were very respectful of my property -- being sure to lay tarps on the ground to cover up their footprints (Jake was also the only contractor I've had in my house who bothered to wear booties over his shoes during the consultation). Jake went over everything again with me after the job was done and made sure I was satisfied. This sewer excavation was a walk in the park for them -- something that the previous plumbers I had been assigned through my warranty company were not equipped to do.

I also got a chance to speak to Kyle, Jake's cousin, a couple of times. He did me a huge favor by getting on the phone with my home warranty company in the hopes of getting me a reimbursement from them. And it worked! My home warranty co. is reimbursing me the full amount, so thanks to Kyle for dealing with them on the phone multiple times.

Just had to have hyperflow come out again sadly to fix a kitchen drain issue! Two years ago had them hydro jet the pipes (five stars back then too) and now had a less severe but a blockage none the less occurred. Jeremy P cabled the drain to fix the issue and then also scoped the drain (since we were due for a recurring proactive 2 year scoping anyway) to make sure the drain was cleared up! I feel like it’s really rare to have a service provider arrive at the early side of an arrival window. Jeremy arrived at the very start of the window, and was polite and professional throughout. Also did not leave a mess as some can sometimes do. Would definitely call them again.

Hired HyperFlow to hydrojet our sewer line. They were very responsive, provided a free estimate (including a sewer scope!), and were very organized. They were willing to help us get the project done on a short time frame. The tech even tried to talk me out of the service, since our sewer was in good shape! We proceeded, however, as mandated by the buyers of our property. HyperFlow's pricing is very reasonable. They were clean and efficient once the work started.

While doing a load of dishes this morning my kitchen sink started to back up with water very quickly. I have had some pretty serious issues with a blockage outside the house in the past and started to panic as it was a fairly costly repair. So, I jump online and look up plumbers and found Hyper Flow. I sent them a service request through their website. They called me back within an hour (I sent the request before they open) and described the issue, they said someone could be out today.

An extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable technician named Allen showed up right on time. I told him more about my problem and his guess is it is just a blockage in my disposer (because it stopped working about a month ago). He literally just gave the rotation mechanism a good few spins with a wrench and now my disposer works again (which wasn't even the problem I called about, but was still a problem and is now fixed) and my sink drains just fine too. He also gave me some quick tips on things to look out for if I ever have any further blockage issues.

Allen told me that this would just be a courtesy call since no major repair was performed and didn't even charge me. Where can you find service like that these days? I mean, he came to me.

I definitely recommend this company and will be holding onto their number. Of course, plumbers are not people you really want to have to be calling, but I can at least feel good about finding a great plumbing service just in case.

Had a great experience with Jeremy. My pipes were clogged in my condo unit and he was able to get it cleared up quickly. Pricing seemed reasonable too.

These people were beyond fantastic. I called 12/23 with a sluggish toilet and they sent Allen out that same afternoon. He worked for about an hour 1/2 and ran into an obstacle his machine couldn't get past. He recommended further options and helpful suggestions. The situation ended up needing some major excavation work (being done by another company), but Hyper Flows response was fast, appropriate, and because he couldn't solve my problem, he didn't charge anything for the work. I was astonished. I will use this company again and highly recommend them for their expertise and integrity.

Brian, Master Plumber, was a delight to work with. His assessment of our guest bathtub plumbing issue was succinct in the work needed and a reasonable quote. No up-selling and no guess work on what the issue might be. When he did the work, he was on-time, professional, performed the work in the time-frame quoted, and cleaned-up. He was conscientious in doing the work without busting tile, which is what we were prepared to have done. The peace of mind we have with the work done, has us speechless. I can’t say enough about the service, it was above and beyond. I called the main line on a snowy morning with a backed up drain. Carlos picked up and said he could send Garrett out at 2:00 pm. Same day services, I felt quite lucky. Within 30 minutes, Garrett called to inform me of his schedule and said he could probably get to me soon (the earlier the better as my pregnant wife wanted to take a shower). I was at work but told him to give me a heads up so I could meet him. About an hour later, Garrett called (10:30) and said he’d be there at 11:00. He diagnosed, educated me, did not pressure upsell services I didn’t need, and got the job done in a timely, professional manner. Would recommend this team 100%!!! Above and beyond

Our work was completed a few days ago and I think I can safely say everything went exceedingly well. We had a very unfortunate leak in our main water service line and our house is quite old with some (likely) original piping, making our job pretty complex. No other companies really offered a solution that seemed reasonable, besides Hyper Flow. I had several plumbers out to give ideas and quotes (anyone with good reviews!). Kyle was also one of the few who seemed to simply provide information and didn't seem like he was trying to scare us into spending more money or doing more work. Kyle provided great explanations of what would happen, what our options were, why other options weren't feasible, and answered questions really clearly. I felt like I was in good hands, as you could see how methodical and organized he was in his approach. We had some scuffs on our walls, etc after the work was complete but our living room was jackhammered through and basically a construction zone, so I'm not sure that could've been avoided. They also worked on our house for about 12 hours to have everything complete in one day, which I feel like was really an extra step, instead of coming back a second day. I feel pretty thrilled to have found a reliable plumber. I will definitely recommend to others and contact them first for anything else we need.

The BEST service. Carlos Rios is amazing--prompt and knowledgeable. The plumbing in my house was a constant headache with sewer backups at the worst possible times. Prior to Carlos coming out, I had to get the main line cleared at least once a year which was a big production due to the line length and the fact that the previous owner did his own plumbing. Not only did Carlos find a buried sewer clean out that NO ONE else had ever found (and I've had SO MANY plumbers come out) but the line has been clear ever since Carlos came out. I cannot recommend Hyper Flow Service Company enough. It is money well spent with superior equipment and staff. PLUS they stand by their warranty. I thought I had a sewer backup (because I had house guests coming and I'm paranoid having had so many problems) but it wasn't their line at all, and Carlos came out to the house to ensure there were no problems. I cannot recommend Hyper Flow and Carlos enough.

Kyle got Jeremy out on the road ASAP to run a camera for me. Jeremy found out the Denver sewer main line was plugged, went above and beyond to help clean up and prevent the house from getting flooded. Thanks a ton guys! Their prices were WAY better than competing companies as well.

Hyper flow sent Jeremy out quickly after a clogged drain resulted in water spilling out onto the floor after doing a load of laundry. Jeremy was on time, professional, and quickly determined the source of the problem and got it fixed. Have done several loads of laundry since he left with no issue. I recently purchased a home in Littleton, CO and had Carlos Rios from Hyperflow come out and do an inspection on all of the plumbing and sewer lines. They were at home within one day from when I called! He was extremely polite, professional, and informative. He explained everything to me and how to prevent future issues. The inspection was relatively quick and easy and ensured that I did not have any issues or concerns before buying them home. Carlos explained how a sewer line that is not functioning properly could cost over $20,000 when you have to break the slab of concrete and fix drainage lines. I was very happy that I called and have the peace of mind now. I would highly recommend Carlos and Hyperflow for any plumbing issues and/or home inspections.

My water pressure at the service valve was running at 120 psi. It should be somewhere near 60 and 80 psi. Because of the high water pressure, the faucet fixture hardware and things like diverters were getting worn out which causes malfunctions and disruptive sounds.

This company was quick to respond, with the ability to come out within the next few days.

James was our plumber. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained everything and was focused on getting the problem solved as opposed to trying to upsell in the process.

He installed a water flow restrictor, rechecked the pressure and cleaned up.

I will be doing future plumbing work with Hyper Flow going forward.

David came to look at my 9 year old Rannai tankless water heater that wasn't keeping consistent hot water. David said the error codes indicate all parts int he unit needed to be replaced and Rannai is notorious for this problem. He suggested a better unit made by Navien and quoted over $4100. I asked if my unit was under warranty and he said no.
I called Rannai and they have a list of plumbers certified with Rannai. Water Pros came out to look at my unit. The technician cleaned debris from the unit and now it's working fine. $270.
Paul from Water Pros let me know Rannai is very highly rated, has a 10 year warranty, and is a workhorse!
I can't comment on the integrity of Hyperflow as a company, but a company is only as good as their employees. Their technician, David, was dishonest to say the least!

Called them when I landed at Denver airport. They were at my place before my train had even made it home. I gave them the garage code. They got in, found it was a simple issue, fixed it before I was home, and didn't charge me anything. And I still have time to write this review from the train. Alan was awesome, honest, prompt, helpful. Feels good to say I've found my plumber for whatever else I need in the future!

We were discouraged by no response from another company recommended to us - my husband contacted Hyper Flow and Kyle communicated with us right away. We scheduled them to come back within 48 hours and now I have cold water in the fridge again! Definitely will be our go-to company and definitely will be recommending.

Had a drain on the sewer line in the basement backup early morning. Called HyperFlow based on the Yelp and Google ratings. I called them and Roto-Rooter hoping to get help fast since I couldn't use any water in my house and Hyperflow got here first!

In addition to the quick response, everyone over the phone was friendly and responsive. Carlos was the technician that helped me and he friendly, knowledgable, and capable.

All the work was done at a great price too. I've had other plumbers come in for other tasks that I thought were less challenging/intensive than the power jet work Carlos did and paid twice as much as what I paid HyperFlow.

We had a back up toilet and tub. We called another company and they charged $400 to snake it and scope it just to tell me we needed to replace everything for $7,000. We called Hyper Flow for a second opinion. Carlos came out the next morning right on time. He scoped it FOR FREE and showed me the whole time explaining everything (the other company did not show me anything). He explained what was going on and recommended hydro jetting it because he did not see any major damage (the other company made it sound like it was major). Carlos was very knowledgable, efficient, and was up front about everything. Would highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

I contacted them about a clog and Kyle got in touch with me within 15 minutes. They were not only punctual, they arrived early. Manuel was incredibly professional and experienced, and took extra care in ensuring he didn't make a mess of our kitchen. As they setup the machine, Manuel moved the unit outside taking care not to get our floors dirty.

I called Hyper Flow while shopping for quotes to root my main sewer line for preventative maintenance. I also wanted to scope the line with a camera, for peace of mind.

The lady I spoke to on the phone (I apologize, I forget her name) was very pleasant and professional. She quickly gave me the rates to expect for the rooting as well as their flat rate for the camera scope. With their competitive prices, I did not hesitate to set up an appointment.

Not only were they able to show up the very next day, but my technician, Jon, showed up ten minutes early! He reiterated the same prices quoted to me over the phone, no nickel and diming.

Jon was professional, prompt, clean and informative. In these weird times, he had no issues wearing a mask the entire time, which we appreciated. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to watch the live feed of the camera scope, explaining everything he saw along the way. We had a backed up sewer line last Sunday and Manuel was sent to our home in a very short amount of time. The level of professionalism, kindness and courtesy by both Manuel and the dispatcher was phenomenal. Not only was he able to quickly get water flowing out of our house again, he explained clearly the next steps I can take to prevent another issue like this happening again. I had such a good experience that I've already shared their contact info with my friends in case they ever need help with their plumbing. In addition to the great experience during a catastrophic time, the service was very affordable and far less than what I expected.

Kyle and Carlos saved the day yesterday when my kitchen sink started backing up and needed to have the line jetted and the plumbing updated. I had another company out before I called Hyper Flow who took apart my plumbing, told me they couldn't fix it or put it back together, and left me without any use of my sink. If you would have asked a year or 2 ago I would have highly recommended this company. Not so much now. I called for some follow up advise and was basically told my problem was my own fault. No one likes to be talked down to or told Hyper Flow wont do something for free. By the way I wasn't asking for anything FREE JUST SOME ADVISE! Moving on now would not recommend.** I feel the need to make an addition to this review after Kyles response. My original review was about the condescending response I received not about the plumbing service I received.

This company is great and I will be recommending them to anyone needed exceptional service! We had our main sewer line back up and needed emergency service. Justin came out and diagnosed the issue the same day, even though it was a Friday night. He was informative and helpful. We decided to get the line hydro-jetted. He came out the next morning and completed the service. It is nice to know we won't be having any issues for some time and that if we do we know a company we can rely on to get it fixed.

Jon was not just on time but a little bit early. He solved the two problems that we had quickly and was very professional. He explained our options to us and told us what each option would cost. We will definitely be calling Hyper Flow again when we are ready to install a new toilet.

Contacted Hyper Flow based on YELP ratings. They delivered! The first appointment they had available was the next evening, but, they surprised me with a slot after a cancellation earlier in the next day. Jake arrived and got to work. Cleared my clog in my old house and gave me details about what may need to happen in the future, along with a quote for that work. Communication was on point and Jake was terrific. Price was in line and no attempt to push extra services. LOVE THEM. 10 out of 10, will use again!

Solid company. I was skeptical of consistent 5 star reviews, but I get it - they're ethical, fair, and transparent. My home inspector recommended hydro jetting. I called around and found a few companies that offered the service. Hyper Flow was the only one to come on site to give a free quote, and as a bonus, came out same day. When they came out, they were upfront that it was not the best solution for my situation and gave me other options before going down that route. They didn't charge me anything for their time, whereas the other companies I called wanted to charge just to come out, and I'm guessing would have had no problem doing what I thought I needed even if it wasn't the right thing. I'll be contacting Hyper Flow again!

My mom had another drain cleaning company out to her house. She was told that they couldn't clear the line and that 8 feet of her main sewer line needed to be replaced (for a charge of over $5,000). I called Hyper Flow and they were able to get out to her house the same day for a second opinion. They were successful in getting the line cleared. We were completely blown away by the service provided by this company; they really went over and above for us and we greatly appreciate it. We would highly recommend this company. I had a plumbing issue: my backyard spigot rusted, and the water would not turn off. I called Hyper Flow, and Kyle scheduled work on my house for a two hour period later in the day, despite the fact that it was a Sunday and Mother’s Day! Manuel came out and offered an honest appraisal of the job, including a worst-case scenario. Turns out the job was less complicated, and the spigot was replaced no problem, with less cost than originally estimated. Honest, polite, respectful (wore a face mask), and kept me appraised of the work he was doing the whole time. I would use Hyper Flow again and I’m writing this review with my recommendation. I did not have a good experience with this company. We did a bathroom and kitchen remodel and needed plumbing replaced. The plumber made significant mistakes that they came out and fixed twice. The plumbing under the sink in the bathroom and kitchen are completely not compatible with the sinks and faucets we provided and had to be replace by us at our own expense because we have lost complete confidence in their ability to perform the requested tasks correctly.

Kyle was very professional and did some excellent work for me when I had a leaky pipe. Very prompt and thorough throughout the whole process. Prices are fair. I will be using this company for all my plumbing issues from here on out!

After months of trying to figure out the sewer gas smell coming from several places in our house, we called Hyper Flow today and Carlos saved us!! It was just a cap that needed to be replaced and we had no idea it was even unplugged. What was going to be an estimate call for a much bigger job ended up solving our problem in minutes. I worked with Kyle and Carlos on figuring out why my basement floor was wet. I wish I just spilled coffee or something, but apparently one of the sewer lines below the foundation was cracked. They dug up my basement, carefully, to replace the 80 year-old pipe. Carlos has been by a few times to address a couple of minor issues that have arisen. I would highly recommend this company. They are friendly, priced fair, and competent.

On July 5th, 2020, I had a faucet bust in my kitchen, I called 5 different 24 hours plumbing services. Hyperflow was the only place that called me back and scheduled with me right away. I ended up changing my entire sink. Manual is an awesome human being, professional, respectful and overall such a perfectionist in his work. I ended up changing my sink, I went out bought a sink that didn’t fit, Manual ended up carefully cutting the hole and installed the sink.
