Our plumber, Uriel, came out within an hour of placing the call. We had an emergency toilet replacement that was needed and he was beyond helpful. Best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. He went through several steps to diagnose and repair our problem, helped us pick the right replacement, and got everything done so quickly and for good value I was in total shock with how positive the experience was. He also removed all our old parts and took them away, and cleaned the bathroom where he worked. Wonderful plumber and personal. I wish we lived locally so he could be my go to for all plumbing needs. Nicholas was friendly and gave me some tips on preventative maintenance. As a newer homeowner, he educated me on my shower drain and what I could be doing with the sinks to help the flow more. I really appreciate that he was honest. I will definitely keep him in mind if I have a plumbing issue in the future.

They cleaned 2 drain lines for $892 which I think is outrageous. I got a 100 discount so it would’ve been $992 for leaving a review which I did yesterday. But today after the camera showed there still a blockage in the line, they want to charge $8900 to dig a 8 foot trench in my yard to put in 2 clean outs, I decided it’s best to amend this review. I would not use this company again.

Matt was great! He took his time to investigate the issue and then he also took his time to explain everything. He fixed the problem and we’re happy with the job he did.

Very quick and professional response and scheduling. My wife called Roto Rooter on 5/15/23 and Isaiah was there to help us in 30 minutes. He was very professional, helpful, and got us cleared out. On 6/6/23 our line was clogged again I called Roto Rooter at 4:30 PM. They did not have any one available immediately, but they had Uriel to us in 2.5 hours. Also very professional. The second trip was under the 6 month warranty and performed with no charge, with very little disruption to us.

Tiger was great. He was quick and professional and explained what needed to be done to clear our main line. Everything was taken care of quickly and he stayed to make sure there were no other issues and tested to make sure everything was draining properly.

We had a sewer emergency happen at 9:00 pm. Roto-Rooter responded within 45 min. And returned first thing in the morning to finish the job. Great service!

Great guys, working hard to produce great results quicker than I thought they could get it done. Simply because we got started so late in the day. They had the drain scoped, cabled and cleared all in the same night after 5:30. Devin, Angel & Aladdin were courteous, careful, conscientious in their work, and cleaned up when they were finished.

I called Roto-Rooter after having a clogged line treated by another company. There was a terrible smell coming from the cleared line and I wanted a second opinion about the cause and possible next step. Zack spent time to educate me on the way the plumbing worked and what the likely cause was. Instead of a hard-sell approach for additional expensive services, he suggested a Roto-Rooter product that will hopefully resolve my issue. If not, I have a clear understanding of the next step to take and the cost involved and will absolutely be calling him back to perform any future plumbing procedures.

Way too expensive. I had no choice but to accept service. First time ever needing a plumber and I will Definitely not use them again. Not to mention dude broke the hose spout and did nothing to help other than “turn the water off and you or your landlord can fix it” like what? Guy was also like 2 hours late. Made an even bigger mess. Dude was really nice but he asked me 1000 questions like I know anything about plumbing.

I live in Washington D.C. and had an issue with a waterline at my home in Colorado Springs. I was very fortunate to be contacted by Tim Muetz who is a Field Supervisor. He drove over to my Colorado home the same day and gave me a very professional and thorough run down of the issue, and most importantly, how to best resolve it. He sent me pictures and talked me through all the options. He even offered to clean up what he could. His calm demeanor and knowledge really calmed me down and made me feel comfortable with the way forward. I am very grateful for Mr. Muetz’s assistance and can’t thank him enough!

The entire Roto-Rooter team has been spectacular. No one wants to deal with plumbing issues but they made this as easy and quick as possible. Garrett came in to unclog the drain and was very knowledgeable. Then Matt came in to scope the sewer line and walked us through recommendations and pricing on how to avoid future problems. Bryan and Robert were here for cleanup and they were quick, professional and communicated with us as to what they were doing and next steps. Finally Mark came in to walk us through mitigation steps and filing our claim with insurance.

I hope to never have future issues, but when we do, I will definitely be using this company again.

Sergio from Roto-Rooter showed up late on a Friday evening to help diagnose a leak, and was the best service professional we've had in years. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and generally an amazing human being. He found our league quickly, helped remove the damaged drywall, and provided us recommendations on exactly how to get it repaired correctly. He stopped the leak, and was able to quickly identify its source location. I was extremely impressed with Sergio, and hope that whoever his supervisor is promotes him and gives him a raise immediately! This guy is awesome!!

Daniel did a superb evaluation of our four toilets that had become very hard to flush and return to normal. He did a complete evaluation of two options, repair or replace, and the cost of each option. We selected the replace option. Daniel very quickly got the four new toilets and installed them quickly, neatly and cleaned the area so that everything looked magnificent. We were delighted.

We've used them twice now. They've always helped out really quickly and they're very professional. We previously used Smith who wanted us to wait 3-4 weeks. Roto-rooter showed up within a few hours. Smith didn't do the job correctly and had to come back 2-3 times to fix their own mistakes. We never had that problem with Roto-Rooter. Cannot recommend them enough.

If I could give a thousand stars for our Technician Shane Markus, I would. It's a rarity to see such honesty and integrity these days but you get that and more with him. I can't speak for all the technicians but I can tell you this man cares about people and ensuring they are left with top quality resolution. His level of knowledge and expertise left us floored along with his dedication to provide the best service possible. We thank Shane and pray God blesses his honest character abundantly.

We used Roto-Rooter for an insurance claim damage caused by main sewer line backup. We asked them to come out again when the same issue arose and were able to get service promptly on the same day. Brandon who came to help us was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Jake was extremely professional and cordial. Explain the process step-by-step, and was very patient and thorough in his work. He was also fun to talk to as he completed the work. I would highly recommend Jake and RotoRooter for the services they provide.In addition to fixing our problem, he was very helpful in explaining ways that we could prevent future problems, and I felt that the cost of the service provided was worth every penny. I will give Jake five stars for his work quality and I highly recommend him to anybody.

We have a strange issue without a clear solution, and it turns out a plumber wasn't the right specialist to call. But Scott was thorough, patient, professional, honest and kind. He used his resources to try to identify options and provided advice for a way forward even though there wasn't a straightforward action for him to take on the matter. Every bit of information helps, so I'm very grateful to Scott for providing his best assessment - and we'll definitely be back for future plumbing-related needs.

Scott did an excellent job fixing my main shut off valve. He came out at 1 am as an emergency call to turn off the water and prevent my crawl space from flooding. He also fixed multiple items around the house, installed a new faucet and drain which had been badly installed by a handyman, checked for leaked and fixed the leak in my shower. I found him great to work with, courteous and friendly. Would be happy to hire him again anytime! Their services were reasonably priced for the quality and professionalism.

Mark and Bryan were awesome. Mark came out to quote us on the Job and within 20 minutes of him leaving Bryan and his crew showed up. They were very professional, knowledgeable and equipped to provide a great experience due to the situation. Thanks again for the great work.

Cody came out right away within 2 hours of calling in to request an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He could see where the problem was coming from almost immediately and got right to work on it after accepting his estimate. He took the time to show me how to keep my pipes clean and educated me on the maintenance routines that would be necessary to avoid future issues. He answered all my questions and reassured me that he would come back out within 6 months for free if needed to address any issues with the pipes. He seriously did a great job and we plan to use Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup again for our future needs.

We noticed some sewage in our crawl space, after at least a dozen phone calls Roto-Rooter was the only company with availability on a Sunday. We got a call when the technician was finished with his current job to let us know he was on his way. The plumbing issue was much bigger than we had thought and our technician Kevin S (6139) made a phone call and arranged for restoration to come up same day! The fact that Kevin took care of this and took that off our plates was such a relief! Kevin was very helpful and very patient with all my questions and concerns. After the initial consultation I felt very comfortable with the work to be done and the cost to perform the services. I would recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs. I would use them again for sure!

Kevin S 6239 was quick to fix our clogged basement drain after our washer flooded our basement. The whole team at Roto-rooter have been helping to resolve our issue Brian and Robert did a great job with the remediation of the basement. They were fast and kept up in the loop on arrival times. Great service.

So far they have been wonderful. The investigator was great and gave me a lot of detail about what needed to be done. She sent me the photos that showed where the water soaked into the carpet and walls. The guy who fixed my pipes was equally great. The team working on damage control just started today but they have tackled things with a great attitude and care. I am sure they too will do a great job.

Our plumber, Brandon, was very knowledgeable and helpful in assessing our clogged sewer line. Unfortunately, he found there is likely a larger issue that will require a scope and potentially excavation.

Despite that, Brandon explained things thoroughly and was very easy to work with. Our home is also up in the mountains, so we appreciate you coming up our way on short notice!

I backed into my faucet in my garage with my truck and broke off the knob thingie that turns it on and off…. I’m a disabled Veteran and can’t repair it myself so called these guys.

I set an appointment time that worked for me on their website and it was denied and changed to another time… Driver arrived on time and did call in advance.

When he looked at the situation it was $400 to start and can go up to $900 to cut a pipe and put the new faucet on….. what a 30 min job?

I want to give 10 stars although 5 stars is the maximum. Brian, Alex, and Robert were brought in to complete abatement after my dish washer caused the flooding of my basement. Brian was the lead person and kept me up to date , and I felt very much at ease with him ensuring that all the work was professionally completed. Alex and Robert were very courteous and customer service focused and I felt I could trust the entire team to do all that was needed. I hope I never have another situation like this although know I will will call Rotor Rooter without hesitation if it does. Great job, thank you!

Shane was professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem then provided the solution. Shane was very nice and answered my questions. At the end, he walked me through all the steps I need to take to ensure the problem doesn't happen again in the future. Overall great experience.

I work for a residential support agency for people with developmental diagnoses. We had an individual whose sink was completely clogged and he was extremely worried about it. Adam was the technician assigned to our case. I wasn’t able to be there to help mediate but Adam was extremely patient and was easy to work with. He would call me to give me updates and was flexible with taking payment over the phone! The Roto Rooter techs were amazingly quick. They got here in less than an hour. Tim and Robert are very transparent in their evaluation. They are knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy.

Fast response to a plumbing emergency. Good service and communication during the initial problem. We ended up needing over a week of service for multiple problems. The excavation team and supervisor was pretty bad with ongoing communication throughout the service, they said they would come the next day (a Friday), and I moved my work and kids schedule around to be home and they never showed up, no call, nothing. We didn't see them back until Tuesday. Seemed on the pricey side, and a little like they were taking advantage of our situation to give us a high price. Despite that, all employees except one we worked with were prompt, friendly and felt safe since I have small children around. Glad they are open 24hrs and on weekends, as our initial flooding was 6pm on Easter Sunday!

Brian, Robert, and the supervisor Steve all did an excellent job of helping to resolve my flooded basement. They quickly got to work and were happy to answer all my questions throughout the entire process. I am very impressed with the high quality of work Daniel provided me, when I called Roto-Rooter about a Kohler toilet that was leaking. After carefully analyzing the problem, he suggested that a new Standard Toilet would be better, more reliable, and more long-lasting than trying to repair the Kohler. Parts for this Kohler were either unavailable or difficult to find, which made me think that it's obsolete. The brand new Standard, plus installation, wasn't all that more expensive than the repair would have been. Daniel seems to have extensive experience and expertise and I trusted his suggestion. Not only was his work thorough, conscientious, and efficient, I found him to be very personable and enjoyable to work with. Thank you, Daniel!

Sergio was dispatched to service our call. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. Before he started doing any work he explained everything in detail and advised us of the possible outcomes and approximate repair cost if necessary. After Sergio was done unclogging the toilet line, he checked it thoroughly to insure that the line was cleared of the blockage.

I had an issue where both of my kitchen sinks were not draining. I called Roto Rooter to snake and clear my lines. Garrett came out, explained what to expect from his service. He worked quickly and thoroughly. As he was getting ready to leave, l heard water running in my basement. He called for a master plumber. Pablo to my rescue. He assessed my issue, told me how he would fix it and was very thorough. I am very happy that both of these gentlemen were available to help me. This company is wonderful!

He was quick, very nice, professional, and did a great job clearing the main line and checking to make sure everything was running clear afterwords. He told me everything he was doing and answered all questions I had, all while keeping a smile on his face as he lugged that big machine up and down the stairs. He was great and I’m couldn’t be more happy with the service.

Roto-Rooter was so responsive and helpful! From the beginning, everyone I spoke with was very nice. I had water leaking from the upstairs guest bathroom through the ceiling into the kitchen. They were at my house within an hour. Kacee Harrigfeld listened to my concerns, assessed what was going on, and was able to determine the issue immediately. He walked me through what was happening, what my options were, and the best course of action from there. Within a couple of hours he had everything fixed and looking as good (if not better) than before! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future when I update my water heater.

Had a broken hose spigot in our back yard and tried to fix myself. Ended up busting up the pipe in the process. Originally called Sunday morning around 9:30 and was told they would have someone out from 12-4 that afternoon. Unfortunately they were not able to make it out due to there not being any reps available on a Sunday afternoon and evening. But they called and updated me with the status every 1:30 mins. So it wasn’t a huge surprise but it was disappointing that they waited until 6 pm on a Sunday to tell me that they wouldn’t have anyone out that evening so I had a time scheduled for the next morning. So my wife and I were without water in our house for about day and a half. The next morning Kevin S came out and was able to quickly identify where the issue was and fixed it within 2 hours. Top notch service as well, and minimal repair work to do to my wall. The overall experience was good and I would use RotoRooter again.

Daniel came to our house after our basement was flooded and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue (sump). He then went the extra mile to explain how we can do other things with our downspouts to ensure optimal drainage going forward. He said he could do it for us and charge, but we could easily buy a few things at a hardware store and do it ourselves. Very knowledgeable and great experience. I would highly recommend!!

I have used Roto-Rooter Denver 3 times. They have always been on time and gotten the clog removed. Keith the technician has not ever tried to upsell me into other services/repairs (not needed). He has expertly gone about the task at hand and gotten the pipe cleared for the price quoted.

Roto-Rooter sent Andy out to fix a clogged kitchen drain. He arrived within 30 mins of my requested time. He did a great job! Cleared the drain very quickly, gave me lots of good information for daily maintenance, and recommended a product (that I bought) that would help keep the drain clear. We were caught completely off guard when our completely remodeled newly purchased home started to have water back up and on a Sunday. We were relieved when Roto-Rooter said that they could come out and address the issue. Zach was incredibly helpful and efficient. It's been a few days and no more back ups.

Okay, let's be honest nobody wants to have their drains cleaned. But, I have to admit, this experience was very pleasurable. Our technicians name was Jake H. He was extremely competent, attentive, clean, and had a good sense of humor which when you're going through something like this is very important. He made sure that are drain was cleaned properly and well. Explain to us why it happens and how it happens and what to look out for in the future. By far the best plumbing service I have ever used. They came out within an hour or so from when I called. They didn't charge me to come out ASAP and the estimate was free. Chris Vogt was very helpful and he fixed the problem immediately. And the price was much cheaper than one of their competitors who would have charged me right out of the gate for same day service. Look no further!! This was a really good experience for having to spend money that no one wants to spend!!

We had a very difficult and unusual drainage problem that required a longer than usual visit. Adam was very hard working, did what he thought was best for the situation, was courteous, and offered me explanations as to what the problem was and methods to approach the problem. Kudos to Roto-Rooter for how quickly they responded to my call on a weekend, which for me was mostly worth the hefty price tag. From the time I first reached out, they were out to my house in about an hour and seemed to have fixed the issue relatively quickly.

However, I was less than impressed with the care the technician gave my home in general as the issue was in a newly finished basement (ie, new carpeting, etc. within the past year) and the technician did not bother to cover his shoes or take any precautions to care for the carpet/flooring walking over it and hauling a large machine over it. Additionally, when he cleaned out the clogged line, he left the items he removed sitting near the then unclogged drain instead of removing them which seems like it would be part of the process.

Our technicians were Brandon F and Rustin J. They were very efficient and worked in a fast timely manner. We called them around 7am and they came, inspected, got the appliance, and replaced it by 1:30pm. which was amazing. I am very greatful for their work! Thank you!

My sewer backed up into my basement on a Sunday morning and within a few hours Zack, Steve and Jonathan arrived, Zack alleviated the problem, he called Steve who arrived within a short time and diagnosed water damage and a mitigation strategy and Jonathan then came and was able to assure me rest of pipe was clear with his camera, all for a single price! They were all professional, kind, and effective. Excellent service.

We came home to a backed up drain at 6:30pm. We called a few places before calling roter rooter. Angel was the very helpful plummer that came out at 8:30pm. Even being late at night he was helpful and in high spirits. He took his time helping up and did his job incredibly well.

I called Roto Rooter for a service technician to come out and evaluate a clogged kitchen sink. John Greenleaf showed up on the same day and provided a very competitive price quote for performing the service. John was very nice and professional and explained everything he was doing which was nice to observe and listen to. While I would want John to service this in the future I did feel bad as he was dispatched from over an 1 1/2 hr drive away. That fact didn’t impact his mood or demeanor one bit though.

Pablo and Ezra showed up promptly, reviewed my plumbing issue and after getting the parts needed for the repairs, resolved the leak quickly. Pablo and Ezra were very professional and so friendly. I am so appreciative of good customer service, it is rare these days. Because my unit controls the water for all four townhomes in my grouping, I needed service quickly so as not to inconvenience my neighbors longer than necessary. we noticed the sewer backup in the basement at 2000 hrs. at 2200 hrs it was fixed. the technician came within an hour of calling, recognized the issue and fixed it. bonus stars for doing all that without waking up our daughter.

Roto rooter has been our go to for awhile now. They don't make the situation seem worse than it is just to get money out of you and they always come out to fix any issues we have in an extremely timely manner. Kevin, the plumber who has been out to service our home the last 2 times is very professional and always makes sure to explain exactly what's going on and how he is going to fix the problem. My husband and I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter during our water emergency. Our sewer line backed up into our basement and Steve R. and Jake H. were at our house within the hour. We really appreciated the quick response time as water continued to seep into the bedroom and living area downstairs. Both gentlemen had nice personalities and happily explained their process and what we needed to document for insurance. Steve kindly sat on the phone with us and spoke directly to our claims agent to give a detailed description of the damage while Jake diligently worked to clear 2 blockages in our sewer line and drain. The men were professional and patient with our questions and concerns. By the end of the night we had running water again.

We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter repairing a faulty shutoff valve on a Sunday. They had availability the day we called and the plumbers did a great job of explaining exactly what needed to be done and asked for our preference in what type of valve to put in. They also warranty their work for 6 months in case the repair has a problem.

Wyatt was fantastic and knowledgeable. Quickly located, diagnosed, and repaired the issue. Also thoroughly answered all my questions. Would recommend for any plumbing related issue especially if it is an emergency.

Adam Lovato came to unclog a backup on the drain. I thought he was pricey at $404. But, he promised that at the end of the day a scope technician will let me know the source of the problem. He managed to unclog the drain but I still don't know the problem. I still had to pay the extra $$$. I complained to the Broomfield subsidiary, spoke to Jake. No luck, they didn't return my call. If you used this service, pay after they have done the job.

Pricey, but quality of work, professionalism and timely response do not come cheaply. Service technician was polite and courteous; mindful of health concerns; careful with tools; informative regarding options and procedures. I will do business with RotoRooter again if I need plumbing services. Very highly recommended.

Requested appointment for periodic maintenance on sewer line. Given a 4 hour window for service the following day and technician arrived at beginning of window.
He ran line twice to ensure all clear. Honored coupon from website. Took care not to harm flower bed. Work completed satisfactorily with no problems.

Absolutely horrible service. We were scheduled from 8-12 and got a call at 1 saying they were going to be on their way any minute now. No one showed up until 4:30. We were then told it was going to be almost $400 more than what the person said on the phone. Then the technician said we don't ever do quotes on the phone but a drain cleaning is a flat rate of $495. What?! That makes no sense.. At the very least, they didn't charge the trip charge, but after waiting ALL DAY, that makes me feel a little better. We called a local, family-owned business and they took care of our problem.

When I used my washer, it would back up into the kitchen sink which would not drain at all. I had a plumber from a company in town come to check it out and he said he could not do anything, that I needed to call a drain cleaning company. I called the one that he gave me a referral to and the receptionist was very iffy about whether or not they could help me. I called a few others and left messages with no calls back then I called Roto-Rooter. When I explained my situation, their receptionist stated that they would do whatever it took to open my drain. She was friendly and helpful so I made an appointment to have them come over. They called to let me know when they were on their way and although it was not an easy clog to fix and it cost more than I would have liked, they knew their stuff and they did what needed done to open my drain. They had to get a Roto-Rooter plumber to come over to splice the line that the kitchen and the washer feed into so that they could snake it but he came quickly and got the job done with no fuss. They were friendly and did a good job. The only reason they do not get 5 stars from me is the cost which seemed high for the time and effort .

Cody explained the problem and made sure he could duplicate it, before jumping right into repairs. He worked swiftly and was very professional during the whole process. I will be using them again, and feel confident in the work that was completed.

Andy was very friendly and quick to take care of the clogged drain. We were told he would show up at 9am, but we didn't receive a call until midday. He showed up shortly after the call though and was thorough with his work.

Cole-5492 got here early, was very courteous and explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done. He did as fast as possible even after having to go out to a supplier to get a part that was needed to completed the job. Repair was a little bit expensive but worth it. Would still highly recommend you for plumbing services.

With 6 adults in our house for the week, and one of only two showers not draining, we needed a quick response. They were able to come out, diagnose, and resolve our problem within 24 hours. According to our technician (Andrew), there was a clog 25-30 feet down the drain, which is why we weren't able to clear it ourselves. We had a great experience, and would definitely recommend them.

I made an appointment online on Monday for Friday morning 8-12 pm. Plenty of time for them to put me on the schedule. Never received a confirmation or anything but I waited at home all morning. Not one sign of them. I left the house and got notification that a tech was on his way to my house and that was 130 pm. Way past my requested time frame. Had to reschedule it to a later time in the evening so I can be home. He showed up. Tried to charge me $350 just to run a snake down the shower drain to unclog it. I said no way. Not sure if it was because it was in the evening, after hours. I was not impressed. I give them 2 stars only because they were able to unclog my sink drain for $89.

Roto Rooter has alway been efficient and a good value. Their repairmen are professional and most pleasant to work with. Roots in the sewer are a constant issue on the West Side but I have never had to call them back during the 6 mo. guarantee window. I always have them use the treatment to discourage the roots and the results last 3-5 years.

Technician Kelly was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely polite. He saved our Fourth of July weekend. One of the best folks in repair I've had the pleasure of working with.

Jake H. did a great job and was so respectful of our family life happening as he tried to work (ie. baby sleeping in the room he had to walk through to do some of the work). Even though the job ended up being more difficult than we thought, he was very kind and courteous throughout the day and made sure the job got done.

Paul and Niko are the best. My home flooded and they were able to respond on the same day and begin the drying out process. Through the several days it took to get dryed out they kept me informed and were very professional.

James Julien came out and inspected the problem we are having in our window well. He inspected our sump pump also. He seems very honest and told that the cost just to determine if we have a perimeter drain at the bottom of our foundation would be very expensive. He recommended some changes to make in the window well that would probably help to alleviate our flooding problem. these changes are things that we have already been discussing. so we decided not to go to the extremes dig further into our foundation. I would recommend him and Roto Rooter should be happy they have an employee like James working for them.

The work was great and above and beyond what I had expected. Pricing was fair and I was informed of any issues every step of the way. While the work was more than what was originally planned, Adriel was quick to reassess and make sure that everything was taken care of.

I told him i believed the feeder line in the basement was blocked , but he determined it was the the main line. After clearing, he called for a free camera inspection. It passed. Problem solved. I ran a service company for thirty years and would have loved an employee of this caliber. The Roto-Rooter company is honest and professional. Five Stars.

Your service was a prompt. Your technician Brandon 6390 was conscientious and very helpful and he's the reason I am writing. The problem was a bit complex and he took it apart systematically and a thoroughly until he figured it out. The only negative was your system. When he called me back from the parts store to ask me a question, I had look and call him back. His return number was bogus, and trying to call him through your switchboard was tedious and didn't work.

I trust Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing needs. All of their techs have been knowledgeable and helpful over the years. I recently had an excellent experience with a plumber named Parker Barton through Roto-Rooter. Parker was punctual and takes his job seriously. He was able to provide solutions for my plumbing problems. He did an excellent job with a difficult and time consuming rooter, and was able to lug his heavy equipment up and down the staircase to my basement to access the main. He answered my plethora of questions with ease. Parker was able to clear the main which was heavily clogged with tree roots. Roto-Rooter can remove doors or toilets, if needed, to access pipes underground. They insure their work and will send another tech out for a free scope of the pipes if problems continue. I reecommend using Roto-Rooter, you could request Parker if you're in Denver.

Eric (tech 1307) was responsive, and did a great job. He communicated well and was polite and courteous. I was educated on the issues as well as preventative measures we can take in the future.

Robert tech #0234 and Caleb tech #5456 came out to fix a leaking outdoor hose bib. They were on time and very friendly. The next day I had a another issue and Robert tech #0234 returned to fix that issue again very friendly and professional. Talked to Robert about running a gas line of a fireplace insert and he was more than informative, will request Robert when the time comes for the gas line.

Bryan is a pro. He was quickly sent in by Kelly to help us with our water damage. He communicates, follows through, and carefully completes the work. Zach also responded quickly to find the leak and stop any further damage.

We had Mile come out with his trainee and they cleaned out the pipes. They encouraged me to use the free camera service which we did. Mike was awesome. The camera gentleman discouraged using routex and encouraged pipe replacement since there were still root balls present. It is unclear why the guys cleaning out don't have a camera too. In any case I called again and they sent Craig and his tainee Greg out. They used a 4 inch spinner and got the rest of the roots out, I had purchased my own routex which we put in. Craig informed me if I had purchased it through them then it would have come with a year warranty.

Technician Parker Barton, employee #6634 came in less than an hour and was very professional. He Fixed my problem and Explained some of the cause and recommendations for the future. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

We appreciated that they were able to be here the day that I called. But, the price of over 400 dollars to clean and scope the pipe seemed extremely expensive. This is 100 dollars more than when they did it last year. I hope that they were not taking advantage of my family member who was here at the time, as I had been called away to help a friend.

Scheduling was easy and Brandon was a wonderful technician. Brandon gave us a professional experience and was able to answer every question we had.

While the men doing the service were polite and hard-working. The company's charge for labor was absurd. They charged me $367 dollars for labor (not including parts or other extras which was another $50). The job was only replacing a couple things in my toilet and took them about 30 minutes. That cost for labor is insane and I'll never use the company again.

Roto-Rooter had been in business for only one year when my house was built in 1936, and I can see why they are still in business! Today, Robert (#0243) and Scott (#5927) were able to fix my original 83 year old toilet. It had been running for days as I tried desperately to find competent help. Some plumbers were only interested in replacing the toilet, which would have required extensive tile work. The company that was here yesterday said they could only find one replacement part in all of Denver, but it appeared to be in pretty good shape (meaning it was used). They wanted to replace it right away before someone else bought the part. That seemed pretty fishy to me, so I kept looking and called Roto-Rooter.

Robert found a new fill valve and said the supplier had two more in stock. While it wasn't cheap, the final cost was a few hundred dollars less than my last estimate. This is good, since I will need that money to pay my water bill!

Robert and Scott were both professional and personable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing headache! Thank your for your fine service!

I have a leak in a basement and calling this company was such a mistake. They overcharged me $350 for the Detecting a problem which was just making extra holes in my walls to find out what was going on, where Im not a professional, but I already knew where to look for a problem. $350 for making holes in my drywall!!!! They didn't wear shoe cover! After the problem was detected (they didn't even opened it fully just were able to see it from around 3 feet away with the flashlight) the estimate came out like 10 times more then any other company I shopped around after I got rid of Roto-Rooter finally. Not recommended !!!!! Go with local companies, this company seems just want to take an advantage of you!

Entered info on website after 10pm on a Saturday and they were at my house at 9:30am on Sunday. Simple sink clog, so wasn't an emergency. A little pricey for one service, but because of the quick and professional service technician it was worth every penny.

We discovered saturated carpets in our basement and could not identify a leak. Steve (3637) came out right away and it was already 8:30 pm. He began his investigation and found the source of the problem and clearly laid out the potential clean up costs and plumbing repair. The plumber Robert (3637) was out shortly there after and stayed until midnight after isolating the problem. The cleanup crew was there early in the AM the next day to begin the dehumidification process and both Steve and Robert came back to finish the job. Highly recommend Roto Rooter.

Daniel was fantastic. We were having trouble with a vacuum system in a veterinary clinic and we thought there may be a clog involved. There was no clog, but Daniel went above and beyond to figure out our problem and our system is working again.

I was disappointed it took 3 days to assess my blocked french drain. But, Chris, 5056, was worth the wait, professional, informative, restored my trust in Roto-Rooter. I will still call Roto-Rooter first. Thank you.

Called for clearing of clogged sewer line. Lots of microscopic print paperwork and then confusion about whether warranty from two week earlier sewer line clearing would apply (it did not). Crew came out to clear and another crew to do clean-up. Estimate for waterjetting 92’ and clean-up was about $7K (over 5K of which was clean-up of about 10’ x 20’ space which had been covered with less than an inch of sewer water on it that subsequently drained). Final bill had charges for three pick-up loads of trash disposal, and toilet removal which were adjusted off after it was pointed out that neither happened. Total came to about $4K, plus frustration.

On Wednesday night our sewer line backed up and by Thursday morning Roto-Rooter was on the scene. Jake H. did a fantastic, professional job of cleaning out our sewer line while Ryan H. confidently confirmed with the camera that the whole line was clear and that there is currently no damage (off-sets, low spots) in the sewer line. Both gentlemen did a great job of keeping the roots and sewer water contained and off my carpet despite a very small working space. Jake was able to give us an estimate of how often the line should be cleared in the future to prevent back-ups. Furthermore, Ryan proficiently explained and showed an example of how installing an epoxy liner into our existing pipe would not only eliminate the future intrusion of roots, but also would add structural stability to the line to prevent dislocations. As I have experience with the headaches associated with replacing sewer lines (through a different company) and plan to be in my home for a long time, I'm really excited about installing the liner. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and plan on directing all of my future plumbing business their way.

Ben went above and beyond for me. He left to go pickup parts to try and fix my water heater. It turned out to be a part that was not available in town and my water heater was still under warranty. Ben talked to the warranty company and had them send out the part free of charge. He came back and I had hot water within an hour!!! Thank you Ben, we didn’t have to take another cold shower!

I had an excellent experience with the technician Kevin on Sunday 29 March 2020. Then the field supervisor came by to make sure all was well. I can not tell you how happy i am with the service I have received.

The company did a very poor job of scheduling which ended in waiting too long and rescheduling only to have the next scheduled time pushed out. The technician who finally arrived did a wonderful job and she deserves a 5 Star rating. (Natalie Gasich) Keep her onboard as she is an asset!

The blockage in the main sewer line was removed. It took about an hour or so. It cost me $350 which seemed excessive. The two workers were professional and effective but I doubt that they received even a third of the money charged. Everything is going up under Trump except hourly pay for the people who actually do the work and entitlement programs for the elderly and disabled.

We had a sewage backup into our basement shower. Roto-Rooter was able to send someone out right away and they did a great job getting everything cleaned out for us.

They were fast, courteous and professional. My drain issues are fixed and there is a 6 month guarantee that my drains will remain unclogged.

They were able to come within two hours of calling with no emergency or weekend fees, and what seemed like a big problem with a main line clog when I woke up is already fixed by lunch time

The plumber cleaned out the main line and replaced the toilet wax seal with a new wax seal and made sure everything was working right for a very reasonable price. He left everything as he found it.
