Adam at JDs did a great job. Showed me the measurements to diagnose my AC issue and gave me honest info about my options, even got things working faster than expected. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair prices - I'll be using them again.

Sly and Tony were GREAT! A one day job turned into 5!!!! I had to have ALL the pipes replaced in my house in Northglenn, like insanely rotted out!! Oh did I mention they were all UNDER the concrete in the basement?!? These pipes could not even be considered pipes anymore , see photos. Sly Jackhammered all the concrete out and then Tony came along and laid all the pipe(fair to Sly ??? haha). A great couple guys to work with, on time, worked hard every day, and great advice. Great Price too. FIVE STARZ DOES NOT DO THEM JUSTICE!!! 1,000,000 STARZZZ!!!

Used them a few times -- every time great service. Adam installed a whole house humidifier for me. He was terrific to work with -- thorough, friendly and efficient. Also had Tony over for some unrelated plumbing work. He took the time to explain a ton of stuff about how my house works - and he fixed what needed fixing. . . couldn't ask for more.

Owner of the company or not, running red lights in a company truck isn't cool. I can't speak on the quality of work that this company performs, but I can tell you from what I saw at the intersection of Sheridan and 80th Ave that I won't be doing any business with this company.

Great service! The technician Adam did a furnace tune up for us. He also gave detailed notes on the furnace and specific pieces, and gave us notice on the pieces that will eventually need to get replaced (he also gave us a deal if we wanted to just replace a couple of pieces at the time of service, but since we declined he put it in our customer's notes so that they can check on the pieces when they come back in the spring).

He was super friendly, professional, and time efficient. He also politely asked for a Google review because of a friendly competition in the office, and while I hate making reviews, it was an easy request because he was super likeable and did a great job. Add a tally for Adam!

Techs, Adam & Daniel came to my house to make an assessment on my furnace to have it cleaned, they walked me through their findings (turned out to be a very dirty furnance ) Impressed they cleaned it for me the very same day removing the blower cleaning it outside. I was impress with these two young men, never once did they pressure me to get any work done that I didn't need done. If JD plumbing service techs are half as good, friendly and knowledgeable as Adam & Daniel, then you need to look no more for your Heating professional. I have used JD's twice now for plumbing and HVAC issues, they are always on time and professional, they go out of their way to diagnose what could be causing the issue. When I ask them to explain the issue, they are patient and knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed with them, and they have fixed our problems successfully and professionally. The receptionist is also kind and helpful with scheduling. Good experience up all around.

I had JDs come out last week because my AC stopped working. Adam was very nice and thoroughly explained what the issues were. The price to get my air conditioner back and running was very reasonable, and it’s cooling the house so much better than it has been in the past few years! With a newborn in the home, it was great that they could get me serviced so fast too!

Fantastic company for all your plumbing needs who are reasonably priced. I needed some new toilets installed after my older toilets had constant problems in my home. Tony came out and inspected my toilets and arranged a date to install replacement toilets. Tony is one of the best professional plumbers I had who came out and was super quick and did a perfect job installing the new toilets. I am thrilled with how the replacement toilets are. Since moving to Colorado the lack of integrity of vendors I’ve hired has been disheartening. When I needed my furnace repaired I went to the bbb of Denver and found JD Plumbing. Daniel Moore was the technician that came out today to resolve our issues. Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable and competent…..Daniel is one of the reasons JD’s has an A+ rating with the bbb. My furnace, one of two in the house, was failing to stay lighted. It would ignite and then slowly fade and go out. I contacted two if the big top rated HVAC companies in Denver and after visiting and checking they both said I needed a new furnace. Qoutes for a furnace were from $6,500 to $20,000, depending on how wonderful the new furnaces would be, and I may as well get both replaced. $40,000.....YIKES. I reserched down the Google list for a company not so high on the list that was privately owned and called JD's. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE Adam visited my house for the minimum $69 service charge. Checked the furnace and asked some important questions about when the problem occurred and I noted it bagan this year after I constructed a lean-to next to the house, near the furnace combustion intake. It seems that the slight obstruction of the intake was causing the intake sensor to trip the furnace off. I opened up the lean-to and it resolved the problem immediately. THANK YOU Adam and JD's for saving me $39,931. These folks are the real deal.

I absolutely love being able to work with a service that allows me to set it and forget it. JD's provides me with timely customer service for those gentle reminders that with the turn of a season, my system likely needs a quick servicing. Daniel the professional that came out? Straight up awesome. Professional, friendly, detail orientated, and I never felt like for one second I was being upsold on something I truly didn't need. I have used JD for HVAC and plumbing since I moved into my house a year ago. 100 year old house with handyman plumbing. They’re working through bringing everything up to code as I have the money to pay. Competitive pricing, no shady business moves, great and knowledgeable employees. 10/10 would recommend.

Do not do business with this company. I feel this company likes to overcharge women. Paid $664 to change out a faucet. I had my second bathroom faucet changed out by another plumbing company. $250.00.

Tony was very knowledgeable and fixed some weird issues in our older home. Where other plumbers had overlooked things that were set up incorrectly, he spotted them right away and fixed them thoroughly, resulting in our appliances working better. He also took the time to educate me on how it all worked. I will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs.

I couldn't be happier with JD's Plumbing.Adam was our technician he was extremely professional. My furnace was a bit of a mystery. He worked really hard to get us heat back. The prices are very reasonable. I have nothing but positive thing's to say about this company. I will absolutely be using them again in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

I had been using JD Plumbing's services for years. Until last week when a guy came out to do A/C maintenance, and he told me that our water line was dangerously set up due to proximity with my power line and he would be back later to work on it when his boss could see it. JD Plumbing set up that line, so I figured the boss wanted to see his company's dangerous work. NOPE! He was there to try to sell me: 1. A membership that costs $360 a year with minimal benefits, 2. He offered to replace my $6 filters for $900 (not a typo), and 3. He offered to clean my system for $700 (also not a typo). Plus $200 for maintenance. Considering JD Plumbing works unsafely and tries to rip you off, I will be using a different plumber going forward.

Want to shout-out Adam for helping us with our furnace last week. It was a frustrating time trying to track down the issue because it would work sometimes and go out others. Adam continued to come out and work with us on a solution, doing research on his own time to figure out the issue and always had a great attitude. I think we got it figured out now and am very grateful for the effort put in with all the cold days we've had. Thanks!

We had to call JD's out to our home again for the 3rd time in 2years. This time it was a terrible water leak.
Al, our park maintenance guy shut down our water main to prevent further damage. He allowed us to fill up on water first.
after contacting JD's Plumbing, a technician named Dave was out bright and early around 8:am and went right to work. After some trouble shooting Dave found the culprit. It was the hot water valve inside our valve box directly behind the washing machine. It had corroded and broke open causing the leak. Dave worked up the cost and gave us every discount he could knowing we were on a tight budget. After agreeing to the cost and signing the contract Dave went right to work. 2 hrs later he was done. Dave did a great job. He talked to my husband during the repairs explaining everything he was doing. When he was done he cleaned up after watching our system for about 20 minutes to make sure all issues we resolved, which they were. My husband paid Dave and he left.
I can't say enough good things about JD's and their employees. All of them from September who was office staff to Scott Visser and his partner who replaced our furnace in Jan 2021 to Adam who found a very usual problem in Nov. 2021 causing our new furnace to falter to Dave, today, who replaced the water valves behind our washing machine causing a terrible water leak.
This is a great company and I highly recommend them to everyone.

We have used JD's several times over that last couple years and have been very pleased. Not now. We needed a garbage disposer replaced and for an hour's work we were charged $800 to install a $120 garbage disposer. I can't in good conscience recommend JD's at this point.

I have used JD's plumbing for everything related to water in my home. I have only been a homeowner for about a year and keep finding happy little surprises in need of repair. JD's has been fantastic -- I've had 4-5 team members out here (most recently Scott) for various projects from fixing faucet leaks to HVAC repair and sprinkler winterization. Each team member has been polite, professional, and committed to seeing the job through. Their reception/client management is great to work with and their periodic deals only increase their value. I was referred to JD's by my realtor and am happy to forward the recommendation on!

JD came out to check our HVAC system before the summer season starts - very pleasant and professional. Went through everything with me and ensured that everything was ready for the summer. Pointed out a major issue with the AC (needs serious cleaning) and did a basic cleanup with no extra charge, gave me some instructions on some DYI cleanup to do, and provided an additional recommendation for a full clean that I could do down the road. Great service, glad we are with them!

JD’s Plumbing was referred to me by a former employee. As a customer of several years they have provided me with several services. We replaced all my existing plumbing. Installed a new bathtub. Done yearly maintenance on my swamp cooler. Today, I called and Scott arrived within 90 minutes. I really appreciate that Patty always answers my calls. I’m glad the service has been great and constant even during COVID.

I had a really bad experience with a new install on my furnace and needed a different company to resolve the issue. I received a referral for JD's Plumbing Service. Resolving the furnace issue required considerable work and multiple visits. It is apparent they are trained, well schooled and skilled. I'm a huge fan of JD's Plumbing and have had nothing but completely positive experiences so far. As a homeowner in Louisville, I've benefited from their reliability - Tony has been fantastic addressing concerns. He's a problem-solver and has repaired a few issues for us. As a Realtor, I've referred them to clients (who have been VERY happy) from Boulder to Denver to Littleton for a number of different services, though I've also relied on them as experts I can call to assess potential concerns after inspections. I know people often base their reviews off cost, but my experience is that JD's Plumbing Service is reasonable and competitive. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I want results, reliability and responsiveness and feel like I get that every single time. I highly recommend them!!

Office indicated the trip charge is deducted from the repairs. It was not. $309 for 1/2 hour work. No parts. Scheduled two days out. So not even a rush. So if you like high price then theee are your guys. I am a property manager and know there are better options.

JD's Plumbing blew the air out of our sprinkler system in preparation for winter. We must have called five different companies that were all booked well into November before we called JD's. Thankfully, JD's was willing to squeeze us into their busy schedule! Scott arrived on time, was incredibly nice, and got the job done quickly. We will definitely be using JD's going forward!

I would recommend JD's Plumbing to anyone. I wasn't sure about what I wanted or needed. John took time and explained everything to me and told me all the options I have. I called 3 other companies before JD. 2 had answering machines and never got back. 1 had even a call center before data then got to the coordinator and with all that fluff they only had one available between 1 to 3 pm while I called before 8 pm! JD's had a real person answering, had a better price for the diagnostic visit than the big fluff company, said the technician would arrive between 10 to 10:30, and then I got lucky I guess with the tech, Mark, arriving at 9:40 already. We had some wonky wires or door switch that made my thermostat randomly reboot. We hope we got it fixed, and despite quite checking of all voltages and wiring, I only got charged the diagnostic service fee. Talk about good first impressions! (And we laughed about the electroBoom youtube channel :) )

Jason was very awesome and professional. He was very informative of what he was doing, and made sure that my hot water heater was working properly. Thank you Jason.

Adam was great and got my HVAC fixed in no time. The heat is no joke! HVAC's repairs are not cheap but I was pleasantly surprised with how fairly everything was priced.

Had Adam come out today and recommended best practice services. He was able to identify probable issues that could happen in the near future and was able to provide solutions to preventing those issues. Give this man a RAISE!!

Scott was out to do some maintenance and servicing on our AC/Furnace (mostly the AC). He's done work for us before, and as always he was efficient, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He's quick and thorough and he always gives me the details about what he did since he knows that I'm interested. He also let's me know what's coming up and how well things are working - our furnace and AC are both 15 years old. I feel much more comfortable knowing he's on top of things. He also talked to my wife about the stuff she wanted to know - she wanted to disguise the condenser a bit without causing problems. He went over exactly what would be safe and what to avoid. He excels at working on older homes. Not only is he good with challenging older equipment, you can tell he genuinely enjoys old houses. It makes a huge difference.

Scott's able to gauge the customer's level of knowledge/interest and communicates effectively. He also is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable and confident. I've had plumbers that didn't inspire confidence and weren't able to communicate well.
Scott's also really prompt. JD's usually gives you a three hour window for service. He almost always gets here exactly at the beginning of the window.
I've recommended Scott (and JD's in general) to several neighbors as well as my elderly parents.

JD's Plumbing was an excellent choice for my furnace, water heater and AC install needs. In addition to being on time and going the extra mile to build a good business relationship their suggestion to add the APCO-X UV light to my furnace for air quality was amazing! I can tell a huge difference and notice the difference when I travel to other buildings without it. Great suggestion by JD's and very worth it!

Knowledgeable, Thorough, Integrity

I had them come out for an A/C tune-up. Adam visited twice. The first time he was concerned about leaking or overfilled freon (really expensive to drain it, initial estimate was quite high to do this!). Second time, he checked it again and determined the coil was dirty. His diagnostics were quite thorough and no other repairs needed. This is an old unit and he helped me nurse it along. I appreciate his willingness to do this rather than try to upsell me. Final fees were reasonable ($300-$400).

We originally called JDs Plumbing for a new AC unit. Because of their amazing customer service and quality work, we've used them for sump pump replacement, basement drain replacement, outdoor spigot repair, and shower repair. This company has been amazing and we will be using them for everything we do in this house.

After a frantic search early summer to find a company to start up our evaporative cooler, JD Plumbing came to the rescue. They got us scheduled within a couple of weeks AND found a much better way of accessing the roof than previous companies. They just shut the evap cooler down for the winter and again, great service. High recommend for your evap cooler maintenance.

Friendly, quick, great service! I had an excellent first experience using JD’s and will use them for any future home plumbing needs. I really wanted to love this company, but my experience has been awful. I dont understand how they have such great reviews. I called for a swamp cooler start up, and to repair what needed to be. I put way too much trust into this technician. I had to reschedule my first appointment because they were going to be an hour late after the 2 hour window. The technician came at 530, then worked for 2 hours and charged me $972, I didn't care if my house would be cool! Next day it started leaking. My husband called first thing Monday, someone could not come until Tuesday evening. Then they no showed, while my family of 5 baked in our 80 degree house. I will never use this company again. Looking back I wish I never agreed to pay that amount, could have done it myself. I will update if they actually come back and fix their mistake.
Update:John finally arrived at 9 pm. My husband was satisfied with the completion of fixing our leaking swamp cooler.

We hired JD's Plumbing service to do a whole home repipe. The job was done on time and with great quality, and the pricing was competitive with other bids. We had some issues with our sprinkler system after the job so we had JDs plumbing come back out to check it out. Turns out the sprinkler issue was unrelated to the repipe, but they still took the time to triage the problem and fix it. In addition to quality work, the focus on customer service is unmatched. No doubt we will use them for any future plumbing needs and we would highly recommend their services.

Daniel performed a complete heating check/start-up. He was personable, polite, knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with his level of expertise and experience. Thank you Daniel!

Fantastic experience with this company and its technician Scott. Our evaporative cooler broke in July, and when our previous service company recommended an expensive replacement, we called JD's for a second opinion. They scheduled us quickly, and Scott efficiently identified the problem. He got the cooler working again for a few hundred dollars in parts instead of upselling us on a replacement. He even worked on his day off to make sure we didn't have to spend another day roasting in July heat. I will definitely be calling JD's again and asking for Scott - it's great to work with real professionals.

I want to give a shout out to the good people at JD's. Two years ago Tony installed a new high efficiency hot water heater in my home after the old one failed. They resolved the issue on the same day I called, which was a blessing.

Fast forward to today, when it appeared there was a leak coming from the heater. I called JD's and was disappointed to learn that they were short-handed and would be unable to come out for several days. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. I ended the call in a huff and made arrangements with another company that was able to come out on short notice. While waiting for that company, Taylor at JD's called back to say she was able to schedule Tony to come to my home late today. Because I had already scheduled another company, I declined her generous offer and thanked her for the extra effort on my behalf. This would have been plenty to satisfy me that they were doing their best for a good customer.

So it was extra impressive when Tony then called and asked if we could FaceTime the problem so he could diagnose it for me. We did, and it was determined that the problem was not with the water heater, but with the furnace condensate pump located next to it. Tony spent extra time on the phone with me to explain the problem and potential solutions, even though another company had been called and the problem was not covered by the warranty with JD's since it wasn't caused by the water heater. I'm so impressed with the extra effort these folks took on my behalf. Hat's off, JD's!

Highly recommend! They came out right away to our business and fixed a problem that other companies couldn’t. We had another company come out six times over the course of three weeks to fix our HVAC and failed to do so. JD’s plumbing had it fixed in two days.

Excellent emergency plumbing services. John answered my call on Saturday afternoon and had my problem fixed and updated within the next 3 hours. He was kind enough to help change my kitchen faucet and walk me through my waterlines and sprinkler system. He updated my P Trap and PVC piping running from the garbage disposal to the dishwasher ensuring all the lines wouldn't back flow and were correctly working. I have his card on my fridge and don't plan on using another company now that we've found John and JD's Plumbing. Thank you all for your help, and timely service! Highly recommend these guys.

I have been a customer for years and always appreciated that the office personnel was friendly and efficient. Today, I called to schedule an appointment and the person who answered was rude, abrupt and condescending. I ended the call and will now look for a new company. Such a shame to lose a customer but I am not going to enter into a verbal battle in order to schedule an appointment.

If I could give them more stars, I would. During an inspection for the sale of our house, we found out we had water under the subfloor in the basement. My husband has already moved for work, so I am alone, and I know nothing about home maintenance and repairs. After calling a restoration service, they immediately called JD's Plumbing. This all started around 2:30. Tony was at our house by 3:30, and by 4:30, both of our sump pumps were replaced and the water was almost gone.

During this event, my (brilliant) cat decided to jump down into the crawlspace where all this water was. She ended up not wanting to come out. John came by to deliver the second sump pump for installation, and he ended up putting down a tarp and crawling down to get her. Of course, with all the water that was down there previously, he came out completely filthy, but he rescued her!

I cannot thank them enough for not only their speedy service and great work, but for also being compassionate during my time of need and helping me get my terrified cat so I didn't have to crawl down there later. They were amazing, and I would definitely use them again. In fact, we need to get our furnace certified, and they said they can absolutely help with that when we need them.

I can't say enough about JD's Plumbing. They are the very best. We bought an older home and this was this was the 4th time we have used JD's and they have never failed us. I always recommend them to anyone who is look for or talking about needing a plumber. Ron

Amazing response time! We have nothing but great things to say about John and JD's Plumbing. He got us out of a bind when we broke a pipe to an outdoor spigot on a Saturday afternoon. So incredibly pleased by my experience with JD's Plumbing Service! My master shower hasn't had any hot water for several weeks now. I travel every week for work, so this has been a backburner/non-emergency service needed that I've been dreading. Finally, I had a few days at home, and called JD's at 8:30AM on a Monday. The owner, John- incredibly friendly and personable, answered and said they could have someone to my house between 11AM-2PM, and that they would call ahead within 30 minutes of arrival. A woman called me back at 11:30AM and let me know that Matt would be arriving within 30-45 minutes. Sure enough, Matt and the owner John arrived at 12:10PM, right at the 40 minute mark. They were both incredibly kind, respectful and thorough in explaining to me (a single woman) what was wrong with my shower. Never did I feel gauged or taken advantage of. They told me the cost upfront- before starting their work- and explained what they would have to do to fix it. They went above and beyond my expectations, even fixing a floppy sink faucet at no cost. Adam H was the tech who came to check my furnace pilot light last week. He was punctual, pleasant, and conscientious. He replaced an ignition part to keep the pilot light going. I will continue to monitor if it stays on but wanted to acknowledge Adam’s effort during the service call.

We have used JD’s for the last 7 years and they have always done a great job. Recently, they fixed our water issue as no water was coming out of our bath tub shower head. They also discovered how to fix our water pressure issue which is now much improved. Thanks for your help!

I have been working with John and his employees for well over a decade. They took care of my rental properties, and now they do any and all work at my home. They tell you the price up front, so no surprises. Years ago, my ex-wife called because one of the kids bathtubs was not draining. By the time they got there, it had drained and we figured out that the drain had been frozen (one of those sub-zero weeks). No visit charge, no hassle. Just before Christmas this year I was getting nervous about my water heater (it was very old). They gave me a price, and because there was a cancellation, they installed it that day! Not sure what else to say, except that I trust John and every one of his crews that I have met.

Had over $5k worth of work performed to include replacing a hot water heater, replacing leaking valves, and correcting the routing of a drainage pipe that ran from one side of my home to the other. Tony and his apprentice Lucas did everything in their proposal and more, to include helping me with rebuilding the cabinet under one of my sinks that had been damaged from a leaking valve. I'm highly satisfied with my decision to have the work done by JD's and have complete confidence in all of the work performed.

I just had my bathroom faucet replaced and this place charged me $664.00. I received a few quotes over the phone and they want $213.00 to $300.00. You bet I got ripped off by this company. Get quotes on Home Advisor first. I sure wish I did.

We recently had Matt from jd's plumbing do some repair work on our heat pump. He performed the work efficiently and answered all my questions so that I could understand what he did. Thankfully JD's plumbing was able to schedule him so that he was able to show up the same day we called, so that we had our air conditioner before the rally hot weather came in. I'm editing this review. I gave JDs one star prior to this. It did cost $500 to install a new outdoor/anti-freeze spigot, which I now realize is about right for CO, sadly. It recently stopped working and JD's came out for no service fee and fixed it, something about a gasket. The owner John D. was here on a Saturday in the crawl space getting it done. I appreciate his work, commitment and honesty in addressing the whole situation with me. I will continue to use JD's Plumbing.

This place is not worth your time or money. I called them out to replace a kitchen faucet. They refused to give me any idea of what they charge over the phone, so I ended up paying $70 to have a guy come out and bid the job at $500!
I ended up using Skul Plumbing, they gave me a price range over the phone, came out did a great job and charged $200.

I had a water heater that needed to be replaced, and JD's plumbing came out and did the job....They did a very wonderful job....I had to convert my gas water heater to electric, because they don't make gas lowboy water heaters that would fit my crawl space....I had to have an electrician come and wire it up....John called me to make sure that the electrician came....John is a very very nice guy....Today I started having a kitchen faucet problem, I called him, and he was kind enough and offered to come out to my house, pending how busy he was, to fix it...Who does that anymore??!!...When it comes to plumbing, I didn't know who to trust, or who to call....It was pure luck that I found JD Plumbing...I truly trust John's judgement.....Thank you John for everything....I truly appreciate you going above and beyond the call of duty!! If anyone has any problems with their plumbing, don't hesitate to call JD Plumbing....

Our laundry drain was clogged and spilling out onto basement floor. In addition to the washer output overflowing, the kitchen sink drain also began causing the laundry drain to overflow, so we needed help quickly. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to schedule someone to come out on Saturday between noon and 2 p.m. JD called us a couple hours before the scheduled appointment time to let us know Steve was running behind and wouldn't be out until around 4 p.m. so we wouldn't be sitting around waiting if we had other things to do. We thought that was very thoughtful. When Steve arrived, he got right to work and determined that we just needed the drain snaked, which he did in short order and voila, our problem was fixed! I asked Steve if he had any tips on getting the malodorous smell out and he advised that bleach will kill anything. I put some bleach in a bucket with some water, mopped the porous concrete floor, and the smell was gone instantaneously. Very happy with our experience. I think they may be more expensive than some, but I feel they are knowledgeable, professional, honest, and trustworthy and I do think we got our money's worth.

Had JD's Plumbing come out for an ejector pump inspection. Timely, efficient, kind, respectful and taught me about the system and answered my questions. I will use them in the future and for my clients as well. Thank you!

I will never use this company again. They came out Tuesday and moved a hot & cold water line, moved the drain over a tad and charged me $1250!!! One of the charges for $357 was for 3 metal shut off valves that cost $4 at Home Depot and take a total of 5 minutes to install (all 3). When I called the manager to get an explanation?...they have set prices that don't take into account materials and labor time. And then he said that they actually only charged me for 2 shut off valves. How do you arrive at $178.50 for a shut off valve that again costs $4 and takes no time to install. I understand having to charge for labor and to mark up to cover company overhead but this was ridiculous. JD's has lost my business forever.
