On Friday we called Mr Rooter to come and install new garbage disposal. While we thought the price we were charged was quite expensive we didn’t mind paying it because of the service we received and how timely the plumber came. After the plumber left we ran the dishwasher to notice that the overflow spout on top of sink started throwing up water. We opened it to see if there was something stuck and sure enough nothing and it was related to the garbage disposal install where the plumber had probably forgotten to punch something or unplug the hole. We have called atleast 6 times since Sat asking for them to send someone to fix it and they kept saying it’s long weekend and we will send someone. Today we called 3 times already and they keep saying we are on dispatch schedule with no time provided and it’s 6.30 with no one here. Very disappointed and went from giving a 5 star to being a very unhappy customer. If the owner is reading this please correct this problem and show us that you deserve the ratings and care about the work and warranty. We are hopeful that you will rectify this immediately. I think Phantom Plumbing has the greatest service. Ricky arrived on time with a friendly smile. He listened to my concerns and went right to work, assuring me that he could handle the problem. Had water backed up in the kitchen close to midnight, called and had Juan here within an hour. He hooked everything up and got us going in half an hour. Definitely would let this company to additional work on my home!

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Same day service and a fair price. Only problem was some scheduling issues. I couldn't set up an appointment online but their phone service was great.

I was in a pinch when my water heater broke. I called up Texas Blessed Plumbing, and they had someone out to my house the next day. It turns out that this company is the best plumbing company I've ever worked with-they were professional, quick, clean, dependable...everything you could hope for from a service provider!

Had a back bathroom that was not draining. Did a quick search a on Craigslist and they came up. Gave them a call and they set a time same day. Later they called back and ask if they could come even earlier which worked better for me. Gus was the tech that showed up. Very professional. Did a great job and showed me the drain on camera after he was finished. I would definitely use them again in the future for clogs or other plumbing services.

This company installed the HVAC system in our home prior to our purchase and the prior owner bought a service contract which was transferrable to us. In January I had them come out to perform a service check. They sent a technician who looked barely out of high school who could not perform the check as he could not figure out how to access the unit. I asked him to report that back to the office as I did not feel we got a complete service check. I never heard back from anyone following that visit.This week I scheduled our spring AC check and specifically asked for an experienced tech due to the problems last go round. The tech that came out today was great, very professional, and indeed could access the unit. The filter was in desperate need of a change as it was not done at the last visit due to the incompetence of the tech. Now Wilson wants to charge me $70 to change the filter (which is supposed to be included in the service check - the cost of the filter). After explaining that the last tech did not check it, the company is still unwilling to change the filter unless I pay $70 for the filter. While the tech was great this go round, the customer service of Steve, the owner, is atrocious. He is willing to forego having us as a repeat customer over a $15 filter because he hires teenagers who are poorly trained an incompetent. If you do decide to use this company, ensure you get someone who knows what they are doing, because the owner will not make it right if they fail to do their job right the first time.
