Reliable Sewer & Drain Cleaning

Will claim their workmanship is not the problem at day 91 post repair and ask to charge you full price to redo their work.Also had to schedule an emergency call for 2 calendar days after the work failed. Causing me to go without water for 3 days.Then they were 6-8 hours late showing up and couldn't complete the repair the same day. They could just cap it and schedule a follow up visit. I asked for a supervisor to call me back. That time frame is going to be 2 days I was told.That's the final straw for me. Three strikes you're out.The final repair I am taking elsewhere. They lost a customer.

We did some excavation for them and they didn’t pay what our invoices said. They called our workers liars all so they won’t pay. The owner from one of the properties we did were really upset with their service. I called the owner from that property and he stated they payed what we had said in the invoice seperate from their services. Now I understand why their ratings are so bad because they are some big scammers!

I was quoted $99 for their special drain cleaning, however was charged $129. When I inquired on the difference, I was told they’d get back to me. Two weeks later when I hadn’t heard back, I asked again and was told $99 was for an accessible drain, but since the tech had to remove two screws for the shower drain it was $30 extra. $30 to remove two screws…. I would have gladly removed them myself. Bottom line don’t trust what you are quoted.

As we needed a gas line for outdoor kitchen, I approached Reliable Sewer/Drain and their technician, Curtis, came within a day. I explained about the grill that we have ordered, where the concrete will poured and the length and width of the grill (from Costco) and they gave a quote of $2.8K to run a ten foot line from existing gas pipe to the grill location. As I didn't want to take any risk with independent contractors, I went ahead with their services they finished the work with in 3 days (including city permission) and I was super impressive. However, as soon as we installed the grill, the flame on first burner was very small and same with other couple of burners. I sensed something wrong and requested them to visit and in the two minutes, the same technician said there is not enough gas pressure (not even for a small stove) and that we have to go with a new line and for that I will have to spend another $4K. That was shocking not because of this new $4K but because I spent another $10K in the side yard with new irrigation line, pavers and re-installed few other things after they installed the first line. Now they want to dig everything and the response is unimaginable. I don't want to blame anyone for choosing this business but I am ashamed of myself in trusting them. Lesson learnt.Note: This is my very first online review of any sort of business. So, you can think the pain I went through.

Bad Company and services. It does not have the tool to do the job. The drain cleaning need the snake drill cable from 75-100 feed long to unclog the pipe as I text the company before they come to my home and the company agree it. But the technician using snake drill cable only 50 ft and broken in half to 25 feet each part. It can not do the job with 25 ft snake drill cable and still charge me $99. Switch and bait me to $650 for Hydro jet service...

This was the most amazing service. My home warranty service left me high and wet. My hot water heater was leaking and I called and they got me 2 new hot water heaters the same day I called and installed. Everyone one else was telling me 2 to 4 days before they could help. The guys that came to my home were great and professional I will be calling again when I need plumbing service

Had a back bathroom that was not draining. Did a quick search a on Craigslist and they came up. Gave them a call and they set a time same day. Later they called back and ask if they could come even earlier which worked better for me. Gus was the tech that showed up. Very professional. Did a great job and showed me the drain on camera after he was finished. I would definitely use them again in the future for clogs or other plumbing services.

The only plumbers I will use from now on. I’m sure several companies do good work in the first place, but few if any could be as honest when things go wrong. They did a series of repairs for me explaining everything along the way, but after a few days we had a new leak. I was convinced that it was part of the same problem, but they corrected me saying that it was their mistake and they would cover it. Even after their insurance refused to kick in, the company replaced my floor and performed many hours of plumbing labor to put things right. I’ve met both owners of the company and let me tell you, Joe and Nick are your go to guys. That type of honesty is easily worth twice the more than reasonable price that they charge.

Called and they were here within the hour and had my toilet fixed within less than 15 minutes. Affordable, quick and friendly service. Gave me some advice on how to prevent future issues which is always appreciated.

They could not unclog my line. Turns out it was wipes in the pipe which I cleaned out with a $15 home depot auger. They still collected the $107 fee and told me that the $399 hydrojet service could get it done.
Guys were punctual and polite.

They did a great job of not only doing the repair but also communicating with me about it every step of the way, from showing me why the problem happened to explaining how they were going to fix it and showing me the problem parts. Very professionally done, and I highly recommend them!
